I fell down the stairs at work and have been dealing with back issues. Today I was in just a lot of pain. So I googled massages in the Pace & Milton area. After reading reviews I decided to give Pace Massage a call. She got me in. I was then late because I kept going to the wrong place. Lia was super understanding and accommodating.I opted for the two hour stone massage. It was one of the best massages I have had. I almost started crying. You know that moment when you are in pain and someone comes and just offers you a moment of relief and solace, that is what Lia did.I am not one to spend money on getting massages or my nails done, etc but I will definitely go back.The place is clean and Lia is phenomenal. She has been a massage therapist for 12 years. Thank you for a great experience!

This was extremely relaxing! The dry sauna was fantastic, and the massage was the perfect amount of pressure. My back had been really sore for a while, but Lia was able to fix that. I highly recommend this location! I will definitely be back in the future.

I was in need of a deep tissue massage to relieve discomfort in my shoulders and neck and visited Pace Massage & Spa. Ive had therapeutic massage before but Lias massage was the best Ive had anywhere. My shoulder and neck muscles become very tight and uncomfortable and when she finished I can say that those muscles have not been that relaxed in years. Lia also worked my lower back and kept finding spots that were knotted up that are now loosened up significantly. If youre in need of a really good massage therapist I highly recommend Lia at Pace Massage & Spa.

The ladies at Pace massage were very nice. I got a deep tissue from Lia and it was one of the best deep tissues I have gotten and that is coming from someone who has gotten several. I highly recommend getting a massage here. My husband and son got a regular massage and felt so much better after a few days of golfing to work out the sore muscles. We called that day and we’re all able to go that evening. I will definitely use Pace Massage in the future!

Honestly I called and they had immediate availability. I did a 1 hour deep tissue. Before my appointment, I was having trouble walking. Afterward, I feel so much better. 10/10 best massage of my life.

Tia is a wonderful person and a wonderful massage therapist! Her hands are supple and with light pressure with oil youd think someone is using a feather duster on you! Very confident and effortless strokes. Shes not practicing a routine, but forging a connection.She is attentive to any preferences you have and shell be as quiet as a mouse or carry on a conversation should you please. An hour with Tia is like a day on vacation. I highly recommend seeing her at least once a month for the hour session.The medium pressure is also great and youll get a different set of focus areas depending upon what your goal is for the session, just let her know beforehand and shell tailor it to your needs! Shes the best masseuse I know of and Ive seen probably 30 therapists in my time.

I was there yesterday for a massage for the first time mainly because of the reviews...not too sure about Christian operated..but was sooo impersonal..she never told me her name and never asked me mine...I have multiple issues and tried to explain this to her...I was in pain and tears and she tells me no pain no gain..that does not apply to everything..I told her multiple times to stop digging into my neck and shoulders and she just kept doing it anyway..was not the least bit happy..and then pressuring for a tip...if you have probs that can be made worse by too much pressure..like nerve issues or crooked spine or arthritis..do not go there..I think I am gonna try 12th avenue massage again...at least they cared about how they can help you and very personable!!It was yesterday the 22nd at 3 pm..we had gotten there about 15 mins early...not sure I will take another chance cause something like this messes me up for a few days or more..but I will think about it and I appreciate your response..thank you..

I got a traditional Chinese massage. It was great. I had some stiff muscles that she worked out and I felt so much better afterward. I will definitely be going back.

Had a full body scrub done. Tina was very professional and did a fantastic job. It was my first time so didnt know what to expect, she made me feel comfortable and it was the best thing ever! I have told everyone about it, will def be back!!

One of the best massages I’ve ever had. These ladies are awesome and really get you feeling great and relaxed. Their rooms could use some upgrades but it doesn’t take away from the quality massages they provide. They’re very friendly, patient and they take time to explain their services to you. They’re very moderately priced compared to some competitors in the area. Overall they have really good services with lots of options.

I called today in alot of pain. A migraine and a sciatic nerve issue. She worked me right in.When the massage was done my headache was completely gone. An excellent massage, its as though she could sense where the pain was. My leg was feeling much better. Ill definitely come back. I enjoy a massage therapist that works hand in hand with you.Carson

Ive had an extremely sore neck for days now and finally decided to try out a massage. It was wonderful! I appreciated that she kept checking in with me to make sure she was giving enough pressure. Though it wasnt a cure all for my neck, it certainly helped a lot!

I was eating at Socios Pizza and saw the sign and flags for Pace Massage. I wanted to see what was going on. This was very good! The girls were friendly and I could tell my massage lady was not just out of school! She was awesome! Very Professional. They said they owned three stores. Two in Pace and one in Milton. Good job ladies! Well done!

Excellent massage by tia. She listens, pays attention, and is eager to please. Love radiates from her. She is easily top 10 out of 236 different therapist Ive seen in the southeast region. If get anything less than 120min you are cheating yourself.

Just had a deep tissue massage with de-stress oil by Ms. Coco! She really sees with her fingers 🤤 She worked all the knots out in my back, spine, and lumbar. Attention also given to each hand, finger, foot, and toes. Wow - very safe place with no worries.1-6-22 : Day off and using my gift card of massage from my wife. Useable at any of their four locations 👍 Ms. Tia takes away the stress of a bad day ❤️🙏👆seriously excellent full body massage ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - they have a Spa and couples massages available too. Very busy so call for appointment!

I got a regular massage, but the therapist didnt follow typical protocols. The rooms have curtains only, but they didnt always shut completely. I could see the face of another client when I was walking down the hall, and my curtain didnt get closed all the way when I was changing after the massage. I was not asked about any trouble areas or preferences before the massage. The draping sheet was very thin, but that was irrelevant since the therapists first move was to pull it all the way down to my knees, leaving my entire backside exposed. The massage commenced to including as much of a butt massage as back, including between the cheeks. Im sure the therapist got quite an eye full.I was kept on my stomach for most of the massage, with the therapist even sitting on me at times. My knees were hurting by the end, but when I tried to adjust my legs, she just said relax and readjusted me back to an uncomfortable position. When I was asked to turn over toward the end, the therapist gave me a full breast massage (asking if it was ok after shed already pulled the sheet down and started with the oil). She adjusted the sheet several times as she moved around my body, which left all private areas exposed at various times.Unless you are extremely comfortable with sharing ALL of your naked body with a stranger, I would not recommend this place. The massage itself was just so-so. Even if proper draping techniques had been used, I probably wouldnt return.

I had a terrible muscle cramp in the muscle that runs from your neck to your shoulder. I could not move my neck. After days of suffering I decide to get a deep tissue massage. What an excellent choice. Sandy was my therapist. My muscles were so tight she had to break the tension apart to get it moving and the blood flowing. Did it hurt? Yes, she made sure I was ok with the pressure. So much better. Moving my neck and the pain is basically gone. I am back today for just a shoulder and neck massage. I feel so much better. I decided to have reflexology done on my feet as well. I am feeling great and so relaxed. JUST SAYING if you have any muscle or foot problems call them. Be sure to ask for SANDY. Got three quarters of a full body massage in one hour. They didnt do my upper chest front however it okay. It felt like I got a massage on my calf one handed while she texted for about 10 minutes. Left the room twice. They told me to come back for 90 and shell get it all done. Probably not.

I wanted to try the sauna, table shower and massage combo. This place is very clean and the workers very friendly.The sauna was great. If youve had saunas before this one is a one person sauna with all the benefits of the larger ones. They have a plug for a MP3 player. Not sure I want to bring my iPhone in there, but next time Ill bring an MP3 player.Next was the table shower. Its funny I read somewhere a guy said why would I need that I can take a shower at home. Yes you can, but having a table shower is the bomb. This is a unique experience that you have to try before you dismiss it. Ill definitely be a repeat customer.The table massage. Cant say enough. Nothing but praise for the masseuse. I would suggest to try various masseuses at the same establishment until you find one you like before you move to another place. Ive found some are good some are great and some are fantastic. You deserve to find one that fits you.

Went to Pace Massage & Spa today for the first time. The facility is in a convenient location easily accessible with plenty of parking. I opted for the 60 minute massage. Towards the end I was wishing I had gone for 90. Unfortunately by this time there was another client booked. I hope to return.

I dont normally write negative reviews but I am HIGHLY upset and disappointed after paying for a massage and receiving a oil rub in here.Let me start off by saying that I get massages frequently at a local Spa (at least 2x a month) and I did not go into this place expecting spa treatment. That being said, I have also gotten countless Asian Massages when I lived in another state and I only paid $40 for an hour. Here I paid $60 for what was supposed to be an hour massage but instead it was about 45 mins. The price isnt a complaint Im just stating so others know how much I paid.Prior to going to my appt, I called and spoke to someone on the phone and asked if they did prenatal massages or had a pregnancy pillow so I could lay on my stomach, I was told yes they did, so I booked a appointment for the same day.When I arrived I was greeted and asked to pay before I received my massage (1st RED FLAG), then I was taken into a small room with a privacy curtain. I could hear the conversations in the hall way, as well as the man being serviced in the room next to me and I knew right away I wasnt going to be able to relax and get a quiet massage. The owner was present and he was talking to the employees in a normal tone of voice instead of whispering or trying to keep their voices down.The noise wasnt the worst part. They did not have any pregnancy pillows enabling me to lay on my stomach, she gave me 2 extremely flat, cheap, smelly pillows and asked me to lay on my side. I was uncomfortable and kinda irritated at this point because I specifically asked if they had pregnancy pillows and was told yes. Instead of complaining I decided to just stick it out since I had already paid and I had so much hip and lower back discomfort I didnt care how I was laying, as long as someone massaged my lower back, hips and thighs.Well not only did she not touch my lower back, thighs or hips she literaly had the lightest pressure I have ever felt during a massage! I asked her twice to use more pressure and she would for a few seconds and then lighten up over time. It WAS THE WORST MASSAGE I HAVE EVER PAID FOR! It felt like she was just rubbing oil into my skin. I thought I was paying for a full body massage, she literally only rubbed my shoulder blades, calves, feet, and arms, totally missed the areas that were bothering me the most. To top it off, she kept talking to one of the other employees, she had the phone in the room with us and she kept answering it! She even placed a phone call! I was soooo mad that she was touching that phone and then touching my body and rubbing oil into my skin with the germs from that phone on her hands! ALSO, I noticed towards the end that she was double dipping into a oil burner, most places take a small amount out to use just on one person to avoid cross contamination. That oil had to have other peoples dead skin cells in it!I really wanted to like this place because it is near my house and I normally drive 45 mins away to get massages at least 2x a month but I will never be back to this place, EVER.EDIT RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: GOOGLE IS NOT THE ONLY PLACE I WRITE REVIEWS, I HAVE WRITTEN 100S OF REVIEWS SO NO, I DONT NORMALLY WRITE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! IN FACT IVE WRITTEN 6 NEGATIVE OUT OF 124.I DONT MIND OIL BEING USED DURING MY MASSAGE, AS LONG AS ITS NOT CONTAMINATED FROM PHONES AND OTHER PEOPLES BODIES! I ASSURE YOU SHE DID NOT USE A SPOON, HER HAND WENT DIRECTLY INTO THAT OIL BURNER AND ON TO MY BODY! I PAYED VERY CLOSE ATTENTION TO WHAT SHE WAS DOING. LASTLY, PREGNANCY MASSAGES ARE NOT HARD TO DO IF YOUR STAFF WAS PROPERLY TRAINED TO DO THEM. I HAD ONE THE NEXT DAY AND NOT ONLY DID THEY ADDRESS THE MOST COMMON SORE AREAS DURING PREGNANCY BUT I PAID AFTER THE SERVICE.

This place is awesome. I have been here 3 times in the past 2 months and have not been disappointed. Reasonable prices, professional. I used to go to massage envy all the time but I will never go back. and when you schedule a 90 minute massage. You actually get a 90 minute massage.

So happy that Jessica is back in the area, very knowledgeable and professional. One of the best massage therapist I have ever found and Pace massage & spa has a good atmosphere and reasonable prices. A little further to drive for me but well worth it.
