Really love this place and the staff here are awesome. but whatever i was sold has made it extremely hard to breathe and has had me coughing up phlegm and wheezing. i have no idea how safe the products they are selling are but i have never had this reaction to similar products before. extremely disappointing and an unfortunate reality about thc a/o and delta 8 products.

Employees were chill and nice to be treated with a lil respect because I am always chastised for buying certain glass incense burners. They are for a friend that already has a missing arm so I can’t let her go and be even more humiliated. Thank you

Both very chill and helpful.. the choices on Vapes and just other product that was featured in the store was something you usually don’t see here in the Rhode Isalnd area. People who work there definitely seem to know what their talking about cause I walked in not knowing what I needed at all. They are a little pricey than other places but you know your getting a quality product but price is the only factor in this review being 4/5 start not 5/5. So when it came to choosing a mod or a salt nic vape they gave me enough information to make a decision that worked for me best to quit smoking. So thank you employees of smoke token!

Coming to this store I never thought that they would carry so mich merchandise. I mean they have just about anything for anyone. Really enjoyed it when I saw all the different product and the staff was very nice, as soon as I came I they greet you and ask if you need assistance or looking for something in particular. Staff knows what they do. You ask them for a certain product or not really sure and they get right on it and show you what they have that might be for you. So they give you some good options.

This place is the best! They have an endless selection of products, the best prices, and the entire staff is always super friendly; especially Aaron. He always has a big smile on his face and the most positive energy, and his vape recommendations never disappoint. A+++

Best smoke store Ive been to for forever! Im from Texas and we have tons of great smoke shops but this is the only one in TN thats been amazing. 11/10. Customer service was amazing, huge variety in selections, clean, and nothing but good vibes. The prices are more than fair compared to anything else in TN too

I came into smoke token this week as I’m transitioning to delta products. Peyton was super helpful in educating me about the different types of delta products and I learned so much. Will definitely be back soon.

It was our first time walking into a large smoke shop, it was clean and the staff were open and friendly, epically Ms. Kelly, she was happy to help my self and brother who deals greatly with social anxiety. I’ve been to going here for the last year for the same piece. i’m quite clumsy so i’ve bought 7 of the same piece. i called 2 weeks ago asking if they had it, they said they didn’t. so i went to the store and purchased another piece. at the end of my shopping after i bought a new one. Eric was talking to me about it and wrote my name down to call if they get a new one. I left, he texted me 2 minutes later saying they had it in the back. i told him i would be back teh next day to get it. i didn’t have time so i went back today. they proceed to tell me again they have none in stock. i left. i decided to text Eric to ask him if he could check for me. He texted me and told me they had some in the back. i really like this store but it seems they don’t care ? Eric was so nice and helpful. He went above and beyond when he didn’t need to.

Ive been a loyal customer here for a few years now, due to the excellent customer service that has been shown every time Ive gone through those doors. I find the prices fair, especially due to the discounts that the place offers. Forest was the first employee that i ever met there, and he took the time to educate me on almost all of the products that the shop had to offer. Hes a professional at his job and he proves it by being able to quickly find what youre looking for, at the price youre looking to pay. Ive made a few good friends from there and had many memories made because of this shop. Love this place.

One of the best glass shops Ive found in the middle TN area. Staff is super nice and they have knowledge! Great selection of glass, but also tons of hookah stuff! They actually carry a bunch of different brands of things too so theres a wide selection of goodies!

So Im from Buffalo, NY and just let me tell you this place is amazing!! Its a glass lovers dream! They have some of the most beautiful pieces I have personally ever seen and for really great prices too! Everyone there is truly amazing especially Julia! She helped me find some awesome pieces to take back to Buffalo with me. This store definitely should think about opening a shop up in NY they would make a super killing in sales. But Julia and the rest of the staff were the most chillest people I ever met and especially for working in customer service. Id definitely recommend this place to anyone who visits Murfreesboro and is looking for good glass at a very reasonable price and they have some dank sales! A friend who rolls his own and is confined to a wheelchair cant get access to get in to this smoke store to get rolling papers and a new roller. So I offered to stop and pick it up for him. Was not busy. Staff helped me through out the purchase and got me checked out and on my way home. Very pleasant experience.

Always love coming In here and everyone is always super kind, however, it does get a bit crowded with the puff bars being next to the glass. If there was anyway to move them to a different spot in the store just to make it a bit more comfortable that would be awesome! :)

Got my own vape from there and like it too. Ill get the same vape again but 10 in a row. Once I meet my lawyer before and after I get back from out of town Ill be back in there either THC juice or 0% nicotine juices. Got it in blue on purpose too.

Very rude. Guy didnt have any knowledge on hookahs. He tried to upsale saying he didnt have any. I would have to buy an extra hose and adapter. They had only one I could see that was 2 hose and several that already had the adapter. None was a problem the guy being short tempered ruined the sale.

Went in tonight not even knowing what I was looking for. A wonderful woman named Kelly came up and was so happy to see us with such a bubbly glow. Knew absolutely everything there was to know about all the vape boxes and helped me so much in finding exactly what I was looking for. I called on a whim to ask questions about inventory and a nice lady named De helped me with all my questions concerning the products I wanted to purchase. She was a very informative and polite person to talk to. Couldn’t have done better.

The crew here is always quick to help. A pretty decent selection of glass, hookahs, and other smoking accessories. Prices are usually a little higher than what you can find online (by 10-15%), but I prefer to support my local head shop!

This store always has a great selection of stuff to choose from, is always well-stocked, and generally, I have no complaints. A very good store that I have come back to time and time again. They also have CBD products as well as hemp products with high levels of delta-8 THC, a legal and natural cannibinoid.

Ive been meaning to leave this review for awhile, someone had busted my hookah a few years ago and I went in recently with a million questions. Forest I believe his name was, went above and beyond to show me all the new stuff and help point me in the right direction for me. I used to spend hundreds a week at Tarboosh but owning my own hookah is so great.

Friendly, helpful people with a huge selection. Pipes, water pipes, papers and every other smoking need is here. They also have hideaways, cleaners, hats and shirts, and hookah. So happy to have finally found a nice place with a huge selection in this town so I dont have to wait on the mail.

This store is more of a natural herb crowd store with the glass pipes and bowls. But they do have a small selection of vape gear that is a decent quality. The stuff they carry is the most common stuff that can be found in every vape shop I have ever been in. But the people who work there are nice and helpful even though I didnt buy anything.

Bought an octopus piece from here Monday evening. Tuesday evening it broke. I called & they told me there wasnt anything they could do besides give me a good deal on my next purchase. I just spent $80 on this piece so the last thing I want to do is buy something else the next day. I understand that these are are glass pieces but it broke so easily so Im disappointed in the quality. The staff is very friendly & helpful though. I probably wont purchase my next piece from here though.

This place is huge and has just about everything you can think of. The employees are always so nice, funny, and laid back. Prices are a little high for some things but they have a 10% off card for frequent visitors.

I couldnt get my atomizer to work so he said I needed a new one. Tells me it uses the same battery as my old one. He didnt seem to want to be bothered at all but so few shops are open after 10 pm. Of course my battery didnt fit. Of course he didnt give me a receipt. So Im still without a vape. No problem. Lesson learned. Ill never return to this store and Ill use another establishment that doesnt mind assisting their customers. If I could give less than one star, I would.

I am a frequent shopper at smoke token and the past few times i have had amazing help from hannah! But my most recent visit i had some help from dee and she answered every question i had perfectly! They both make coming to smoke token more of a fun time!

I have been using this place for all my vaping and smoking needs since I was a freshman in college. Everytime I come in they treat me like family. Ive never gone in and left disappointed. The staff rotates every once in a while but I still make friends with the people that work their way in. Brooke and Sarah are the best people there to deal with hands down since Nadim left(everyone there is a treat). If they dont have what you came in for, theyll usually try and steer you in a direction that is coming from a place of years of experience dealing with functional glass art, tobacco, and vaporizers. I trust Smoke Token to take care of me no matter what.

Although their stuff often tends to be slightly on the more expensive side of things, there is always an amazing selection here and the staff is friendly and eager to use their knowledge to help you find what best suites your needs. They have a nice selection of smoking accessories as well as hookahs and their gear and lots of vaping stuff too.

My wife and I went into the store expecting more of the same old experience. But boy were we wrong. Met a cool cat named Josh. We explained how I was interested in quitting smoking cigarettes and had been to a few other vape shops and basically were even more confused after we left them.Josh asked a few simple questions made a few korny jokes then made his recommendation. He explained how starter kits wouldnt be enough and that some setups would be more of a hassle than I would want. He looked at my cracked up cell phone and noticed that durability would be an issue as well. Needless to say all I had to do was more less pick out a color. And proud to say been smoke free for lil over a month. So have to say this place has great selection and very cool and knowledgeable staff of what they sell. Thanks Josh

We came in just to ask some general questions regarding hookahs and vapes. We were greeted at the counter by Jordan who probably got more than he bargained for by asking if we needed anything. Despite our incessant and at sometimes ignorant questions, he was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the entire process (and we were there for over an hour and a half). We ended up walking away with one of the big hookahs that are the size of a child and couldnt have been happier. We tried it out last night and not only does it look awesome, but smokes great as well. When we decide to purchase our vapes in the near future, we wont even consider going elsewhere.

Best place to go for vapes and batteries. If you come in with a cartidge youve purchased from somewhere other than them, they will go as far as fixing your cartridges if theres a problem with it or will even let you test to see which batteries work best. Hands down best place there is. Very chill staff members.

I went into the shop a couple weeks ago for cbd products for my parents to help them get off thier meds. I was hesitate and extremely worried until this tall gentleman asked me if I needed any help. He answered all my questions and gave me info on cbd and its effects. I honestly dont think I would have made the purchase if it wasnt for him and my parents are off thier meds and living a better life. December and January.Ok. I rarely do a review for any place unless they really impress me, or seriously make me angry.I love this place. The first time I went in I was like a kid in a candy store. Ive never seen so many things and so many vapor options.The folks here really know their products.I had to go back a few times because of my own ignorance and inability to remember things as I am much older than most, but each time they were very patient and took the time to explain to me what I was doing wrong with the vap pens that I bought. (They even showed me how I was putting the juice in wrong on an old one I already had.)Plus these kids just made it plain fun. Theyre a lively bunch and I would, and have recommended them to everyone that I know who smokes or vaps.This is the Murfreesboro store that I went to. Kuddos to you guys and many thanks!

They have all the accessories that you could aak for. The vape selections are vast and they appear knowledgeable in what they sell. Prices are competitive with the market. They charge a nickel to try flavors other stores charge a dollar for. We will be back to this store.

Overall atmosphere is great and many selections to choose from. However, the reason I only gave two stars here is because I was sold a smok helmet mini, which works great, but they dont carry the coils to it nor does anyone else in Murfreesboro or Nashville so I have to order my coils online. You would think the place that sold you their merchandise would have the components to go with it but they dont. I feel like I was conned just a little bit. So when you go here just make sure that the vape pen you have is popular enough to have components in other locations if not then you will have to order your coils and other components online. Nice variety of e-juice though.

Having gotten a large part of my collection from their store, I was very hopeful and excited at the prospect of finally ending my search here.I was waited on by Doyle, a noble Knight of the Order of the Borosilicate. Armed with a formidable knowledge of glass and the palpable desire to provide unmatched customer service, we set out to find the perfect new addition to my family. High and low we searched; from impossibly small pendant rigs to monstrous beakers that scraped the sky! Suddenly there was a change in the winds, and I thought I heard trumpets calling from on high. The clouds split asunder and a shaft of fluorescent light shone through. I directed my gaze to the singular point that the shaft illuminated.Sitting there, perched atop a crystalline shelf was a hand pipe of unspeakable beauty. Awestruck by its adornment of eye-dazzling reversals in the colors of the sea, and a shape that suggested ancient origins, I stood musing for a while and indulged myself with daydreams of its seemingly Atlantean conception. This was the one! I knew I must have it for my own.Without a word, I handed Doyle my satchel of gold, for I knew my quest had finally come to a close. With a sense of pride, I watched as Doyle wrapped my new prize in bubble wrap. I thanked him for his service and left the store with a sparkle in my step, ready for a different kind of adventure.

I live near Murfreesboro and wanted the loaded donut 3 mil 120 mil bottle took over 2 weeks to finally get it in. then I decided to go with the zero and found out when I got home it was expired. I had done filled my Beast tank up. call back and told them and some of the other juices like the loaded donut and smores I bought were expired too.. but they ended up given me a refund and keep the expired juice.. also with the refund they gave me $25 worth of stuff so that was pretty cool.. Just check your dates on your Vape from any store.. Im going to go to the one in Nashville for now on even though its like 20 miles away from me. I just dont understand why it takes so long 4 them to keep their inventory stock at both stores.

I look at Smoke Token as more of a museum of great pieces to look at than to buy. Everything is overpriced and if you dont do your homework, you will spend significantly more at Smoke Token than you would at some other local vape shops or online. Smoke Token is beautiful and has a lot of amazing things and the staff has always been super helpful but like I said, it is severely overpriced. For instance I bought a Smok Novo kit at Smoke Token for $35.99 plus tax (they only had 4 colors) and I saw the exact same vape (in about 9 colors) at a smaller vape shop for $22 plus no tax. Just do your homework on prices
