E-Cig City Vape and Glass

Every time I visit, the prices go up, and the markup is outrageous. After checking online and comparing prices directly from the brands’ websites, it’s clear that we’re being charged far above retail. For a business that purchases wholesale, the difference is even more shocking. I understand the need for a markup, but other smoke shops face the same challenges without inflating prices to this extent.

I drive from Laguna Hills to give my business to these superior young men even though I have a smoke shop literally right around the corner from me. They are the kindest, most informed and respectful group and the establishment is ALWAYS clean and well presented. Well worth the drive !! As you frequently visit the store they foster relationship based service and even remember what you usually buy !! 5/5 stars for these young men !!

So glad I decided to stop in today, I walked in and dude (didnt catch his name but super cool dude) was super helpful, gave me a few helpful tips for what I purchased, seemed knowledgeable, and really good prices.. luckily I live around the corner cuz this is my new go to shop.. great selection, good prices, cool staff, I highly recommend!

Started coming here because its close to work. Keep coming here because its a great place. Over nearly two years, every interaction has been pleasant. The place is always clean, which I appreciate. The employees have always been very friendly and knowledgeable. And out of all the shops Ive been to, their pricing is either the best or competitively close. I definitely recommend this shop and their team.

I love this place! The employees are really helpful and knowledgeable and have great personalities. They have a lot of options in store and everyone is really willing to help you find the right stuff for your individual needs. They have fair pricing, too! Everything is really clean and I am starting to look forward to my monthly visit here.

The guy was epic... opened another vape for me cuz i thought it was broken. MY fault. He was like 57 and i think he was gay. 10 cent raise for him

Nicest people!!!!! Everyone is so helpful and friendly especially James. I just bought a whole new mod yesterday and James put it together and explained how everything worked for me and answered all my questions, even though they were busy. So nice!!! AWESOME prices too.

This was my first time in E-Cig City, and much to my surprise, this place and the staff had better customer service than any place Ive ever been! I just wasnt expecting it- i was expecting the same sort of service you get from a smoke shop or liquor store!Im not a vape user and was looking to get this as a gift- These guys did not make me feel stupid or uncomfortable at all. They explained what I needed to know, helped me pick out the proper items, quick and super easy!The shop is clean, inviting, easy to get to... and next to a liquor store so its a one-stop-plaza-shop!

This is the Vape Shop I have chosen to frequent after visiting others in my community due to their competitive pricing and variety of the best quality juices. They always have the cools I use in stock. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I hope to see their business grow and flourish. Best Vape shop in OC by far. They have the best juices and a wide variety too. Jake the manager is always helpful and the rest of the staff are nice and cool to talk to. Not your typical jerky vape people.

Custome service is unreal the people are great and they always have what youre looking for. Terrible to see this new bill go through to ruin the stores retail. If you dont know about these guys already youre missin out this place is great.

This place is #1 for all your e-cig needs. They are knowledgeable, informative, friendly and out to get you the best bang for your buck. They are not going to rip you off or only worries about making money. They have the best customer service hands down I wont go anywhere else

Great vape shop. Great prices. Only problem is its a bit hard to spot from the street, and with the divided medium you may have to make a u turn somewhere to get into the parking lot. Not their fault obviously, but worth mentioning

They have plenty to choose from ad far as juice and vapes go. The staff is verry on point with knowledge. The prices are the best I have seen so far. I highly reccomend this place.
