Never coming back here again. The entrance proce was ridiculous plus the bar tenders are so rude. They try to rip us off with our drinks, expect for me to pay for drinks I never received because she put them at a different table. We were so mad she didnt even apologize, and still trying to give us the drinks she misplaced. Plus there was roaches by our table. NEVER coming back, no wonder why the club is empty

$30 to get in, but the Cockroaches are free. I told the manager and he ignored me, I spent less than 10 minutes at this place because. I couldnt get my entrance fee back, manager just laughed at me.

Worst club ever rip off !!!! Supposebly free b4 10:30 yet me and a couple of friends were there since 8:30 and line did not move till 10:15 and then want to charge 60 bucks at the door. Management sucks and the securities think they own the place never coming back here again screw rodeo

Bought tickets Before hand but they prioritize people who are buying tickets day of. Good short term strategy but long run won’t see this business running. Lost a customer today.

False advertisement on the opening time never opens before 10 they have people standing since 9 since the due post they open at 8 or 9 then the music starts till 11

My friends and I went there in two cars. I was charged $20 and my friend $10 in a public parking lot, not even private. They rip you off. They played dj almost all night long and entrance was $40. Not going back.

OVERPRICED!!!! Went there just last Saturday and there was no one important showing that night and still had to pay $30 a person for entrance. Security allowed people in without showing an ID and people who werent dressed according to the guidelines on their sign right next to the entrance. At the bar they charge you $14 dollars for each shot half the size of a small medicine cup and $20 for 4 water bottles . Definitely DO NOT recommend.

I went to go see Los Morros del Norte and it was pathetic that they hardly play any Mexican music in between the groups playing. They would cut off a Ramona Ayala song playing and go back to playing reggaeton non stop.

Worst employee and security there. I happened to go this weekend and asked how much the tickets were and I was told by the girl at the door that works there that she did not know how much they were charging but she was charging $20 to cut the line . So I called the number and was told the cover charge was $40 and after over an hour wait in line I get to the the door and the employee told me it was $60 per person cover . As I was in line there was supposedly security asking everyone to wear a mask but not one security had a mask on and from what I saw people they knew were arriving and cutting the line and laughing with security so there was no type of management . Not to say the tables were $1000 plus whatever was going to be consume . People fighting in the bathrooms and security I just watching

This isn’t my first rodeo, but boy are the unprofessional. Manager was talking bad about the guest in front of guest. They don’t have an ATM because it’s broken. Shocker, wonder if it was intention to have the guest buy lager quantities and one time. If I could give it zero stars I would but the performances were good.

I went here last weekend to celebrate my birthday. We got there 30 minutes before 10:00 pm and they charged everyone in my party $20 to go in even tho the flyer online says $10 before 10 pm. When we asked them why they were charging us more and we were told we just do this. Then the rest of my party got there 20 minutes later and they tried to charge them $35 after asking again why the price went up again and so much cause its not like they had any good groups playing that night or was even packed. They said we do what we want I will never go here again!!! Its also so Hot in there , they dont turn on the Air conditioner. And the drinks are too small for what they charge. Small little cups, smallest cups Ive seen so far from all the clubs Ive been to. For sure my party of friends and family will never go there again or considerate.

Went to an event on Saturday September 2nd , the management of this place sucks. it was a super hot night (81f) but it was even hotter inside. i kid you not, they do not turn on the AC. must be a tactic so you can drink more. on top of that, the bottle service waiters are heavily understaffed.

False advertising, they never say that you have to buy a wine bottle (@$250.00 cheapest.) in order to sit down at a table once you get there and you pass security point, your greeted by the waitresses and they tell you the run down of the place and if your not buying the cheapest wine bottle priced at $250.00 dollar to get a table your standing up for has long you stay there and no refunds. Also cheapest table is in the way back by bar and expensive around $850.00 will get you VIP front tables close to stage.

Managers need customer service etiquette

Really disappointed to see all the bad reviews you wouldn’t think too see all these bad reviews about this place very upset they over charge and don’t treat customers right. Need to work on things I was going to be coming tonight with a few friends but all these bad reviews made us not want to go. Really need to start focusing on your customers more. Because in the end that’s all that should matter making sure your customers are treated right. Evidently after all these reviews you don’t care about your customers what a shame

Group of 11 paid $225 entrance, no tables, were in the way of everyone and the racist security rudely told us it wasnt his problem and that we should leave. Was in there 7 minutes max..

False advertising. Rodeo had ads on their Instagram all week saying BuKnas De Culiacan was showing up but they never did. Also, very bad customer service they are always rude. They easily change their prices when they feel like it. I wouldnt recommend going to this place.

Havent been there but was planning on going this Saturday and its kind of disappointing seeing all the bad reviews of the staff and services. Im not really picky on stuff like ac not working or whatever but all these bad reviews really got me thinking twice abt not going.

I honestly think people need to stop complaining about what they dont got when they should be worrying about what they Do Have and going forwardgrow up kids!!👇

Not happy with this place I got my husband tickets to see El fantasma for his birthday las night when we got there at 9:30 there was like 300 people on line to get in but no one was going in I guess the place was pack in side aready even with tickets we could get in really disappointed 😲 I just hope I get my money back not going to this place again

Came to visit from San Diego and it was amazing. Huge place n wonderful service. Tasty food I love the ceviche.

I go to all clubs but this club is not recommended over charge management and security are bad nevertheless the waitresses are so rude and disrespectful my husband and I went yesterday night and got a bottle service, waitress put other people on our table I got upset, security try to kick me out really bad please don’t recommend sorry to say I didn’t see reviews before going never again😞

According to the dance, it started at 9 and they open until 9:45, they charge for the public parking, it looks very disorganized, its 9:30 and they barely arrived with the beers 🍺🤣🤣😂😂😂🤣🤣🤣🤣

Im not a baby sitter... thats why... we werent even fighting or anything bad.we were sniffing yes but everything was under controlHonestly, the hell he ran and told us about things was not right... we went tocelebrate a birthday... so that at the last one they would run us awayWe even created an atmosphere, the one who spoke through the microphone went to our table every time and greeted us and on the dance floor too... lets hope for the next time we have a better experience... honestly the birthday girl of this noshe!!

What I liked the most is the coexistence with the artists. Although of course the atmosphere, the music, everything was very good. Oh, I also loved the tacos.

I really like this place, the very large dance floor, there is a variety of music and you can have a good time.

Good artists but they always change the price when you arrive. Some waitresses dont serve you well.
