Madtown Smoke Shop

Great shop, great staff, great experience. I went to this shop randomly on my lunch break. I am always nervous to go in public places in my work attire. Due to the nature of my job, my work clothing is always covered in dust and worn down. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the shop and was given a warm welcome despite my dusty appearance. I looked around for a few minutes when a friendly staff woman informed me of a current sale, which I ended up using. I finally made up my mind after browsing the many options of this store. I notified another friendly staff member. She walked with me to get my items, and we chatted about a few other items I found intriguing in the shop. I got a great deal from the sale and cute items I am very happy with. The shop was extremely clean, and the staff was very friendly, non judgmental, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable leaving with a smile. I highly recommend this shop.

Stopped in the other day, and we were helped by Fox. He was super friendly, helpful & made the experience easy & fun for us! If we stopped in and he WASN’T there - I would have felt less impressed/willing to come back. Thank you, Fox :)

Great spot for a variety of cigars! They have a decent selection and sell at a fair value. Walked out with some decent maduros and Cuban rejects as well as a few little Kentucky pieces for some quick fun. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful from the get go. They know what theyre doing, which is impressive for a store that opened less than two months ago. They also have a deal where you get the seventh cigar free when you buy 6 cigars.

Slacking on honest products when I called over the phone. I was hella specific before driving over. Customer service was mid. Fox tobacco & vape has the vibe check 🎙️🎤 extra star for not leaving me hanging with at least asking what I was looking for.

They have a huge selection of 420 friendly products, all of the available Delta options for the state of WI. The staff are well educated on what youre getting, they all seem to have tried the products theyre selling and have first hand knowledge.The products are amazing, personally suggest Geekd carts, they hit hard. Partner that cart with a Spaced Out one, and its like youre smoking Cali products.Impressive selections and even more impressive staff 💖 Hands down best dispensary option in Middleton.

Give these people a rasie every time im in there they help me with everthing and anything to get what i want and need and even finding new stuff too. Pay these people more

Great store! From what I saw, they had wide selections for almost everything they offered at decent price ranges. The staff was friendly and they had a great discount running when I went in on 7/10. I even got offered a free snack when I left! Im definitely coming back in the future.

These people know customer service, and know their products. Depending on the day of the week, you might even get to see a dog (Or two) when you come in. Staff are always friendly, you’re greeted right as you come in, and they don’t try to push unnecessary sales on you. The place is always super clean as well! Love doing business here.

Great variety of selections, decent prices too. Super chill staff. Average selections for vape mods, but crazy cool torches reasonable bucks. Plus they saved my vape when I accidentally left it on the counter, because I was too busy trying to buy the same exact vape LMAO smh

The Day&Night vapes…..🔥 overall friendly and clean shop. Great spot for delta. If you want a reliable multigram disposable, go for the Day&Nights. The TabEASE were great too.
