This owner is still fooling customers with her empty words. In fact, in the past they have already reused the same sheets and towels many times for different customers, and of course they will continue to reuse these items for different customers, because this is their dirty hygiene habits(such as spitting and littering any place). They have no way to really change their bad habits.07/27/2024 Response:This owner is lying! She thinks all customers are stupid, but in fact, the customer can very easily confirm that their sheets, blankets and towels are reused many times by smell. Because the smell of fresh sheets, blankets and towels after disinfection is obviously different from those stuffs of reused many times! This is very easy to confirm and distinguish ! I really worry about catching skin and infectious diseases. In additional, They always short your massage time, If you set your Alarm, you will know this. They are really very bad. I called today and scheduled a 5:30 appointment for a 90 minute massage and was excited they could get me right in. The massage itself was great, but unfortunately there seemed to have been a miscommunication between the massage therapist and the office desk. When I was told I was finished, it was only 6:45, so 15 minutes early. I mentioned it at the front and they only smiled and gave me a reward card, then I was still charged the price of the 90 minute massage even though I only received a 75 minute massage.

Denny is an exceptional masseuse with years of experience. His skilled hands effectively relieved my pain and stress, leaving me feeling completely rejuvenated. Highly recommended for a top-notch massage!

They use the same towels and blankets for many different customers, My feet and waist were infected with ringworm. They dont have the basic business ethics. Include that their Most 5-star good reviews were fake good reviews posted by paid writers, and this owner’s families and friends also posted some fake good reviews, some good reviews even came from her same friends different accounts(Attached screenshot).

Im very sore today when I repeated multiple times yesterday to ease up on the pressure. He just wouldnt stop. I kept asking to please get to my feet and he spent less than 2 minutes on one, then told me we were out of time and had to pay extra for the other. It cant be that much to ask that they learn a little English to understand the needs of your customers. I think you provide a valuable service but you do have competitors down the street.

I’m a server and bartender so my body and feet hurt ALL the time. I went in for a reflexology massage before my shift and that might have just been the best decision ever. I feel so light on my feet and so relaxed. My entire body is always so tense it felt so good to relax a little bit. At the end of my reflexology massage my masseuse offered a 30 minute body massage and i took it in a heartbeat. Also the best decision to make lol On top of that, it was raining the day i came in and the sweet gentleman that did my massage walked me to my car with an umbrella :,) so kind and so thoughtful. It really means the world when businesses go the extra mile to make their customers feel taken care of. This might be my new monthly routine !! Couldn’t recommend it more !

The worst massage I ever had. My massage was far from relaxing it was painful and unpleasant. I asked several times for him not to touch my buttocks and he repeatedly kept doing it. I’m in pain and very sore.

Honestly I was a little hesitant after reading some of the reviews. But it’s very close to where I live and the price is so reasonable, I decided to give it a try. Due to my work stuff, I had to reschedule a few times; and every time the receptionist was very nice and willing to work with me. So I finally went this week, Jenny took great care of me. Foot massage was amazing especially after I stood all day for my work. She also worked on my shoulders and back as I requested, and it felt very relaxing after. The environment was clean and calm with soothing music. I definitely enjoyed it and would visit again.

Really enjoyed my massage here. Was impressed actually! I do feel like the massage ran slightly under the time I paid for, but I’ll make sure to pay better attention next time to be sure. Either way, I had a great experience here!

Just WOW!!!! I’m drooling over here in sigh of relief from all the pain that has just left my body. On top of feeling great, the service was exceptional. I’m from out of town and arrived a bit early. As soon as they opened their doors, they insisted I come in and got straight to work on me! I’ll admit that at first I was skeptical for your clothes remain on. In Texas where I’m from, shirt and pants come off. However, given this place focuses on acupressure more than an actual massage, clothes are necessary. I carry a lot of pain and tension in my shoulders and back and it is gone! Will definitely be back the next time when in town.

I’ve been to this place 3 times now. The first experience was great…. The second time was meh… and yesterday was not great at all.I went with a friend of mine. We were placed in the same area, so our beds were next to each other. While she enjoyed her massage, I did not enjoy mine. My massage started after hers and ended before hers. What was most frustrating was the amount of times the guy giving me my massage just walked out of the room for a couple minutes at a time, multiple times. - I understand they leave the area for reasons like getting the hot stones, getting rid of the foot soak tub, etc. However, there should’ve been no reason to walk out in the middle of my back massage. I did the “special”, which is 40 minutes back and body + 20 minutes feet…. It literally felt like 10 minutes at the most were spent on my back area.Not to mention the moments of conversations between the employees during the time of our massage - one of which was very loud and distracting.There are many similar massage places nearby, so I will not be visiting this location again.

Overall, an honest massage place with privacy and comfort in mind with professional people doing professional work.I was suffering from a severe chronic optical migraine that was above a pain level of a 6 out of 10 with spikes up to a 15 feeling my brain try to exit through my spine for a span of 5 days. Finally when Monday rolled around I strolled right in, the teammates there were happy to see me, and were not upset about me not making an appt. Which I worried wouldve been disrespectful but given the circumstances I needed something to fix it quickly, as hospital visit and Western medicine advise of pain killers and muscle relaxers made it worse with extra side effects, or stayed the same, anyways they showed me the pricing, which I thought was VERY fair for their effort and service. They took me back into a wonderful layout of open concept but privacy was first in mind, amazing atmosphere and massage beds.I appreciate that they didnt have me remove my clothes, and instead did all their massages over a towel, over the clothes. This was amazing as it made me feel much more comfortable and allowed for less ticklish feelings when they hit tender spots.The temp was perfect, and without saying anything the masseuse would pick up on a tough spot, and not give up until it was fixed, very good patterns and routines, with some whole body stretches I didnt even know the body could do, that added relief to pain I didnt even know I had!! Definitely doing those at home! Payment was quick, and offered a free chilled bottle of water for you to enjoy. After a visit to them my migraine was completely gone, like seriously It was the same feeling as when your nose clears during a cold, when you get that amazing relief and color back into your world. They are serious about their service, and for sub 100$, you wont believe how young your body actually is afterwards.Stress hurts your body alot I found out today.Pros:Quick, walk-ins felt welcomeThe atmosphere and temperature was perfectThe lotion felt prewarmed just enough to not be chilly upon contact.Sanitary beds with paper in betweenMasseuse would check in often for comfort level/pressure being used, but not too often.Even though my devices were on do not disturb, a call rang through. This sucked because obviously who wants to be the person who doesnt silence their phones?Masseuse didnt skip a beat, handed it to me and I verified it wouldnt do it again and he placed it back for me. Very respectful and understanding teammates.Cons:These are constructive criticisms that I feel the business would value more than positive feedback, as it helps them improve! But gotta admit, hard to find them!Maybe a coat hanger along with the box? Just something to raise the box up to waist height would be nice so when I put my pocket stuff in, I dont have to squat to the floor.This is just a note I made because I want to see you succeed.Id honestly request payment before the massage, and offer for tip after? I would hate to see you guys get shoplifters after the massage was done.Maybe on clear days/event days stage an outside table to do demos/on demand massages? My person left no less than 5 times during my massage to help other people out front. They were gonna for so long that she skipped the entire neck and shoulders part of my massage, which is the part that I was most excited for. I also came with a partner, and despite being gone for at least 10 minutes, our massages ended at the same time (and neither lasted the time that we paid for). I highly recommend Tao reflexology down the street.

Do not go here. Worst massage of my life! Hardly any pressure. Also, the man giving me my massage kept stopping to text. Not only that was annoying, but hearing his phone going off non stop was not relaxing. So unprofessional. If there was an emergency I would’ve been completely understanding if he had to step out of the room.

I went to Pro Reflexology last night and I like it. I walked in and didnt wait too long for the person who gave me the massage therapy. It was a nice experience and I still feel relaxed and comfortable now.The space is very clean, comfortable. I like that the massage area has more private areas, its kind of like an office space with semi-private cubicles.Will definitely come back soon.

I went once in November and it was mediocre but the friend I went with loved her massage bc she had a younger man and she said it was amazing. My lady was kind was not very strong and I still had tension due to her light touch. But, hey, I thought, I will try it again, maybe get someone else and bought a groupon which you cannot book online. They have a chat feature. I messaged online on 12/13, 12/15, 12/16, and 12/19, I also selected to be contacted on 12/16 in the contact us message request - nothing. I bought 2 groupons to gift people and cannot schedule them because this place is completely unresponsive. I would not go here.

Massage was ok, but the experience afterward was awkward. After a massage, I usually take a couple of minutes to do some stretches on the table to get my body ready to stand up and get moving. And thats what I was doing when this guy came along and asked if I was ok. I told him I was fine, just stretching. He doesnt move. He continues to stand there while on his phone. I asked if he needed something, and he said he needed to clean the table. I thought they needed a table for another client. I looked around, and their were PLENTY tables available. Feeling really creeped out, I quickly gathered my things and left the area to go pay, which was another bad experience that I just hope one day I can forget.

Amazing! This is my second visit. I would highly recommend. I couldnt turn my neck before the neck & shoulder massage and now I have no pain! The foot massage was good!!! The atmosphere is very relaxing. I will be back.

Horrible experience today. Worst massage Ive ever received and I have been going to reflexology for years. Im upset to have paid so much for such a terrible treatment. I felt like I barely had a massage even after asking for more pressure. Will not be returning.

I used to go once a week for an hour and half, this past month I have been trying there new staff hopeful but not worth the time anymore! Today was the last draw the person I got my massage from his nails were long so it was painful, and he didnt even try when I asked him to add more pressure.

We booked for the 75 min feet and body massage. However, I got only 60 min total time including 10 min feet soak. The guy tried to say he did 75 min when I looked at the digital clock in the room when I lied down and when I got up. It was 14:00 when I started the soak, and the clock was 15:03 when I got up. Thats an integrity concern when you cheat the time but want to charge for something that was not done right ..

Had an amazing couples massage ( 40min Body Acupressure + 20min Foot Reflexology1h) and wow! Such a calm atmosphere and expert treatment. Will definitely be back.

My husband I had a Couples Massage appointment here and waited over 30 minutes before we left. No update from staff or anything. Will never come back.

I was so excited about my massage. I made an appointment days ago online. When I arrived I was told no they were all busy. I pulled up my email confirmation and was told no it doesn’t matter. This is super unprofessional and unacceptable!

Absolutely the worst customer experience.Edit: Your phone operator is the one who didn’t speak clearly. Please ask them to speak clearly and loudly. Instead of defending yourself here please put more effort in customer experience in the first place. Your phone operator hung up on me while I was speaking. Btw I didn’t asked an appointment when ever I want, please don’t lie.

Go to fo reflexology at 105th and Metcalf, skip this place! I went in for a 60 minute massage and the man was massaging with one hand and texting with the other. Also the one handed massage was awful.
