BEST SHOP TO ORDER FROM! I ordered 6 bottles of e-liquids and accidentally chose 0mg in one particular one, while the rest were in 6mg. Omar from Club Vapor called to make sure I did that on purpose, After finding out I didnt he changed my order to 6mg for that e-liquid and actually told me that 6mg was out of stock online but he found some in stock and told me my order is shipping. This was such a huge relief and he saved me from disappointment. This company never disappoints and is always perfect with their shipping estimates! Also great prices! Thank you Club Vapor, one of the best customer experiences I have ever had.

Ive ordered juice from 10 places since the Covid crisis and not a single one can get an order right or sent out or even reply to emails. Then the companies not responding and having to go through long and hard credit card disputes.Club Vapor got my order correct and in less than a weeks time it was at my door. They also have the largest QUALITY selection I have seen. Ill never order from another place again. Great job to the staff there! Thank you so much for a great site, great juice, and fast service!

I ordered online and made the same mistake as another reviewer. I accidentally ordered 0mg instead of 3mg. I noticed my mistake in the confirmation email and emailed them about my error. Before they even got my email they noticed that I was ordering for the first time and had likely wanted some amount of nicotine. They texted me to check and answered my email. The problem was solved immediately. The prices and customer service are amazing. The delivery cost was cheap and fast. My juice even arrived a day earlier than projected. I will definitely use this site again.

I have been ordering from club vapor for about a year now..I live in a different state and yesterday I placed an online order as usual for my normal juices. Today I got a phone call from Omar saying he noticed that I normally order the ice version of the product and this time I did not and also the milligrams of nicotine wasn’t what I normally ordered. He was concerned I made an error which I DID! I have never met or spoken to this company but they noticed my order wasn’t usual....I mean who provides this type of customer service anymore???? I am so beyond grateful that they actually called to check up and prevented me from spending money on something I accidentally ordered wrong! I am beyond impressed at the quality of service and will be a loyal customer :) thank you so much Omar for taking the time out of your day to call me to ensure my order was correct. You guys are awesome!!!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I live in New York State and only just started ordering from Club Vapor. I accidentally ordered the wrong nic mg without realizing it. Within minutes of placing my order someone from the company called me to let me know of my mistake, and fixed it before shipping it out to me. Shipping only takes a few days and is always on time. By far the best customer service and prices out there! Wont be buying from anyone else.

Im basically echoing what everyone else has already said, but amazing company. Theyre based in California so I order online roughly every other week, and have been since my girlfriend found them due to the extremely likable prices. Its almost cheaper for me to buy 2 bottles here then 1 at the local shop. Another great thing (as I mention theyre in Ca) I live in South florifa, it only takes 3 days (on avg) from when my order is processed, which is always the day after I order,for the juice to arrive at my house. Just yesterday I placed an order for some more juice. This morning however I received a phone call and had a voice mail left for me. After I heard him say hey my name is Omar from club vapor USA I had a feeling they didnt have stock in one I wanted. But instead I had ordered 0mg in No42. From Beard Vape Co. So Omar (Big shout-out to him) gave me a call to confirm it and then fix it before shipping out. 10/5 stars trust me you wanna buy your juice (or accessories) from them.

I was super skeptical since they were offering my juices basically half off, so I only ordered half of what Id spend at a local shop...THEYRE LEGIT got no complaints.My order was on my door step 3 days later, came super bubble wrapped (although in an envelope), saftey seals intact.

I have been ordering juice from them for a while and they have always taken care of me I recently placed an order for 0 mg juice and they called me right away within 20 minutes of ordering online asking if I meant to buy 0 mg juice Since I have always bought 6mg in the past. I love Club Vapor!! I order from them every three weeks, Khali Vapors Devils Punchbowl Ice, and Im never disappointed. It usually arrives earlier than expected and the best part is its 10 bucks cheaper than going to my local vape shop. I highly recommend Club Vapor.

Juices here are mainstream and some of the better up-and-coming brands, so far so good. Good deals on clearance liquid. Omar & Taylor have great service. Jeremy...not so much. He needs to work on greeting costumers and explaining product knowledge instead of playing games on his computer and ignoring costumers.

Items clearly marked for simplicity online, pricing less than most other retailers, shipping was not free, but practical and not overpriced. Like the coupon offers as well. Took a minute to find promo field at check out though. All in all positive experience and will purchase again!

Great shop. Super relaxed and non-intimidating. Shop is always clean and organized. Owner is friendly and knowledgeable. Staff is always happy and easy to talk to. I have caught myself hanging out there for over an hour just kicking back and chatting. Great little shop close by.... Would recommend to any vapers out there!

Walked-in, greeted the only person working there. The young Filipino kid with tats & backwards hat wasnt interested in helping at all. Asked him about the different flavors and he replied, whats there, is there. Rather play games on his phone than help paying costumers. The juices were good tho and I bought 2.

Bought a Smok Alien kit from C.V. 3 weeks later it shorted out. Spoke w Smok and they asked me if the vendor filled out the enclosed warranty card. Club Vape DID NOT fill it out, as a result, they could not honor the warranty. I called Club Vape and they refused to help me out in any way. Very unprofessional and disappointed.
