Employees here are always friendly every time I come in; they are knowledgeable about all the products they sell. They got to know my preferences, suggested superior products to the ones I had been buying, and let me know when they had new stock I might like to try. I walk into an enjoyable atmosphere with music I like; they stay open late enough for last minute vape store trips.

I’ve tried many different vape stores and A-One is my go to since the first time I stopped in. They have the best prices and a big selection. They’re always receiving new products to try and if they’re out of something you want you just let them know and they’ll order it for you. Nicest employees and super helpful!

Thankful to have found this hidden gem. No more driving to Pensacola for my Raz vapes and better prices! Christians customer service will keep me coming back!

3x I went looking for coils for my vape. Not only did dude have no clue what size I needed even when I told him he told me to come back in a week the first time. I did and still not in stock he took my info down this time its been 3 weeks no call. I will never do any business here agian. Dude cant hear you over the music playing either and wants to get annoyed with you because of it.

Very nice, professional and well stocked. This is how a business should be run and they are very knowledgeable in regards to questions about different products. I won’t go anywhere else.

I have made numerous purchases here. The prices are actually reasonable. The family, or people that operate it are very nice.I like supporting reasonably priced family businesses.Decent bongs but fairly limited selection.

In here all the time is it close to my house always friendly people. I had an ankle injury eight or nine weeks ago, and the guy that usually there remembers that and always ask me how my foots doing and how I’m doing. But I had came in today bought a coil and it ended up being the wrong one so I had to come back. He hooked me up and helped me got me fixed up. And the reason he sold me the other one is cause he remembered me having the tank that that coil goes to, and didn’t know that I had to switch to my other one. Perfect customer service if you ask me.

This is MY vape shop from now on! When you first walk in the door the owner calls you Friend. He knows more about the products he sells then any other vape shop owner I know. The place is very clean.When I came out after my first visit I noticed I had a big smile on my face. He just makes you happy.Its a great place

Sam runs a wonderful business here in Milton Florida. Best customer service by far in the Pensacola area. ALWAYS best prices. The place has a really chill vibe and when running into an issue with vape juice, the clerk was really nice to switch it out with a different product. There havent been many good vape stores in the area, but Im happy to say this is one of them.

There is Very few smoke shops That I had a good experience in, and this one has to be one of; if not the “best” shop I have ever been too, they are very well managed, and great people that will help with any problems you have out for them. If I could, I would give them 6 stars. Overall an amazing experience and I will definitely be back!

First time in this shop, and what a breath of fresh air. I walked in and the place was very clean and had a really cool vibe. There were other people being waited on by the gentleman working, he made a point to stop what he was doing and welcome me to the shop and tell me he’ll be right with me. Great customer service with a smile!! Shop had a great variety of vapes and delta 8 products as well. Prices were definitely fair, and had deals on the vapes. I will be back!!!

This place was great! Good prices, good selection, very nice guy working there who helped me get the right coils for my vape and it’s easy to Uber to if you’re coming from the Loves.

The owners and workers of this tobacco shop is very friendly and are a great help with anything tobacco related and they have helped me with providing my sister and brother who lives in Milton FL with their tobacco products they wanted and with me living in Mississippi. Thank you for the hospitality and respect of your business and I would definitely highly recommend that if you want or need anything tobacco related go see them.

Ive been coming in this place since it opened, and I got to say the new guy really solidifies this shop as one of the best in the area. Clean, smells great and always has great music playing. Top notch products and affordable prices. Wont be going anywhere else!

This is a cool little smoke shop with a large variety of pipes and delta 8 and delta 10 products. E-cigs and much more. Lowest prices I have found around town. And they are open 7 days a week!!!
