Ricardo was amazing! He kept checking to make sure the pressure was good. I told him I had one area of my back that was recovering and he took extra care to be gentle there but maintained his full pressure for the rest of the massage. Very professional and amazing massage!

Had a massage a massage with Evie. She was very friendly and therapeutic. Had great experience and knowledge on what she was doing and really helped open up my back and helped with my posture. Will definitely be going back!

The massage with Tiffany was phenomenal. She was a true pro.Here is what bothered me though: I called in to make an appointment, the woman who made my appointment told me the cost of the massage was going to be $89.99 as it was my first time there. I have a $150 gift card to use. When I check out after the massage, I leave my masseuse a $20 tip on my debit card. I check my bank account and notice they pulled $49.99 from my account. I call in and they told me they charged me $20 for the tip and $29.99 for the remainder of the massage. He told me the massage cost $179.99! Thankfully he was nice and quickly realized they over charged me for my first time there and refunded the difference, and gave me $60 back on my gift card.Very sketchy- I won’t be back.

I love Massage Heights in Missiin Viejo and have been a member for years, but you don’t have to be a member to schedule a facial or massage. I saw Tiffany for a 90 min massage; she is professional, knowledgeable/intuitive and provided a great massage; thank you! Already booked my next appt with her!!

I signed up with Massage Heights’s monthly massage membership program a couple of years ago and that alone deserves 5 stars! All of the massage therapists are excellent but I recently had the opportunity to have Victor as my therapist and it was life changing! He is so skilled and experienced and was able to instantly locate the source of my tension, apply the perfect amount of pressure and technique and completely eradicate my pain and discomfort! I have already booked a few more sessions with him! But as I mentioned previously, ALL of the therapists at my location, Mission Viejo, as well as the front desk staff, have been wonderful and highly trained! In addition, the spa boutique is an even added bonus!! They carry everything from jewelry to skincare and even luxury bedding and accessories from highly reputable and well known brands. Enjoy!

Victor was fine. But I was flabbergasted when I paid. I had been a wellness member 4 years ago and paid a regular monthly fee. So in my mind I figured (needless to say it was my fault for not checking the regular current price) the price would have gone up. But the price was DOUBLE what I had paid in the past...to $179.99😳. I did some checking on line to see the rate of other comparable spas and will choose one of them next time. So sorry to have to share this because I was a happy client when I was on their monthly program.

My masseuse, Lilian, knew exactly which areas to target(sciatica and neck stiffness). She gently but firmly dug in and I came out feeling 1000% better. The place is very clean and pleasant to be in. I signed up for 6 months so the price is reduced. So worth it! No need to drive far to get a great massage locally in Mission Viejo!

Not very great experience. Felt like I was just being rubbed with lotion the whole time with no actual massage technique. they didn’t complete the full 60 min session and also didn’t do the face massage addition that came with the service. No spa music was played and no nice smell. Both Bella and Nadia were very passive and in and out of the room without any instruction. Seemed like they didn’t want to be there or cared to actually provide a relaxing environment or good experience. Definitely the worst massage experience I’ve ever had with absolutely no effort. Front staff was nice but Nadia and Bella got to go. I don’t even think they are certified in massages, only spot they decided to put the most pressure on was our neck which was extremely painful and almost caused us to pass out. Everything else you could barely feel. Don’t recommend them at all.

My massage was a week ago. I delayed my review beyond the post-massage afterglow to give an objective assessment. I am a massage therapist and instructor, California certified, trained on the east and west coasts with many hours of continuing education. As this info can tweak a session, I didnt disclose it until the end.Like Diogenes search for one honest man, massage therapists are challenged with finding the massage most like the one they give. Cristina provided the massage Ive been looking for since 1992. She is educated in many modalities, has trustworthy intuition, energetic groundedness, very professional and a passion for The Work. It was easy and fast to trust her to explore, locate and resolve my bodys myriad speed bumps and roadblocks.Honestly , its been so long since Ive had work of this caliber that, if I could afford it, i would see her 3 times a week for at least 3 weeks to get right! Real world, I purchased a package and booked my next session which cant come too soon.

I’ve been going to Massage Heights for quite a while. I had a great experience with Alessandra yesterday who gave a good deep massage, and really listen to what I needed to work on. A lot of garden work lately so the hamstrings and lower back were tight and that’s where she focused. Excellent!

I went there today. I had a Groupon. The therapist was late and didn’t read my profile so she didn’t do the foot scrub. No big deal. I told her that I wanted my butt to be massage as well but she said that she needs to run out and check with the front desk while massaging me so I said don’t worry about it. When I called and made an appointment. The manager Kerri said that I had an introduction rate already in 2022. I said this is a Groupon and she said we will make an exception taking the Groupon for this time but introduction rate can only be used once. If that’s the case then they should have a fine print for it on Groupon. She was very rude answering the phone. While I waited for my appointment (my therapist was late). Another customer was complaining to the front desk stating that she emailed Kerri several times to freeze her and her son account but Kerri never respond to her. She stated she tried to reach her for a month or more. I’m surprised this manager Kerri still works here. Not signing up for a membership. I can get 90 mins for a thai massage for $100 that is way better! I used to have a membership here for years.

Sarha is am absolute genius when it comes to facials. I dont even get massages from Massage Heights. Only facials. I see Sahra every 4-6 weeks and she keeps my skin glowing. Joanna at the front desk is adorable and make a you feel like you are at a home away from home. I cant say enough about how much I love Massage Heights!

I had a friend recommend this place, so I tried it out. I am not one to get massages often, but had a fantastic massage, shout out to Victor! Would go back and have already recommended this place to some friends.

I have been a member at Massage Heights Mission Viejo, since 2015 and wouldn’t go anywhere else! Kerry the manager is warm and welcoming, and Ryta is the best at massaging away all my aches and pains! I was side swiped by another vehicle in Mission Viejo, in 2015, and got extreme whiplash. I still occasionally suffer from a lot of pain due to that accident. Ryta has really helped me again this week, and I’m most grateful - thank you Ryta!

Victor is really great. He is thorough and uses great pressure and has a great sense of which muscles need the most attention. Highly recommend him.

Receptionist was helpful and friendly, place was calming and warm despite the heavy rain outside, Lilian was amazing (I hesitated to recommend her as I don’t want her to get so busy I can’t make an appointment) she really took the time to understand any areas of concern and seemed to really know her stuff. She used heated blanket during the message which was lovely. All in all a wonderful experience.

Just had a massage here. Julie was great. She was very attentive to my specific needs to help me get rid of some knots and focused on my targeted areas.

I have been coming here for a year & a half. I would say my initial experiences were always very good but now, I would say my experiences have improved more. Just small ways they take care of their guests. Little extra touches, soothing environment, professional & thoughtful staff. Massage Therapist, Evie is AMAZING! Again, the little things. She uses warm, moist towels under my neck to relax muscles & does excellent work on back & arms/hands. She’s very gifted finding the troubled, stressed muscles & getting them to relax & let go of the stress. I enjoy her massages a lot!

CAUTION! Beware!!!Do not join Massage Heights, through this location. I have been a member since 2011 and they canceled my membership with no notification. The credit card number I used for automatic payments changed and instead of notifying me, my payments were not coming through, they canceled my membership. As a result of them canceling my membership, I lost at least $1000 in massage credits. The Managing Director, Carrie was extremely rude to me on the phone and said, and I quote, “There’s no way you’re getting those credits back. Even if you were the President of the United States, you couldn’t get them back”. What a thing to say to a loyal client. I’ve spent over $12,000 in membership fees through the years at this location. It’s devastating to lose this amount of services at the whim of this woman.Massage Heights is currently going through a Class action lawsuit. Shady dealings going on!!

It was the most expensive massage that I have ever had!I booked through their app for 90 min deep massage and the price that I supposed to pay was $134! I went there, had the massage and they charged me $268!! I asked the reason and they told me that as I cancelled my membership, I had to pay that amount! Unbelievable, right?!

Pretty frustrated with this place. I booked my wife a Prenatal Massage for her birthday online. I am 100% certain it was a prenatal massage, I have a screenshot of the booking online.When my wife got there, they took her back to the room, only to tell her that they actually can’t do prenatal massages. And then lectured her about how she should have booked the right massage.So they reschedule her for another day so someone who is licensed to do prenatal massages can massage her, and tell her they will give her a free add on for the inconvenience. The next day when she shows up, they again start lecturing her about how she should have booked a prenatal massage(!!) - on top of that, they give her no extra time for her add on, they worked it into her 60 minute massage, which really ended up being 45 minutes.All in all, this place is a little unorganized and doesn’t give the benefit of the doubt to their customers. Instead of coming back, we will just book at one of their other massage places in the area

Kyoko is fantastic and has helped me through many athletic endeavors and injuries and back to feeling great again. My daughter, son and running partner have all gone to her regularly. A very clean location with soothing ambience. Staff are helpful. Ive worked with Lilian the massage therapist for years and she is really the best! Im an athlete who works out and races often, she offers great and right amount of pressure to loosen my tight muscles. I always have a faster recovery after her massage. She is very skilled with handling knots and very knowledgable with each muscle groups. She could name all the muscles when I point to her where it hurts and her technique is professional.

A relaxing and friendly atmosphere. Laura is an excellent masseuse who applies the perfect amount of pressure.

Always a great experience at Massage Heights. This time I booked with a therapist I haven’t had before - Tara. She is REALLY good. I asked for deep tissue and she delivered. I asked for her to work on my sciatica and she did. Normally I have to ask 5 times for the therapist to increase pressure - not Tara. She worked out some bad knots I had. But at the same time made me so relaxed. She spent a good amount of time on the pressure points in my hands and feet - so relaxing. I have booked appointments with Tara for the next 3 weeks. Can’t wait to go back.

I have been getting facials from Sarita for over a year. She is very sweet and gives a relaxing facial. She mixes it up a bit so not as routine month after month. No high pressure product sales. Love using an occasional upgrades to take care of extra problems. The gift card special offered a few times per year is a good deal for adding tips and upgrades.

Movita was perfect!I had great experience with her. She tried a lot to help and worked more on my neck area where I always had problem and felt so blessing. I will reschedule with her!

Evie knows what she is doing when it comes to different styles of massage. Always relaxed and refreshed when I leave.

They told me that if I registered and acquired the membership, the massages would be cheaper, so I accepted and they registered my bank card. But they didnt tell me whether to go to the massage or not, they kept charging me from my debit card, and one day before my appointment they charged me for the massage, I called and they told me that because I had the membership I would be charged regardless of whether I went or not the massage, and if I wanted to withdraw from the membership I had to write to the Manager who is the only person who could do it. I wrote to the manager by email and she never responded. I had to call the bank, they did the investigation and they returned the money to me and blocked them from taking money from me. Its a shame because Susan is a very good masseuse. These policies are terrible and the worst thing is that they lie to you as a customer so that you give them access to your bank card and thus they take your money. Dont sign up for membership, its to take your money.

Bella did amazing! I was having lower back pain and she asked if I would rather her focus on my back, or continue with the full body massage. It was nice she offered this option! She definitely helped loosen up my back!

Went here for the first time yesterday. I had Victor, and he was fantastic. Perfect amount of pressure for what I needed. He had a calm presence, and I felt very comfortable. Left feeling very rejuvenated and peaceful.

Movita is wonderful! I always say it’s not a relaxing massage but that’s because it’s a truly therapeutic massage where she finds all of the spots that need to be worked out. If you want a soft touch this is not for you, if you want a deep tissue massage Movita is for you. She has strong hands that know where you need the tension worked out. I used to not be able to have masseuses work on my lower back because it hurt too much but Movita has been able to work on it and make it feel so much better every time. Highly recommend.

Lovely experience. Getzaret was very good. I arrived with basically a brick wall for an upper back and neck. She managed to get my trap knots relaxed with so little discomfort that I was at first feeling disappointed because I assumed the knots would still be there. But when I got dressed at the end, I realized nearly all of the knotting was gone!Also, front desk staff is so welcom8ng and informative without things feeling pushy or salesy. Great experience.12/12 experience with Ryta was amazing. She is fantastic - especially if you truly have muscle stuff going on. She is STRONG but extremely considerate and gentle. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I have been going to Massage Heights for about 5 months now & I absolutely love it. I cannot recommend this place enough. There are plenty of great massage therapists, but my favorites in no particular order are as follows: Jennifer, Movita, Suzan, and Alessandra. They have such a comprehensive understanding of anatomy and are able to address specific issues whether it is my QL, Piriformis, Sub-occipitals, etc. I have had several surgeries from hip replacements to a shoulder replacement, to various other surgeries because of a car wreck I had been in several years ago. So, I have been to numerous massage places & the professionalism & quality of the services at Massage Heights are above and beyond what I have been able to find at other places.The massage therapists are attentive, kind, and do a fantastic job. If you enjoy deep tissue/ deep pressure massages as I do, the therapists I mentioned are a great way to go.

I have never had a therapist as qualified as Lillian. She is kind and very intuitive as to what is going on in my body and the type of treatment I need.

My husband and I have been going to Massage Heights for years. We get the couples massage about every month or so. They have a lot of great massage therapists and they listen to you and give you exactly what you need to have a great massage.

The team is very professional from start to finish. Explained what I need and was setup with an experienced massage therapist. I had a deep tissue massage and I love how she listened to my needs and was very honest. I have already made another appointment and will continue to get my massages here.

I’ve had great experiences here, but my massage with Ryta was the best one yet! She listened to what I needed and was an expert with how and where she applied pressure. I like my massages to be more productive than relaxing because I want the benefits of breaking up all my knots, but Ryta somehow managed to make it both. I highly recommend her.

I’m a member at numerous spas. I live for messages. This is the best place to be in Mission Viejo. They are so personable, they know who you like and contact YOU when they are available. Highly recommend this spa.

I cannot recommend Patty enough. I had such a great experience, that I booked another massage with Patty in two weeks!

Lilian is the best masseuse ever! Iʻve been seeing her since 2019 and have never looked back. I am extreeeemely picky and have always been disappointed by other therapists… until I found Lilian at Massage Heights! Donʻt let her petite figure fool you. She has the strongest and most skilled hands that I have ever experienced. I love deep tissue and she knows exactly where to massage to get me relief, especially my gluts, back, shoulders, and neck. The only bad thing about her massage is when it ends. I wish I could afford to visit her every week! Thankfully, Massage Heights has a good membership program. This is my third facial with Sarita, and she is phenomenal. She communicates very well at the beginning to be sure that she knows what you want, and a little bit about your skin history. Her recommendations were professional and not over the top. Not only did she do some great work on my face, but she provides a really exceptional massage on your head, neck and arms that really makes me relaxed. You can also tell that what she is doing is promoting circulation. I don’t usually get facials, but I will now be incorporating them into my routine because my face and skin does look much better and the experience is wonderful. I have to say that the whole team at Massage Heights is great for how they are handling all of the protocols and their professionalism. (I’ve been a client for more than 5 years at Massage Heights for massages, but I am new to the facials and I wonder what took me so long!). The products that Sarita recommended, including exfoliation, brightening serum, and sunscreen have been amazing. Well worth the premium price because I can see a difference. The deals and memberships are worth it. I now go here at least monthly. Movita is my home girl - she’s the best. She beats up those back and shoulder knots like a ufc fighter and then adjusts the pressure for my sensitive calves. I’ve told my partner he needs to be more like Movita. She knows what’s up.

Ive had a great experience at Massage Heights Mission Viejo location, specially due to my very knowledgeable and experience therapist Jennifer. Ive had taken massages for many years, as I have neck, shoulder and back issues, but by far shes one of the best therapist Ive had. Jennifer knows how and when to modify the treatment to specifically suits your body and problematic area. I highly recommend her.

My 3rd massage with Patty and she is phenomenal. Really expert with overall massage and special attention with more challenging issues. Her personality is wonderful and she provides complete relaxation. Additionally, I’ve had more energy and less pain since seeing her. Awesome!!

Their so-called manager, Karrie, is the worst of the lot, dodging calls and emails. Its August 2023, and these crooks have robbed me of nearly $1100 with their underhanded tactics. Dont be their next victim!Heres the breakdown of their scam:Promised Microdermabrasion? LIES! They charged extra for it.Thought I was getting a deal with the $80 per month for a 6-month contract? WRONG! Theyve been milking my account ever since.Tried to communicate with their pathetic manager, Karrie? Useless. Shes been dodging my calls and emails for months.Total damage? A whopping $1100! This includes their scammy membership fees, two facials, the sneaky upcharge for Microdermabrasion, and even tips for the Esthetician.Its now August 2023, and these thieves are still at it. Dont let them take you for a ride like they did with me!Edit: As of November 21st 2023 I had to have my bank block them and change my debit card.

The front desk staff are very helpful and professional. My massage therapist is Lillian and she is awesome!! Deep tissue massage with extra help in problem areas. She is sensitive to if you want to chat or lay quietly and just enjoy the massage!!! Lillian is why I joined Massage Heights!! Bottom line.. this place is great!!

I’ve been to this location multiple times, and each has been blissful! My muscle tension is greatly relieved, and I felt very cared for. Sage was incredible, and I especially liked her verbal guidance on relaxing, in addition to a well-performed technique!

Patty is the sweetest ever! She was so understanding of my circumstances and needs and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, relaxed and cared for. I would give her 10 stars if I could, I highly recommend her. Can’t what till my next massage. I honestly didn’t want to leave.

Massage Heights is wonderful. The staff is always friendly and respectful. My favorite massage therapist is Linda—she is extremely knowledgeable and can always immediately pinpoint my muscular tension issues and works to resolve them through each session. No massage is the exact same from her because she truly pays attention to your body. I can’t say enough great things about her. Linda is exquisite and I would recommend anyone looking for an amazing massage to her.

Got a Facial at Massage Heights, and it went great! Sarha was fantastic, and made my skin feel softer, brighter, and healthier. The experience was very relaxing and was a great relief after a day of work. Will definitely come back for more facials, and possibly a massage.

My massage this afternoon was amazing! I did a much needed 90 minute deep tissue with Doris. I will be requesting her for my next visit when I’m back in town.

It was a really great massage. Only thing is that I paid for a 60 minute massage and then also added on a face massage for $12 additional dollars, but the whole experience itself was less than 60 minutes. I was expecting at least an additional 10 minutes for the face massage. But it felt great and Jennifer did a good job.

The location is clean, comfortable, well run and organized. Victoria is absolutely outstanding and does a fantastic job. She’s helped relieve stress and pain in my neck and shoulders. I would highly recommend her services to everyone.

The massage I got did more harm than anything else! My head/scalp was deeply massaged and since then Ive had headaches continually. My right arm has tingled every day too.... Im pretty upset because Ive never had such an adverse experience with a massage.

Haven’t had a massage in almost 2 years and was a tad apprehensive due to bad experiences w/other establishments. Leslee at front desk greeted me w/warm, welcoming smile. She answered all my questions and wasn’t pushy with selling anything I didn’t want/need.My therapist Victoria was absolutely incredible! I got a 60 min deep tissue/combination full body massage. She was attentive, compassionate & thorough. Thank you Massage Heights, MV!- I will be returning!

Facility is beautiful, staff are very friendly, and Id definitely recommend them for a massage or facial (Ive had both, multiple times). The only thing Id say is that the massage are very inconsistent. Ive had a great one, Ive had a mediocre one, and Ive had a really bad one. The massages are also very different in style / pressure from masseuse to masseuse, even if you book the same type of massage / request the same thing. When I go to Burke Williams, I know Im going to get a very distinct (almost choreographed) BW Signature Massage. I dont really know what Im going to get at Massage Heights. But when you get a good masseuse at $60 (vs. $100+), its worth it. If you find a masseuse you like (or can get a recommendation for one) definitely give them a try.

Sage was absolutely amazing. Today was my best massage that I could remember. Wow!!!Movita was absolutely Amazing today and I have not received a Massage like this ever. She is complete Gold!!!!

Don’t sign up for a membership here because they misrepresent the terms. When I signed up I was told by the girl I could pause at any time to catch up and/or cancel. I asked several times what the process for that was and she said you just ask and you can pause it. Four months later when I went to pause the membership I was told the only way to do so was to email the manager. The manager did not get back to me for ten days despite multiple emails and then told me I was locked in for six months, could not pause it, and basically had to wait until the six months expired. Definitely not what they represented when they sold it and I wasn’t given a contract that stated this either at the time or by email later. Misrepresentations in selling memberships (either intentional or because you didn’t train people correctly) are unacceptable and the way the business handled this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a business in a while. I’d give zero stars if I could.

I absolutely love it here! Linda B is my favorite - perfect amount of pressure, super nice, and always lets me know if I have certain problem areas (e.g., hold stress in my shoulders) and tells me stretches that might help. Highly recommend!

I usually dont post reviews, but my therapist (Tiffany) was amazing. I just got done running, and working out. She was very attentive to my needs, and concerns with my quads and calves. I enjoyed my massage so much, that I bought the one year membership. Ill definitely be back to get moremuscle therapy after my gym sessions.

Kyoto was great. The space is very nice. I was able to call in and get an appointment same day on a Saturday so that was amazing. Front desk lady was friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed my massage and hope to come back soon.

I’ve always had a great experience at this location, up until now. There has been a lot of turnover recently and the operations of the building has declined. Called to schedule an appt and was told that I would be charged a non-member fee of 159.99. When I inquired as to why, since I had been a member since 2019, Karrie (shop manager) just stated that my membership had been cancelled and there were no credits left on the account. Unbeknownst to me, I was confused as I didn’t request cancellation of services. Karrie was not empathetic, nor did she really take the time to listen to my concerns or offer any solutions to retain my business. She kept insisting that the situation was very “black and white.” Her overall demeanor seemed frantic and the conversation rushed. As someone that is also in a customer facing role, we missed the mark here and hope this situation provides an opportunity for feedback.

Sarrah gives wonderful facials. I have been seeing her for a few months and I am continually blown away by her skill and customer service. She listens to my skincare problems, gives me good quality advice; and I always leave with my skin looking beautiful.

Marissa was phenomenal and very knowledgeable about her art. I feel so relieved of pain after an hour with her. Everyone was friendly and professional and the spa was clean and welcoming

My masseuse Jill was super nice and even pointed out all the knots I had in my shoulders, upper back and even my calves! I was so satisfied with the customer service that I signed up for an annual membership right after my session :)

I recently had a negative experience by one the therapist. After expressing my displeasure, I was contacted by the manager to see if I would come back and give another try. It was nice to know that they take their client comments seriously. I was paired with Farrah. If you are looking for a relaxing hot stone massage, she is a person to request! This was my first time at this place and it was great. The ambience was nice but most importantly my masseuse Dayna was excellent. She was able to apply the pressure I needed to loosen the knots in my back and also was able to give me great advice of what I could do to help myself between the next time I can make it back in. When I get another opportunity to go in again Ill definitely come here.

My wife and I came in today. I normally see Jessica, but she was not available so I saw Mary instead. She is very skilled and helped me relax at once. If you dont get massages you need to come here so see what you are missing. It is worth every penny!

Victor is awesome and been very helpful in addressing my back and left leg pain. I appreciate that he takes time to answer questions and offers suggestions on exercises I can do. He always starts the session asking where I am at with my pain and adjusts the massage to help. Friendly, professional and a very skilled masseur.

I have had couple visits here in the past and havent been able to find a great massage therapist.....until today! For a while I have been receiving emails to come in for specials at the non member rate just because I havent had the one encounter that made me want to sign up. That all changed for me this morning. Last night I got another email and this time I turned to my fellow yelpers to give me the review I was looking for! Ever one I read told me to try Kevin hes totally worth it! That they were right! He took me right in at 10 am asked me a few questions and he got down to business! I didnt need to tell him much and he hit every spot I was hurting in! He truly is fantastic! Id give it 0 stars.Only good thing about this place was tammy. Ive had to cancel two credit cards to stop billing. This company has been fraudulently charging my credit card against my will for months on end now. And are refusing to credit any of my money back. I specifically told him to cancel my membership and was told that it would be canceled and no longer billed that was a lie. I highly recommend going to a different facility. The staff even pulled me out of my massage with four hours of credit on my account to run my credit card which took almost 20 minutes away from my scheduled massage. Carrie the Manager is a joke. I explained my situation, she showed no remorse, and all 8 hours are locked into my account no way to get it back. Edit: months later and in still being billed. Now im at 10-11 hours. It just doesnt stop and carrie is so disrespectful i could explode.

I cashed in a gift card for my birthday for a massage and a facial. The massage was wonderful, but my facial from Sarita was really the highlight. She is wonderfully careful and my skin felt radiant and dewy the rest of the day.

I had to edit my review but my husband and I have had 3 different situations where our appointments were not confirmed or were confirmed but upon arrival were cancelled without notification. Today I received a call to confirm my appt for the INCORRECT time, I reached out to front desk to confirm correct date and was made to feel as if I was in the wrong. I feel like I often have to manage our appointments above and beyond. Often consider discontinuing our membership and switching because customer service is defensive and lacking vs appreciative for following up on VM mistakes. Since all calls and VMS are recorded (as I was reminded by front desk Carrie/Keri, please feel free to review my voicemail attached to my account. Hopeful out appointments go well but at this point disappointed with customer service. The massages are great if they do follow through on appointments made accurately.

I wouldn’t even give this place a 1 star due to their lack of customer service. Carrie the so called “store manager” is a rude, unaccommodating employee who has no tact or finesse when dealing with customers. Don’t ever sign up for a membership because if you want to cancel, they will make you jump through hoops and still take your money. All I asked for was some way to compensate the fact that I’ve tried to cancel for months now. They neglected to try and accommodate me and instead I received brashness and a horrible customer service experience. Thanks a lot Carrie.

Massage Heights in RSM is as good as it gets. Ive been getting monthly massage therapy from MH for about two years - first in Mission and now here. Between daily visits to the gym and working a desk job, I tend to have really tight hips, hamstrings, lower back and shoulders. Camille is by far the best therapist Ive ever had. She knows all the right pressure spots, where muscles tend to get tight, and is able to adjust the strength and method of her massage simply based on how the muscle feels on any given visit. Some therapists dont have the strength required for a great massage and others seem to just go as fast as they can (totally not relaxing). While Camille knows all the popular methods, she also applies them with just the right rhythm and cadence. I always feel taken care of and leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The spa itself is very clean, exactly the right temperature, and the music is so soothing. I also love the aroma therapy add-ons - both the lavender and eucalyptus are heavenly. I highly recommend making massage a regular part of a healthy lifestyle, and Massage Heights in RSM is the place to go.

I used to come here very often before covid. I came recent for a fscil and it was over $200 vs $90 I believe before. I understand everything has gone up but honestly now I think their services are overpriced.

Went to massage heights in Mission Viejo to get a basic massage for my back and I came out with more knots and kinks in my muscles than when I came in. My massage therapist was no better than getting a back rub from a passerby - in fact, she was so much worse that I had lost much of my mobility due to the painful cramp/knot left in my mid back for 6 weeks! When I complained to the owners about this they said I could come in and pay for another session to try and fix it. Just ridiculous!

Sarita provided a great facial. The facial improved the sun damage on my face.
