If you haven’t come by you are missing out on not only a great vibe and quality products and the employees, who really make this place shine! The knowledge displayed by Joelle and Jon are just incredible and very helpful. Herbin has all D8 and CBD products and the most high quality Kratom and Kava I ever had. Herbin Living is a wonderful establishment. Great lively atmosphere, people and staff. The second you enter your greeted with warm welcome and excellent service. I usually go for their kratom on tap but I was interested in a mixed kratom drink one day and Nick was very helpful in what I should get, so I trusted his reccomendation and the drink was excellent. The store has much variety to fit your needs, and a reasonable accommodation for anything else, the tenders can tentatively gauge well what need your looking to fulfill about and offer a great product. No hesitation recommending this place at a moments notice.
Best smoke shop in Miami! They have excellent service & a great atmosphere, Tom & Derrick always take care of you when you come in, very professional— they make you feel like you’ve been friends for them for years. They have a patio at the back where you can just relax & enjoy a nice day with some CBD prerolls. I highly recommend stopping by & checking it out, you won’t regret it.
I entered this smoke shop to buy some pre rolls. I am transgender and was misgendered by the sales rep. They then told me they were sold out when they obviously weren’t. I could hear the employees behind the counter making jokes about me. I was embarrassed and didn’t want to walk out so I bought some other products and was not super happy with them and the prices.Overall bad experience would not recommend. Not to mention that my friend used to work there and I have heard some crazy stuff about the staff and owners.
Herbin is the BEST smoke shop in Miami! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they’re always nice! Derrick was awesome today! Brock, Chris and the rest of the team are cool! Herbin Living has been consistent in all areas throughout the years and withstood the test of time. I have been coming to this shop for almost two years now and have never had a bad experience with any of the employees or products. Derick specifically had always been very helpful when asked questions and his suggestions have never failed me. It’s far more than your average smoke shop, Herbin Living truly provides an experience if you are open to suggestions and having a full on experience rather than your regular in and out situation. I also have social anxiety and not once have I been triggered by the ambience so for those out there looking for somewhere that feels like home to purchase everything from vapes, incense, cbd products (both human and for pets), kratom, kava, and just so much more, at least pass by and check out the place for yourself and you will be surprised at just how versatile and welcoming this place truly is.
I moved to the area about 6 months ago and this is the most consistent smoke shop I have been to. I have 3 smoke shops by where I work and when my vape dies I just wait to go to this smoke shop. Staff is extremely nice and patient. Seven helped me out explaining what each gummies do and her patience and understanding to my indecisiveness truly provides a safe space environment for customers to just go in and explore what product can best suite them. She, along with her co-workers, truly provides a family like environment when you walk in to the store. Nicest and best smoke shop to go to in the area.

This is honestly one of the best businesses in the neighborhood. There are other shops, but HL has a far superior selection and the best brands. We were about to use the hair salon parking spot (when it was closed on a Sunday night) for takeout from Uptown 66 (delicious), and the staff of the neighboring Smokeshop came out and screamed at us and threatened us with being towed. We were not parked in their designated spots to be clear. They were aggressive, unnecessarily nasty and really shortsighted. Funny thing is, this is an opportunity for them, if they just came out and handed out a flyer or maybe a coupon, they would pick up countless customers. Instead, they completely alienated us and everyone that we picked up food for. Totally unnecessary.
The people that work here are funny, great spot to escape from the city. It’s a smoke shop with a speak easy vibe. In the back you have a kava bar, plus the patio. Overall, a great place to vibe and meet all types of peeps. Organic vibe with endless supplies. Enjoy!

Zero Stars... This staff is making money off of towing cars if you are there for more than a minute they sat outside and watched as five cars are getting towed. Not knowing how much they can ruin peoples lives just so they can make a buck...
They have some nice selection of glass but half the staff isn’t knowledgeable on it or what they carry. The last two times I called asking if they had certain glass pieces/ attachments and they told me no, only to walk into the store and find it right behind the counter. Heady scale is 6/10.
This is a really awesome chill spot with a great selection of all kinds of goodies and even a back yard garden/relaxation zone! The kratom selection is the best around in my opinion and Ryan really knew what he was doing helping me out! Give them a shot for vapes also!!

Ive wanted to try delta 8. Tom was great. He gave me a great breakdown of their products. I got the Lemon Thai, the taste and feel were both pleasant. It wasnt as strong as regular product but my expectations were meet.One great thing about this place is they have an outdoor lounge area in the back. It had a island vibe. I went Sunday evening and there wasnt anyone else back there unfortunately. Tom did say though they have a party on Friday nights though.
This is seriously one of The coolest smoke shops I’ve ever been to. As with many things in Miami, a cool new twist on an everyday business with combo of a smoke shop and a dispensary, (in a non-legal marijuana state, no less) I was highly impressed with their inventory of flower and smoke alternatives and with how knowledgeable and friendly the staff was. Allie-Jade and Tom were both very helpful and Allie-Jade was Incredibly knowledgeable and up-to-date with all of their product. Love the little smoke lounge in the back and all the chill vibes. Will definitely make this a regular spot 😊

Amazing staff. They are always so helpful. Ive learned so much about the cannabis industry as well as the products I purchase from everybody who works there. Each time I come to visit I always enjoy myself and the staff does their absolute best to make sure each of my visits is an unforgettable occasion. One particular employee mans the Farmers Market on Saturdays in Legion Park across the street from the shop. His name is Stephen and I promise if you have any questions he will provide you with an above perfect answer. Definitely plan a visit, you wont regret it! :)
This was Definitely a Hidden Gem on Biscayne blvd. I stopped here while on my Birthday Vacation in Miami and Completely Fell in love with this place. The inside set up of merchandise was beautifully displayed and Very easy to browse Through. Finding something to your liking or of your taste was not Hard at all! The Staff was Super Friendly, Very knowledgeable and helpful in every way. Saving the best for last! My favorite thing about this place was the outback lounge area they put together for you to enjoy your hookah or vape on site. It was Simply Beautiful!!! Very relaxing, peaceful and nothing but Good Vibes from everyone there. Met some genuine people and honestly had a great time.. Keep up the great work. Im visiting from out of the country and came by on Friday morning just to get a vape but the child behind the counter Ryan does not know how to help customers and gave me a truly rude attitude. do not see myself returning to this place or at least whenever that guy is there.

Derick and Tom are the best salesmen, very caring, attentive to detail, super informative and knowledgeable about every single product in the store!! This smoke shop has the best prices, largest selection, best quality products, opens super early and closes late. They have a huge apothecary selection with anything you could ask for. The lounge in the back has the best music and friendly people to hang out. On Fridays they have pop ups for small businesses and exotic performances in the lounge that are perfect for a fun night. They offer a variety of foreign snacks and drinks for when you get the munchies too!! Stop by, drink some kratom in the back and relax.

Greetings family. I want to give a major shout out to Ryan The Representative. He really helped me out and took time to help me find what I needed. I am in a wheelchair, and he even offered to help me enjoy their beautiful canopy balcony when I come, even though they do not have the ramp for me, he offered to help when I bring my own. He didnt rush me, he didnt seem aggravated by my questions and he even helped me find more deals on sale. I have just one word concerning my guy, PAY THE MAN!– The Bubba Kush CBD was everything I needed for stress and pain, without the buzzing of THC. It was one point, Im headed back there today to re-up.

I have been coming to Herbin for some time but today the staff really went above and beyond to assist me. Thank you specifically to John and Tom for their help. Was having some struggles with juices and they were very knowledgeable and helped me to understand the science of it for myself. Even after getting the wrong juice on my own they still helped me get a new correct one. I walked in 3 times within 30 minutes with another issue and they didn’t seem bothered or annoyed by my constant intrusion. Big thank you to them both for their service and help.
Worked for them for 6 hours. Was overly qualified for the job. was even put on schedule for the rest of the week. I am a strong efficient leader, & I feel like the owner is doing himself a huge disservice by having a 19 year old “train & make executive decisions” over well qualified & experienced candidates.this place is beautiful but has no excitement or spark within its atmosphere. the day before getting hired, the team including the owner & myself had an amazing conversation that lasted well over an hour. We went over my resume, my experiences, & what I seek to provide for the company. The owner & I seem to have been on the same idea &vision, w/ himself even adding that he sees me in a leading position w time. The 19-year-old, John, who is studying to be a scientist(exciting) seems to be adamant on Precision, as most scientists are. although this is an great trait, I don’t believe that I signed up to mimic research science by having some kid hover over me all day while applying timed PRESSURE to ensure that “I add the exact amount of company approved” ice cubes to a cup just to pour in a kava mix .Extreme HOSTILITY 4 what? Never have I seen Sum1 so upset over the fact that I was self-sufficient & didn’t bother with using measuring cups or counting cubes, I just either Scooped up the same amount of ice in a cup, or would ask for the customers preference. 3 customers telling me that they wanted very little ice. there was a trash that was in the middle of the pathway where the employees walk behind the stands & right next to the counters where the customers are drinking their cocktails. After voicing my concern that the trashcan is filled to the top with all types of gross napkins ,cups amongst other things, John the scientist told me it’s all right no one cares. w/ many years in hospitality & food service, I know personally that this image of used trash & gross napkins & utensils tends to be very displeasing & sometimes even a health issue to guests consuming a beverage. So instead I went ahead & simply moved the trash 2ft closer to the inside of the bar where it would be less noticeable , also adding space to the pathway where the employees are constantly buzzing through. It seems like the veteran managers took this as a sign of territory takeover, or maybe they saw my sure decisions as a threat to their rank position, cuz it seems like absolutely none of them have had the common sense to make the small obsolete changes that ultimately do affect the atmosphere & the psychology behind every guest. After being taught how to do simple searches on the POS system & ring things up with supervision along with transactions w/ no supervision and total success, they asked me if I could help one of the employees, a sweet girl named Gabby from Texas, count Kratom bags for inventory. I eagerly did so & counted the bags. w/ no guide & just common sense behind my belt, I just simply noted how many bags of every strain there was & did the inventory in about 10 to 20 minutes. I tried to help out my fellow cowgirl co-worker Count the bag since she was having a bit of struggle. sadly, I was met w/ a bit of disregard & standoffishness, as it seemed that she did not want any help or maybe felt a bit offended that I was trying to speed the easy process along. Little to say that my friend gaby took approximately 5 hours to count no more than 50 bags. i’m not here to judge anyone’s learning progress or work ethic, but this joint too much potential & could be one of the most popular places in South Florida, if it weren’t for the toxic, egotistical, entitled, belittling, aggressive, hostile, & anti-luv Group of “managers” that the owner has managed to rally up together. The word managers has to b thrown loosely. SASHA Seems to be the terminator, After about 5 hrs of working, finally her face surfaced and it wasn’t nice.TBC……

We already had our home, but after visiting this store I think we will be switching over. This is a 10/10 their prices are the best I have seen so far, their products are spot on they carry a lot of papers I haven’t seen anywhere else and they have their own CBD flower and kratom. Their staff is hands down the best, they answered all of our questions and went above and beyond what customer service is. Their patio is so cozy and will def be our new place to chill. This place is great. Great variety of Kratom products at very reasonable prices. Numerous red, green, yellow and white strains as well as some new strains they have from time to time. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and they open late which is ideal. Highly recommend, specially for the kratom products.
AJ and the team here are always extremely friendly and kind. Almost any questions you have they can answer. As well as a huge section of glass and other accessories for everyone’s needs. One of the best smoke shops in the upper east side and mid-town area. Also they have an amazing outside area to enjoy new products or just to hang out and relax from the day.

I just left Herbin living smoke shop and had one of Ally Jades (AJ) awesome Kratom chocolate mixture that was out of this world. I would recommend anyone to try it. I was pleasantly surprised for how awesome it was. I definitely will be back.for more.

This place came highly recommended on Reddit and I was curious enough to come see why. Now I understand. Tyler was behind the counter and was a very kind, generous, and knowledgeable budtender. The shops CBD comes directly from a grower in Oregon. All great things to say about this place and would love to come back.

Great spot for all your local incense, vape products and hookah essentials. The team is really friendly and knowledgeable. The products are decently priced, some things may be over priced. The ambiance is really nice and a decent place to chill.

Dont frequently go to smoke shops but was looking for cbd for my dogs. Rigo helped me out more than the staff at pet shops. His empathetic attitude and knowledge on cbd is worthy of a review. My dogs love what he recommended!
One word...Awesome!!!!Natalie was very kind and answered all my questions. I was even offered to sit in a back lounge area which was fantastic. Will do so next visit. I asked probably about a million questions about CDB and Natalie educated me on brands and what have you. Left the store alot more educated about CBD and other fancy items. If your in Miami or near the area, its a must you stop by and patronize them.
Derrick was amazing and so was Tyler with every question answered to its perfection. I can’t complain I definitely have to come at least 4 times a week because they have the garden looking like perfection!

I’m staying with my wife in the New Yorker hotel . We discovered Herbin Living while wandering the neighborhood. This place is a Gem . The girl behind the counter was the most inefficient person i have ever encountered. In this store, they are just money makers, are good to sell you something but, if you have a problem and you come back to the shop, the girl in there is only able to say we dont give money back. Great place to smoke medical and relax if you like to hang around minors. Multiple times I have been in the back and met people under 21 expressing to me that the have gone there since early high school and know the management.For a place to be called a medical lounge I would expect the laws to be enforced. Clean out the kids and let the adults play!

After spending over 300 dollars on products, I made a purchase to ship to my mother. Upon receipt, she FaceTimed me to show me that the seal was broken. I had her send pictures and took the images to the store and asked if I could exchange it for the same product if it was shipped back; the answer was yes.I came back with the product that wasn’t sealed to exchange it for a new one. This time the conversation was hostile. The cashier was rude and I was treated as if I was being dishonest. The count was equivalent to what was stated on the outside of the jar but we are in a pandemic and no one in their right mind would feel comfortable consuming something with a broken seal. This was perfectly horrible customer service and they have definitely lost a customer!
