I’m a new vaper. Love nicotine, hate the smoke. Came in for my first proper device. Far as I can tell they have a great selection. Prices are not the lowest but service is excellent and customer support is on point. Mostly I just want to say this is a very well run business with knowledgeable, friendly staff. They helped me select a device and we had a lovely chat. I felt right at home. I spent more than I’d expected but it was an easy buy because they made me want to support their business through good customer care and personalized service. I’ll refill here whenever I’m in Miami.

I never write reviews, in fact, i had no idea how to get here. but i had such a pleasant experience when i went that i had to promote this shop. normally, when you go to one of these venues, theyre eager to get you out, but the gentleman that helped me, Issa, was very patient, knowledgable, and easy to talk to. they have weekly promotions, somethin i see no one else has mentioned, rangin from discounted memorabilia, to accessories, tools, up to your preferred modus operandi. only downside was the lack of incense, but i was informed, virtually anythin can be ordered on demand, which is also a huge plus. not to mention when it came time to pay, they have a rewards program which unlike others, matches your dollar to dollar. that is how to promote loyal clientele.*Update:* Store has a new owner but you wouldnt even know because the atmosphere is just as friendly and laid back as before maybe even more so. Will was very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. he turned me onto glass screens, a much more efficient alternative, and he reminded me of why i keep going back.

Great customer service,. Michael was the best. Other customer.service.employees should learn from him! This was our 3rd.visit to the store. First two vapes we bought were sadly stolen. When we went back we chose a more expensive SMOK kind, same but in different colors. One for me, one for my husband. Was having difficulty changing the coil. The owner offered to fix it for us, but we could still pick two vapes at 50% discount and he will still fix our other vapes. We did just that. Michael made sure he orders more coils for the specific vapes we got, so when we come back they are in stock. We recommend this vape store to everyone looking for one. We have already told and sent friend over to this one, knowing they will be happy and well taken care of. Great store, plenty of selections and knowledgeable staff.

I went to the Store and a lady named Maria helped me out with everything I needed ended up buying more than I told myself I was going to buy and I was okay with that. She’s a treat and the store is too.

Ive been vaping for over 6 years. This shop is overpriced but since its a few blocks from my house I thought I would give them a try. Batteries are overpriced. The E-liquid is already pre filled on the shelf. I bought a bottle of 3 mils nicotine (what I always use) and it felt like it had zero nico. Even raising the voltage did nothing except more smoke but no throat hit. I took it back and asked if they could add 3 mils of nico. He said they come pre filled he said their store isnt like Vapor Shark or other stores that stock nicotine for custom fills. But said he would sell me another bottle off the shelf with more nicotine for $2 discount. They just lost a customer.I recommend going to a real vape store. This place seems to focus more on selling pipes and accessories

Tried to charge me $25 for a bottle of nicotine salts and $65 for a Smok Novo. I told them no way and went to Vapor Fi which is 5 minutes away. Got the same package for a total of $30. Save your money. Go somewhere else.

First I got a silicone piece for 50 I got one cheap lighter for $5 way too expensive for a lighter that shouldnt cost no more than $2 by the time I paid I ended up paying $58 😡
