One of the best massage experiences Ive ever had! Mary is warm and welcoming. She makes you feel at ease from the 1st interaction. My wife and I will definitely be back for another couples massage.

We stumbled upon this spa in Mission Viejo and decided to give it a try for their couples massage experience. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean the clean facilities were and I enjoyed the faint smell of eucalyptus and lavender in the entry area. The massage itself was top notch and left me feeling like a wet noodle by the end. I recommend the CBD oil treatment add-on for some extra relaxation. The staff was great and very accommodating to our specific needs.If you get a chance to experience the steam/shower after your massage I also highly recommend that experience as well. It will make you wish you had such a luxurious shower in your home!I highly recommend giving this spa a try. You wont be disappointed.

Had my first massage ever here. It was very very relaxing. The masseuse, Mary, was very attentive and responsive to feedback (increase\decrease pressure or towels too hot or cold). The atmosphere was very calm and serene. I got a 60 minute massage, but I felt like it lasted longer in the best way, even though it was truly an hour long. Its relaxing to the point that you lose track of time. I would definitely go again and would recommend it to all!

Athena Spa is the place for true relaxation! From the moment the massage starts, inhaling lavender essential oil, stress melts away. Mary gives her full attention while stretching and kneading the muscles. Hot stones and towels help to soothe sore muscles. The atmosphere makes you feel special and you can take your time, unlike many spas that are crowded. I am feeling much better in my body and getting more restful sleep days after the massage. Highly recommend.

I made an appointment here for a Sunday early afternoon and was able to get in with no issues. Everyone was welcoming and nice, and the environment was clean. My massage was a full 60 minutes - they didnt do the whole 10 minutes for changing before/after the treatment, which is unusual because most chain massage businesses do this, but this was noticed and appreciated. They incorporated aromatherapy throughout as well. Their prices are comparable to other spas in the area. I would go again and recommend their services!*I was not staying at the hotel but live in the area so you dont have to be staying here to utilize the services.

While visiting southern California, I went to the Athena Spa for a 60-minute massage, one of the best massage I ever had ! Excellent & professional hospitality, very nice spa, tastefuly decorated, very comfortable & relaxing ambience. Highly recommended. The following day I booked a facial, as excellent as well. I will certainly pamper & treat myself to another treatment at Athena Spa prior to heading back home. Delightful !

So glad we found this incredible spa!!! It’s truly phenomenal—my husband and I went for anti aging facials and 90 minute massages and were so relaxed and refreshed after!!! It was so nice to unwind in such a clean and beautiful spa—I highly recommend this hidden gem! We cannot wait to book again—-I’ve been to many spas but this one is the best by far in service, quality, professionalism and above all relaxation!!!!!

This is my second visit to this very relaxing spa. Ive gone in for a 1 hour massage and the 2nd trip was couples massage. In both cases, we were asked if we had problem areas and the massage therapist certainly took that into account and gave me and my boyfriend an excellent massage. I recommend this to anyone that needs to let go of tension and get the best treatment ever. The staff is very courteous and makes you feel at home. I love it and will be back again!

I had a hot stone massage today and it was awesome all the way around. Mary provides very good service and I walked out of the spa feeling so relaxed. I was able to use the pool and spa afterwards since the weather is great today. This spa is following all safety protocols as they relate to Covid19 - very clean environment. Highly recommend!

Great hotel experience with a nice courtyard and pool access. Excellent restaurant Old Camp serves scratch bar food that punches above its weight for a hotel bar, exceeding expectations in food quality and service. Dont miss the house tiramisu for dessert.We stayed here with kids and enjoyed the separate bedroom setup in the rooms. It worked for us as a basecamp for our family vacation, a quiet oasis halfway between Disneyland and the Pacific Ocean.

An immersive experience. You won’t find yourself in more experienced hands than Mary’s. If you’re overly stressed with work or family a treatment at the Athens spa is just what you need. I’m the type of person that overthinks everything. Within a half hour my mind was calm and by the end of the treatment I was absolutely blissful. The environment is very calming and you’ll feel right at home. I had the standard message with medium to light touch. My masseuse applied just the right amount of pressure. We started the session with lavender essential oils. Next week did the scrub with anti-aging mask. The scrub was a first for me and it was a very satisfying sensation. After the scrub I sat in the steam shower which helped me sweat out all the toxins from my quarantine, junk food/Netflix binges steamed away. Next I returned to the table for the seaweed wrap. The seaweed was painted on and then I was wrapped up on the warming table and had a dreamy nap. One more rinse and the session ended with a rose finishing oil. If you have been neglecting your body during quarantine any one of these treatments will lift your spirits and ascend you to a calm centered state of mind. Mary is the best.

What a wonderful day at the Spa, arranged by Mary! We called only one day ahead of time, and Mary arranged the perfect spa birthday celebration for our party of four! Not only did Mary arrange a special birthday welcome, but also pulled together the most talented masseuses and aesthetician for the day! Thank you, Mary, for making our birthday girl feel special!!

I wanted to give my wife a nice day at the spa and they really came through. I spoke with Mary to set the appointment and she was amazing. My wife absolutely loved the Heavenly Bliss package and cannot wait to go back.

Our experience was great. We especially were happy with Belen, Sylvia and Miguel in food service. Also William Johnson and Conner at the front desk, plus the housekeeping staff.
