I’ve been a member for months now and I love it! Diurys is by far the best massage therapist I’ve been to. She’s attentive to detail, makes great suggestions, is kind and respectful. I haven’t had any issues thus far. I totally recommend booking with her!
My massage therapist did not speak much English, but was eager to overco.e the language barrier and satisfied all my requests. Very strong hand and very thorough. Of the dozens of massages Ive received over the years, feel I got an amazing effort start to finish. Co sidering this was not a high end spa it was certainly worth it.
Had a great massage with Nila. She took her time to hear me and put hot compresses. The aromatherapy I bought extra was worth it! I wish the waiting room would be more Zen like . Maybe adding a small waterfall fountain, and some herbal teas instead of black tea or green tea. Everyone was super nice and the place is in a great location.
Durys is excellent as a massage therapist she is very professional. And very good , applies good pressure and knows the body well to help you relax and recover . I only go to midtown massage envy because of her

This place charges you for no reason even months after cancelling your membership. When you callt they claim put you on customer log and tell you that they cancelled. If you don’t pay attention to your credit card charges they keep charging you . They will tell you that the manager will call you . But never ever be a member with your card details at these chains becoz next thing you know , you are stuck with recurring charges.
Massage was nice. The only thing was that I asked the therapist at the beginning of the session and in the middle if she could apply more pressure and she did it for a minute or so and went back to just feeling like she was just rubbing the oil in. I would have enjoyed more having medium pressure as I asked in the first place.
I have been going to this massage envy for a long time. The only person I will do a massage with is with Orlando. He is amazing, I always walk in very tense due to my job and by the time I leave, I am feeling great.
No recomendation - unfortunately no good value for money. Massage was just a quick, no pressure and I could clearly notice that the masseuse was simply annoyed to give the massage - almost felt sorry for her. Additionally, masseuse was coughing permanently. During checkout the asked me to give proper tip (minimum 20% which is quite some sum) for a $115 massage.
The receptionist did a very bad job at scheduling us and lied to us. i called and asked if it was the cutler bay location and she processed to tell me it was when it wasn’t. she booked me an appointment and then when i didn’t show up to this store but the one in cutler bay they had the audacity to charge me $65 for a no show fee. not even a confirmation was sent. very unprofessional and a lack of human decency
Booked a session through their system which texts you. Show up at 5:00 PM after a bunch of traffic to find out they canceled my session and gave it to someone else. The kicker, I leave and the front desk calls me to tell me it was my fault rather than having the manger call me as requested. The time I came in before there wasn’t music in the massage… Don’t recommend this location!!

Terrible customer service. I was schemed into signing up for a free trial that ended up being a 6-month membership. Each employee told me something different. I was never shown any physical contract nor asked to sign anything, to then be told that I would get charged $75 every second of the month. I need someone to contact me ASAP.
No shorts no stretch. first time I heard this rule after being a member for 4 months. most unpleasant encounter woman marched me to reception desk presumably to have me admonished like a child for expecting to wear panties I was unhappy about wasting my time and her response was about her wasted time. I am the paying customer and have gotten along with others working there just fine. I recommend that you do not book this nasty Nina woman.
Absolutely terrible customer service. This franchised location has refused to answer my complaints, that were elevated at a corporate level to them. Called them as well, but the assistant manager couldnt do anything and had to ask upper management. Never heard back again. Ive exhausted all options and feel utterly disrespected as a repeat customer.
I booked an entry price massage. I was stuck on the intercoastal. I called the location. I asked if I can shorten to 60 mins - they said no. I assumed it was cancelled and I had to pay a cancellation fee. Turns out it charged me for the entire 90 min massage.I know it’s my fault for missing part of the massage to begin with, but it’s usually customary to charge a partial cancellation fee instead of charging me the whole fee. I will not be returning due to the miscommunication and terms of service.
Place was clean and the employees are very nice. Ariel was the one that gave me the massage and he was really good.
The customer service is horrendous. I called at 9am to ensure my 10 am appointment is ok. I get there at 10:15 because the location wasn’t even texted to me when booked, it just like got lost in translation. They tell me their masseuse left as I WALK IN because of an emergency and they have NO ONE else working….. so is this a massage envy place with no masseuses??? Then I ask if they can try to call another location to accommodate me since I am a mom to a 3 Mos old, and coming here was already a hassle in itself because I had to ensure baby had breast milk, had a care taker and just the many different factors of being a first time nursing mother…. The “manager” just looked me dead in the face and said we don’t call other locations and basically just wanted to shove me out the door lol. Never again. So much for getting a mom day off. I’m more tense than ever
Massage was good… but my question is… why do I have to tip so much… how does a $70 massage equal to $24. When 20% of 70 is $14? What calculator are you using even if with taxes the massage is $80, 20% would be $16… and then you have signs in every corner to tip.. when the math is wrong and if you don’t they have in very small letters all the way at the bottom of the paper that states if you don’t tip 10% automatically gets included… is this establishment not paying their employees correctly, that they have to rely on our tip to pay there employees.. I’m not blaming the employees I’m blaming the owners of this establishment since I see it’s a franchise..

My bf brought me here for a couples massage and I had one of the top 5 WORST massages ever. I heard the masseuse put on rubber gloves and in dismay I said to my bf, hey babe do they always use gloves when they massage here? He replied no, never, my masseuse doesn’t have gloves on! So she chimes in and explains that she has a broken finger and that direct skin on skin contact would open her wound. ?!?!? So I have someone with an injured hand massaging me, I hear the crinkling of the gloves as she does my shoulders and arms, have rubber touching me instead of smooth hands. Her pressure was inconsistent and she never asked me if it was okay. Twice I asked her to go harder and she went from delicate to VERY hard. Then she was pressing her nails into my feet and hands. She didn’t repeat the same motions on each side. It was not a pleasant experience at all. I wanted to stop it and ask for someone else but didn’t want to make a fuss and spoil his experience. Which btw, his massage was great! They should give him a refund for the credits he used on me. Ridiculous.
I booked a 60 minutes massage last minute over the phone for 13:00. Then I said actually book for 13:10 no to be late, the receptionist said ok. I arrived at 13:10 and went to the room, by 13:50 he said we were done. I was like this was only 40 minutes massage. They told me I arrived 10 minutes late that’s why os was short. I did inform would be 13:10 and even that way they still have done 50 minutes massage not 60. Anyways complete rubbish place, like a bus station for massage

Ive been here many times. The front desk is always professionaI and the facility is clean and quiet. I got my massage with Jorge. Top 5 best massage I ever had. I enjoy deep tissue massages and he gauged the pressure just right and periodically checked in to make sure I was ok. My neck and my whole back feels so relaxed. The foot massage was the best part! Ask for Jorge.
Quite, professional, experience. The staff so nice. Only parking was horrible. My therapist did a great job on relieving some tight tense muscles in my neck/upper back.

I had the displeasure of having Yary as my masseuse. Before laying on the table I told her I had surgery on both of my wrist from military service and they don’t move, during the hand massage she kept trying to bend my wrist and I had to remind her they don’t move.The only thing that felt good about the massage was when she used the massage gun (which she told me cost extra 5 times, even after I said I was aware). It felt like she just went through the motions and completely missed major muscle groups. Neck, Lower back, triceps, inner calf, and feet - meaning not even touched. The whole time I kept thinking “this is the worst massage.” My girlfriend and I had a couples massage, and after the massage we talked about each other’s experiences. From the sound of it her masseuse, Charlie, was lovely - leaving me hating my massage even more with how little effort Yary put into the massage.

The worst costumer service. came in for a massage on a Sunday after a long week and they wouldnt let my mom in because she didn’t have her id on her and I’m paying for both me and her to get a massage. they don’t want to give me my credits back either for not taking my appointment and we’re absolutely rude without giving any type of solutions.this is because I tried coming again, after being disappointed for another time that I came and asked for water and they said they don’t give clients water. this is a massage place! unreal. just terrible.In addition, the massages are usually 45 to 50 min and not one hour. don’t go there.

Rude staff, they yell and not even allow to talk, came 2 months ago to transfer my membership from California to this location, called 3 times already for the update they all yell need to talk to manager, manager is not here. She just literally told me go to another location. Poor management, I felt mistreated and bullied. Would never recommend.
Honestly the worst massage Ive ever gotten. Had to cut my massage 30 minutes early. It literally was him ribbing extremes amounts of oil on my back the while time. So weird no synchronized movements just rubbing. No pressure; just weird movements and shaking. Called for refund they told me they would give me 50% off. I had a terrible experience at that Massage Envy in particular. The women literally was ribbing extremes amounts of oil on my back, legs and arm the entire time. Which causes me to break out into hives my throat was feeling itchy. I ask the women what was that oil she was rubbing on me. She couldnt say due to her lack of English. I ask for some water which she hesitate to give me. The massage felt so weird no synchronized movements just rubbing alot of the oil. Lucky I had some Benadryl was able to take quickly. I have gotten messages many times before in the past at a different location but this was the worst massage I ever experienced. Which need to be investigate, something wrong about that place Now I see why their rate is very low but its crazy at a hot tourism location in Midtown Miami. Never again, I saved my own live thanks to Benadryl.
I already had a massage booked today with my credit from my membership. They called me today saying I couldnt use the credit today because the card I have on file was expired.I informed them that the card has been lost, and I was waiting on a new card. However, I still have a credit THAT I ALREADY PAID FOR and they refused to let me use it.Such a shady company. They have already been sued for these types of practices in the past, it looks like they will continue to get sued in the future.
I call and got an appointment the same day within an hour. My massage therapist was Martha, she was a good therapist, the place is clean, a bit disorganized with sheets seating in front of the bathroom and cases of water. . . but staff is super friendly, easy to park, reasonable price and great availability.
So relief after the massage with Josefina. We focused on my back and neck that was hurting for a week and I feel with a lot more energy now I’m feeling new again!
The management at this location is completely terrible. I booked a massage, I get there, check in and after 15min passed the time I was supposed to receive the massage I decided to ask in the front desk what was going on. The person there told me she had forgotten to call me but my therapist had call and said she couldn’t come on time!!! Then she told me If I wanted to wait since the therapist would arrive for sure in the next 15min. I decided to wait. I waited for 30min and the therapist never came. I asked the front desk what were they going to do in compensation for this situation and she called her manager who offer a free $10 enhancement for my next session. How can you be so cheap and petty? I wrote to customer service to complain and the manager called me but I missed the call. She left a message asking me to call her back which I did.. 4 times!!! I have left 4 messages with the recepcionist asking her to call me back which she never did!! Terrible service, zero profesionalism. This location is really really bad run. Terrible manager
First time massages are $70. I had a lady masseuse (Rebecca) and she was actually pretty good. One star less for that small cramped waiting room with boxes everywhere. For a last minute massage this worked out great!

The quality of service entirely depends on which therapist you get, and it can be varying quality. Ive had some massages that compete with much more expensive places, and yet some where the therapist barely touched me.The ambiance suits me; calm and not overly scented. The equipment can be hit or miss but usually its fine.I had issues with my account being paused during the pandemic- was still charged and then promised refunds which some came and some didnt. For what its worth my account is managed at the Brickell location.Overall the price seems a bit high when you consider tip - and of course you should tip.
I have been a member at Massage Envy for about 7 years now, and have been going to this location for about 3 years now.The front desk is always pleasant and greets you without being overwhelming. I tried 3 or 4 therapists before I picked Orlando-hands down the best massage therapist I have had-excellent pressure, good flow and listens to what you need to feel better, I had an issue with my left shoulder and he was able to use the correct pressure and it was better a couple of days after the massage. I suggest 90 min sessions if you are able to do so. Massages should be not be looked at as a luxury, these are a necessity to keep good posture, preventive measures, and good for the soul.Restrooms are always clean, waiting area is nice. I suggest they give their guests the WiFi access, every business does this now,-for those who are waiting on someone who is getting a massage.I am always pleased to arrive and here and pleased to leave --oh, because I feel better after a session.
I had been a member for 2 years with ME Midtown. Membership includes 1 session a month. In March I had a severe leg fracture which made bed-ridden for 5 weeks, I could not walk much less leave my house. Months later, thinking I have been carrying over a session from when I could not visit I went to get a massage (told the attendant I had a carryover session when booking). Upon FINISHING the massage I am told I have no credit and I have to pay! The manager pulled up my record showing I had used all my massages and being in a daze from the massage I paid. When I got home I realized that their records show I got a massage 1 week after my surgery, which is physically impossible! I could barely get from the bed to the bathroom...much less go have a massage. I have pleaded with the manager (Jennifer) to receive a refund or at least credit to no avail. I offered to bring in all my medical records. She completely shut down, says she is unable to do anything and gave me another number to call customer service, which was actually another ME location, which told me they have nothing to do with it. Jennifer is absolutely worthless as a manager as she is unable to resolve an issue and is willing to lose a 2-year member over a $40 dispute with medical records backing. I have requested also to terminate my membership to which she said she cannot do anything about (what?!) so I have blocked further charges on my card from the business.NOTE- This location is under new ownership, which seems to have no clue how to treat or retain their members. I would rather pay more than be treated like this.

This location has terrible customer service. I was happy with the facials and massages for a long time, but recently I missed an appointment due to the fact that I was preparing for Hurricane Dorian and I hadn’t received a message reminder (I guess they stopped doing those since it is only a “courtesy” as they said on the phone.) when I tried to reschedule they said they had availability a few hours later but then the appointments disappeared somehow (they were offering me appointments that were already booked), so I lost the session and had to pay for nothing. I am just appalled by the fact that this location takes advantage of potential catastrophes to take away your money and not give you any services in return.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst setting of customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. They took almost $200 off my card for services I haven’t even received. Not only have I not received a massage or anything from them since March I’ve explained to these people I’m not able to even lay down at this point due to haven’t surgery. They not only have the audacity to tell me they can’t give me my money back but basically trying to make me get massages. I have filed a complaint with cooperate and the better business bureau.

On top of that, I was over charged on my card which was unauthorized and took 4 days to hear back from someone for a refund. Very disappointed with the customer service I received at this location. Will not return!
Appointment was canceled because I used a word that the receptionist didn’t approve of over the phone but she proceeded to take my card to put on file & didn’t let me know my appointment was canceled until I arrived the next day 15 minutes previous to my appointment time. Paid for parking & a babysitter for my child for them to cancel my appointment. My first experience was my last & I wouldn’t ever recommend the Midtown Miami Massage Envy to anyone !!
I went yesterday and it was nice that I could be seen last minute. You also get a promotional price of about $50 for a first time customer. The receptionist was nice as well.My massage session wasnt anything out of this world and I wouldnt come back to this place, especially not at full price. My therapist was rather resistant to my needs, i.e., I did not want an exact full body massage and he pushed back on this request. Even on the my pain areas I felt he just never quite found the right spot. He spent a lot of time on my scalp and even touched my ears, which I found incredibly odd and unnecessary. His nails needed to be filed and there were just weird breathing sounds the whole time; the ambiance was awful and I was never able to relax unfortunately.But overall it was okay, I was in need of serious tension relief. Do I feel better than I did at the beginning of week? Yes. Do I feel the type of relief Im use to after a session? No. Maybe its because I found a really great therapist in Chicago (check Parlor 836!) and my expectations are too high. Who knows.If you want a last minute session, and if the promotion is still being offered, go for it. Otherwise, dont bother.
I signed up for a 6 month membership here while on vacation. They kept charging me after the six months and said there was a mandatory form I had to fill out and send back. Unfortunately I live in Arizona and could not fax it back so I went to my local massage envy filled out the form and they sent it to them. They forgot about my form and charged me an extra month. Then when I called them they found the form and refused to cancel my membership stating it had to be THERE form even though I entered there email and address on the form given to me. Not to mention it’s the exact same form. I’ve requested a refund and to resend me there specific form and I have heard nothing back from them. I will be contacting corporate soon.
Massage was like 41 minutes long. After the session literally starts offering memberships. Asks you for a tip when the service wasnt done properly…
Ordered a 2 hour firm/ deep massage. The therapist was only giving light to medium pressure as she was 7 months pregnant. She also took a 15 min break between my two hours. When I told the front desk I wasn’t happy, they asked if I wanted to book another time slot with someone different. The computer website hasn’t been updated to show that she wasn’t giving deep massage anymore. Go to the Brickell location. They are all professional and call you if there are any changes.
I agree with all that the negative reviews have to say. I am about to cancel my membership because of it. This place tends to put the appt at the wrong time or date or doesn’t cancel the appt so it still sends a text message to tell you to come but then find out the therapist isn’t there and you went for nothing. Just disorienting. Particularly frustrating at this location where parking is difficult and you have to pay for parking before you go in only to find out their mistakes. Then they don’t even seem to care. Completely incompetent staff makes this location a 1.
I usually go to the Brickell location and its great, showed up here to get a massage the other day and they put me with a person that didnt speak english (which is not a problem so long as she asks if I speak the language as well). I asked her for a face tissue because i feel more comfortable laying my face on it than on the linens and she went nutz saying that things are clean all the time and that she didnt have to put it because thats not how they do things, I then proceed to tell her that as a customer and things going on I FEELL SAFER IF EVERYTHING IS DISPOSABLE INCLUDING THE SHEETS BUT Massage envy doesnt offer sheets but im pretty sure they had tissues THAT I CAN BE CONTENT WITH JUST For THE FACE AND ASKED FOR PAPER TISSUES AGAIN, she told me to go back to the front desk and figure it out and so I did because she couldnt help.Front desk staff were quick and switched me to another provider and gave me the tissues to cover the face cradle, only problem is that now im almost 25 minutes to my appt and have to switch rooms and technician which only allowed me about 33 minutes of my service.I STILL GOT CHARGED FOR THE WHOLE THING AND THE MASSAGE WAS MEHHHH.The lady had great hands but i guess they dont all use standard products because the liquid she used to massage me was very watery which took long to dry and made me real cold, asked about a/c and was told the bed has a heater just wait you will be ok.Also sheets were stained with blood like spots and hair on bed, wall are also stained and dirty looking this place is a covid nightmare and it shows.Terrible experience went in to relax came out needing another massage had to get a massage somewhere.NOT SURE WHY MASSAGE ENVY IS ALLOWED TO RE OPEN AND HAVE NO DISPOSABLE SHEETS OR FACE CRADLE... this is nutz not going back again and thinking about legal methods to cancel remainder of membership not because the experience but because of reckless cross contamination practices during times like these.... @massageenvy
I have been coming to this location for a year and half already. Staff is always cordial, professional and attentive. I recommend Anita 100% she is the best and she. As far as Facial, goes they are not my cup of tea, I’m use to a therapist that focus more in extractions other that spending most of the time applying “fancy” creams.
I have dark skin and mark very easily. I told Sandra this, and she was very understanding and gentle with me. I love how my skin looks! Request for Sandra if you go! she has a lot of experience and takes your concerns into consideration.
If I could give zero stars I would. The massage therapists are fine but the customer service/front desk staff are horrible. I have canceled my membership verbally and in writing. Yet this is now the third month they are still charging my credit card. I initially tried to deal directly with them but now close to 2 months now I am still waiting on a call back from a manager. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company and I guess will have to call them back tomorrow to dispute the latest charge. The annoyance and hassle is not worth the massage or facials they give.

WARNING They will scam you when you try to cancel!!! I had a membership at this location for over a year. I stopped going 7 months ago and continued to accrue sessions but decided to cancel my membership a because I wasn’t going and I needed to significantly reduce my expenses. I called them and over the phone the woman told me their entire cancellation policy, that I would be able to use my remaining sessions for two months. She assured me that it was cancelled and there was nothing else I needed to do. One month later they charge me AGAIN and tell me that I never cancelled because of some mysterious email they NEVER SENT ME. She sends me a screenshot of just forwarded text, but not the ACTUAL SENT EMAIL. Anyone can type a date in an email text body, that doesn’t prove it was sent. They will refuse to help you and tell you they will never reverse the charge! DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP HERE.
Like many other people have posted here they also put me into a contract that I didn’t want and made it nearly impossible to cancel.I find it odd they have their attorneys information on the front page of their “about us” section of the website.That says a lot!! Also; their supposed manager wouldn’t give me their license number and the franchisee does not appear to have an LLC registered to that address with the State if Florida so I’m not sure if they even have the proper credentials...
I went there this weekend and the service was HORRIBLE!!!! Massage was alright but the service was horrible!!!! This was a fathers day gift so it was a little embarrassing. I called a week ahead to make a couples massage appointment and I simply told them to have a guy for me and a girl for him but when I got there it was completely different from what i had planned. They switch him to a guy and they didnt call me to tell me anything and we werent in the same room and all of this cut into our session time and they didnt credit us back the session time so we lost almost about 10 mins of session time and then to top it off the lady was extremely pushy about getting a membership after we told her over and over that we would think about it, I mean I brought him in for a fathers day gift, not to brag him into a membership it was annoying and uncomfortable! Thank god for Kim the therapist for doing his massage last minute! We appreciate that! I mean weve been here before and I had a great experience to be honest with you so I dont know what happen this time.....
Very nice staff, clean place. My first time in the spa, Marlene was my therapist, great job. Have a pain shoulder for a while and after massage feel better. She gave some tips to work at home then to minize the discomfort. Thanks Marlene.
I went there yesterday for my birthday & had a horrible experience. Do not go there!!! They were so unprofessional. I scheduled 3 appointments & it seems like they were shocked I did that. They work for a massage company, havent they ever heard of a spa day? They cancelled one of my appointments while I was there & sent me to 4 different therapists because they were so lost as to what I wanted to do, mind you I scheduled my appointments based on the services they offer. I will NEVER go to that location again & overall Im questioning massage envy as a whole. Ridiculous service

I made an appointment with Orlando. The secretary said he was the most requested. I was really concerned about the massage didnt want a back massage or full body massage because Im ticklish and really only wanted my hands and feet massaged. Turns out you can customize your massage! The massage itself was the best massage Ive ever had! I asked Orlando to focus on my scalp, hands (and forearms), and feet. My feet never felt so good, I had no idea i had so many little knots around my scalp and my hands felt so good- the muscle around my thumbs isnt aching anymore. The massage room was clean and fresh, the air wasnt intoxicated with synthetic room freshner spray. All and all the experience was wonderful. I learned it was a membership type place and so you have the option for cheaper rates in the future if you become a member. There is one detail I cant leave out and I feel horrible for them, but the whole plaza busts out with an insanely invasive fire alarm that could last a few minutes. I live one block down and I can hear this fire alarm DAILY! I had no idea that it affects the inside of businesses aswell. Its truly the worst thing you could ever expect during a massage. My only hopes in writing this is that maybe massage envy corporate could find a solution with the midtown shopping plaza.
Never had a better massage before, and I have tried many places...My therapist Aika was very nice and focus on the area I asked her too.Definitely going back and even signed up for the membership which is a really good deal!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. THE NEW OWNERSHIP is unprofessional. He never has returned a phone call. I have asked for him to call me in reference to canceling my membership. He will have his puppets (so called managers call me back). They keep insisting that I try a new therapist. I have tried 3 since they unfairly fired many of the best therapist there. The 3 I tried 1st one was a chatterbox, the 2nd was a male therapist that kept flapping the sheet on my body pretending to fix it, so he can take a good look at my body ( I asked him to stop or else I would call the police right then and there) he abruptly told me he wasn’t feeling good and walked out of the room. I called manager at the time and I asked for an immediate cancelation and once again. The owner didn’t even bother to call In Reference to my most recent experience. Instead the manager insisted that I would go with a physical therapist (they don’t have PT services there) SCAM!!!! The 3rd therapist ( supposed to be physical therapist) was another joke. Rushed thru the massage and spoke poorly of the new owner. I HAVE TRIED TO CANCEL FOR OVER A YEAR AND THEY DO NOT ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL. THEY KEEP BILLING AND POCKETING THE MONEY. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM midtown, coral gables and Doral locations. All are under same owner. Midtown and Coral Gables locations have had reputation of sexual favors offered to clients. ANOTHER REASON WHY I WANT TO CANCEL before it happens to me.
I have a fantastic experience with Orlando and Lynn. They were very professional and clearly knew what they were doing.
As a former employee at massage envy I can say this franchise is so unprofessional and has very poor manners , the staff is amazing but when it comes to upper management it can sure use an upgrade and a good training on how to actually run a successful business ! It was a nightmare working under the lack of communication , and to terminate a person’s job without notice or a reason why DURING COVID is very unprofessional . Please save yourself the time and avoid this location.

Good massage…they did wear gloves which I understand the reason for but it feels weird lol. Only reason for 4 star instead of 5 is parking, which is only available street side or in a parking deck, both of which are paid parking.

Also I wasnt even reminded of My appointment and They got the money out of my account and I got charged 100% for a service I didnt receive nor was I reminded of. I mean you can go try it yourself but honestly, I put the time to write this review to save other people’s time.
So I visited there last month. What an amazing experience! The therapist I had was named Richard and he was incredible. The front desk was very helpful and dynamic. And I also met the manager, a very nice woman. I would reccomend this location to all clients!!
Please do not sign up for a monthly membership, the contract will make it very hard to cancel!!! though the worst of Covid 19 they kept charging my credit card for a service I could not provide. And you just loose the money once you are finally able, after 3 months to cancel the contract!!! Horrible.

My girlfriend went to this place had a facial done and instead had a really really bad reaction on her skin. If you care about your skin so much dont bother to go here. I advised her to stop going to this place and she will. Im pretty sure the individual there accidentally mixed the wrong chemicals and made her face have blisters. I recommend you wonderful women to seek an actual dermatologist office where their aesthetician can perform real facials! Not this place where they up sell you products that you most likely wont need. This place is a scam ! Fyi they didnt even offer some type of courtesy facial this has happened twice. Dont bother to reply back with lets handle this some other way, you guys need to reform your hole staff on how to do things the right way. Ladies think twice before going !!
This place is quite specialty one 😌My message therapist, George is highly professional with a magic hands 🙌. He really starches muscles right and have not met someone do it therapeutically. He does relieves muscle spasm 👍🏻 levator , Serratus anterior & inferior muscles with inferior Scapular angle. His skills would probably involve releasing spinal nerve compression and definitely spinal subluxations. I highly recommend George and I would rate him 5 out of 5 ⭐️

My friends decided they would go to my location in Cutler Bay. On today 4/20 I decided to give them anothee chance and treat another friend. Like others in review section, I cant get thru on phones. I called to schedule an appointment today and gave a gift card to check the balance and was told it was at zero balance, so i said i would call back with the right one (assuming they wouldnt schedule untill i called back. I was called back at 12:30 ( the “appointment” was for 12) and was told i would now have to pay the session no matter what. The manager tried to be “helpful” by giving me a discount but it would still be out of pocket. Also toldMe to come in for the 30Min left of the session. When i explained that i thought she didnt book me since i wasnt able to give her a card with a balance she told me she still did and that they only give priority exceptions to first time clients. So basically if its your second time they dont care they will charge you no matter what. Horrible customer service with this one dont go to midtown.

Today I called at 4 in the afternoon to ask for a massage at this spa, I made it clear that Rea had a relaxing massage when I arrived, everything was fine, the guy who helped me was very friendly, he just isnt trained for the service I was looking for, he told the people. For 27 minutes it stops and Im not satisfied and when I leave I try to talk to the person in charge of what this girl of Venezuelan origin talks to me at first in a bad way then I explain to her that it was not what I asked for at my appointment she tells me In the same way, I have to pay and she starts verbally abusing me. I tell her that I am going to record her and she starts recording me and continues to treat me badly, to which she threatens that she is going to block me from the franchise system nationwide. and he yells in my face that I have a problematic face and a bad vibe and it makes me angry. I think they should not hire these types of people without education and even less without knowing how to handle these types of situations. I think he should have just told me that I could solve it with another masseuse, yes. He is qualified for what I am looking for instead of treating me and threatening me and making me go through that bad moment. I went in search of relaxing and I came out unusual and worse contracted than how I arrived. I hope you dont go to this place. It is the worst service in the city.

It was not pleasant at all. First of all, I paid for a 90-minute session. And they take 15 minutes off of what you are paying. The truth is, it was a bad experience.
I have also been a massage envy client for almost 2 years, for months now the service has been terrible, once during my massage in the room another client and the masseuse continued having a full conversation and laughter, I asked my masseuse to please said that they would remain silent and nothing like that, I spent the entire session, the next visit the noise was from a builder who also during my visit was making repairs with drills and hammers, I kept going so that on my next visit it turns out that they made me wait for almost an hour because the client before me asked for an extra hour!!! Can you believe, right now I am writing this because I just left the place for the LAST TIME because I am not coming back, waiting for my appointment a very kind man arrives and tells me that he is ready for my massage! I told him that there was a mistake because I never have massages with men, the receptionist came back and told me that my assigned masseuse left work and guess what?? Nobody called me to tell me anything!!! Do not go!!!
