Absolutely HORRIBLE!I have been struggling with The West Mobile location to cancel my monthly membership since August 2023!!!!!EVERY time I call, Im given the run around. They say they will call me back, yet never do. They said they would cancel my membership, yet NEVER did!Today, the Store Manager, Jamie, kept putting me on hold and hanging up on me and refused to talk to me like a coward. Same with Lexi.Lexi lied about who the store manager and regional managers are, and how to contact them.These ladies are rude, immature, and completely unprofessional.Do yourself a HUGE favor, and do NOT get services there. You will only be ripped off for months.How are they able to be a business?They are shady, and then some....

I have been going to Massage Envy for 2 years now, and Cassie has been amazing since day one. She is one of the nicest person you will come in contact with at Massage Envy West Mobile location. Also, the entire staff has been outstanding. Again go visit Cassie for your facial she is the BEST!!!!

Katherine is AMAZING! She always takes time to go over with me and issues I am having and areas she needs to focus on. She always checks to make sure I am comfortable and is she needs to adjust the pressure she is using. I always walk out feeling much better

It was my first massage ever. I love the environment. The employees were very nice and welcoming. Ricky did a great job especially on my back. I would definitely recommend Ricky if you need heavy tension.

I just had my first facial done yesterday and it was amazing! I was supposed to be working with Faith but sadly she was sick so Cassie covered her hours and omg she was so great! She has made it her mission to help me get my acne under control and I’m so grateful I’ve been praying for years for someone like her. I wish I could give 1000 stars!!!

Best facial Ive ever had by Faith one of my girls told me about her, so glad I went shes awesome. Go see faith you wont regret it!!

Stephanie always does a great job. She listens to my needs and takes care of all my aches and pains. Very consistent work and always a pleasure to talk to. She is helpful with advice on staying stress free.

I went to this location yesterday for the first time and I was completely happy by my experience there. I called at about 2:30 on a Friday and they got me in with a female named Kay at 2:45. I got there at 2:45 and they were super nice and got me set up with Kay quick. I have had bad experiences with massages in the past but Ms Kay definitely gave me new hope she did a phenomenal job on me and was very professional. I definitely will be back to her again. Also the room was very comfortable.

Weve been getting massages for a few years now and so far this location is the best. The staff is warm and friendly. The entire facility is relaxing. Kailey is the best therapist Ive had so far as she is able to get out knots I didnt even know I had! 😄

I have several back surgeries left ankle fusion plates in both places this was the wonderful experience I have had in a long time woke up the next morning slept great all night . Her new name to me is magic hands. Thank you for this wonderful experience we will be back and God bless you

Jacey was excellent. Her expertise at figuring out what I needed the most out of my massage to get me back on track at work were perfect. Her suggestion for the enhanced muscle therapy add on was very appreciated. Beat massage I’ve gotten since being a member

Ricky is always professional and he does a great job but…The membership program is not worth having. The monthly membership has gone from $65 monthly to $80 monthly and not worth the hassle. You have to book appointments months in advance to get the time and pressures and must cancel 10 days before the bank draft to avoid another charge. I cancelled on the 8th to avoid another charge on the 18th but now find out you are required to send an email MORE THAN 10 DAYS to avoid another charge of $80.

First impressions are lasting impressions. My experience at Massage Envy Mobile West was exceptional. My therapist, Tatyana was very professional. She asked questions and listened intently as I explained what was going on with me. I am pleased with the service I received. This was my first visit, but definitely not my last. Customer service matters.

I have been. Member of massage envy for two years now, by far, Stephanie is the best masseuse I have had the pleasure to have. She is very attentive to her client’s and is one of the most talented massage therapists I have met.

My Therapist, Stephanie, did a phenomenal job! She worked on the areas that I needed her to and I’m feeling so much better with less stress in my back than I did yesterday. My back is relaxed and I feel great.

When I called to schedule I asked for 90 minutes. Very disappointed. Keith was not available not sure why but he is the best you all have ever had. Need more like him. I have been a member for 10 years and it is hard finding a good masseuse lately at massage envy in Mobile

Cassie did an amazing job with my facial. She was also the perfect amount of talkative! I really enjoyed it and will be booking a follow up.

Absolutely horrible customer service!!!Unfortunately I had to reschedule my appointment due to a family emergency . I called and was told that I was responsible for 50% of the service.I didn’t agree and wanted corporate phone number.Katy told me she couldn’t give me corporate information that she will leave a message for her manager and that my complaint would have to flow through “the chain of command”. While I was on the phone with Katy I began to just google the information for myself. Katy hung the phone up in my face and after calling over 6 times my call was never answered or returned.Shortly afterwards, 2 emails were sent 1 was an unauthorized receipt using my gift card that was on file and the second was an email with a website to corporate information and the cancellation policy.I now had a question about why was the gift card charge before a call was returned . I called multiple times an hour later and never got any to answer the phone.Once I called from another number.... guess what?? I got someone to answer the phone.I was able to speak with Katy who told me she couldn’t answer because she was so busy and that Cassie , the office administrator would be in tomorrow at 8am and who also told me that she searched the system to get the gift card number.I called back one last time to see why the gift card was charged $55 and not $27 and now the office administrator Cassie was in.Cassie was indeed very professional she answered all my questions and gave me all the information I needed.She told me she came in today only to handle my case because Katy told her “it got heated “ .I find that hilarious nothing was ever heated I only wanted to speak with someone in corporate and didn’t agree to the $27 charge and for that I got treated horribly by having the phone hung up in my face and having all of my calls ignored.This establishment is a joke. Customer service is horrible. Katy was truly unprofessional.Also check out their BBB rating ! What a joke.

Rickey is always a professional massage therapist. He is very knowledgeable and skilled at using a variety of techniques to manipulate the muscles which increase blood flow and circulation. He maintains ongoing communication to ensure I receive the desired results. He is skilled at targeting any painful or intense areas in my body that I share prior to the start of my service. When my service is complete, he checks to see how I am feeling. That speaks volumes. I highly recommend him!!

I love massage envy. I have had a membership for at least a year now. Last week I had some issues with my bank account being hacked and had to change my card. I received a text saying my card didn’t process and I felt awful! I called to change my card number and everything went well. This week I had another text saying my card had not processed, so I called again this morning. I was hung up on not once not twice but THREE times. I have never had problems before but this is super unprofessional. I called a different location and they fixed everything for me, had it not been for the second location in mobile I would no longer be a client of massage envy as I was very agitated. I understand once on accident but I have a hard time believing it was an accident three times.

Rickey is the best! He understands whats going on with my aches and pains, and helps more than Id hoped. He always asks if I have any trouble areas, and addresses them accordingly. Im so thankful for the relief he can provide. Its no wonder everyone leaves happy!!

Not ran properly, does not remind clients of massages and will charge clients if massage therapist cancels. They wont let you exit their membership immediately and you MUST give them a reason why, so they have a chance to talk you back into it. Also, be aware that the pending time for cancellation is 10 days, so make sure your automatic charge is not in that window. I was not so lucky and now I am being forced to pay another 80.00 for a mediocre massage. P.S. The management never gets back to you. Three separate attempts for three separate issues, never contacted back. Do not recommend.

Stephanie has a soft strong hands which equal an excellent massage. She works continuously during the session which conveys she’s working hard. I try to get her every time I can.

Made an appointment called to confirm the time and guess what NO appointment. Me and my wife took off work early and had a sitter to watch the kids to get a massage together for my wifes Birthday. Casey the The Clinic Administrator took our call I told her the exact time and date we called and specific details of the appointment like she took our credit card plus gift card info etc and basically had to prove we did have an appointment. And all they can say is sorry. Guess what Im sorry you wont be getting any money from us because of you sales desk and Casey. Wont last long treating people like this.

I had monthly massages with Ricky for more than a year. We developed a silent understanding -> without expression of words: Rickys magical hands seem to know which muscles & fascia needs to be addressed. I am especially appreciative of Rickys knowledge of the human anatomy.

Tatyana gave one of THE BEST massages I have ever had, and I have had many. I even owned my own day spa for years and had massages whenever I wanted them. I highly recommend her!

Jacey and Katherine were fantastic as always! Jacey is a magician when it comes to solving issues, especially with the neck! Love couples massages with these two!

Yes, my fiancé and I had a very enjoyable time there, they was very Knowledgeable of there products and had very great customer service, and the masseuses did very great job on us both, I can wait until my next visit.

Did not care for my massage. First time going and I went for a prenatal massage. I made it known that my back and feet are the areas that I have the most aches and pain (which seems common at 8 months pregnant). 85% of my massage focused on my shoulders, 10% on my legs, and 5% on my arms. My feet were never touched and my back was basically just rubbed. I was told it would be medium pressure which was not the case. I was basically given a body rub. Not a massage. Not worth the $85 and will definitely never pay $120. That was my first and last massage there.

Most people are afraid of the scar tissue in my lower back. Catherine was not. First great massage I’ve had since back surgery!

5* for Jacey and her skill and professional demeanor..20 years Ive never had a massage therapist do something that crazy to my NECK, I stood taller with lighter shoulders.3* for cleanliness & staff.. Womens restroom visibly dirty including hair and marks on the floor.Hostess and other employees at front gossiped loudly about a dispute over clients services, bills and nonrefundable memberships.
