Jeffrey is the most experienced and professional massage therapist I have used. He not only teaches massage therapy, but he regularly attends and presents at seminars across the country to ensure that he uses the latest techniques and to hone his skills. I recommend Milwaukee Reiki.

The atmosphere is relaxing, the masseuse provides feedback and ways to improve your health.

They have package deals available for purchase, and they also have a massage school in-house, so you can sometimes score discounted student massages. Every therapist Ive had has been amazing. One point to make is, since they are in the basement of the bank building. Once the bank closes, they sometimes lock the doors to the whole building and you may have a hard time getting in. Really wish the bank or building owner would make the offices more accessible to the other tenants during off hours. Not Reikis fault.

I thought this place was great. A little hard to find at first (in the basement of the Tri City National bank), but the nice lady, Ka, did a great job. She was able to work out knots Ive had for over 2 decades and thought were permanent (and I have better range of motion in my left arm since getting my shoulder worked on.) Ill be returning, without a doubt.Edit: been going here for a while now and the difference between when I first went until now is night and day. I highly recommend anyone who needs some loosening up to give them a try.

I booked a Groupon, like others took forever to set the appointment. They don’t respond timely. First massage was okay but the didn’t do all the services as listed. So when they realized at the end they offered for me to return for a discounted rate to get the service I initially paid for. It was not the same therapist. He stated he didn’t see the notes and couldn’t warm up the stones in time. So I got another discount but will not be returning. The therapist “stretched” my leg which aggravated an old knee injury so I’ve been in pain for the past three days since. I haven’t been in this much pain in months. So annoyed and disappointed.

This place is located in a bank building and those are always confusing but once you find the suite its worth the maze. The room was large, the music was calming and the table was a great temperature. It was a little annoying trying to schedule a massage because i had to text twice before i got a response. I booked a follow-up while i was there to avoid this issue.

I purchased a Groupon a few days ago. I called the number that was provided for the business and no one answered. I called again today and no answered again but their voicemail states to send a text (which is unprofessional) but I did and someone responded. They did not properly greet me. They simply responded with their next available appointment day so I canceled my groupon. I also visited their website (which also looks unprofessional and doesnt list any pricing).The owner Jeffrey S. Montoya is incredibly rude, probably the nastiest customer service I’ve ever experienced. He talks to his patrons like nothing I’ve ever encountered before. He also attempted to retaliate after I left him a legitimate negative review by finding my business page on Facebook and leaving me a review even though he’s never patronized my business. I absolutely would not recommend this company. Jeffrey seems to lack integrity, basic manners, accountability and care for the people who entrust their money to him and his business.There is spa that I frequent, Relaxation Oasis. My experience has always been exceptional there. The people are professional, they answer their phones and they are overall kind human beings. This is where I would recommend you go if you want to support a business who truly cares and aren’t rude to its customers.

Thomas C. was AMAZING. He had great pressure and worked out some knots I had from sitting at a desk all day. He also let me relax instead of trying to force conversation, which I truly appreciated given my last few massage experiences at other places. Great masseuse, professional, kind, well priced.... I will absolutely be back to see him again!

This place has terrible service. First off you can not even speak to a real person. I went to have my massage and they forgot to schedule it. Well they promised me a longer massage for the inconvenience. Well when I went back the next time I was told the person who I was supposed to see had left already and I was not in the book. I again was offered to reschedule my massage but for a higher price. Although the woman who was trying to resolve the issue was very nice. I felt like this was unprofessional on the company end. She said that she just least the space so her prices are different from what Reiki charge. If could give them a zero for a score I would:(

Thomas was amazing. It was my first time ever getting a massage and it was everything I wanted. Got complimentary aromatherapy and he worked on the trouble spots I stated before starting. Definitely going to go back again. Thank you for this experience.

Had a great, relaxing experience with Laura! Jeffrey responded to my text message within a hour. I love they have the option to text, makes it easier on busy days. Laura contacted me shortly after to schedule an evening appointment. Both responded quickly with appointments that were open on days I requested and questions that I had. The place was easy to find using their directions. Laura has a very calming demeanor and great knowledge of her profession. Even got to try cupping! Loved it. I will be back!(Heard about them from a groupon gift I received from my mother)

Great experience. I purchased a deal for 2 massages on Groupon. The building was very easy to find (they give you very detailed instructions on the website.) I figured they would be scheduling about a month or so out with having a groupon, so I emailed them right after I purchased the groupon. I scheduled both appointments right away with Laura with no problems. The location is super cute on the inside and the room was set up very nice, very spacious and great lighting. The aromatherapy was lovely. Laura is SO sweet. My shoulders were super tight, so she did some cupping so I could try it, it was so cool! I would absolutely go again and I cannot wait for my next appt :) I left feeling AMAZING.

A tad hard to find but once you do it’s worth it. They got me in THAT DAY!!! Eric as my masseuse & was very professional, easy going & relaxing. Asked to focus on my neck & he really listened. Even did a cool technique with a hot towel to relieve neck pain. I will definitely be going back.

I got a rushed job. Bed isnt warm and I waited over 30 min in lobby no one ever came to greet and when therapist came in he didnt offer water b4 or after massage. He stated he didnt know I was even coming cuz app wasnt working. I went cuz it was great reviews for a Jeff . I never met him . I was so 😥disappointed.

This was the WORST customer service experience I have ever been a part of. I bought the Groupon for this so that my parents could use it for their anniversary. They were great when scheduling everything in the beginning and making sure my parents did not have any idea of the amount I spent since it was a gift. Although, their appointment was scheduled for right when they opened so they went there early to make sure they can fill out the paperwork per the owners suggestion. They are not familiar with the Milwaukee area and had a hard time finding the location so they called 10 minutes before opening to ask where it was. They could NOT get a hold of anyone. Apparently, the only number for this business is the owners cellphone. When he finally picked up after MULTIPLE attempts to where they were now late for their appointment when they tried to get there well in advance, the owner started to tell at my parents. He said I had never given him the forms and called me awful names to my mother. When he instructed that they could get there early to complete them. He bad mouthed me for the entirety of the phone call when all of his accusations were lies because I had called beforehand weeks before to confirm everything and to make sure there was nothing I had to do before they went. My parents left and never received the massages I had bought for them and I never received a refund. Not only that, but the venue was in a really sketchy area and not welcoming or easy to find. I will never go there or recommend this place to anyone I know even though the Groupon seemed to have a good deal.

I have been getting my lymphatic massages from Danna for the past 1 1/2 month. She makes me feel extremely comfortable & is very professional. She loves to take her time and is very passionate when it comes to her job. Will continue to get my massages with her, definitely someone I will refer. Thanks Dana for treating me absolutely over the top.

I bought a groupon and when you call they say it is best to text requesting an appt. I did that twice over a couple of days and no response. I called and left a message and never got a response. I turned my groupon in because after reading other reviews it seems they do this alot and that is just horrible customer service to me. Dont waste your money or time.

The service is fine, but understand that you are getting what you are paying for. You wont pay a lot and in return you wont get a lot. It was probably the worst massage I have ever had. I asked for medium pressure and was almost crying throughout. Overall, I would say if you are looking for a meh massage for not a lot of money, here is your place. Youll get an un-relaxing environment with sketchy techniques.

I had an amazing massage by Mario yesterday. The area around my neck was so tight and sore from stress that he promised me it would all pay off I am pain free and totally relaxed. He really knows how to make one feel at ease and relaxed. Thank you so much

Bought a massage on Groupon. Called, texted, and emailed to schedule an appointment--no response to any of my attempts to reach them. Contacted Groupon and traded in my voucher. I would suggest that they dont offer their services on Groupon if they cant keep up with the demand.

I bought a groupon not knowing how difficult it would be to make an appointment. It says to text with name and service wanted. I gave name, type of service, days I am available and nothing....I finally saw on here you need to put your e mail as well? Ok....I will text....again and hopefully get a response. I dont know if groupon does refunds but I am going thru a very difficult divorce with domestic violence involved and I really need some self care.

Never have I been treated so poorly. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. My appointment did not get booked in their system. When I arrived I waited for over 15 minutes ringing the doorbell to be let into the office. Eventually another business owner from a neighboring business let me in. Jeffrey was very rude once he finally came to the reception area and told me to just cancel my appointment with no apology for my time waiting. I would never support a business with this bad of customer service.

I tried them out thru Groupon b/c i had a reg. Massage therapist who only worked certain weekends. After my Groupon was done i Ended up goin to Ka after reading great reviews- now she is the only 1 i see every month so glad I found her very kind always informational tries new techniques. And i always feel like i have a new body afterwards

Zero stars Terrible customer service! The owner was very rude when I booked my appointment. I called to reschedule due to an emergency. He said, “no and no refund”. I ask for his policy showin that b/c it wasn’t in the fine print. He became more rude.... I purchased the massage off Groupon.

I bought the 2 for 1 deal off of groupon, and for one this place is horrible with responding to their customers. I emailed, called, texted this guy and I dont get any responses for days. Took them up to 6 days to respond to me. I made it so clear that I wanted to go with my partner since it was a 2 for 1 deal and they made it so difficult like it was impossible to do. I ended up making an appointment but they didnt have an appointment for my partner. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Horrible customer service! To the company: If you are going to make deals like this, you should consider a receptionist that can handle the job.

I just got done with a MUCH needed massage by Laura Baranyk-Morales. I felt her calming energy the second I walked in. She was able to work out the spots of tension in my shoulders and even did some cupping (which I loved!). By the end of the massage I was so relaxed I didn’t want to move. I will be back for sure.

I had my massage with Sarah and it was excellent! She made sure I was comfortable, her pressure was perfect for me (I prefer moderate), very professional and kind! I would highly recommend seeing Sarah!

Unfortunate. This was my first and last experience with Groupon, and Milwaukee Reiki, LLC. I wish I had seen the negative reviews BEFORE purchasing two massages that I will never get. I can not get any response to text or phone messages. I dont care how busy you say you have gotten. No excuse. Ive been scammed, and word of mouth is potent. The only reason I gave one star is because I can not post this complaint without at least one.

I had a massage last week that did not meet my expectations. My problem area was not properly massaged. The therapists movements were not fluid. Felt like he just rubbed oil on my back no pressure. Glad this was purchased with a discount through Groupon.

I see a lot of complaints on here from Groupon customers. I will not be purchasing from a business who doesnt treat everyone with the same demeanor.Fyi, my tip increases based on how much value and savings a service provider can save me. The more I save, the bigger I can tip! Keep that in mind next time you judge a customer for using a discount service like Groupon. Groupon is allowing buisnesses to gain new clientel without new clients feeling fearful or regretful to try a sevice that they normally would not have invested into in the first place because most people dont see value in things until after they have tried it for the first time. And getting people to pay full price on a service they never had/unsure of is not a safe bet. To ruin someones first experience to try a new service is a dis-service for everyone involved!

Had the best Medical Massage at Milwaukee Reiki LLC. Filling out the areas in need of attention form was key in the masseuse focusing on exactly the right places that needed to be kneaded. Mario was an expert massage therapist, and I left feeling lighter and more able to freely move.Theyre just amazing!

I have had two massages and Iwill be getting a massage every month. I have Tom as my massage therapist and he was great .Getting the crinkles out of my body if I continue to get the massages i will be able to enjoy my life and be able to do the things I want to do.Tom is the Best

Jeremy is amazing. He’s such a kind person who listens to you if you express having problem areas and works on those well. I feel a lot more relaxed by the end of each session and will continue to come back!

I booked a Groupon for Reiki and it was a great experience. The booking system and location are not great, but the reiki session was relaxing. They did use a lot of strong essential oils that started giving me a headache by the end of the hour session, but everything else went smoothly.

0 stars if possible. After initial contact, no returned calls or emails and I was unable to book appointment. Even after Groupon contacted him with a 4-day time limit, still no response. Wasted 3-4 weeks of my time trying to get an appointment! Go elsewhere.

I made an appointment for mother’s day and they called and told me they can’t do it because a therapist was sick and rescheduled it a month and a half later. Then got the times mixed up and wouldn’t take us or reschedule the appointment. I told him that it wasn’t my fault he kept rescheduling and he was very rude Bad service I would give a negative I’ve had better I recommend water street massage
