All the workers look strung out and are incredibly rude. There’s one with faded fake red hair, Kira? Kara? Starts with a K, has a monroe piecing? She has the nastiest attitude and looks like a crackhead who slept in a dumpster. Not a vibe, go to another shop.

This is the only Vape store Id set foot in. The company sucks but they have great employees that deserve better . ... whom ever is running this company is a fool with no companion for human life. These people work their butts off for them to pad their pockets while their employees starve....

Never thought I would be a vapor but, quit smoking so... better flavor and smell. Got a few small salt vapes and flavors. The people at the different shops have all been great help and very pleasant + patient coz I didnt know sqaut about vaping.

Dante was a great worker. Hooked it up with a realy good cart. I 100% recommend this store and this guy as your cashier. I will return. Amd honestly I hope this store can get some strio brands in.

First time ever leaving a review, unfortunately it’s a bad one. Bought a vape a few months ago along with pods - that the person who helped me said would work with it- and have had no issue with the vape but when I went to put a new pod in they were completely wrong. They’re far too large to fit. Figured I’d call to see if they would let me bring the pods that they told me would work back and exchange them for the right ones since it was their mistake. The employee on the phone was incredibly disrespectful; immediately told me no, had a terrible attitude, and hung up on me. Terrible vape shop with even worse employees. GO ANYWHERE ELSE the new one on American Legion was far more helpful.

Okay so this is the first bad experience I’ve had with this place and I won’t go back. I don’t know the girls name but on Sunday 12/11/22 at almost 5:30pm my boyfriend called because they sold him a vape about two months ago and naturally, not knowing what pods we needed for it he asked for extras for whatever pods it takes. WELL we tried to change out the pod today and it was way too big for his vape. So they sold us the wrong pods. That’s not the problem though. The problem is that when we called to see if they could make it right the girl was horrendous on the phone. She was rude and not willing to work with us at all. She “called her GM” and the GM supposedly said no as well. I won’t be going back. Pretty sad because this was my favorite vape shop. If that’s how she treats everyone I wouldn’t be surprised if everyone started going to durity instead. I know that’s where my business will be from now on.

The customer service was absolutely fantastic! They set me up with everything I needed and made sure everything worked okay. They have a million flavors and disposables, the mood in the store is chill and welcoming. Can’t wait to keep coming here!

Buyer beware! Dont buy here. Took my wife in to get a tank from this place after her tank old tank went bad and our normalshop was closed. Went off sales clerks advice and bought a tank and a box of coils selected by the clerk. wife got home and vaped fine on the coil that was installed. when time came to change it out and she changed it. liquid started pouring out and we looked at it and was the wrong type coil. took it back to refund due to their mistake. they would not. over 20 dollars wasted due to their mistake which they would not honor. And we were stuck paying anouther 20 for the right coils. So 40 dollars spent for their mistake. They said we opened it. well of course how else do you expect someone to figure out you messed up. We will go back to our normal local store High Desert Vape where if they mess up (which they dont)they fix it. These people are rip off artists.

People in there are always really nice and welcoming. I live pretty far away from the shop and they offered to give me a call when they had my favorite vape back in stock so I wouldnt waste the drive. Really awesome thoughtfull people, they jave good quality vapes. Its been My new favorite place to go.

Rebecca was absolutely amazing! She answer all my question and was super sweet and actually carried on a conversation instead of being awkward! She had a lot of very useful information and taught me alot that I had no clue about!

Vape has so much variety! The customer service is phenomenal, and I have never left disappointed. There’s everything from coils, e-liquid, kratom, cbd products, detox products, energy drinks, mods, and DISPOSABLES!!! I have an appcard account with this business, and I almost always get $10 off with my purchases! 10/10 recommend!

Took for ever!!! I was there for 45 min on a Friday eavning. The woman that was worming kept saying she was going to puke and she looked like she was going to walk out any min. Convinced me that vapeing wasnt my vibe.

It was my 1st time buying a vape the dude with pretty knowledgeable he helped me out I dont feel stupid and in be got out the door of the great choice of batteries new mod only downside and a when it really call it a downside is when you ask for juice from me understanding from what Ive learned is dont always asked for their favorite can sometimes not what youre looking for but other than that Gray the deals are always going to be slightly more and whats paid for online but you got to realize your money is going to the local economy but I definitely rate displace one of the top vape stores in now and home considering its open till 10:00 at night every single day and I cant beat that in a town like this

It wasn’t a good experience. I had originally started with a SMOK tank and wasn’t working for me. I stop by the VAPE shop. I was suggested there brand new 100w AEGIS KIT by geek vape. For the first couple weeks they didn’t have coils for my tank because it was too “new”. After awhile I got sick of waiting for a new coil. I bought a new tank that was more compatible with coils. Talked to one of the employees about getting some new coils. “Yeah we should have them by next week our manager put in a order I think”. came in that next week and still didn’t have them. The following week I had brought in another employee to help me find a good juice and mod. After that they ID me twice for my military ID and took a picture of my drivers license. I also had asked if they sold any of the batteries for my AEGIS KIT. Sold the kit but not the batteries. I was just extremely disappointed how I’ve been their for a couple months now. Yet still don’t have anything for the vape they sold me. Will not be returning or suggesting this VAPE shop.
