8/14/24If I could rate this place with a negative score, I would. Ive experienced constant runarounds, no callbacks, location change, cancellations 2 hours before my appointment by text (which I took off work for). I was driving two hours in traffic to their Lauderdale Lakes location (not the North Miami Beach one, which is now closed) from Homestead to support a black owned business. Even though I got a discount through Groupon, the customer service was terrible. They showed no consideration for their clients. I would not recommend this place to anyone—save your time and money, as its not worth the trouble. Flourished Spa & Wellness Center GET IT TOGETHER 😡

I called them to schedule an appointment but nobody picked up the phone. I will try one more time next week and see if somebody would pick up the phone and change my review. But for now only 3 stars.

Not sure how they are still in business. I had already paid both for the deposit and the service; they scheduled an appointment with me, only to have me drive all the way there for the location in Lauderdale Lakes (which shows up wrong on Google maps anyhow but they have not fixed) and wait and no one show up, THREE times in a row. I only kept trying to schedule again because had already paid for the service. Owner doesn’t answer, salon doesn’t answer back. And they no-call, no-show the appointments and don’t even call back after. They’ve called back almost a week later after the appointment was supposed to be and said was a new scheduling system and wouldn’t happen again. But sure enough it does. Do not waste your time, gas money, and frustration trying to book services with them; they do not seem to care at all about clients’ time. I’m seeing similar reviews from other folks that have been through the same

I came here with my mom for her birthday and we got our hair, nails, massage and facial for such an affordable price. The staff was very nice and I think EVERYONE should bring there family here. I been to the first location once for a facial but the new store is definitely AMAZING ! Definitely a hidden gem !

10/10 would not recommend . Save your time, effort and patience. They rescheduled my morning appointment without asking via email. I confirmed the reschedule by phone 2 days prior to my appointment . I moved my whole day around to accommodate my masseuse schedule. I drove 40 min. in pouring rain, only to find a sketchy facility with minimal instructions posted in the corner, to find the suite. NO ONE from the Flourished Luxury Spa was present. Domo, my masseuse for the evening, was not present. A Women, who shares the suite with Domo had no idea where she was. No one answered the numerous numbers provided. What a joke of a business.

You wanna come to a place where you feel safe & accepted? Amazing vibes & a comfy store ! You just feel connected & at peace walking in the store.

Grand Opening!!! Great staff! Black own! Women own!! They offer spa, wellness services, doula, yoga, and many more, you won’t regret it!!!!

Ill admit, I did read the reviews and was a bit skeptical before booking.Honestly, the ambiance was nice and the technicians were sweet and accommodating. I can understand why theyre constantly booked because this establishment has a great vibe.If I can give this business one good piece of advice, it would be to create a system for a smoother booking process.

10/10 service, space and staff are always nice and welcoming. Sometimes can be overpacked but quality service. Excited for the new locations.

Came in with a Groupon for Hybrid lash extensions and was not disappointed! Service was exemplary and technician was superb! Very skilled and thorough and kept ensuring that I was satisfied with my service. The owner offered me free facial but I opted for waxing due to a mixup when I called to book my appointment and that was appreciated and showed great customer service, and gave me a gift on my way out the door! Great little gem of a company!

I would rate 0 stars if I could. I purchased a lymphatic drainage massage on groupon. First off, the phone rings and no one answers, and no one gets back to you. They also don’t answer emails. I put in an appointment on their website. About a week later I got an email that my appointment was rescheduled a month later. Then, when I went to the location, it was completely closed down. The sign was gone, the space was empty. They are out of business and are taking money and pretending to be open. I even got scammed because they require a deposit. Do NOT go here.

The best facial I have gotten in South Florida since Georgette Klinger closed in Bal Harbor many years ago. absolutely fantastic cleaning, knowledgeable and skilled. add to this a delightful conversation with Dominique, the charming owner, and I left refreshed and inspired!

Enjoyed my visit at The Flourished Spa. I love the ambience in the shop, very welcoming and peaceful. I had my first ever Brazilian wax with Zi from The Bawdy Bakery and she made me feel so comfortable and brought down my anxiety, it was definitely an experience! I also received a facial and love the results after. I will definitely be back soon!

My experience tonight was awesome, I was greeted by Dominique at the front desk &. she was warm, friendly and thoroughly educated in a plethora of different services. My deep cleanse facial was done by Jayla who made sure I was relaxed the entire time and happy at the end. I walked in with dry skin and left glowing!! So glad I found this gem :) I will be returning!!!

I just got my first service with Bria! She waxed my eyebrows so well! I feel like a new woman. Thanks Domo and Bria for making me feel comfortable. The room is even cozy. Not too cold, music on, and snacks. I love it here.

Ive been trying to contact this merchant for 1 week now. I even made attempt to go to the North Miami Beach location to see an abandoned establishment. False information bad business. Be careful with Groupon deal massage. They dont exist!!!

I love this place! Kyra has been my practitioner for my organic sugaring for over a year. I was new to Brazilian waxing not knowing what to expect she was extremely patient with me and made me feel extremely comfortable! Fast forward now I regularly see her every four weeks to make sure my vajay jay stays smooth and hair free! I highly recommend her ladies! So unprofessional! I made a lash appointment for 2:30PM and when I showed up, no one was there. I stood around waiting for someone to check me in. I called the business number to confirm I was there and the lady came out stating she took another client who just came in minutes before me…so I was confused as to why I had an appointment. She informed me I would wait 30 unless I wanted to reschedule; I should have left then. But no, I waited over an hour after my “appointment” time until I left. So disrespectful of my time and poor customer service.

The service here is amazing. The products sold at this establishment are also Top Tier nice quality for the body. The welcoming energy felt upon entering, during my visit, and after my service was complete was beautiful/calming. I will definitely be visiting again. If youre in the area, visiting from out of town, or live a little distance away its worth a visit.

I just left a full review and it vanished so this will be shorter I bought a groupon and when i went to redeem it It said Redeemed I never redeemed it and then i called No one ever answers rhe telephone there I left over 5 messages and no one got back to me Buyer beware There is another review with a similar issue .... Seems like a scam Maybe someone will contact me now The other review seems was adressed after she posted it

They lie about what address they actually have open. The one in north Miami Beach is not open. You will ask for new address and they can take possibly until 30 min before the actual appt to tell you that address is not open and will take your money because you are not canceling following the 72 hr policy. When again, they never disclose the location you make it for is NOT OPEN.

I called in as a walk-in. I was able to booked an appointment right away.The service was exactly as I needed. The owner of the store talked me through everything and answer all and every questions I had about the herbs (yoni steam) and process.Def would recommend if you would like to feel comfortable.

I got my hair done by Domo for my pregnancy shoot! She is beyond talented my hair came out perfect and we connected even more as she is also a Doula! Professional and I felt such a good and positive vibration with her! Can’t wait to go back!

By far the best spa I ever went to. The soaps are amazing and Domo who is the owner is so sweet and very professional. She is very informative and has great customer service. The space is clean, comforting and kid friendly. I definitely recommend coming here for any skin and yoni products.

I had a massage by Blendid Body at the flourished spa. Rose was absolutely amazing. Great pressure and consistent throughout the entire hour. She even told me about some areas that stood out to her and advise me what to do next. Great service, very professional & friendly.

This is such a welcoming and professional spa. Not only is it black owned but it offers many community events that makes you feel welcomed and seen. As well as they also offer many beauty services as well as doula and birthing classes that they offer.

I went for a facial today n I had a very good first experience. Midge was educated on how the face works was telling me a lot of good tips to keep my face clean n moisturized. The best and the most comfortable space to be in South Florida. The positive environment left for women to thrive, learn, and process from each other. Coming from a man’s perspective this helped my wife find an area for safe haven. The owner and the staff leave a good impression on the women community.

Came to flourished for an event and it was AMAZING! Small black business owners were there and the ambiance was filled with peace and love. Love every minute of it! The hosts were also very welcoming.

I had the opportunity to meet this beautiful Doula Queen. I was verbalizing to this Queen about recent excruciating back pain. She asked me, “have I ever tried kinesiology tape?”I told her no, what is that? She educated me about it. Once she educated me, I set up my appointment for both a prenatal massage and kinesiology tape. Once the taping once done, immediately I felt my posture in my back straightened. I’m writing this review on day 2. Literally day 1 and day 2. No back pain, it’s holding everything up. My back and stomach has the tape. The tape is to last a week and you may get retapped 1-2 weeks after. I’m currently 29 weeks upon writing this review. Take it from a momma who has other kiddos. The kinesiology tape is the best thing that has happened! I’m happy to have connected with this Doula Queen‼️

Business owner is very unprofessional. She has committed fraud to multiple customers by charging their personal cards for various amounts of money.

Trying to book an appointment is almost impossible. I believe they pick an choose who they want to service. Hours state one thing yet the owner states another!
