A facial was really nice with a mask, extractions, cleansing and even face and hands massage. Skin looked really good after, glowing. Sauna and showers are new and relaxation lounge is very comfotable and peaceful

I highly recommend Evelyn for facials - She is one of the best estheticians I have had! Not only is she very sweet and attentive, but she also demonstrates a lot of care by providing the best skincare recommendations.Thank you Privai Spa for such an outstanding experience!

This spa is amazing!! The staff and the service is top notch. I tried the Sommadon machine and I got so trlacef that I feel like another person. It marked a before and after in my life. 100% recommend this place.

As soon as I entered the staff was amazing, super welcoming and very educated of what they were offering. I’d so many questions since it was our first time and both Amelia and Edward executed their responses very detailed and professionally. They both went in detail on all the different types of messages they offer after they noticed the one I picked for my husband. After they explained everything and what it does I was more educated and knowledgeable of what to choose for my husband. This was a surprise for my husband birthday and he loved it. I just had a 50 min relaxation massage at Privai. I had a lot of tension in my shoulders and was really tired after a long week of work and they did an amazing job. I felt brand new after the treatment. The room was also lovely and everything set up with a lot of attention to detail: music, materials, scents… 100% recommended!

Got a relaxation massage and a facial with Zudieh. She’s absolutely amazing. Usually I don’t like getting massages from girls but she was absolutely the best I’ve ever had so far. She was so professional and explaining everything all the time, on top of knowing where and how to touch and what pressure to apply. The installation is really nice, clean and well taken care of. I’d come back. Highly recommendable.

When I first walked in I was greeted with smiles and it smelled so great and was very clean. I took my best friend with me she got a body massage and I got a facial. They really know what they are doing which is also very comforting for someone with sensitive skin. I would and will recommend and come back here again!!

I had an incredible experience today. Amelia gave me such a warm welcome and assisted me with getting set up. The infrared sauna was extremely relaxing, as well as my massage and facial. Def coming back!

Went for a Somadome meditation session after my barre class today. As a long term meditator, I was against relying on any extra devices in meditation. And, I was surprised to find out how relaxed and calm I was feeling after the session. One thing I liked about it is the dome structure and the noise canceling earphone really helped blocking out the noises making you fully immersed yourself in the meditation session. I can’t count how many times I had felt overwhelmed with noise when I was doing traditional meditation without any other intervention. In that regard, being able to significant reduce the noise level in the environment definitely helped calming my nervous system. Besides, the affirmative messages in the audio was really lovely. Overall it was a great experience. Worthwhile giving it a try! The staffs were very helpful and kind.

Went to yoga class at 6:30 on Thursday and it was excellent. Class is very professional and instructor takes its time with each student to make sure they are doing the correct technique. Highly recommended

Had a great massage and facial. The experience was second to none. The sauna and salt chambers sent me to another world. Even enjoyed a day at the pool after which I didn’t know they have access to!

This is spa is a jewel in Brickell. The scents as you walk into the spa are welcoming and already set the mood. The place is spotless, elegant and soothing. The staff is very friendly and always attentive starting with the front desk. Along with the massage you have access to their sauna and Himalayan salt infrared room.My massage therapist, Julie, was wonderful. I opted for the relaxation massage and it was one of the best sessions I’ve ever had and I’ve had many! Definitely coming back, shooting for a Monday - Thursday to benefit from many more amenities they offer! Definitely my favorite new spot!!!

The guided meditation with infrared was simply spectacular, and the barre classes are excellent, the teacher, the girls at the front desk and the manager are lovely, I will continue coming to this place, it is an oasis!!!
