AMAZING AMAZING!Me and my friend decided to have a spa day before our trip and it did not disappoint!! The girls were incredibly professional and clearly knew what they were doing. After a stressful month of work, this was the perfect escape! Thank you so much

It was one of the best experiences i had. First of all, due to traffic we were 20 minutes late. Muriel gave us a warm welcome and said you are slightly late, but its okay and still has the 80-minute massage as advertised.Secondly, when we entered the room, it was well prepared and appropriate for the occasion, valentines decoration, champagne and chocolate at bedside, smooth music. It was really relaxing. Thirdly, the therapists are very professional and respectful. They make you feel comfortable. We will definitely go back there. I definitely recommend the spa 100%. You wont regret it. I accept everybodys opinion. For my bad reviewers, treat people nice so they can treat you nice as well. If youre being rude and disrespectful, what are your expectations?

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Never in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service. It went from good to just such a horrible experience for my boyfriends birthday. We never got our massages or money back. Our appointment was rescheduled then cancelled on their end due to the massage therapist having a family emergency. Things happen but you dont just keep the money knowing you COULDNT provide the service that just wrong! I am still fighting with this rude, horrible and unprofessional establishment to get my money back for massages WE NEVER REICEVED !!! Dont book with this company unless you want to take a chance & get talk to rudely for a massage you never received when asking about your refund that they wont submit! BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK.

It was a cute place. The initial area is definitely a bit sketchy they need better signage to look a bit more welcoming. I also arrived 30 mins early. I my actual session started 30 mins after my start time. The girls also speak very little English so it was a bit hard to communicate. The facial and massage was good. The massage coulda had a lil more pressure but I was relaxed and what not. The chocolate option was legit an almond joy that u get on Halloween....I left that. I drank the champagne it was good however the cups coulda been .ore presentable. All in all it was decent experience if u looking for an indoor activity to do

The experience was exceptional. My body was catered to on that day. The Masseuses were very warm and welcoming. The champagne that was given prior to your body being pampered was good, my only problem was the glass in which they were served, it was a little dull and the chocolate that were presented. I mean for a place that is of such good quality I am expecting a nicer presentation with the champagne and chocolate. Location was a little sketchy at first but after trying again for a second time youll definitely feel comfortable. Overall it was a pretty good experience and I am looking forward for another session.

I went to this place because I found a good deal for it on Groupon, and boy was it a waste of money even on sale. I specifically had the microneedling done. To say I had nothing done would be very precise. The aesthetician, (I cant remember her name but she didnt speak much English), didnt apply any numbing cream which I thought was odd but now I understand why. The needle pricking was SOOOO superficial. Id had a session elsewhere before and it wasnt the best but it was better than this one and the lady HAD numbed my face. After this place I tried a third one and third times a charm because she was far superior and even had a better price than Mint Wellness and BotoPlace in North Miami Beach. If you want good microneedling done go to Monica at Mint Esthetics. Although a similar name, there is no association.

Please do not book with this establishment. My friends and I were visiting from out of town, and decided to book massages. We went to the Biscayne location only to be told that we would have to go to Coral Gables due to a scheduling conflict on their end. At the Coral Gables location we were lied to about the wait time, and the receptionist was very disrespectful towards us. Instead of trying to accommodate us she rudely stated we could leave. In the end we were requesting a refund only to have the cops called on us. I advise you to book elsewhere for a massage. The customer service is poor, and the champagne was cheap and nasty as well. You’re better off going to Massage Envy.

THE GOOGLE REVIEWS ARE NOT ACCURATEThe costumer service was possibly the nicest thing about my experience and even that was extremely flawed.Starting out I booked an appointment and they failed to tell me that they were closed on that day. So I waited outside in my car for two hours (one hour before my appointment and an hour after) no one answered the phones that day.The following day during their business hours I was calling both locations still got no answer. When I finally got ahold of someone they stated that they would include a back and foot exfoliation in my package. I even called an hour before my appointment to make sure the same thing wasn’t happening again. NO ANSWER but, I showed up anyway.WAIT THERES MORE! Lol the back exfoliation was never put in my package and the foot exfoliation was just a foot toxin pad sticker placed on my foot the entire time and then taken off at the end. Which means there was never a proper foot massage like the one listed in my original package.When I spoke up I was told none of that was included in my package. And at the end they tried to get me to pay $22 for the toxin pad.Even though whatever you purchase will be on a time limit (ex. 1hr 10mins) there will be times when youre laying there untouched. They dont talk you through whats happening or ask you what you prefer.OH! And the champagne and chocolates is just a travel size mini bottle of cheap champagne and ONE fun size milky way.

I went to this establishment not knowing much about spas or massages. In fact, this is the second time Ive ever got a massage. If there is anything to say, its that this experience will not be outshined for a long time. Although the outside may seem weird, the inside is organized, clean, and nice. Diana really took care of me. I feel rejuvenated! :)

Omg! 5 ⭐️ is truly not enough!It was by far the best experience, massage, & facial I have ever had! From the young lady that answers the phone, to the front desk attention, to the therapist everyone INCREDIBLE! 🥂🍾🧖🏻‍♀️Fabiola was incredible. I am an event & wedding planner and mother of two toddlers and needless to say that I am always busy and never have time for myself. Let alone pamper myself. I also have suffered my whole life from migraines (I’ve had one for a month straight) until today. She completely took out all my knots and my I can’t feel my migraine anymore.You have to book your appointment ASAP! They were the best! Thank you again! ❤️And thank you for being so patient with me having to move my appointment due to unforeseen situations! Greatly appreciate it! 🙂

On the outside, the place looks very skeptical but the inside was great. Loved all the services I received and the wine and chocolates at the end was icing on the cake. Ill give this place a 4 out of 5.

Stained sheets, incredible lack of communication. Massage used the most basic of techniques. Masseuse failed to inform me when the hot stones were being used and could barely hold on to them herself. No communication throughout the appointment at all, no asking about preferences or areas that need to be focused on. Masseuse was also on her phone frequently, which is a safety issue as I have no idea whether photos are being taken without my knowledge. Wouldn’t visit again.

Amazing experience for my bachelorette party! They even decorated the rooms for us and included prosecco and snacks! Grateful for all of the staff

Booked a couples massage for Valentine’s Day and it was a wonderful experience! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. We left so relaxed and ready for the day. Would definitely come here again!

They will take time away from your massage appointment if you take long parking, filling out paperwork and using the restroom!!!???????????! Scamming people on gifts they received is crazy.

We had an amazing experience. The staff is very professional and friendly. The facials, the hot stones, and the full body massage were absolutely the best. We were taken care of by Diana and Muriel and they know exactly what they are doing! I left feeling very relaxed. Loved the experience and will definitely be back and will be giving referrals!

I was gifted a Groupon which I used today. I called yesterday to set up my appointment and everything was fine, I called again this morning to change the time and everything was fine, I went in earlier than my appointment to check in and everything was fine. The Groupon was for a CUSTOM facial for 50 minutes and I only got a regular facial for 30 minutes which I won’t complain about because it was very relaxing. However, when I went to check out I was charged $22 for a “spa fee” which was never mentioned or posted anywhere. When I called to speak to the manger, a guy named Andres I think, I explained that it’s not right to charge a hidden fee at the end of a service and he got really nasty really quick and hung up after saying it was my fault for not “noticing the sign at the front desk or paying attention when I booked over the phone” again I explained that prior to the service I talked to 3 different people and no one mentioned any fee and that it wasn’t posted anywhere in the spa. I called back 40 minutes later to ask again about the refund and he was just as nasty as before and told me the refund was already processed and hung up again.Definitely not worth the headache specially when the manger can’t accept his employees made a mistake and when you’re not getting what you paid for. Won’t be going back and already contacted Groupon to inform them about the scam these people are running.

My husband and I used the Groupon we found for a couples day spa package. This included a facial and a 1 hour massage. The ambiance was nice and the staff was polite. There was a bit of a language barrier but nothing that google translate couldn’t help with. I’m giving 2 stars because for the money you are spending, you’d expect a real massage. And this is not. It was more like getting your face washed and moisturized and then having oil just rubbed all over your body. There wasn’t much of an actual massage. The massage tables are far too high for them to be able to apply any pressure. They need to lower the tables. I asked for more pressure, and she did a little bit but barely. I feel like it was a good warm up to go and get a REAL massage. If you’re looking to have anything truly rubbed and massaged out, this is not the place. Like I said the staff was kind, but just not a good massage. I would skip this place and hit up the $20 places in the mall for an Asian massage over this. Not worth the money. Unless you enjoy oil baths and barely being touched. Overall disappointed and do not recommend

I took my Fiancée here for her birthday. She’s been needing a massage. We enjoyed every minute of it. We did the facial with the full body massage. The staff was amazing and we had champagne afterwards. I used a Groupon to book and had no issues setting up our appointment over the phone. Highly recommend.

This spa has a very welcoming atmosphere and attention. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I was very impressed on my first visit back in February. The therapist JULIETA is very professional, I’m totally satisfied with my treatments! She’s very knowledgeable. “She has magical hands.” My experience at the spa has been great ! needless to say I continue to visit.

Got a vip package for my wife and I got a regular massage. It felt I was just being SOAKED in oil…barely any touching forget pressure or deep tissue even after asking. I actually stopped the massage (takes a lot for me to get up), then the manager said she would do it herself…sadly now I know who is training them. Same story, ridiculous amounts of oil and nothing more than a light touch. Waste of money read other reviews there are great massages for less up the road.

She knows so much about all of the treatments and knows exactly what I need and when I need it.I’ve gotten facials, massages, wood therapy, injections, everything and this place is top! Also, they always have some type of promotion going on and try to help you get the best products. Love mint! Biscayne is the best location.

Excellent service.I gave my wife a spa afternoon and it was wonderful. The friendly and professional staff, with respect to the place, very clean, quiet and very suitable for these occasions of rest, the unique and very successful massages. I will be back!!!

Front desk personnel- rude and unwelcoming. Also- my headrest had dirt, some kind of crumbles/dandruff on them and eyelashes. I asked the girl to please clean it off before I placed my face into it. Gross. They had blank stares and even attitudes when we walked in…. I stood there after I paid the extra fees and tip for MINUTES. The girl still didn’t even acknowledge me that I was waiting on a confirmation or receipt or a simple “you’re all set” or “thank you have a great day” or something. I LITERALLY had to ask “ am I good?” Before she said yes….Massage itself was just ok. The girl was barely touching me compared to other massages I’ve had. Also, I paid for the “upgraded couples massage” that included champagne and chocolates for an extra charge when it wasn’t even offered til the massage was done and even worse- it’s offered to everyone- if that’s the case then you shouldn’t only be charging only some people or even have an option to have to pay extra. I tipped as I normally do because we all need to make our money- but this was NOT WORTH IT or deserved . Not even with the groupon discount. I’m just happy I didn’t have to pay normal price for that experience. I’ve never had a bad massage experience before. We looked forward to this all week. How disappointing.

I bought a Groupon for a 70 min massage at mint wellness located on biscayne Blvd. The staff first of all were very nice! I was lead to a beautiful room and was happy except it was very bright and I was hoping the music would be different from 80’s loud piano music.then I realized the room sat almost on the sidewalk of US1(biscayne Blvd) the most busy thoroughfare in Miami….It was as louder than interstate I95! After the young lady proceeded to do my massage I needed to explain a medical issue but she spoke no English and had to disrupt the massage to call the front desk receptionist into the room to translate.Incidentally the room was not only next to US1 but joined to the lobby where people were talking from time to time and it was disruptive..I tried my best to deal but I was almost in tears at the fact that I had bought this massage for a relaxing time as I am diabetic, hypothyroid and now in my 50’s having osteoporosis arthritic problems. Though I considered getting off the table and leaving, I paid for it and thought it may turn out to be ok.I would have just left it as a loss, just one of those things but when I called the coral gables center as the receptionist recommended to speak with a manager. A young lady told me the manager was not available. I kept checking back and eventually I was able to speak with her again. She told me that a manager would not be speaking to me. This is miami and people speak Spanish here… also they don’t control traffic. As well as a few other insignificant things.Being a now retired hospitality manager of 24 years in Miami. I was highly insulted because I was not looking for a refund!I had a few suggestions as to how they may improve the situation I experienced because it was disappointing and did not afford the results which were in line with their advertised service of relaxation and wellness….(poor management) Like offering the client, especially first time clients the option of language preference and less noisy space for their their experience.communication goes a long way in wellness. The managers are lacking and it will cost them…what are they managing I ask?(lacking accountability, fear obviously, of having to handle customer service, incite in their abilities and ignorance relating to their responsibilities)At the end of the day they have proved their service and communication with clients to be less than poor and that is all management… I recommend seeking relaxation and massage therapy elsewhere… I hope this has provided insight to you, coming from someone who has been involved with massage therapy therapy for health for more than 20 years….I was not even given the names of the managers though I asked several times, I wonder if there are actually any🤔

Worst massage ever. I had purchased a relaxing or reducing massage of 70 mim. Relaxing absolutely not, with loud music and constant interruptions, first one arm, then leg, they are more interested in covering your body than giving a smooth and steady massage. Reduction, absolutely not since they dont touch the most critical areas, like belly and gluteus.

Kept us waiting for an hour past our appointment. The massage therapist had her phone in her pocket and itkept vibrating against the table. The music stopped and we could clearly hear the street noises, they didnt bother to turn it back on until asked.We booked and paid for a package and did not get everything that was advertised. A scam.

The whole experience lasted 70 minutes. Bought through Groupon which was $92 + $22 spa fee instead of $250. Neria was really sweet. She did her best with what she is given. Had a great facial but the massage was really rushed because she only had 70 minutes to do both. Not relaxing at all. Actually, it stressed me out. The champagne wasn’t even a cheap Prosecco but a raspberry sparkletini which I liked because I don’t drink alcohol but quite sure someone who does wouldn’t have been impressed. The chocolate was a mini bag of M and M’s. Not impressed at all. A piece of Ferrero rocher would have been better and not much more expensive. If you are trying to increase your client base through Groupon, either do it right or don’t do it at all. Would never pay $250!!!

Horrible service a waste of my time and money The mint wellness Center “biscayne boulevard” location I arrived on time but had to wait outside for extra 15 mins no one was there to answer the door. Finally someone arrived and she didnt speak any english she kept putting her phone up to my face to use google translate, i asked her to speak with the massage therapist she google translated that she is the massage therapist. so she is front desk and the massage therapist. I couldnt even tell her what i needed done she had to call someone to speak for her it was very frustrating trying to communicate so i ask to reschedule (wont be doing that )🤦🏽‍♀️Date of experience: July 17, 2023

Nice people… but not a good massage at all… didn’t seem trained and they don’t do deep tissue or firm no pressure even when asked….Also they charge you a random $22 “spa fee” on top of service and tip which I was unaware of.like the other reviews said they don’t speak a word of English just be aware.

This places stole my money. They advertised the service on InstagramWhen I came and paid in full for five sessions they did only half the time. The master said that with my heath condition I need to do something else and offered to switch to different treatmentShe said the price of previous would be deducted. But instead they charged me the full price.They were 40 minutes late every time and instead of two hours did one hour max in treatmentsMy master was on the phone chatting to someone the whole time of treatmentShe refused to explain why she only did half the time and why she was late and why she switched my treatments every time I had an appointmentI tried to talk to management but got silence treatmentThis is insane! They do not speak English, they provide health services and yet they have zero competence and they only want to get your money.If their manager does not get back to me today, I am filing the complaint with the city. This place must be closed!

Despite the mix reviews i decided to visit this place anyhow. I purchased a groupon gift package which included foot detox, facial, 50 minute massage etc.. My experience wasnt terrible but for a place that suppose to be inviting and relaxing, it wasnt.The communication was poor seemingly due to a language barrier. I dont speak spanish very well and it seems they dont speak english very well either. Despite the advertisement stating that the massage alone would be fifty minutes the entire service lasted 70 mins. I felt i was being serviced by a trainee. Worst off when i was done i was left with the facial mask paper still on myface and a quadre of oil over my body with no direction to a bathroom or access to towels tissue anything. I guess for the price thats what you get🤷‍♀️. Everything just seemed off but i tried to make the best of it.

Good spa with great deals, the ladies usually doesn’t speak a word of English so if you’re not Hispanic you may not feel welcomed. That’s Miami for you! Regardless, the ladies are nice and 8/10 times you’ll have a great experience .

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE…I made an appointment for a couple massage and they gave me 8:00am i was there 10 minutes early with my husband waited till 8:15 am NOBODY WAS THERE i called at least 10 times mailbox was so full couldn’t leave a message but sent SMS notification, i even called their other location to see if they can connect with anyone to see what is going on but no answer.PLEASE DONT WASTE TIME TO GO THERE THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS.

I went there with my wife for a couples massage and during the whole time both of the female massage therapist was giggling and whispering in spanish and they kept stopping it was very uncomfortable and rude not professional at all .At the end was charged an extra fee. I waisted money here. This place dosent deserve 1 star . Terrible!

Terrible massage. Bought a spa package and didn’t get all the services it supposedly included. The massage was sloppy and the massage therapist kept getting distracted, I could even hear her phone vibrating.

The worst place for customer service... cancellation at the last minute and without resolving the situation. Furthermore, zero polite treatment from the manager Andres who neither resolved the situation nor accepted his mistake. The girls who serve have the best vibes and excellent smile and attitude, plus the place smells delicious when you enter, a shame that I couldnt check the experience but a bad time due to a mistake on the part of the place.

My wife and I came for the first time to get a full massage (enchanted best) the service was excellent… 100% recommended

Dianas attention was spectacular, her massages were excellent, I left renewed, very professional and attentive, she was wonderful, however I have to note that when I arrived there was no staff at the reception, I had to call, on the other hand the presence of the reception is not in keeping with the place, somewhat messy and dusty, the bathroom (toilet) had black stains (I dont know if dirty or stains as such), the rest was excellent, thank you very much Diana for your cordiality.

I give them a 10 out of 10, the attention makes you feel confident, the beautiful place Sharon is an excellent masseuse, I loved her and I will continue coming back I recommend this place 100%

I liked it a lot, they are attentive on WhatsApp for any questions, it was easy to schedule an appointment, there is parking right in front of the property, upon arrival they are very helpful, relaxing music in the background, everything clean, very well decorated, the massage was excellent : 50 minutes, relaxing, with aromatherapy and hot stones. 100% recommended.

The service and the place were very good, but the important thing about the place, the massages, was terrible!Lack of knowledge about how to preform the massage.The masseuse doesnt know what shes doing, she runs her elbows along my spine several times, she doesnt put force into the massage. It was exasperating.

I had the good fortune of being treated at the Mint Wellness Center spa and I left completely satisfied, excellent customer service, all the staff very friendly from the moment I arrived until I left there on each visit. I have had reduction procedures and relaxation massages and I am still a loyal customer... I will return whenever I can and I totally recommend it.

The best service they offer champagne, and if you have a party event they will fix it for you, fascinate yourself with balloons 🎈 I really love that place I would return again and I would recommend it, Maderos treatments are the best in Miami the girls are very good at shaping the body I had the experience of trying all the services with them, I really give them a 10 👌 recommended

I attended my massage, the place was very clean, very beautiful, the girls are very professional, I was fascinated by my massage with facial included, 100% recommended, it will be my trusted place and I will always return!

Terrible service, they have no hygiene, the bathrooms are super dirty and have a bad smell, the towels are dirty, the sheets have a bad smell, I dont recommend it at all, I think that for health reasons you have to sue them. 🤮🤢
