I didnt care for their house juice but the staff was very knowledgeable. They also had a coffee shop inside and sitting area.

So far theyre the only ones in go to for in house juice. I cant remember the young ladys name but really helped me out when the flavor wasnt on one time.. she made sure the next time it was very good. Went today and she did a great job again. Great house juice.. volcano and tigers blood are the best flavors, go give them a try. Its nothing like a company juice. They make it good.

Great flavor selection and always willing to order anything you want if they don’t have it. The staff has always been really nice and accommodating when we go in. I’ve enjoyed the house juice they’ve mixed up for me as well. Highly recommend checking them out! We drive over an hour just to go to Jack’s.

Great flavors and products.... love their custom juices. So much cheaper !!Edit 2021 : still 5 star vape shop.. Ive been using them for over 6 years. Ive had to use other shops only because of not being able to physically make it there! And still havent found one place that is close as good as Jacks! They only get better with more and more that they offer!

I came in to buy some juice and I found out they also sell drinks such as coffee and cappuccino. I ordered one with peppermint and mocha and it was fantastic. The house brand of juices are also something special. I’m currently enjoying a vanilla custard. The employees were also very friendly. I highly recommend that you check this place out if you haven’t.

I have been a customer on & off since Jacks first opened. Besides suggesting more flavor options... the team has been MORE than accommodating to the needs of a newbie. But after my purchase only last weekend, I seem to be struggling with what should have simple tasks. With my head hanging somewhat in the position of shame, I returned to the scene of my original purchase. And there he stood... my Christmas gift, just waiting on my arrival. His name is WILL and any question I asked, he explained in detail and with a smile on his face. And due to my novice skills, I had managed to burn right thru my brand new vaping device. Will taught me how to get the most out of my purchase and felt compelled to relieve me of my damaged pieces and replace them on his dime and not mine! They mix amazing juice for great prices. The staff is awesome. I had a bad experience once and one of the ladies made it right after I told her. That is the best customer service Ive seen in a long time. Yall are doing it right! Great store and only place I get what I need for my vaping.

When will they be opening again and where. Cant get good juice like Jacks anywhere. New York John just wants to know if and where you will be opening again. Best juice around the area.

Best vape place within 100 miles 😁 they make their own juice which I love bc you know exactly whats in it. Carrie and her family are the best when it comes to customer service! Ill never go anywhere else

This is the only vape shop in the area that I know of that can custom batch an order. The staff is friendly and much more knowledgeable than other vape shops I have visited in the area. Prices are very competitive and downright cheap when you consider the value add of custom mixes. Definitely a good choice.

My wife and I came into the store today. She wanted to learn more about vaping in order to quit smoking. Jack and the other two employees greeted us immediately as we walked in the door. They were very friendly and knowledgeable especially Jack who took the time to teach us what we needed to know about vaping and my wifes device. After getting a feel for the types of flavors my wife may like he went into the back and mixed up an awesome watermelon flavored juice. He then congratulate her on her decision to quit smoking and we left. I will definitely be coming back. 5 stars and a big THANK YOU to Jack!

I highly recommend Jacks Vapor for all of your vaping needs! They have a variety of vape juice flavor selections and if they dont have what you need, in stock, theyll just mix up a bottle of what you want! The staff is very warm, welcoming, friendly, and informative! I highly recommend!

First place I’ve been to that had a weird vibe. Bought a juice and did not like it at all. Came back next day to get a swap...a cheaper swap at that. Worker in the store agreed that the juice I got is disgusting but will not do a swap out. No eye contact no good customer service.

I bought an Ego AIO from this business. There has been nothing but problems with my pen. Upon first purchase, It had a short in it, causing it to not hit correctly. When we took the pen in to get checked (Im new to the vape, so I had plenty of questions and concerns as to why my first pen was acting up on the FIRST day) They took a look at it briefly and determined the coil may not be connecting correctly (too tight or too lose) So we thought our problem was solved. Well it wasnt. The tank glass has broken on it, and now the juice is seeping out of the button. This is my first real AIO vape, and I know they have issues already, but this pen is only a week old and its having issues as if I have used it for 6 months. The service here is ok, its not over the top. We needed a higher nicotine percentage and they kept deterring us from going higher, even though we knew for a fact we needed a higher percentage of nicotine. The pros of this place is that their juice is pretty good. It has great flavor, and hits extremely smooth. I would NOT suggest buying your equipment from here. But I DO suggest trying their juices. They got that part right. Unfortunately I have taken my service elsewhere. Being new to the vaping scene isnt easy when youve smoked for years, and have nothing but problems with service that seems to just want to hurry and get your problem out of the way rather than explain and fix them.BUY juice here, it IS worth it. Decent priced and good flavors.Do not buy your pens or mods here, itll cost you so much more stress in the end. With people who dont seem to care to help you fix it. I threw away the vape I purchased here, and have moved on. I suggest caution to newcomers, its confusing enough to figure out whats right for you, its even more stressful when they deter you from solutions to your vape problems. Just be careful. Dont end up pitching the product in the trash.

RIPOFF! These guys are a total SCAM! Their custom juices are terrible and are not backed by any guarantee like their website says.. Their hardware is overpriced. Their customer service is absoutly horrible and not professional at all! Im not sure why anyone would give this place five stars... Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere there are many more places that treat their customers better and offer much better products than this place!

The price is a little higher then other places . But I will gladly pay a “ tiny” bit more with the great customer service and atmosphere that I received coming to this store . I travel from Florida to Mississippi and this is one of two vape stores I will shop at traveling from Florida to Mississippi.This place has great customer service, Great products and very knowledgeable about vaping . You will not regret shopping at this vape shop. I highly recommend this store .

Do not go to Dogwood address.Hwy 90 and ask for the female gal. I have been there 3 times and the first two times were great mixture with the lady. Behind the corner.This last time I asked for the same and left with a bottle of water junk leaving for work out of town...Sore throat,head-ake,Junk juice!Ask for female to mix your juice,its always how you ask for it.And remember Dont Go To Dogwood Address,you will know why if you do go there...👺Hope this was helpful.

Worst homemade juices by far too thick will burn coils beware. The selection of premium juices is lacking they dont care about your vape experience they care for your money as proven by prices of coils and juices
