I really needed this massage as I pulled a muscle in my mid-back. Alexis explained in detail what I had and how to manage it at home with ice. He was extremely respectful and professional. The massage was excellent, I left the place a lot less pain and relaxed. Ill recommend it to my friends and family.

I love most massage envy. But there staff is very rude and non- helpful. This is the 2nd time I gave this location a chance. But was very disappointed. Gypsy is cool but Jade always has an attitude. Tried reaching out to Alma GM but she doesn’t care about her properties success.

Javier was great, you can see that he is a pro. I’ll definitely go back, he exceeded my expectations! Jade from the front desk also very professional, sweet and helpful.I had an issue with my GC but she was able to resolved in no time. I’m very grateful, costumer service is everything on a business. Lucy is amazing, she’s so knowledgeable about the products and always advises what would be the best home care system for me. Lucy is also personable, remembers what was talked about in prior visits and asked about my family… or is just quiet when appropriate letting me relax. I love visiting Lucy and always have an amazing facial with her! 😍

Not happy at all had 3 therapist that do not massage like they are supposed to, one hurt my neck , the other rubbed my upper back to much that I was sore for 4 days and one just decided that he was just giving me 30 minutes after I had paid for an hour. Plus when they say 60 minutes sessions means 50 . I was there and the young lady in the front told me after I got an hour paid for , that I owed her money . I paid in advance for 12 sessions for a year membership. I was scheduled by Sky the receptionist for all the sessions that I didn’t do and today was my last . Well, the young lady in the office threatened me and stated that if I didn’t pay to call the police. I told her I paid for 12 sessions already in advanced and sky schedule them all for me and if I had 30 minutes they should have said something and I’m going to the police to write a report on their company. They did it to another lady 3 weeks ago and I heard they tell her they will call the police if she doesn’t pay , because they don’t explain a dam thing yo people . I will not go to them anymore and if anyone wants to go there make sure you get in writing what they say will happen. Also , they have very little therapist that massage good .

James is one of the kindest, attentive, and most beautiful Massage Therapists at Massage Envy. Its his intelligence coupled with his application to provide therapy through a massage. Im always relaxed afterwards. James is an excellent Massage Therapist! Keep up the healing work.

Be careful with the membership. They tell you that you can cancel anytime and it’s a lie. You can’t cancel until you complete the contract with them. Massage is not the best, that’s why I’m canceling my membership. Not worth it. Also, one time a therapist really hurt my neck.I tried to cancel my membership so many times and it is RIDICULOUS the cancellation policy. They email you a form which you have to sign and give the paper in person. Who has time for that ??? And I never received the email because they had the wrong email address and of course they don’t take responsibility for this and they STILL CHARGED ME again even when my membership was completed . They seriously take your money, stay away from this company.

I was charged an unreasonable cancellation fee that wasnt disclosed to me upon reserving the session. I had an unexpect last minute conflict which caused me to have to call and reschedule the session. My membership was recently purchased. This experience is not making a good impression on the service I can expect to receive from this merchant. The people that answer the phones leave you on hold forever. Not good!

Just tried making a couples massage for my daughter ( a new Mom) and I cant unless I give out her cell phone. So they can call and get a profile. ITS SUPPOSE TO BE A SURPRISE. Customer service by this person was horrible! Ive had a membership for years and hardly used it! It was usually warm and stale inside, and I wondered if the blankets were always washed. I miss the ol employees, they took pride in their work.

I was so thankful for the massage place to be open yesterday but I think leaving them open until late hours was a complete irresponsibility! I had my appointment at 5:00pm and it was chaotic outside, how do you expect the staff to come in today after trying to get to their homes by midnight or even later? Because of the ladies in front, Sky and the young lady, I would have been extremely anxious when I left. Needless to say, left the car there and walk 3 miles home.Hope the ladies and the staff left made it home safely.

My massage with Melina was fantastic! Every time I see her, she works diligently on any problem area I have and I always leave feeling so relaxed. I wish I could get a massage every week!

I made a appointment for my wife and mother-in-law as a Mothers Day gift! unfortunately they had a bad experience. My wife is pregnant over the phone I explained twice that she was pregnant, when we got there the masseuse didnt know she was pregnant, it took 15 minutes to prepare the room, it was supposed to be a 60 minute massage, it was 45 because the 15 was tidying up the room... the masseuse spoke more than a bird... completely disappointing 0 stars

She was very gentle and provide a good massage that was not deep tissue so I enjoy it. She also emphasized on my pain areas which helped. Thank you for one of the best massages I had in a long time.

Overpriced. Not worth the money. I went for 60 min back facial which on website is 85 dollars. Apparently all there website prices are for members only. The back facial I got was only 30 mins quickie with random extractions. Person doing it didn’t seem confident . And finally charged me $137.

Yaumier gave me the best massage I could’ve imaged in my life. I called last minute and booked a 9 pm. He put the lavender essence oil by my nose and told me to inhale a couple times. That was relaxing.

She was very polite but didn’t speak any English so I was merely guessing what she was saying in Spanish. It Was a good massage.

Booked my appt as a surprise to.my husband...told them im confirming for both as it a surprise...they still called him to confirm and ruined the surprise. I paid for the foot exfoliating enhancement..wasnt done because his person didnt speak English. Im actually upset I have a membership now 👎🏾

The massage was excellent but the table was uncomfortable. The therapist tried to make me more comfortable but the table needs to be of better quality. I was feeling the hard structure .

This place needs a major rebrand and makeover its dark and dingy smells like mildew the decor is outdated. The price is decent and from time to time theres a good massage therapist. Another time you may get someone who accidentally squirts lotion in your eyes.

I had a full body massage from Yurany! She was amazing! 5 stars for her effectiveness. I couldnt be more pleased.

I didnt get my message from Sandra, unfortunately she didnt speak English enough to understand, so I was able to switch therapist and I left Telletha a good tip. It was great, very professional. Tilletha, 👍 great job. Also, I did have an unfortunate incident where I left my normal therapist Tilletha a forty dollar tip at the front desk, and my therapist never received it. But on my last visit, changes were made where we could leave the tips directly with our therapist. Awesome improvement 👏 👍. Im still out of forty dollars 💸. And wish that the theft be dealt with accordingly. Above all 5 Stars 🌟

I only get deep tissue massage by females and I have had the best deep tissue massages from female therapist that are very strong techniquesI’m Amazed every time I refuse to go to another Massage Envy!!!!!

Alexis gives an amazing massage. I came in with knots and tense, and came out relaxed and ready for a good night sleep.

This massage is very good I recommend everyone who needs a massage goto Envy, since you have your appointment you dont stay too long to call and the customer service is great.

Somewhat disappointed. First time client who was serviced by a massage therapist that spoke absolutely no English. She was not able to communicate my concerns or what was happening throughout the session. Once the session was over she tapped my shoulder and said “fini” and exited the room without acknowledging if everything was okay. The session was gifted to me as a one hour session which only lasted 35-40 minutes which gave validation to the customer before me complaining about not getting her entire hour. I would love to try this experience again just not this location.

Tilletha is an attentive and sensitive massage therapist. Her techniques are strong and I appreciate her above average communication skills. I will be booking more massages with this courteous employee soon!

My experience was great! Sandra was amazing, my back feels great with the massage she gave. I was able to instantly feel relief from the tension on my lower back, and I would definitely recommend her.

This 2 stars review is towards the company, not the staff ( which was really kind ) I don’t know how you guys calculate the tip but this is ridiculous and very much so incorrect!I paid $85 ( which I was aware of ) for my 60 min massage ( which was actually 40 ( not kdg )) and when I asked how much was 20% tip they told me that it was $23 which is WAY MORE than 20%. Do the math guys!20% of $85 is actually $17 not $23…Where do you guys get your numbers…?The girl at the front desk told me that the company base the tip by the hour…. How is that a thing….? How can you base the tip by the hour and not by the amount… this is so wrong.If you don’t pay attention, you will actually leave 27% tip which is unfair.I am myself a service provider and believe in gratuity, but this is next level insanity. You guys are basically lying to us and stealing from us. You should be ashamed. Even tho I really liked my massage, because of your bad ethic, I will definitely not return.

I am member since 2016 and massage Envy is one of the best things to give to your self treating. Everyone is very welcoming, check in is very fast and I’m coming back always to on 123rd and North Miami with Alex. I have a problem with a back pain on my shoulders and 90min massage always helps to keep going for next 2 weeks until my next appointment.

I have been a member for almost a year at this location and let me tell you its been the most amazing experience !! I need at least one hour for myself every week and this is the perfect place for me ! The girls at the front desk are so niceee ! They treat me like family every time that I go there!! In addition, they have awesome therapists!!! They have almost 30 different therapists that can fit all your needs in every aspect !!!

Juan was great, he did a good job and listened to my concern. I wanted more work on my knee and he delivered!

I was disappointed with my recent experience with ME. I haven’t been in years and I used to be a member. Seems like the quality is suffering. Probably won’t be back; not worth the price.

It was my first massage I’ve gotten in a year and I felt so restored after my session with Yaumier. He took his time to find my pain points and explained to me what he was working on every step of the way. Was very professional and courteous, will definitely be rescheduling with him for my next session!

Andre’s is amazing! Knows anatomy so he can target what ever complaint you present to him. You leave the place with almost no pain.

The session was supposed to be one hour, but she came to get me late and ended early so it was about 45 mins. She did not have a very good bedside manner and kept trying to sell her services outside of massage envy. It felt like everything was about how much more money she can make and getting me in and out and I did not feel very welcomed or valued.Also, I selected lavender aromatherapy for an extra $10 and all she did was have me sniff the perfume oil a few times and thats it. Not sure if its supposed to be like that. If thats the case then its definitely not worth the extra money.The massage itself was adequate and I did feel relaxed afterwards, but I definitely would not book a massage with Sandra again for the reasons mentioned above.

Edit* another visit this time with Maria de los Angeles. She was so sweet and gave an amazing massage. Best scalp massage ever.Great masseuse. My favorite is Mariadube. She is excellent at really digging into my problem areas. Shes magical. I also highly recommend Hector

Special highlight to masseuse Alex, who is one of the top rated therapists in North Miami (experienced, professional, knowledgeable, great energy). 100% recommended.PS. Rugs need to be changed but other than that, it’s a cozy and well design space.

I’m so disappointed by this company and location, I joined the membership two years ago, And was happy at first, When I tried to cancel this year, I got the runaround. I tested positive for Covid, and had a couples massage for two hours, They assured me that they will credit back the account then they called me later and said they can’t, I sent them my test results, but they said that it could be fake, that I needed a doctors note. How are you supposed to go to a doctors office when you’re positive with Covid? There’s no doctors office that would take you ! I would not recommend this business to anyone. It’s really sad that they rip me off like that!

Lucia has “gifted hands!” My facial was relaxing and comfortable! One of my best naps in awhile!

Had a woman named Deborah and the massage was not enjoyable. I arrived 10 minutes early only to be picked up 5 minutes late and during my pick up my therapist complained to the front desk staff about the time she had to spend doing my treatment while I was in ear shot. What was meant to be a 90 min deep tissue massage was just 90 minutes of me being rubbed down with stones. I added the stones to enhance my treatment but I never intended for the stones to replace my massage. Even when I asked for a pressure adjustment, she did so for 15 minutes before returning back to her original pressure. At times her hair was rubbing on my head or what felt like breast would be pressed against my hands which was uncomfortable as I would focus solely on not moving my hand to not cause a gesture that would make her uncomfortable. After every body part I’d think to myself ‘’ that’s it ?’’. It felt like I was being rubbed down with no goal in mind. Like there wasn’t a knot or tension she wanted to relieve. I spent the last 30 minutes of my massage staring at the ceiling while being rubbed waiting to finish. When I told the front desk staff I didn’t enjoy my experience, the young lady checking me out just said ‘’ Oh, sorry to hear that’’. There was no discussion about what i didn’t enjoy about my treatment or how the situation could be rectified at all. All I got was the phrase above, a slight pause then I was told my total, asked if I wanted to leave gratuity and that’s that. Been getting massages since I was 19 and this was by far my worst experience.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE - I signed a contract for 12 months. After the contract was over, I decided to cancel. Three months later, after calling several times every month, they keep charging me the monthly fee, and they just won’t cancel it. I’ve tried to contact the manager, but it’s impossible. They also refuse to provide me with any email address to escalate this situation, and cancel this membership that I don’t want anymore. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH MASSAGE ENVY NORTH MIAMI.

I had the worst experience with massage envy apparently they care more about charging your credit than providing good customer Customer service. Think twice before becoming a member with message envy, make sure you take time to read their contract, because they will quickly use your time and money before you know it you will ended up losing more than getting help from them. Horrible absolutely horrible I truly feel that their ways are highway robbery 😡😡🤮🤮🤮.

The massage table heater was not working. Second time at this location in two months. Too much turnover at this location.The massage therapist Maria listened to my requests and gave me a good massage.

I got my first full body massage with Maria, and she’s AMAZING! The scalp massage felt like I left this dimension (no, seriously). I didn’t know how much my body needed a massage until she pointed out where I had knots. I hold tension on my shoulders and she took her time on the areas of my body that needed more focus. 10/10 recommend!

I have been a client for years and I can honestly say that the best massage therapist is Odean. When I arrive she always checks with me to see if there is any special areas I need more attention on. She does great pressure and leaves me super relaxed.

Oden does a great job! She makes you feel comfortable and relax. She plays soft relaxing music, keeps the massage bed warm and provide you with a hot towel behind your neck. She targets the areas that you are having problems with. She is also very professional and gives excellent customer service. I give her a five star.

Loren pays attention to details and is great at tailoring the service to my skin’s needs. Love her gentle and professional spirit. She is a definite asset to Massage Envy!

I have been in this place, be aware those type of massage are not deep tissue I lost my time here! I would never come back to this place! They tried to scam me by phone they told me we do the best massages but then I had the worst massage I have ever had in my life with a person who put me a lot of oil in my back and I had to stopped him.

This place is clean, front desk is always friendly and I have tried other locations and keep on driving here from Brickell. Ari is the bestttt! I usually take deep tissue massage with aromatherapist which is very relaxing.Recommended.

This therapist does a good enough massage but she is always in a rush at then end and always ends 5 minutes before shes supposed to. I had a 90 minute massage and towards the end, she always ends with 10 minutes instead of 5.Always running out the door.She is not very nice and answers in a stern voice when you ask her something.

I felt rushed. She started at 11:05 or so, I was getting dressed to leave at 11:50. Definitely not the full hour my membership covers. This was my first time and I was not pleased.

Hereifa was very professional. She did an excellent job at massaging my upper back. She was too perfunctory on the lower extremities and basically massaged only from the knees down. I was very surprised. I will try her again and share my expectation with her next time.

I paid for an hour massage and got 40 minutes! My appointment was at 1:30pm, I got there earlier like advised, and I was taken back until 1:33. The masseuse started at 1:40 and stopped at 2:20. Unacceptable! Additionally, the massage wasn’t the greatest l. Totally left feel upset

I asked for a deep tissue massage and I did not get it. Also, I didn’t get a full body massage.

Tilletha is the best! I only go to massages with her. She has an excellent technique, the exact amount of pressure I like, and a calming energy. If I could give 10 stars I will do.

The massage was fine but the girl behind the counter Jessy wants to cheat you with the percentages. She repeated to me several times on her computer that 15% of $75 was $20 dollars, I let her but I dont think its the right way.

If I could out ZERO stars I would.I have had my appointment 2 weeks in advance and they call me 4 hrs before to cancel my couples massage. I understand therapists might have an emergency, but FIND a replacement or offer a solution.I asked to speak to the manager and they said they will call me back. 45 mins passed and they had not called me back so I called them. They left me on hold 15 minutes, until I decided to call back and they answered. I am still on hold and it has been more than an hour.They charge clients when they cancel less than 24hrs before a session, but when they cancel the client less than 4 hours before what does the client get? Nothing? Screwed? Pretty much.The customer service is beyond horrible from all staff and especially the manager that does not resolve issues, let alone show up for a client.

We requested deep tissue massages for both my boyfriend and me. We don’t think either of the therapists knew what they were doing. They were not trained massage therapists.

I love this place! I’ve been a member for a long time in this location and I’m impressed in the level of professionalism. As a member in this location I feel like home every time I come here. Front desk cast are very friendly and they always willing to help you when you need a spot for a facial or massage. I don’t understand why people write such horrible comments about this location since I’ve been to other Massage Envy and their treatment is not even close to this location. I had a back pain and Andres (therapist) made a miracle! I walked out with no pain at all. He’s great! Please if you ever need a great massage book an appointment with him you won’t regret it! BLESSED TO FIND ANDRES!! Its my first time back since my car accident getting a massage. I booked with Andres and have NO REGRETS! I was very nervous since my back surgery is still a healing work in progress and I was so happy to hear that Andres has a physical therapy background. Hes professional, knowledgeable, and truly an expert in his field. He knew exactly were to push all while protecting my healing spine injury. I felt so much relief in all the areas that Ive been overcompensating. It feels great to have so much tension weight lifted off me. THANK YOU SO MUCH ANDRES!!!

I have been coming here for 6 years (maybe more). Yesterday I had a 90 minute massage and there was drilling from next door for maybe 45 minutes. I understand the location cannot control construction next door. But maybe not use that side of the facility during construction hours? Warn your customers of the construction when confirming the appt? Offer a discount? When I told the front desk person I got a very nonchalant yes I know it is so loud... I will only come on Sundays for the foreseeable future to avoid construction noise because their therapists are amazing. But if you can only come in during the week in the daytime: I strongly recommend you avoid this location for now.

Great spot! Easy parking, great receptionists, and good availability. I aim to get a facial and massage every month and I never leave disappointed. All the estheticians and masseuses are knowledgeable and excellent. Money well spent.

How in the world this place retains high star rating if every single review is poor?I just read thru other reviews and its scandalous and fraudulent to continue charging clients credit cards after an official cancellation has been submitted in person and required 12 months payments have been completed.Whoever in charge of running this franchise should look into auditing this office location.Now after I completed 12 months payments and disputed further charges and after many hours on the phone I was assured by the owner that I had 8 sessions left after using only 4 out of prepaid 12, I was denied a service.Therapist are great but Im ready to report this establishment to Better Business Bureau for monetary fraud .

I have been a customer at massage Envy for 2 Years now. They always treat me and all their customer with the upmost respect and kindness! The people at the front register are always very Friendly and Happy to help with any concerns or questions. The rooms are very spacious, calm and comfortable.The staff is also very welcoming and professional.

Had the best 90 minute massage this week by Ania, another great therapist at this location where I have been a member for many years. This Massage Envy location does it right and has many great therapists to choose from. The front desk is always friendly and does a great job with Covid health measures to assure everyone’s safety. I am impressed. The only complaint I have is the music which is played in the rooms. Know this music is selected by the corporate chain but the owner of this spa manages it like a boutique spa and reason it does so well. I guess you can just turn off the music in the room & set up your phone/tablet with speaker as an alternative.Despite that matter, this is my favorite massage place to go to be renewed & rejuvenated. Also, like the enhancements they have to choose from for a small add on charge.Totally recommend this place!

I’m very disappointed today! First they cancelled my last session 2 weeks ago and now I never received any reminder text message as usual. So I missed the time for my session and they applied their cancellation policy. I’ve been a regular client for months, never missed a session, never late, but they didn’t even try a goodwill gesture (I’m a member).Actually, feel like I’m just a number for this big brand. No personal service they just make $ on you!

I have been a member for a 1 year here and I actually thought I would continue because their staff is great and I got facials here every month with Lucy! She is honestly the best and takes great care of your skin as well as gives you a skin care routine for home and recommends what is meant for YOUR skin. But unfortunately I was not happy with recent events. I was charged as I usually am every month except it wasnt my usual rate it was more, and NOBODY made it clear to me that the monthly rate was changing. Out of respect I shouldve at least been sent an email letting me know that the price was going to change. When I called there was a girl who told me corporate changed the price and to call them. Called corporate did not answer and they proceeded to send me an email responding to my voicemail letting me know someone from my massage envy will contact me which never happened. So that issue was never solved. Now I am out of my agreement and wanted to cancel my membership. Which they gave me the option to email me the membership cancellation form and I would have to send it back signed through email. I never received the email called back again they sent it, signed it and all was done. I called today to double check I would be cancelled before my monthly charge which is the 22nd. They told me it is being processed and will be fully cancelled on the 26th and I will be charged tomorrow regardless. NOBODY ever made it clear to me that it takes that long. Why couldnt anybody tell me that when I called asking about the cancellation? This was literally terrible and I will most likely not be coming back to this location. I work front desk in a Pilates studio, doing basically what they do. And we always notify our members when something changes. So I know something can be done working in customer service as well. I never write reviews but this had to be said because this was honestly an awful experience and there was no communication whatsoever I hope others dont experience this.

This massage envy spa is very unique. The moment you step into the spa it turns into a relaxing environment. After a long week , I always look forward seeing my therapist Ari. The Staff is wonderful and pleasant. I have recommended this locations to friends and family.

Well well. So I tried this place out since I just moved to the area and needed a massage ASAP. They were really nice on the phone as well as when I came in. They took me into a little seating area and had a short conversation with me about what my problem areas were and also what I like and dont like. I definitely appreciated that. So they had a deal for newbies it was one hour for 55$. They told me on the phone to come in early to make sure they can have this conversation with me. My appointment was at 1 at that was exactly the time I was in the massage room. So far so good. My massage therapist came in and asked the same questions one more time that we dont have any misunderstandings which I also highly appreciated. We started the massage at 1.10 and I did feel a little rushed through it. When she was done and I checked the time it was 1.46?So now I was a little surprised and confused so I asked my therapist if I misunderstood the hour and it was just half an hour but she said no. So when I went to the front it was 1.51.Clearly not an hour. I did tell the front desk about it and they did give me a ten dollar discount. After all thats fine. But it wasnt about the money it was really that I needed the massage badly and I was willing to pay any price at that moment to get a full hour. She explained to me that the first five minutes include a short talk with the therapist and me getting undressed. Which still didnt make an hour. Either way. I still tipped my therapist 10$ because Im from the service industry and I just wouldnt do that to her. But as a first time promotion I would just expect a little more effort if you want to keep customers. Would I go back? Most likely only if its a last minute situation. If I can schedule a regular appointment somewhere else I will.

If you are out of the country, of course the AutoPay will run smoothly even if you are not using it, but if you need an assistance from a manager who is not available to approve a transfer to your guest when your appointment is time sensitive, otherwise you will lose your booking or you will pay an additional $120. Horrible customer service. You can tell by Massage Envy automatic response asking me to reach out to them through their portal 👇🏼😂

Very progressional and good deep massage technique

This was my first time here and the experience from when I walked in until when I left was amazing! My therapist Odean was awesome and gave me the best full body massage I’ve ever had!! She also gave me a mini lesson about the different muscles and how they should be when relaxed which was a plus 😊 I’ll definitely go here again and I will choose Odean every time!!

I didn’t have a positive experience with my massage in fact quite the opposite. First of all my masseuse didn’t speak any English, I mean I couldn’t even explain to her to use less oil, because I was covered in it head to toe and I even didn’t get a towel to wipe it off at the end and had to use a sheet. My clothes and my car are now all sticky. It would be nice to train people to know at least some basic words as not everyone is speaking Spanish in Miami. Another thing is that the massage itself wasn’t good either, the lady seemed to know the moves, but couldn’t feel the knots and I couldn’t relax as a result. Again, a little English would help to explain what I wanted. Very disappointing. Will never go back.

I have been going here for more than a year. I used to HATE Massage Envy due to a few bad experiences at other locations (customer service related and not the massage itself). This location, however, is AMAZING. I have visited 20 times, every experience has been great. Different therapists, and with the exception of one who really couldnt do deep tissue (she was more on the relaxing/spa type of massage), all the different therapists I have tried have been fantastic.

I bought my mother a gift card from this place for her birthday, I made an appointment for her for a Sunday. The day of, she was feeling ill. I called at 8:30 am before they opened, 10:00 am, to RESCHEDULE the appointment and left a v/m to please give me a call back and never received one. On Wednesday, they charged me 100% of a service she didnt receive. Per their policy, same day cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. I called to make a claim and got no response from any supervisor on call regarding the matter. I called the next day and spoke to a rude receptionist who explained to me that I was charged correctly since my mother didnt show up. I explained to her that I left a v/m and they confirmed that they received it and said that I can bring my mother anyways. I told her that I dont want to take my mother there, its already bad enough that I bought gift card now I have to deal with them twice? NO. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!Remember, the best advertisement that any company can have is word of mouth. Im definitely letting people know about this experience.

The professionalism in this place is embarrassing. I called and booked two appointments for me and my mom over the phone, and they reserved two for 5PM. I got here at 4:45 PM after planning my whole day around it and they had booked the appointment for the wrong date. The people at the front desk were not kind or helpful at all. They were making fun of us (Alex and Bryan) saying “humans make mistakes.” They don’t value the time of their customers at all. At the same time a lady walked in saying she scheduled an appointment online and they said she didn’t have an appointment. This is ridiculous and beyond unprofessional. One comes here looking for an outlet to their busy schedule and they’re faced w stress and complete disappointment. I would give 0 stars not even 1.

Whenever I come to this location - I’m never disappointed. I recently had a 90 minute session with Belinda and I left extremely happy.

They run on schedule so if youre late, itll decrease your time & trust me, you dont want to miss out on any of it!.. Even a basic massage makes you feel like you loss 20 years of aging. Anyah from the N. Miami branch was Awesome! Her routine was everything & I enjoyed the soft music!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Read over 50 reviews about them, but still decided to call and talk to a specialist. Absolutely rude, disgusting. Very very sketchy, a first time massage is 45$? And after that it’s 115$ if you don’t sign up for their membership (which incidentally they will continue to charge you after cancelling, and will refuse to refund.) overall> would not recommend using them or going to them ever. 👎👎

Today, I tried rapid tension relief during my 90 min massage. It was exceptional. My therapist Eva is a master. Her vibe is so calming and personal. I felt it the moment she entered the room. I should also mention that her hands are magic.

Bridgette at the front desk was awesome so helpful and friendly! I hope the management see this a gives her a raise! My therapist Youmire (may be spelling that wrong) was also wonderful. Only giving 4 stars because the other girl at the front desk kept pushing a membership to the point where it almost negates the whole relaxation of a massage.

I’ve been considering coming here for months. However, after reading all these reviews about being charged extra charges and terrible customer service after your massage... I’m not sure. A massage is supposed to be relaxing. I don’t want to worry about being coerced into a membership by staff after my massage. I also don’t want to worry about my card being charged weird prices I didn’t agree to and then having to deal with calling to get a refund. Sounds like a suspicious business operation.
