Amazing couples massage! Friendly & accommodating. Miracle workers - I have had several back surgeries & lots of tight muscles Sandy was able to get them all. Also Sandy pays attention to detail she noticed my dry heels & took care of them.

I had a massage today. It was great. Thank you for being so detailed and focusing on my neck area where I have a lot of tension. I highly recommend Orchid Day Spa as the people are nice and attentive. They helped me relax and I felt great afterwards. The prices were very reasonable too. Thank you!

Went to get a couples massage and was not disappointed. At first I was a little confused what was going to happen but after they instructed us what to do it was amazing. 1 hour full body massage with hot stones and towels, my back has never felt better after that. Highly recommend if you want a massage & prices are pretty good considering what you’re getting. I will have to come back!

Went on Sunday. It was very nice. Kay is great. She even used hot stone and did her very best to help with the knots in my neck and shoulders. Made my head ache better for sure. Cant wait to go back.

The massage was nice up until the lady coughed in her hand and thought she was gone touch me right after. Had to make her go wash her hands. But otherwise it was cool

Walked in late at night about 7:15 they took me and my bf right away! No instructions but ik the deal. Get undressed and lay. 1 hr. Hit everything and even hit stones! It was SOO amazing. Really nice ladies.

Came in today for a couples massage. I got backwalking from Sandy. Wow great pressure. Really done a thorough massage. My Friend kept talking about her massage too. She said its the best one shes had by far. Good price and very polite.. Keep up the good work. 👍

Layla was one of the best massages I have ever gotten. Last time I came in, they told me that shes no longer there... and of course the massage that I got from someone else wasnt even close to Laylas talent! Super bummed that she no longer works there... if anyone knows where she works now, please let me know!

I love a deep tissue massage, but insisted on medium pressure this time. It was still pretty painful and I left with a pinched nerve in my neck that I didn’t have coming in. They are very flexible and accommodating for appointment times.

Very unprofessional massage I went there yesterday she was trying to massage me with her feet and no massage oil and very hard massage my back is hurting now and they were forcing me to pay them tip so whatever I had bad experience

Needed a massage desperately for bad headaches. Called , as it was nearby, and got right in. Huge plus for me!I had Lou, and she rally got into my sore muscles. I was finally able to turn my head without pain.Can’t tell you how many times I drove by, and never gave it a thought.I will be back, and not wait so long for my next one.

First off, I am from Michigan, I was referred by my friend when I was in town. I called, and they got me right in. Sandy was amazing, I never knew what an actual massage should feel like and for the price I paid! I was comfortable and left walking out, saying I would definitely be back again! Thanks again!

Update: I visited on a Sunday evening, and was able to get massaged right away. I had a different masseuse from last time and even though she applied a little too much pressure in certain areas, it was a very thorough massage and I would still return, plus it’s nice that they’re open late even on Sundays..I went in with a severely pulled arm muscle, so I thought a massage would help, which for my arm it didn’t. The massage was otherwise ok, the masseuse barely spoke English so she used Google translate to communicate, maybe I’ll return for a regular massage and update this review..

This is my second time coming to Orchid Day Spa and I am I love with the quality of massage I get all the time. The service is beyond expectation. Sandy was my therapist today and she had miracle hands. I appreciate and value a good deep tissue massage and I get exactly what I am looking for. Her technique is the 100% original traditional Chinese massage exactly what I am looking for in a massage. I definitely recommend this please, and will continue coming for more massage. She really takes care of me and makes me feel so comfortable, relaxed and extremely appreciated. Thank you for your excellent service and dedication. You are just amazing!!!

Theyre good masage but 1 thing they dont how to speak English when I say something they dont know

I started coming frequently to “Orchid Day Spa” because I had lots of back pain and muscle aches. And let me tell you; Sandy has magic hands! She puts together her strength, asian technique and the most important: her caring for the well-being of her clients and the outcome it’s just fabulous! She always makes me feel so comfortable and so relieved on every visit. Shortly after some massage treatments I started feeling more active and energized, I was able to slowly started working out again. I had some cosmetic procedures done in the past and as a result I had some scar tissue damages under my skin and Sandy notice them because at every visit she evaluates and shares the progress she sees on the areas treated. Sandy and I decided working on fixing by braking those scar tissues so my skin can have a more even texture and at the same time toning up my skin. Her deep tissue massages generate more and faster blood flow creating an increase of collagen products by my own body. I am extremely happy with the outcome her massage had given to my body so far and I will definitely will continue coming back for maintenance. “Orchid Day Spa” and Sandy had played a very important role on my health and appearance improvements.Thank you so much Sandy for making it happen,Janet

I am such a fan of Orchid Day Spa. I’m a muralist, and so I spend long, physical days hunched over. The women here are experts at what they do. No matter how much physical discomfort I’m in nor how tight my muscles are, I always leave feeling incredible. Their couple massage price can’t be beat, and it’s a great place to go with a friend for birthdays or a special event (went there today with my friend who’s getting married this weekend!). We got to try the hot stone massage today, which felt amazing. I absolutely recommend Orchid Day Spa for an intense massage that will really have you feeling the difference!

Santy gave me a wonderful deep tissue massage. This was my first professional massage. She got a little distracted at times but I think she was the only person working here, she might need a receptionist. But all In all I would definitely go back and suggest you go too.

We got a couples massage and I cant rave enough about how incredible it was. I feel like a new woman. I had so much neck and shoulder pain and knots and she got everything out. My husband as been suffering from a pinched nerve in his leg and has been going to chiropractors for weeks. He walked out feeling zero pain! We will absolutely be back to these skilled massage therapists.

Wish I could give zero stars off professionalism alone. I called on Wed. Feb. 15th to book a couples massage for Friday the 17th at 2 pm. My fiance and the lady said she didnt have an appointment booked for 2 and called another lady to speak to me who only gave us the option of coming back two hours later or the next day. Which that didnt work for us she said I forgot sorry come back at 4 or tomorrow. I was so upset as we got a sitter and all for this date. And very upsetting.

I live in Atlanta, Georgia; but was in Milwaukee, Wisconsin for the weekend. I went to the spa for a deep tissue massage. It felt so good. I dont have any tension in my body because of how well she massaged my body. The lighting and very soft music was just right for the room. It made my massage much more peaceful. Each time I go back to Milwaukee, I will come to Orchid Day Spa.

My friend and I gave ourselves a full body and foot massage, the massage was perfect, but the only details: telephone interruption and those who gave us the massage answered the door, stopped serving us to attend to the clients who arrived (they have to have a specific person answer customer calls); The carpet needs to be changed, everything else is perfect!!!!

Great technique and pressure. Calming atmosphere. Great price . Slight interruption in our hour. We will still be back !

If I could leave ZERO stars- I would. Visiting from Chicago- I should have walked right back out as soon as I walked in. A random set up with a couple chairs and massage tables. No one spoke English- fine. But she knew to ask for a tip PRIOR to the massage. I politely said no, I will tip at the end. I haven’t decided how much. Even though the place resembled the birth place of Hep C, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong. I was given what I can only assume was a dollar tree towel to cover up with. Her “friend” and I say this because there is no way that woman worked there and ever gave more than 2 massages before me. It was AWFUL. She literally missed 50% of my body, rubbed my back in the same spot until it was RAW. This was not massage- I don’t know what it was. It was gross, unprofessional, unmanaged. I think she answered the phone and door THREE different times. I’m appalled. I ran out, literally as she continued to ask me for a tip.

Very amazing massage! I carry a lot of heavy stuff at my job so I experience a lot of soreness etc...the owner lady is phenomenal! She really gets in there and your body feels like puddy after. This is a very strong and tough lady so if your a bigger person this is the right place for you...and she breaks out the hot stones and rubs them all over and I can say the whole experience is very therapeutic. Its a Chinese style so you can expect everything is a bit different from what you might be used to...Im happy they did a temp check because of the virus so you dont have to worry as much about contagious people going in there. My new favorite spot...the owner lady speaks English well and is amazing at what she does. Ive never seen her type of technique before, very relaxing!

As an out of town truck driver.This place was very professional.They do stretching, which was very relaxing.The lady paid special attention to my legs and my arms, for as a truck driver those places get sore the most.I definitely recommend this place.I dont know about any other specials , like hot stone, or 4 hand massage.

Went for couples messages on valentines day with my fiancé. Place was nice and peaceful , staff very nice and friendly. We both enjoyed our messages alot. Isnt the most up to date place and communication with staff was alittle difficult but definitely worth it. We will be recommending this place to others and will visit again soon. Thank you.

Went for a massage Wednesday night here at the orchid day spa and the massage therapist claimed she didnt know english, not a real big deal but ended up having a conversation with me while I was Rceiving a massage a little unusual to me. Then Massage away from the body instead of into the body. Then I told her to be careful of putting to much pressure on my right arm, cause she was walking on it. I mentioned I had surgery on it and she started to laugh (not professional). Then when I went to pay she said leave a tip and Proceeded to hold up a sign and kept pointing at it as if I didnt understand I did and I felt very uncomfortable about it. I wouldnt mind changing my review and keep returning like a loyal customer, but the managers gonna have to see this and make me change my mind if thats possible)???but if not I will not be returning or referring my buddies and family.

I love them so much!!! The more I go the better I feel. Im so very thankful for them. Rheumatoid Arthritis is taking over my body however they will make me feel like I can do all that I used to!! Im so thankful. God has blessed their hands for healing for sure!!

Great massage. Great pricing for what you get too. There was a little bit of a language barrier but the woman (not sure if owner) used a translating app which helped, just be patient. Very kind, clean, and great experience. Will be back.

I reserved 5 of us here for a bachelorette party activity, and the lovely workers were so accommodating! They made sure we were comfortable and got the best experience for our great price. I definitely recommend for an authentic experience.

Tried to pay with my debit card and the receptionist stated their card machine is down. She attempted to send me to an BANK THATS NOT MY BANK for cash MEANWHILE she ask for tip BEFORE I even got serviced. * side note ( I never got the service due to them not having a machine for debit card) *

Great place, great service, they have a small language barrier, but not to the point of being bad. They know what theyre doing which is most important to me. I would come here again. Prices are also great for what they do.
