The whole staff here is so incredibly friendly and personable! Olivia welcomed me, sat with me to go over my skin care history, and then I had a great facial with Jessica. We chatted the whole time about skin care products, recommendations, and I learned a bunch. I ended up getting the monthly membership because the staff, especially Olivia, was so friendly the overall experience was so pleasant :) 10/10 recommend this location!

I can’t say enough of this location. I’ve been late, pregnant, or had really bad workout soreness and they’ve always helped me relieve pain/stress. Jay has been a complete game changer of a massage therapist. I’ve tried others at this location and he is always the most intuitive to your body. I won’t even know I have low shoulder flexibility that needed stretching until he pointed it out. Or that my neck had a knot. He always seems to find the main cause of pain and focuses on that. I would come more often to him if I had a babysitter. Haha

When I need a facial I come to Jasmine! She has utilized a variety of techniques on me—relaxation facial, red light therapy, cooling globes, microderm infusion, oxygenating facial, etc…and every single time I have walked out feeling refreshed and vibrant with glowy and dewy skin. I love how she quickly assesses my skin and knows just what I need on a given day. I highly recommend coming to her.

Jay is the best! I told him I was having trouble in my hips and legs, and he took the time to really work on those areas, and I feel so much better! He is very thorough and thoughtful, and you can tell he really cares about giving his clients a great experience! The front desk is always kind and helpful! Highly recommend this business!

I’ve been a Massage Envy member for 8-9 years; deep tissue massage is part of my wellness routine. I do 90 minute massages because I’m old & have many issues! This franchise is well run - seems to be a “ happy shop” . Front desk people are friendly & patient. Brandon is my current preferred massage therapist and he gets 5 stars too. Good hands, variety of techniques, will chat if you want - or not. Sense of humor and he really, really knows his stuff.

First time with Chanelle amazing therapist. Firm massage which I normally do not like but it did not hurt . Just enough. Informed me of things I can do between sessions to keep my body more loose. Highly recommend and have already booked my next 3 appt with her for myself and my wife . If you see her tell them Antonio sent you you will get taken care of and good pricing

I use to be a member at massage envy in the past and finally got to come back. I had a massage last njght and met Brandon for the first time he was my massage therapist. He was very kind and caring. He knows how to makesure your getting the care you need. He is such a joy and funny as well.He made sure that his clients was alright the whole time. Im very picky when it comes to massage therapist because I had some good ones in the past that unfortunately had moved on, but now that Im back I will definitely continue to request Brandon.

Brandon was phenomenal! He was caring and extremely attentive. He really listened to me and met all of my needs. I came in with a horrible migraine, and I left feeling so much better. Loved him and would highly recommend him!!❤️

Great first time massage with Alice.Hard to understand her bc she’s so quiet and she did work on my neck when I’d said not to, but it all felt wonderful and was very thorough.Will book her again.

About half the time youll be rebooking rather than going. My wife has been booking this location for a message over the past years and about half the time they will call a few hours before saying they can do the massage. So shell have to rebook or settle for a facial some other time in the day instead. When you have small children this is a pain to deal with.Now most recently on mothers day she got a call ~3 hours before hand saying they cant have her come in on her scheduled time.To my fellow husbands, dont book this location for your wife. Youll have to deal with your wife looking forward to their massage only to deal with a frustrating call as she tries to find another time to fit it in as Message Envy cancels with a few hours notice. In fairness they did offer some comps next time she comes in but well see if they cancel with a few hours notice again.

Yesenia is always great at customizing my massage session. She adjusts when needed and is skilled at her craft.

Jay is the best massage therapist at this location. He is a master of his craft and he was supportive and helpful with prenatal massage throughout my entire pregnancy. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a great massage therapist and of course to any expecting mothers! My husband and I both go to him and we are always happy with the quality of his massage skills.

The massage was a little lighter than I like today but still good, however I have been to this girl 3-4 times now & they have cut my 60min massage from 50 min hands on to 35-40 min…. I had dress, looked for a tip to leave, booked out & reschedule & place a phone call in my car & still drove of before my appointment time was up!!!

Mikaela is amazing! Literally the best massage Ive ever had. I can only handle light to medium pressure and she does a great job working out my knots without that deep elbow pressure. I always feel like a new person after my session. Shes also so sweet and we always have a great time chatting too.

I really like this location of massage envy. I moved from VA last year and have found the therapists and staff here to be great. Specifically Jay G is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me work through some issues with my shoulder. It’s great to find someone who is willing to do deep tissue work and is super knowledgeable.

I have been to massage envy in three different states with 7ish different providers, and he the absolute best.Juan can do all levels of pressures and several different types of massage. He always asked about the type of massage at the beginning and checks on the pressure throughout (just enough that a shy person like me is able to clearly communicate.)He is the epitome of professionalism and competence. I recommend Juan to everyone!

I’ve been going to Massage Envy for about 6 years and Sarah has been my massage therapist during that time. She is kind and caring. She does a great job and I always feel great after my session. I highly recommend her.

Jasmine is great. She needs to tone down the talk about “growing old”. “It happens to everyone”I know what she is getting at but I am there to relax and not to be hit over the head. She is young and quite sweet. I mentioned I was there to relax. She brought it up multiple times and so I played along. My daughter is her age and I get the naïveté but your staff is needing more training. Upselling clients in a session is a real turnoff.

Had a facial with Summer and she did an outstanding job! She was very pleasant and took time to explain the procedure and process. Very relaxing and came out feeling rejuvenated. I would recommend.

Mikaela is a great masseuse! She is so sensitive to my situation which is BAD back pain! She is thoughtful to help me get off the table when having bad pain. She is kind and caring! After a hiatus, I returned to have Jay work on me before a long flight the next day. As expected, he did great work and worked his magic as always.Wont go so long between sessions any longer. Made an appointment Wednesday and they called immediately and changed my appointment to the next day, I was able to find another massage envy with an appointment that better fit my schedule so I looked for a cancelation policy or anything to that regard couldnt find it I called back the next day asking for a reschedule or cancelation they didnt have anything for what I needed. So I canceled it the person did not mention a fee or charge if they had I wouldve figured something out but they didnt I was charged what I was quoted at plus an additional $50. I called the next day asking why they said thats their policy and I shouldve got a text regarding this but I never received that. They didnt have any sort of resolution or anything other than thats our policy. Which is fine but if they are not overly communicative with this sort of thing it can lead to frustration on the part of the guest and thats where Im at upset they didnt say anything. Very disappointing.

Jose was very nice, but is a massage supposed to hurt. I asked if the pressure could be lighter? Everywhere he massaged feels tender to touch the day after. And my back is sore when it wasnt before. Then the lady at the counter wasnt pleasant, she wanted exact change, why didnt they just say credit card only? And then her sales pitch for the membership didnt make me feel enticed or welcome.

Great experience. I’m super happy to have had Avani! Her drape coverage was awesome i never felt overly exposed. She had an extra towel like I asked, for my feet at the end of my session and double checked if her pressure was what I could handle!Only thing I didn’t like was at the end walking out there was a homeless man sleeping next to your door. Not super safe. Please tell your priory mgmt to hire security bc that’s the last thing I want to see after an amazing session. I’m not marking my session down bc of that but I’d like to mention it here praying management sees this and reports it.

I’ve had many massages with just as many massage therapists, and Sarah is the best. She is very interested in getting it just right, and she always does! She’s a very upbeat and sweet person as well.

Juan does a great job, has a good balance of light to medium pressure and can workout the specific areas that need firm pressure to relieve muscle tightness.

Jasmine gave me the most relaxing facial, and my skin left glowing.

I took my granddaughter(15) for her first facial. Summer was wonderful explaining all the do’s and don’ts of skin care for a teenager struggling with acne. A fantastic experience . Asia at the front desk made us feel welcomed as soon as we arrived.

It’s always a good day when I know I am going to see Jay for my 90 minute massage. I have been seeing him for 7 years. Once you experience Jay, the bar is set high. He is so attune to what is going on in my body and finds things I don’t know are even wrong.

Yesenia was my masseuse for the 2nd or 3rd time. Very caring and as she worked we chatted. The 90 minutes flew by. I feel great!

Juan does a great job of customizing your massage to your preferences. I’ve upgraded from an hour to 90 minutes so that I leave fully rejuvenated and relaxed.

I always feel like I get a custom massage from Kevin. My body will have pain move from neck to lower back to calves. It does not matter where the pain is because Kevin is able to locate the source and I walk out pain-free, relaxed and ready to take on the world!

My massage was fine. Im used to warm lotion and here, the lotion was cold. Juan is good.The estitician was amazingOne of the best facials I have ever had

My biggest complaint early on was with the fact that if u wanted a 90 min massage. Ud still get charged for 2 full sessions. The finally changed that abs allowed for u to still have that 30 minutes to apply to ur next 90 min session. The massages themselves early in were pretty bad. But at least in my experience recently theyve seen to have found a better group of masseuse. At least at the location I go to. For the membership if ur able to find a masseuse u like it isnt bad. But the non membership price... hard pass. You can find high-end masseuse at other private places. Lastly my 2 biggest complaints are 1st they tell u its 60 min but ur only getting 50 hands on. And even then u better watch the clock because Ive had massage sessions finish in less than 45 minutes. Many times. The inconsistencies is crazy considering I go to the same guy each time. Lastly. If u cavern ur membership and u still have 8 massages left or even 1. You lose them. Its gone. Ridiculous considering youve paid for them by been busy and havent been able to go. This is a joke and makes no sense.

Great experience with this Massage Envy and with Juan as my massage therapist. He was warm, listened and adjusted accordingly when asked to.

My massage therapist Chanelle was awesome. The pressure was just right and she’s very knowledgeable.

I’m extremely disappointed when in December 2022 I paid for 90 minutes of massage time and received only 75 minutes of massage.This January I paid for one hour of massage and received 45 minutes of massage.I believe it’s very unfair that your center charges clients hourly and cuts the massage time by 15 minutes on average each time. 😒

Yesenia has been incredible here. I can tell she has a great knowledge of muscle anatomy and always finds a way to massage out the biggest upper back and shoulder knots I have from work. Ive seen other therapists here, and though theyve all been professional, she beats them all in my book with her finesse, preciseness, and strength.

I hadnt visited this location in a while because its not close for me, but they had the availability I needed. The front desk welcomed me and was friendly and the experience was consistent with the location I normally go to, which was nice! I had a facial with Tara, and I highly recommend seeing her! She is very knowledgeable and talented, and I cant wait to see her again.

I finally found a good massage therapist at the Mission Viejo south location. The front customer service is a little inconsistent but the good massages is what really matters!

Got a great massage from Juan yesterday! He was good about checking in with me about what I wanted and pressures, etc. Will definitely be back!

The good: front office ladies were nice and accommodating, and the therapist tried his best.The bad: room smelled of mildew and a 90 min massage was really only 70 min which is very frustrating! When getting a massage I prefer just that, a massage...not a stretching session.

I used to go to the Lake Forest location, and started going to this location because it is closer to my school, and can unwind after a loooong day of lectures! Every time I come in, the girl at the front is so welcoming and quickly gets me checked in for my appointment. Because they are now offering chemical peels and microderm infusion, I will be def be coming back more regularly! Tara is such an amazing esthetician, and I HIGHLY recommend booking with her on your next visit!!

I see Jay twice a month. Always feel great afterwards. I recommend the 90 minute massage.

Ive been a member for close to 7 years. My wife and I have almost 4k worth of unused credit which we fully planned on using. We are just not ready to come back after the pandemic and requested to be put on hold until the end of 2021. Management never responded but their nice front desk person called to give an ultimatum: Come back now or cancel and lose your 4k worth of unused credit. We will not be pushed to do something we are not yet comfortable with. In contrast, I got an email from Life Time Fitness regarding my membership with them, they outlined how to come back now or if we are not ready that we can remain on hold. Massage Envy can learn a thing or two from other companies like this who have communicated through out the pandemic and are helping everyone come back at their comfort level. This should be a 1 star but giving an extra star as a thanks to all the great therapists over the years who have often shared with me their stories about this companies tactics.

Yesenia is wonderful-- she focused on problem areas and really listened to what I wanted/needed. Will be back!!

Sarah have a wonderful massage. My only complaint was the loud laughing and conversation that took place near my room which disturbed the spa experience.

Where to begin. I came in very stressed its been over a year since Ive been with a woman. And I didnt know what to expect walking in the door. First the lobby was nice. The private room in the back was even nicer. I paid a little extra for it just because I was nervous needless to say I didnt have to be nervous they know what they are doing with a 2 jerk 1 pull motion I was feeling great I was in heaven I can go on all day about these people my junk.was too large just for two hands so they had to bring extra staff. But managed to get the job done. Thank you for all your help and sorry I didnt give you a reach around.

Place scams you. i asked if the massages you get once a month with your membership expire, they tell me no. I decide to not renew the monthly membership because i wasnt happy with the quality of therapy they provide, then they tell me i cant use my massages that i had built up unless i pay them more money and renew my membership.. They didnt warn me or anything. I feel scammed out of my money; I dont understand how they can not give me a service i pay for, that should be ILLEGAL!

I absolutely love the massages Ive had here but I was surprised they got me hooked on facials! I even tried chemical peels and the microderm and loved them. Everybody is so knowledgeable it made me less nervous about trying the new things!

Not a customer, never will be. Employee( blonde short hair with glasses) and GM like to harass other local workers, those who clean parking lots and take out the trash. And still act like the victim, and not accept the wrong they had spilled out of their mouths. Im 8 months pregnant, with no intention to start a brawl with anyone, i was simply sitting in my car and i over heard an employee talking on the phone calling my husband a retard very loudly and other workers unnecessary names my whole life Ive been discriminated, and did not feel like I should have been today so early in the morning..who has the energy to hate and call people out for no reason ?... if anyone has anything bad to say to that person simply keep it to your selves. You dont have the right to hate someone without a reason.

So nice but therapists need to stopped the small talk. We pay to relax I think about our daily lives and when you asked me about my job every time I come in and it takes that 30 minutes of my 50 minute appointment its really frustrating

I dont have the time for a membership but was given a gift certificate. Good massage, clean facility. A bit heavy on the sales pitch and prefer facilities where I can shower (I dont like the oil on me)
