This was my first time visiting the new Joyology in Mt Clemens. It is WAY bigger than the centerline store. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Nina was my budtender and she was super friendly and helpful. As a new customer you can get 2 free items out of a selection of 8 different products for free. And each time you return you can get another 2 free items until youve all 8 of the free products. So basically you can get 2 free items each of your first 4 visits. Joyology always has the best prices and specials and is by far my favorite dispo.Go see Nina and company at their super convenient new Mt Clemens location.

My budtender was Myiah! I wore sunglasses to hide my red face as I just received some sad news. She was in no rush to move onto to the next person. Im not saying other budtenders are pushy, but sales = tips. More sales.....more tips, so yeah, Im more used to being a little more to the point like I have a time limit when at the dispo. Myiah connected with me on a personal level and was so genuine and lifted my spirits while doing her job. THATS real customer service! After having received a promotional for 8 free items, I decided to give them a try and I’m beyond pleased that I made the decision. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile; in addition to being taken back immediately, but the ‘cherry on top’ was impeccable service from, ‘The Manager’, Joe, as his knowledge product knowledge was incredible, he pleasantly took the time to answer questions and explained the differences between live resin and live rosin, we actually shared cultivation techniques as well. With all of the dispos popping up, it was a breath of fresh air to finally meet a ‘cannabis purist’ who isn’t simply there to take your order. I’ve been back several times, as Joe is now my go-to for edibles, flowerand concentrates, he continually surpasses my expectations!!!! Lastly, he is Italian as well!!!

First time at the Mt.Clemens location. Every person in the place was very helpful. I came In registered with them in a few minutes and then introduced to Jasmine, one of two tenders. They didnt have the Socity C I was after. BUT she went WAY BEYOND what I expected. What she suggested was rite on,she knows what shes doing. When you stop in ask for Jasmine. You will be in good hands.

We were there on 4/20. Excellent selection of quality bud! This place has something to accommodate everyones price range.They were doing their soft opening but had AMAZING deals and giveaways! Our budtender, Tasha, was new but gave us incredible customer service considering we had a HUGE order and their systems were down so she had to write down everything we ordered, which had to be overwhelming. The managers were super helpful and courteous, as well. The vibe was extremely friendly and inviting. The entire staff was a blast. My wife and I had so much fun with everyone. We cant wait to go back. It doesnt hurt theyre less than a mile from our house.

I’ll never shop there again. Only place I’ve been where the budtender just completely disregards what I ask for and gives me the opposite of what I ask for. I asked for indica and hybrids NO SATIVAs, what does he give me, 1/3 sativa. If I can’t trust the budtenders to know the difference between the three I can’t shop there that’s so like day one stuff.

Most places would charge double for the unique strains grown this well which shows the confidence of management as well as where they are placing themselves within the community. Went here for the first time the other day with my husband- and wow! It’s very clean and welcoming. The music isn’t blasting so loud you feel like you’re walking into a club (like the one across the street).Now to the best part, the budtender and the product. I was helped by Tasha, and she was absolutely astonishing. She was very knowledgeable on each type of product! I felt like Tasha actually listened to what I said I needed and what I was looking for. I came to this location on 4/20 and yesterday and i had the most wonderful experience both times! friendly faces at the receptionist desk as soon as you walk in. yesterday, Taylor greeted me with a stunning smile and great personality. she even gave me recommendations on pre rolls before i went in to shop (they were VERY good ☺️). My bud tender Nina was so bubbly and fun to talk to. she made my experience even better by giving me recs and info on deals. the store is super clean and staff has been amazing to work with. this dispensary is one of my favorites i’ve ever been to in terms of service quality. their prices cater to everyone and the large selection of products makes it easy for anyone to get what they’re looking for. i cant wait to bring my friends to the grand opening soon! keep it up joyology!
Myiah was such a helpful and phenomenon budtender. She made me aware of a current sale so I could get the most bang for my buck even though they already have the best prices to go along with the friendly staff!!!
Went Friday evening 2 budtenders chit chatting while my wife and I and another patron waiting for service just look at all 3 of us and laugh and walk away! My first experience was great,now this second trip back caused me to NEVER shop there again! Honestly felt like walking into a high-school... Absolutely terrible! An not to mention 1st time there the manager and I talked for 20mins telling me how great that place is! Might be bigger than Cenerline store but definitely not the same customer service!!!! Lek was really cool to talk to while I picked up an order. He was very customer oriented & proud of their products. I just lived how it was important to him that Im satisfied with service and products. Above and beyond on all accounts.
It sucks theyve been open for two days and Im giving them one star. So I got up this not knowing where I was going to get my smoke today so I looked on Google to see who was the closest to me Joyology pop up. So Im like wow never knew they were there. So get up there get what I wanted and left told my BM she goes up there and gets a whole bunch of free stuff.Im like wow... I would have thought me being one of the first this morning would have gotten something.Guess they were scared and just wanted me to leave the store. I wont be coming back.UpdateSo today is April 30th I see that management responded to my first review and asked me to contact them but I didnt because I wanted to see if maybe the vibe inside was different it wasnt I come inside girl checks me in.I go in the back a some less of a man is standing to the right with a dumb look on his face I say HI he still looking dumb. A girl on the other side of the store calls me I could barely could see over the counter.Im glad I didnt call I got to confirm your true color. And wouldnt take nothing from you for free not even if I own half of Mount Clemens.
I have to give a huge shout out to Joyology. They had a remarkable selection of top tier products, including brands that arent at most of the other dispensaries in the area. Myiah and her manager, took care of me and were fantastic - knowledgeable, friendly, and patient! HIGHly recommended!

I visited this business a handful of times. Very solid across the board. Wide range of products. Friendly and helpful employees. Clean building. However, Im not too big of a fan of the gravel lot.

I got $200 worth of free weed and all the joints taste like Reggie Millers.. seriously did you really roll up a bunch of shake?? That was my first time and will be my last.. everything tasted old.. super earthy.. you know like if you were smoking leaf..

Finally a dispensary that isnt blasting music. If I wanted to go to a club, I would, this place had the chillest atmosphere which is what I want from buying my weed. Great selection of pre rolls and prices are affordable than most with daily specials.
The bud tender Natasha was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, she seemed to understand what I was looking for! The cannabee extracts cured resin is fantastic, very smooth and has a nice flavor to it. Im smoking the infused preroll that I got as a freebie now and absolutely love it!! Will be going back for sure!!!

At work with a truck and trailer?? No problems here. Excellent place to sneak off too when the boss aint looking. Facility is setup to get you in and out. The entire staff is on point. They also take product requests which is likely going to make this my spot.

Great little neighborhood dispensary. Loved the Centerline location and glad they opened up in The Clem. Had a great experience with Jasmine. She really puts the Joy in Joyology. I felt like I was dealing with more of a Cannabis Concierge and less of a Budtender. She really seemed interested in helping me get high; not just making a sale. Will be back. Cant wait for the lounge.Edit: Ive been back a couple more times now and Id like to add the great experiences I had with Natasha and Myiah. Good service, good recommendations, good conversation, no rush, no pressure. A joy to visit.

Everybody was nice during the grand opening, but while waiting in line inside the building after scanning in my ID I noticed multiple people behind me got picked to step-up and grab orders first before me, now with all due respect I’m not saying that I was supposed to get a $200 box but come on it’s not fair to call people OUT OF ORDER in a line they’ve been waiting in……

I went in just to check out this place and see what it was like. I have no clue about any of this but I can tell you that the staff was extremely friendly, the store was very clean and well organized and actually blew my mind cuz I had no idea that there was stuff like this in get me here. Seems like the pricing is very competitive and the variety is unbelievable

Awesome to have a dispo in the neighborhood that DOESN’T sound like a strip club when you walk through the door. It’s great to actually be able to hear the budtender’s advice and feedback without screaming “HUH!?” 100 times. Speaking of which, Jasmine and the rest of the crew were amazingly helpful. I have to say it was a Joyful experience as always with the Mt. Clemens Joyology crew. I have not been disappointed in any of the purchases made. The product is great quality compared to other dispos in the area. The environment is cozy like a mom and pops place and they treat you like you are their best customer every time. Nina was my budtender this day and she was spot on in her suggestions after I explained the taste profile I was looking for. And I cannot forget the awesome management that seems to always make their was out to make sure you are having a great experience. Seline (*sp) you are the best!!

Jasmine and Peyton know their bud and made me feel like theirs. I didnt feel pushed to buy products, but like I was a passenger princess being catered to like a queen. They did say the store will have more products coming soon and told me to keep an eye out for some of their favs. Cant wait to come back and hope to see some peninsula gardens and mittens since their current favs in store were fire. Plus they have some beautiful grenades on their deli too.
