Beyond Aquatics

My son had a SPIDEY great time at his 7th birthday party here Friday night from 6:30-8:30 pm. The staff was super friendly and helpful when checking in. The kids had so much fun swimming in the black lights and music. We had plenty of space to eat pizza and cake that we brought and also to open presents. We had a fast clean up and all the kids went home ready for bed:)

Such a great experience! Super easy to book and work with, we were able to invite 50 guests with room for more. My kiddo had a blast for his birthday!

Jayden was amazing! My husband first lesson on his journey after his weight loss. It was very pleasing to watch how patient and gentle and encouraging she was with him. Can’t wait to watch the progress. Thank you Jayden for your communication and kind heart!

Beyond Aquatics was amazing. They were super friendly and accommodating and every single child (ages 2-14) had a blast at my son’s birthday party.The pool was a great temperature for the kids to get right in, all the toys (floats, noodles, etc.) were provided, and they also had a stereo system we could attach our phone to for music. They also provided a small kiddie pool for the little ones to play on.Being able to choose 1, 2, or 3 hour increments for a party was a nice option to have as well.I highly recommend Beyond Aquatics for a fun event or a birthday party!

Had my sons 7th birthday party with him and his friends. They were ready to go as soon as we arrived, had waivers ready to be signed for every family. Had cool lights and music for the kiddos in the pool, and had everything set up with plenty of toys. We only had to clean up our own mess and had no issues at all. Would highly reccomend to anyone wanting to have a swim party for their child without breaking the bank!

We had our daughters birthday here and Michael provided top notch service and was beyond polite and accommodating. We even got there a few minutes early (it being our first time there) and our little one was thrilled to be allowed to swim a few minutes early before the party. This will not be our last party here!! I would recommend them to anyone who wants a fun and pleasant experience for their kid’s birthday!!

I love this place! The pools are the warmest I have ever been too, and this makes a huge difference to me because I have Rheumatoid Arthritis all over my body. These warm pools are the only thing that helps reduce my worst pain. I hate taking narcotics, and these warm pools work so much better than any pill to lesson chronic pain! I usually use the facility in the evening because it helps me fall asleep so much better because my body is loosened up, my pain is relieved, and my mind is more at ease after being in the pool. I try and use the pool about 4 times a week (sometimes I do better, sometimes I do worse). The staff is so helpful and kind. They have shown me so many therapeutic exercises to help me. My three main goals are 1) Pain Relief, 2) Weight Loss, 3) Maintain and Improve Mobility. This place has helped me more than any physical therapy clinic I have ever done, and I have probably had about 1,000 visits to different PT places. Beyond Aquatics beats them all, hands down, easily! Ever since my disease developed, I have been overweight. Because I was in so much pain and could not exercise or get normal daily activity movements I have struggled with obesity and diabetes. Ever since I started using the therapy pools a few years ago, I have been losing weight and lowering my blood pressure. When I started coming here I had to use a walker, but not anymore! This whole environment at Beyond Aquatics is so comfortable, welcoming, and non-judgmental that I went from wearing baggy shorts and t-shirts to swim suits after two visits. I love the fact that everyone gets to use a private bathroom and shower instead of a communal locker-room. I dont know how to swim, so at first I thought this place wouldnt be able to help me at all. Little did I know that all of the therapy and exercise movements are done vertically just like on land and the pools are only 4 feet deep which is perfect! I am so glad that my brother practically forced me to come and give this place a try, if he hadnt, I am sure I would be wheelchair or bed bound or worse. I still hurt sometimes and I know I can still do better with my eating habits and use the pool more often. This place is a life saver and I have seen some people accomplish things their doctors said were impossible for them to do ever again. This place has helped me so much already, but this year I plan to step up my game and inspire myself and others. I also have to give a special thank you to the owner of the facility. He has so much compassion for me, veterans, and the community. I am so thankful that there is a place like this here in Murfreesboro!

10 OUT OF 10!I heard about this place from a friend of mine who had also had a party here. GREAT place to host a party if only for the fact that they are so laid back about their restrictions. The only restriction was that there could be NO GLASS (for obvious reasons). We were able to hang decorations, bring in our own food choices, set up early, break down afterwards at our own pace, and have the ENTIRE pool for just our party!There were two full bathrooms that we could use that included not just a toilet and sink but showers as well! That is a huge thing when you are swimming and dont want to smell like pool water afterwards. Also, if you are coming straight from work, you can shower first before jumping in the pool all gross like. YUK!Overall impression was great! We had over 30 people at our pool party and everyone was able to swim, eat, chat, etc without worry!

We had a fantastic party for my teen at Beyond Aquatics! My daughter and her friends had the most amazing time and I am seriously so impressed with how well everything was put together. Michael was so accommodating and couldnt do enough for us. We had a great night... the pool was great, had the volleyball net up, to get everyone in the mood for having fun, which worked a treat. This place is AWESOME! Perfect for those afraid of water and want to learn to swim, (i wish I found it then!) They even water ZUMBA!!!! WHATT??? My daughter said she wants to live there...

Amazing place to go to do physical therapy, work out, and do self care. The warm pools are great and everyone there is very supportive. Highly recommend to anyone who loves the water and cares about their health!! Swim lessons and parties are also great options

We love it here taking lesssons with Madilyn is great for my autistic 5 year old and 14 year old with ADHD. She is so patient and knowledgeable.

First time was today. Despite the long drive, it was worth it. Ownership was friendly and interactive, even showcasing the place before I paid to get in. The workout equipment was just what I needed and allowed fir a productive day. Highly recommend to anyone who enjoys underwater workouts like me.

Walked in on Monday and was immediately greeted by Michael and Juanita. The environment was extremely welcoming. They asked what service I was requesting, gave me a quick tour of the facility and asked me to sign their waiver. They then scheduled me with DeSha, whom was absolutely wonderful! Tuesday (today) I received my first 1:1 private swim lesson with her. She is knowledgeable, patient, descriptive and personable. I would highly recommend Beyond Aquatics!

Kids love the party lights and music while swimming! Water is very warm and so many different pool toys available. Water aerobics is fun and energetic and the under water treadmill is so easy to use. Highly recommend this place for the family!

Beyond Aquatics, specifically Michael, not only saved me from what doctors told me was mandatory knee surgery, but did so with professionalism and a genuine desire to improve my quality of life. Top notch facility and top notch staff.

I am happy to know that you do not NEED my money and I will not remove this review as I feel it is important for the families of Murfreesboro to consider that you don’t need their money, either. Let’s please be reminded that services were never rendered based on the lack of communication of your facility.I have been trying to call for days now in regards to swimming lessons for my son. About a year ago, I tried to do the same thing. I left messages and no one called me back for months. This seems to be one of the only places in Murfreesboro for swim lessons so this is why I tried again. Last time I called and left a message, they returned my call MONTHS later in regards to mommy and me classes which I was not interested in (nor was expressed in the message I left). Are they only interested in pool parties?? If that’s the case, their website should reflect this information.

Our very first time going here today and I am floored with how wonderful it was. We had 4 lessons elsewhere prior to this and I left very unhappy. In one visit, my son’s progress was incredible, and the staff was the absolute best! He was begging not to leave and was so proud of himself for learning to go under water (he is 4.) He actually asked his teacher when he first met her if she was going to trick him because of his previous experience with a different company. The ability to gain his trust back after it had been broken elsewhere, was impressive. Thank you for giving him the confidence and desire to succeed!

Hosted a pool party here and everything was absolutely great! Leading up to the event the staff was really good with communication and answering our questions. The pool areas are very spacious and the lights create a nice ambiance. There were plenty of activities provided such as Volleyball, Pool pong, etc. The pools were also heated and felt like a hot tub. Very therapeutic. We had a great time! Highly recommend for a party.

My experience with Beyond Aquatics has been amazing. I am 39 and was a little apprehensive about starting lessons so late in life but De’Sha was very patient and comforting. She did a great job at explaining safety and swimming techniques. I watched her give lessons to a client before me which happened to be a little girl. I was impressed with the way she communicated and interacted with her the entire time. I would definitely recommend her for those seeking lessons young and old.

We had my daughters 8th birthday party here and she had the time of her life. The owner and staff were very accommodating, didnt bother us but instead just let us have our fun. My daughter has always wanted to have a pool party for her birthday but due to being in Nov. shes never gotten the experience. Beyond Aquatics gave her just that. I would definitely recommend this place for a party.

Clean environment. Very courteous staff. Hosted a birthday party here and everything was perfect. Will return for future events. Private room with changing area, tables, chairs, floats, life jackets, and plenty of room for birthday table set up(food, presents and personal items) included. Cant beat it. Staff is helpful. Perfect for winter time birthday celebrations!

Beyond Aquatics has been quite the wonderful experience for me and my husband. After we finish exercising in the hot therapy pool, we feel a sense of accomplishment for working out and trying to live a healthier lifestyle. Even though our hearts are pumping and we get a great workout in, our bodies don’t feel sore afterwards. It makes us come back again and again. The owner, Michael, is very friendly and always makes sure we get the best experience while we are there. I recommend this place 100%.

My family has gone to Beyond Aquatics for almost 2 years. It is a great place to let stress melt away by floating and feeling weightless as well as an excellent place to exercise and build strength. It has year round private swim lessons which are tailored to your childs strengths and abilities. I am so grateful to have access to a place like Beyond Aquatics in my community. Would recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at beyond aquatics! I am a doctor of physical therapy and love having somewhere to recommend my patients exercise after the rehabilitation process with me. It allows them to exercise in a safe way with less force and discomfort on their joints. The owner, Michael, is such a fun and energetic person who cares deeply about fitness and our community!

A kid pee in the pool and they didn’t clean the pool when I came back 2 days later I still saw yellow pee

Dr. Hannah at Vanderbilt Medical Centre ordered Aqua therapy to strengthen mylegs ,muscle around my knees and to lose weight so that I can have total knee replacements on both knees. I called several places and went to three appointments to other aqua therapy places before I found one that could help me get into the pool. The others could not accommodate my weight with their lift and their steps were too tall. At Beyond H3O I was met with smiles , encouragement and testimonies. I left with hope so, I will be going to my 3rd session tonight and I cant wait. I drive 3 hrs.each visit 3 times per week but it is worth it to gain my life back. These people are serious about helping others. I am so glad that my cousin told me about this place. I normally use a walker and wheel chair but in the water I walk and exercise normally and the warm water feels so good to my joints, no stiffness the next day and I never get water logged.There are therapist available or you can workout own your own. I love working With my trainer Wesley. He is teaching me a lot. I feel so blessed to have found this place.I just want others to know that there is hope Come to H3O and find out for yourself.It has changed many lives. I will tell you what Mrs.Tammy told me my first visit...You are worth it! ❤

My friend and I redeemed Groupons for the Hydromassage today and the experience was fantastic. The entire facility was clean and fresh and well decorated. The one hour session was so fulfilling that I wouldve been happy with half an hour. But to pay for an hour was over the top and Im glad I did! Erica, the instructor and owner of the company that does Mermaid and swim instruction, is awesome! She was working the front desk. Shes very passionate, friendly, and knowledgeable about every aspect of water and its therapeutic benefits as well as all the fun to be had in it. She patiently and clearly explained the services they offer. They also have services that cater to Veterans! How loving. I recommend Beyond Aquatics.

I was actually jealous my niece got to have a mermaid at her party. Everyone had so much fun. The Staff are so friendly. There are swim lessons for all ages too. Definitely coming back for sure. Especially since my nephew is completely in love with the mermaid lol 🧜‍♀️

When I started @ H3O Aquatics, I couldnt walk very much. I was applying for Social Security Disability. After 3 months, I stopped applying for Disability, I lost more than 20 pounds, and I am running more than 4 miles in 45 minutes. I am stronger and much more flexible. My personal trainer, Lisa, is a Godsend. She knows just the right exercises for me to do and she pushes me the perfect amount. Michael makes the environment friendly and professional. I enjoy my twice a week sessions greatly. My time @ H3O Aquatics has greatly improved the quality of my life. Almost every week someone tells me I look so much better than I did several months ago. I took breakthrough pain pills every day, sometimes multiple times; now I rarely take my breakthrough pain meds. I recommend H3O Aquatics for everyone who wants a better quality of life. This is the best therapy place of all those Ive used (about 6 places).

Great spot.I found this place by accident on Groupon and yet again landed on a winner.The space is really impressive with 2 pools and a hyrdro bed room.It was clean, comforting and super welcoming. Michael was super nice and informative. Plus it is a great feeling when you are able to support a Veteran Owned business.Give them a try you won’t regret it!

The instructors were awesome! My girls went there for swimming lessons and it was much better than I had expected. Both of the swim instructors are great at their job!

Not only love the workout underwater, I enjoyed volunteering for two years. You can do lots on your own with the underwater equipment or participating in a class is fun! Trainers are the best! I lost inches and had a great time doing so! Look forward to going back!

I absolutely LOVE getting hydromassages there! Super nice staff, always quick to get me checked in and taken back so I can relax and enjoy my massage. Love them!

This place rocks! First off, Im an amputee patient. I also have other conditions so I have to deal with chronic pain. Water exercise is really the best I can do when able. In the past Ive gone to indoor pools and just kind of made up my own thing from online research. Beyond Aquatics has so much more than what Ive done. The underwater equipment is more than I could have imagined. And even though Im pretty use to the stares from people, its nice to have privacy where I dont have to be self conscious. This is a wonderful place for anyone. Doesnt matter if youre young, fit, needing physical therapy, elderly, disabled or wanting to shed some pounds. This place really has it all.

I took my son there for swimming lessons and within the first hour he was relaxed and able to swim properly for the first time. The instructor was very professional and knowledgeable and was able to teach Pierce how to swim in an hour when we had tried many times with no success. H3O is a clean, well run and friendly place to go for personal training, rehabilitation, massage therapy and a unique workout. Pierce was exhausted (which was great) after the hour lesson but was so excited that he cant wait to get back into the water with his new confidence and skills! Thank you and we will be back soon.

I love working out at Beyond Aquatics! I always leave feeling refreshed and grounded. The classes are fun and being in the water makes me feel like a little kid playing in the pool, so working out isn’t as stressful. My pain and inflammation have decreased and I have been losing weight much more quickly than I ever have working out at a gym. If you’re on the fence, go take a few classes. They will win you over!

My 9 year old loved this for his birthday party. Michael was incredibly helpful on setting up a date and time and he responds very quickly. the pool was so great and they have water toys and life jackets. I highly recommend

I initially called to inquire about services available and was very impressed by the willingness to help and to happily provide information. At the end of the call I was told that he was the owner. That meant a lot for the owner to take time and explain everything so I knew I wanted to check out this establishment for my 5 year old son’s swimming lessons. Everytime we’re there it’s been a great experience down to every interaction with the staff. Camryn is an amazing instructor and is always so kind, patient, and attentive. Thank you to everyone!

Found this place using a groupon.. and I absolutely love it. The owner is such a nice guy, you can tell he really wants to help people. The pools are wonderful whether you are there just to swim, for water aerobics, or therapy. Its a comfortable environment where the people I met genuinely cared.

I absolutely loved my daughters indoor pool party at Beyond Aquatics. Kids of all ages had a blast and loved the lights! Fantastic customer service! I highly recommend this place! Can’t wait to have my sons party there next year!

My son and I are both huge fans of Beyond Aquatics and all that they offer! He takes swimming lessons there, and I see lots of progress being made at each lesson. Ms. Madi is wonderful with him and has taught him so much in such a short time—he looks forward to class each week. I have taken and enjoyed several of the classes offered there, including water aerobics and water dance lessons, as well as doing self-paced workouts. As a triathlete, I do lots of cross-training, and as someone with a number of health issues, I can tell you that being able to switch up my regular workouts with water classes, and have them be in water that is much warmer than a typical indoor pool, makes so much difference in my post-workout recovery time and eases the aches and pains I have more often than not. There’s something for everyone at Beyond Aquatics!

I have been attending water aerobics classes for over a month now and I think Ive found my exercise home. As a scuba diver and lover of water in general it is great to get exercise in the warm waters at BA with skilled instructors who make sure you get what you came for! Thank you, Michael!

Loved my HydroMassage that I got for Mothers Day! I wanted to buy a pass to try the classes but they were in the water when I left. Going back asap to take the classes! So excited for a safe post surgery (June 8th) workout plan.

Beyond Aquatics, I was told needed back surgery for bulging disk, also have arthritis, an deterating disk disease.. I could hardly walk, came to this facility an spoke to owner, who set me up with exercises an stretching. Amazing !! Im walking with very little or no pain! Facility clean, easy to find great people and very helpful. ,. They offer boot camp, ballroom dancing, swim lessons,. I would Highly recommend Beyond Aquatics to everyone.

This is a great place to exercise! They make working out fun. Its the warmest pool Ive ever been in. The staff is very caring and understanding of each persons individual health journey. The water workouts and bootcamps are refreshing and challenging.

I love their heated therapy pools. You are able to workout for longer distances without such harsh impact on your body. We recommend a lot of our patients to H3O! Great environment and staff.

I absolutely like this place. The hydro massage bed feels so incredible. I’m a college student and very stressed out. After that I felt so stress free. I bought a friend there. My friend just recently had a leg injury and it was a good workout for him. I would highly recommend checking this place out

I enjoy the warm water, it is very soothing to the joints. Having degenerative Joint Disease, working out in a normal gym is quite painful. Here , in the pool, I can do more repetitions without pain. I also have dry land physical therapy, and was discharged today, having met my goals. I took what I learned there, and used them in the water. The Therapist was impressed that I reached the goals we had set in such a short time period. I explained I was also working out the same routine in the pool at Beyond Aquatics. I am continuing working out in the water , adding weight loss, balance and strength for my future Knee replacement as my goals.

We had 2 maybe 3 lessons here, after each lesson the instructor was suppose to reach out to schedule another lesson. Well they never reached out to us.. I guess they have enough business! I gave two stars because my son really did enjoy this.

We bought vouchers for their hydromassage. It was amazing. 1 hour of hydromassage had me feeling rejuvenated. You can regulate the speed, strength of the massage and area of massage as you please. We will be coming back for more!

Had a 5yo Bd party here and it was great! The staff was very helpful! I’d recommend it for a kids party. They also had a chair lift for a handicap guest of mine, and showed us how to use it. Very great time.

Beyond Aquatics is the best place in Murfreesboro ! If you are struggling with your weight and a regular gym is not for you, I encourage you to check them out. I have been going now for about 2 weeks and already I can tell that I have more energy, I have lost weight , and the pain in my knees and back have gotten much better! The staff there are very nice and always willing to help. Exercising in the water is also a great stress reliever for me . Check them out you will be glad you did and your body will thank you!

I really enjoy the Boot Camp and Aqua Barre classes! The warm water enables you to stretch more than usual, the added range of motion is great. I love that I am able to do two one hour classes without being sore!

My name is Meg, I am a Nurse Practitioner and I had the privilege of using this state-of-the-art aquatics facility. I have been using underwater speciality equipment that is not offered anywhere else, such as underwater treadmills, ellipticals, and bikes in relaxing warm water. The business is Veteran owned and the staff is very friendly. Each member is treated as a part of the Beyond Aquatics family. They specialize in helping others reach their goals including weigh loss, physical therapy needs, and overall wellness. To top it off, they offer swim lessons and pool parties for children of all ages! I would highly recommend this facility!

The staff was very accommodating. On the day of the party, the owner met us and made sure we had everything to make sure we were settled in. The facility was very clean and we were happy to have a birthday party here!

So glad we were referred here. My 6 year old son was afraid of the water, and with the help of Mr. Tommy, after just a handful of lessons, he was swimming underwater! Greatly appreciate the patience and friendliness we we experienced. Hoping to continue lessons next summer!

Scheduled a party with out knowing much about this place. But it was recommended. Called and was told very little but the gentleman did make sure my date and time worked. Paid half my deposit and that was that. Got a phone call 4 nights before my party at 815pm to get asked if i could move my party up a half hour because it was running into a therapy appt. At that point is when i was informed that i was NOT scheduled for the party room that it was in fact the therapy room which has windows and doesnt get as dark. Well Im sorry I wasnt informed of this when I originally planned the party or even giving the option. Was told to come in have the party and if i wasnt pleased they would work something out with me. The day of the party came i walked in 30 mins prior to the start of it like the website said to and i was met by an older woman who was the ONLY one working as 2 parties were coming in. She had no info as to who called me a few nights before. Was told that all workers were volunteers there so it could be anyone that called me. We then had to wait for the therapy session to be over to get in the pool. I was provided with a table and chairs and about 5 or 6 floating lights to put in the pool which worked when they wanted to. My son was spoken to about not playing with the under water tredmill by the therapist which boggles my mind! Why have a CHILDRENS PARTY in a pool where they want to play with these things. We had to use our own phones to play music and i had to hunt down paper products to serve cake. Website states that was all provided. Curtains only covered a few of the windows the remaining ones and the door you could not block the light coming through. DEFF NOT WORTH THE MONEY I PAID. Not happy about the services at all. Therapy pool is not children friendly by any means shouldnt be hosting parties in it. Most likely wont ever consider this place again.

Love the low impact workouts! The staff are friendly and I’ve enjoyed the small classes. The teachers even tailor the workouts to what the class participants need. They have two pools and even have group parties!! I love this place!!!!

I love working out in the water at this place and enjoy the hydromassage bed. Great Aquatic therapy, Swim Lessons and exercise programs and fun place to have a pool party! Michael and his staff are very professional.

Great experience. Workers were very nice and knowledgeable. Atmosphere was nice and clean. The 60 min hydro massage is worth every penny. I will return.

Just moved to TN a week ago and was excited to take swimming classes. Scheduled the class a month before but received a call the week before regarding the time and date change which was fine. We decided on a time at 6pm for Friday with Becca. Becca texted me the day before and stated our time was 6:30pm which was not a big deal so I adjusted. Arrived at the location 30 minutes ahead of schedule so I could change and be ready exactly at 6:30. The lady at the front desk went to ask Becca what room was I in so I could get situated and Becca responded, “She’s just going to have to chill and wait.” Whoa, very unprofessional in my opinion. First of all I’m paying $80 for an hour, you’ve changed my schedule twice and then you’re unprofessional. Unfortunately this place will not get my $320 monthly and I will take my money elsewhere. Please teach your employees how to stick to a schedule and professionalism.

My family loves to swim at Beyond Aquatics! The pools are always warm and clean, which is very important to us. The staff has always been nice also!

I signed up through Classpass to take a cardio kickboxing at 8am. Its 8:10am and no one has showed up. I go to the front desk and the attendant calls this Tom guy and he states there is no 8AM class and that classes start at 10am on Saturdays. They didnt offer me a free class or anything. I have contacted Classpass with my complaint. They should not get paid. They didnt provide the service. They need to update their schedule.

We got the opportunity to visit during the summer mermaid school program, and fell head over heels for the staff, sense of magic and fun, and the clean, well kept location. Tons of fun and we will return for the next one!

Beyond Aquatics is an excellent organization! I’ve been a patron for over three years and love the water aerobics exercise. I am much more fit and healthier because of the exercise i do there.

Absolutely loved the time we had here. After a very messed up day, Beyond Aquatics made my daughter and her bridal party feel so special! Definately Recommend.

Stopped in yesterday Saturday 2/10 just to check it out for much needed p.t. the 2 ladies sitting behind what I guess would be counter gave my daughter and I a weird look like what the heck do they want. I ask for a tour and what appeared to be a friend or relative to one of the other ladies said she would do it. Luckily she was nicer. The pool tgat had the exercise equipment looked like lake water. The other pool at least was clean but had to equipment in it. No other people were in there. The place looked nothing like the video or pictures. Are saturdays usually maintence day?

For the first time in my life, I have walked 3 miles on a treadmill. I can run about 3/4 of a mile then have to walk a little while. This place has been a godsend. Im looking forward to many more visits here.Thanks Michael.

H30 Aquatics is the best place to workout in Tennessee!! The warm therapy pools are nothing like you have ever seen!! The staff is great and they treat you just like family ever time you visit.

I booked my daughters 10th birthday party here and it was a hit amazing staff and absolutely amazing in general the kids had a blast and it was very kid-friendly perfect playlist a lot of things to choose from for the kids in the pool we just had a great experience all together definitely recommend

Beyond Aquatics is a life saver. I have personally witnessed how it is improving the quality of life for its clients. I have personally benefited by losing 30 pounds in 4 months. Its a place like no other. I strongly recommend this placel!

It was the best pool party place! Music and lights made the atmosphere amazing! They had tons of floaties and toys for the kids to use. Very friendly staff as well!

Very unprofessional. Claims to have experience with nonverbal autism but their treatment was negligent and spreads disinformation about autism. Special needs beware.

The best cardiovascular excercise I have ever experienced! This is not just for people who have injuries. The hot pool is also very therapeutic .
