Best masseuse ever! Elements know how to produce the perfect relaxation Aura. Dark room and slow soothing music. Masseuse didn’t talk and I r joyed every minute. It’s worth choosing an “elite masseur”. Her massage techniques relieve so much tension in my back and shoulders. I can’t wait to return!

I have been going here for years. Their online appointment form is so convenient for finding last-minute openings. Anyone familiar with deep tissue massage knows you don’t want it to be pleasant, you want it to be effective. I don’t go there to relax, I go for recovery. Tim and Maurice are exceptional at this. I had chronic lower back pain for years, and then when I saw Tim, he knew right away that it wasn’t my lower back, but my tight upper glutes as the source. Finally felt relief in my back. I recently saw Maurice for severe neck and shoulder pain, and through his expertise in trigger point therapy, was able to release those muscle knots so I can now turn my head without pain. I highly recommend these two therapists for anyone suffering and who want noticeable results.

Samantha is a joy to have as a therapist. She not only is the perfect match for my needs, she educates as she is reviewing her steps during the appointment! The CBD oil was a fantastic addition for my sore muscles.✨

I dont get massages on a regular basis but instead, I book when I feel I really need the therapy & relaxation or as a special treat if I am on vacation. Ive always been impressed with the staff at Elements Massage in Middleton. From the front desk staff to the therapists, everyone is very friendly & professional. As soon as you walk in the door, you know youre in good hands. I would recommend this studio to anyone, whether youre ready to experience massage therapy for the first time or the hundredth, they will work with you to customize your massage to be exactly what you want & need. My most recent massage was with Jen and she was fabulous! Perfect pressure where needed and she intuitively knew exactly where I needed extra attention. I left my session with Jen relaxed & rejuvenated! I would highly recommend Jen.

Had an absolutely phenomenal massage from Phil at Elements Middleton a few weeks ago. I got a 60 minute basic massage with heavy pressure and Phil did an excellent massage. He was very professional, explained what he would be doing, asked which areas he wanted me to primarily focus on, and gave the massage with the perfect amount of pressure to relieve all of my tightness, knots and aches. I’ve already scheduled my next visit and would highly recommend Elements Middleton for a great massage.

I just want to say that I have been coming here monthly for 2 years now. I always use Kelly. Shes Great and the physical therapy has been really good for me. Lots of noticeable improvements on how I move around and feel more loosened and on an everyday basis. After 19 going on 20 years in Transportation the physical therapy i receive has been Great on me in the long run. Looking Better and Feeling Better. I Highly Recommend this place and Kelly to Anyone. The massage therapist Phil & the receptionist were very polite, and the space was soothing. Phil did a tremendous job relieving me of back pain and tightness. He really got in deep and got all the knots out and really loosened me up to be able to move properly. I had considerable pressure and tightness due to prolonged sitting in a chair in a waiting room for my daughters oral surgery, 3 days prior, and I thought I could be in back trouble for weeks. So I decided to call to see if a massage could help, and was able to get in to see Phil on the same day. I was so relieved. The massage gave me instantaneous relief, and my recovery was much quicker than expected! Im glad I came, thank you Phil!

I cannot say enough about Elements Massage in Middleton. Not only was I made to feel extremely welcomed when I walked in the door I received one of the best massages of my life. Tim is incredibly talented and I have never felt so good after a massage. I left feeling like a new person and will be returning often. I highly recommend!

When I walked in, it was a beautiful relaxing environment. The women behind the desk were kind and welcoming. My massage therapist was very professional. She made sure I was comfortable and gave me the best massage I have ever had. I have been to about 20 different massage therapists, and she was the best by far.

All of the staff are professional and experienced. The massage therapists all show an interest in understanding my overall health and suggest preventative measures I can take to prevent pain before it happens.

Very clean and relaxing environment. George is an excellent therapist. Extremely professional. Best (or only, really--places will book you for a deep tissue massage--but, you dont really get one) deep tissue massage that I have had in this area. Im still sore today - in a good way :-) Reasonable price as well. I will be back soon.

I’ve been to Elements several times and always with different massage therapists. The experience has been consistently good; the environment is soothing and hygienic and the therapists are very professional. Just discovered Melissa however and I think she’ll be my new “go to”...

I have not sought out massage therapy in quite some time. Elements was recommended by a friend, so I indulged. Aside from the overall comfort of the amenities provided, my greatest surprise was a massage therapist who listened, both understood and respected my needs and limitations, and then offered what is likely the most physically therapeutic and relaxing sessions my back has ever been gifted. I look forward to many more.

My masseuse was amazing. Perfect amount of pressure, asked all the right questions, and I felt a lot less tight after leaving there. My only complaint was I could very clearly hear the people talking in the next room throughout my entire massage. It was extremely distracting so I wasnt able to fully relax and enjoy my experience.

I have been here a few times and Dennis has been my therapist. He is very knowledgeable, kind and does exactly what I need for my chronic pain and also gives good advice. I feel very comfortable with him and he always has me leaving in a positive state of mind. :)

The whole experience at Elements is easy and comfortable. Tim is excellent and works on my major problem areas leaving me able to leave more comfortable and mobile than when I arrived.

Ashley is a great massage therapist. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She even gave me pain-relieving tips for when the session had ended and encouraged me to come back monthly. I would highly recommend Elements and Ashley.

First time at an Elements Massage.... and I loved it!!!!! What an amazing job! Every massage Ive had in the past Ive left in pain or feeling bruised... This one was fantastic! Firm yet gentle. She worked my problem areas thoroughly and I didnt feel beat up after. I was relaxed and my muscles felt nice and relaxed!

As I left, the receptionist said next time well make a note.... but there will not be a next time. Heres why:1. I asked for a 60 minute full body swedish massage with extra attention to my neck area. (I specified this on paper, on the phone, and to my therapist). I GOT a 60 minute, extremely intense firm pressure neck and back rub. My therapist never massaged anything but my neck and back for 60 minutes.2. I was told on the phone I was getting a female therapist with a light touch for medium pressure. I GOT a male therapist (Phil) whose pressure was so firm and deep it was not relaxing. He never asked how the pressure was. I will say he did really relieve all the tension in my neck and would have done a great job if thats what and who I had asked for. Because he did a good job getting out the knots, I increased this review fro 1 star to 2 stars. Otherwise it would be a 1.3. My friend (who went at the same time with a different therapist, Jen) described her therapist as very loud, clumsy,, and barely massaged most parts of her body just focusing on her back. Again, not what was requested at all.4. I asked for NO strong smelling solutions. At the end he slathered my back with a strong menthol rub that stung my eyes all the way home. I couldnt wait to get in the shower.5. When I told the front desk that I didnt get a full body massage, I was charged the same price and it wasnt addressed...no discount, no voucher, no sorry...just next time well make a note that you want a female. ??? There will not be a next time.I chose this place after calling 4 other places for an appt on a specific day. They were the only ones with an opening. I usually go to Maison Esthetique in Danvers, and will stick with that from now on, I highly recommend that if you are looking for a good spa treatment, you do the same! Ive been to some very high end spas such as the Bellagio in Las Vegas, and the professionalism is worth the extra money and its worth waiting for an appointment. The way they speak to you, their gentle voices, their attention to detail, their attentiveness to your wants described on paper and in person, the quality of the treatment, etc. My friend and I will not be returning to Elements but hope they will be able to improve in the future.There are a few pros to the place...1. Its cheap (but you get what you pay for)2. Its clean.3. The front desk staff was friendly.4. They give you water.

I took my friend for a treat for her birthday, thankfully she loved her massage (Kayla) but I was so VERY disappointed in Tim yesterday. Not only did he short change my 55 minute massage by 10 minutes, he asked me what I like but obviously did not listen to me as he did not do the things I asked for (my head/scalp, shoulders, hands and feet) ....Why ask if you are not going to listen ??. His stomach growled the entire time (very annoying at my head). The manager was very kind and offered me another massage with a different person. I usually go to Beverly, they use hot towels on your back at the end, offer a percussion machine at the end (if you want it) and listen to what the clients likes. I went to Middleton because I received 3 gift cards...not sure what I will do with the 3rd one if my re-do does not go well, but I am willing to give them another try......Hope the next one is enjoyable.....

I had the best message experience. My message therapist, Nikki, was extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide me with a therapeutic deep tissue message that quickly resolved my pain. I would highly recommend Nikki and Elements Massage in Middleton.

Excellent service, taking care that everything is disinfected and masks are worn. Theyre massage therapists are top notch. Would highly recommend them as we all need to care for ourselves!

Predatory business practices. I paused my membership at the beginning of the pandemic for obvious reasons and was not notified when they started charging me again. A dozen massages stacked up, no refunds, 30 days to cancel... absurd

Excellent way to relax. Do not listen to all the other users complaining about the service, music etc... Ive never had an issue with any staff member - admin or therapist. Friendly, courteous and helpful. Love it!!

The therapist asked me exactly wha tI like and do not like, she made sure I did not have any allergies, etc. She checked in with me a couple of times, to be sure the pressure was not too much - I get migrains, so I was hoping it would not create one, which it did not!!

My therapist Alfred is amazing. He always listeng to my concerns and make sure that my experience is outstanding.
