Wonderful location! Luisa Knows EXACTLY what she is doing! Great couples massage! Great amount of parking. My husband and I were visiting from NJ and loved the environment and attention.

This was my first visit, and I’ve been to many massage places. Beyond professional and extremely friendly. The front desk staff went above and beyond making sure I understood their member benefits (non contract vs contract) no one can match there prices.. WOW!! Definitely became a member!! I came in with a pain I’ve had for about 6 weeks, I’ve tried everything and Zuni worked her magic on me… I feel 80% better, obviously 1 visit isn’t going to fix me, so I’ll be back in a week!!! Thank you so much and I’m so happy I found you guys!!! Don’t waist your time going anywhere else…

I love my massages with Alberto. I tried a few Masseuses at Mark Spa but I’m sticking to Alberto for sure.Only negative thing for example, I was offered a 90 minute hot stone massage and it was only 70 minutes. :(I love the girl at Reception too! She did well upgrading me from a classic 50 minute massage to a 90 minute hot stone massage with Eucalyptus oil.Love this place.

This is definitely the best massage place Ive ever been too. So far everyone that Ive met that works there are great. This was my second time there and this time I met Zunilda my masseuse. Zunilda was nothing short of amazing.She was able to find the reason for my back pain that Ive had for the last month and a half. Zunilda was able to take away the pain and make me feel a lot better. Its because of her that Im going to sign up for their monthly membership.I cant wait to go back next week for my next massage with Zunilda.

Ive been a member at The Mark Spa since 2021. The manager Kathy is the best and her staff is always so attentive. She always accommodates me and my parents when I take them for a massage on special occasions. My massage therapist Rosie is the absolute best. I play sports and she always knows how to relieve my pain. They also offer so many other services. BEST SPA IN MIAMI!

My massage was fine, but I certainly have had much better experiences for that price. For starters, the beds are among the least comfortable I have tried. The head cushion is VERY uncomfortable and rather than a towel cover, there is a paper cover. The music could be a little intense at times. The massage itself was okay, although I found the masseuses techniques to be unusual and cause more pain than I would normally feel - especially in the shoulder area.Again, not the worst experience possible but there is a lot of room for improvement, particularly for the price.

Amazing experience! My husband and I did the couples massage with Luisa and Alberto. I selected medium pressure with Luisa and was not disappointed! My husband selected the strongest pressure along w a deep tissue and he loved it as well! The place is beautiful, welcoming, and clean! I love getting my massages here. Ive tried different masseuses and they all have a unique but relaxing technique. I like that there are different scents of massage oil you can use and that you can pay for a subscription to get a monthly massage or facial. Getting an appointment is super easy. I like sending a message to the whatsapp and they answer almost immediately to make my appointment.

Mark Spa is lucky to have her. My favorite therapist is Carlos, Alberto and Leandro. Carlos for full body knows a lot. Alberto works the shoulder area and upper body incredibly. Leandro is great too! This is a great way to release stress and for your mental health at least for me it is. Highly recommend getting a membership you can’t beat the price. Don’t forget to drink the best cold ice tea in town here!

Both my massage and facial were exceptional—the therapist Arlety was skilled and attentive, melting away all my stress, while the aesthetician Isabel used top-notch products and was so particular about my acne-prone skin, that I always leave with my skin glowing. I left feeling completely relaxed, rejuvenated, and radiant. It was a transformative experience, and I can’t stop mentioning this place to all my friends.

Today I had a massage and a facial. My Massage Therapist was Alberto, he was careful, professional and focused on my areas of tension. My body was so relaxed that I wanted to sleep💤. My facialist was Orly, she was very careful and explained each procedure she was doing. My face was impeccable and very relaxed, like new🤗. I was first assisted by the receptionist, whom rushed me through my papers to get into the waiting room. Then I was looking at the time, and they had me waiting in the waiting room for approximately 10 minutes before the massage began. The masseuse was a Cuban, blonde lady, who I don’t know the name of, and began to ask me the type of firmness that I desired (soft/medium). Once she began, there was a knot on my upper back that she was trying to reduce and it looks like the firmness was so strong- she went at it 3x- that she left my back in pain; so much for it being relaxed! The next day, I see that I have bruises on my arm from the kind of firmness she used. I will never come back to the mark spa located on 14510 SW. 8th St. This was a horrible first experience.
