Im a new customer there. But Ive met two different employees at the vape shop and it has been a great experience. Tony talks to his customers like if they are old homies. You want a vape shop that knows what they are talking about and a very friendly environment this is the place.

The employee who helped me, Max, was very polite. Not only did they have a nice range of devices and eliquids, but they actually had one bottle of a liquid that I had been looking for for the last year. Hats off to you guys. Fantastic shop.

My best friend brought me here to get an entire vape system to help me quit smoking. The girls behind the counter were extremely knowledgeable and beyond patient with my ignorance and many questions. They knew the right nicotine level I needed, have a nice flavor list, and I left feeling comfortable with my new Smok system. Thank you!

Bought my Arizer EX. Q. from Planet of the Vapes in Moreno Valley CA. Had it delivered, got here yesterday. Will not produce ANY visible vapor until the unit is over 450 F! (I;m experienced vaper, Pax 2 owner) Today, no one is answering the phone at either this store or at Arizer during posted business hours.

The guys (and girls) who work here are just awesome to deal with. I can always get my stuff online but I come exclusively to this place bc of how they treat their customers. I dont mind paying a little extra to help our local businesses.

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable with their products and affordable prices. If youre looking for a good shop to resupply your supplies or interested in buying new equipment this is the place.

I called and asked if they had a strawberry cheesecake e juice they said yes, i came in they sold me something very disgusting it tastes nothing like strawberries for cheesecake. kaos mil.k and berries is a waste of my money.
