I’ve cannot say enough about how much massages from Beth have helped me. I’ve been struggling with hip pain for years. I, like most of us have neglected my body and have continued to press on through the pain, just thinking it was a part of the process of aging. 2 massages and I’ve had unbelievable improvement. Not only is my Body pain greatly reduced, I can actually feel the knot around my hip releasing. I have more range of motion than I’ve had in years and I’m looking forward to my next massage.
