Its about equal to one of the better Chinese spas, but more expensive and with white women.They have a monthly recurring membership that doesnt seem like a great deal.Appointments have to be booked days, weeks in advance.You are better off going to one of the upscale Asian places that take walk-ins, charge less, and give a better massage.The one hour massage got started late and ended early. Probably about 40-45 minutes, and mediocre, at best. The masseuse was nice but not strong enough in the arms and hands for a good, deep tissue massage. I gave her a good tip for a good attempt anyway, but I wont be back.TLDR: Very nice staff. Clean and comfortable. Bad corporate model. Overpriced. Not recommended.

Best experience of my entire life. Liam is an angel. Im an average mid-20s girl, I carry my stress in my neck and shoulders - I have NEVER felt relief like this before. My Technician Luna is absolutely Great!! She listens and makes recommendations that have made my visits to Elements Massage a must have monthly occurrence.

This was my first deep tissue massage.Phenomenal experience! Heather was attentive, professional, and competent. It was easy to schedule my appointment. The receptionist was friendly, too. The facility was clean and calm. I’ll book another appointment the next time I’m in town.

I would like to give a shout out to the therapist Liam. He is very personable and professional. He focused and listened to what my needs were, and that was greatly appreciated. He gave an amazing Swedish massage, and sometimes that’s what our bodies need. Added bonus I slept great that night. Obviously my body really needed it. I highly recommend Liam as your next massage therapist.

Ive had several issues with Elements Massage Murfreesboro and their membership. I terminated my membership when the massage therapist I had been seeing left, I had a credit on my account for one remaining massage. I had to change my last appointment due to a work conflict therefore that last credit for a 90 minutes massage expired, so I lost that money. I hate this place!

Nice atmosphere but hard to get an appointment and kept calling us to reschedule. My massage therapist was perfect but my husbands therapist wasnt strong enough...update was contacted regarding my review and am getting help to set my husband up with a more appropriate massage therapist choice. I am in love with this place. The front desk staff are all so pleasant and organized, their appointment system is modern and practically foolproof, and 90 minutes with the amazing Haley will calm even the most anxious, stressed out client (me!). Im so glad I took a chance on a new massage location because now Im hooked.

I received my first 90 minute massage yesterday and “wow” is all I can say! My friend and I split a membership (I love that you can do that) and Luna was my therapist. Start to finish I had such a positive and comfortable experience. Usually these types of experiences are awkward for me but nothing about the environment, professionalism, or services were awkward at all.What I LOVED was how thorough they are with what you want to work on, the personalization of your massage and their willingness to go above and beyond to ensure your comfort. The massage add-ons (I chose eucalyptus aromatherapy) is very reasonably priced and just adds to the lovely experience. The facility was impeccably clean, and the staff was just so kind, I felt really relaxed.Luna is so sweet, and bright and a joy to be around. I arrived very sore and in some pain. I LEFT feeling amazing and nothing about my massage was uncomfortable. I can honestly say I am THRILLED about this membership and I’m looking forward to my next one!

It all starts with the staff at the front desk. Chelsea is very helpful, kind, and sweet. She has a warm and welcoming spirit that makes a positive impression immediately. My massage therapist was Ibrahim. He was very good at listening to my concerns and wants. He even took the extra step to stretch my hip flexors after the massage. I will be returning in 3 weeks for another massage and hopefully a little stretching. I am over the age of 50, I have competed in 2 bodybuilding shows, so these massages and stretches have helped a great deal. The studio is always fresh, clean, and has a nice calm vibe. I highly recommend Elements Massage.

Awesome place! The staff are very friendly and I felt well taken care of. The studio is super nice and super clean - unlike some of the other local places! The massage I received was definitely the best I have ever had! The therapist (Ashley) was wonderful. She took the time to ask questions to find out where my problem areas were and then made sure they were addressed. I felt great upon leaving and look forward to coming back! Great experience in buying the right package. If you have a special someone who loves massages and hardly gets the chance to receive them, has a lot of stress and really needs a break, just do the 2 hours. You won’t regret it and your partner will love it.

Luna understood exactly why I was there and worked on my hip fantastically well! I have hurt for YEARS and got up and walked out like Id never hurt before! Ive had massages and trigger point done before....Ive never had these results. I will definitely be back to see her and appreciate her hard work on me, and my hip!! Received a letter in the mail saying membership was terminated all sessions on file was forfeited. Called they can’t tell me why the card was not successfully processed. Money been in the bank. I would steer clear of this place & their memberships. According to the membership agreement as a consumer, we cannot cancel the membership so easy. However, Elements Massage can terminate the agreement for missed payments. Been going there since 2019 with no issues until my preferred Massage Therapist left. At that time I was able to freeze my account for some months, but then it becomes unfrozen without a notice and then able for them to bill you again only for them to tell you that they don’t know when your massage therapist is coming back and it’s always very difficult to get in with therapist. You have to book out months in advance typically.

CHARGED INCORRECTLY AND TOLD I WAS IN THE WRONG.During my visit at elements everyone was pleasant, and I received a wonderful 90 minute massage from Ryan. A massage that on their website for new clients says is supposed to be $99 under Special Intro Rate they were also running a special for new clients that stated they were going to give $30 off + Free Himalayan Salt Stone. When I scheduled my appointment I received conformation that both of these specials along with the $99 massage rate would be added to my account.Following my massage I was informed that I was going to be charged $129 dollars for my massage. I continued to pay even though I did not fully understand why I was being charged differently then previously promised. A few days following I received a call from the owner inquiring about the review I had posted through my email. She proceeded to tell me that I was charged correctly and they made no mistake and that I would not be receiving anything for free. She also wanted to make sure I understood that I was in the wrong and that no one had every question her pricing and apologized that I misunderstood their pricing policies.In my professional business experience the customer is ALWAYS right even if you personally disagree. Patti the owner, should have done a much better job of addressing this pricing issue and false advertising on her website instead of assuming that I was looking for a free massage.I will NOT be returning to Elements and I will make sure that my personal and professional colleagues look elsewhere for massage services, and YOU should too!

Dana is awesome! Will definitely be going back to her for future services. She is professional, polite and efficient. What most stood out to me, was the feedback I received after the massage.

The entire team at Elements Massage is professional and very attentive. From the administrative staff to the massage therapist, everyone I interacted with listened to my concerns and made my experience that much better. Sarah at the front desk was a pleasure to work with, from booking to the day of getting checked in. These ladies make the process seamless for the clients.Also, Sara my masseuse was extremely accommodating for my personal sensitivities and preferences. Anytime I needed different pressure she would change courses accordingly.I will definitely be back and I hope other will seek out this studio for their next massage.

Dana listened and covered everything I asked. She was pleasant and used great pressure. Its hard to find a good MT, but Dana was wonderful. Ill be back to see her!

I had an amazing massage by Ryan. He listened to and addressed all of my issues. I can now move my hips without being in pain. The membership program is affordable and the staff are super friendly. If you haven’t tried Elements, you are missing out.

Im 57 years young and feel very strong and healthy most of the time. I hurt my right shoulder during a workout about 8 months ago when I increased my weights. It started out so painful I could not use it without being in pain. So I began my healing by cutting back on weights and eliminating certain exercises that hurt the shoulder. Asking the Lord for wisdom and healing it was slowly getting better. But still in pain I thought a message might help, so I had a couple. Then in June I made an appointment to see a doctor at the end of July. I thought I would try another message so I went to Elements to try them. When Victoria got through with a deep tissue message I felt amazing. I told her about my shoulder and she worked on that and it felt so much better. I couldnt wait to get back in to see her again. After my second session with Victoria Im very encouraged in thinking I may not need to keep that doctors appointments.

I have pondered if I should write this review or not for some time. And as an owner I would want to know if someone was misrepresenting my brand. I hope the owner of this particular location is aware of the way the store manager comes off to clients. Sarah is rude and talks to clients as though they are not worth her time and do not have the funds to shop there. One can only assume she is a family member of the owner by the way she talks down to people. If one of my employees talked or behaved in such a matter to customers I would be thoroughly embarrassed. She should not assume people can not afford a membership based off of detailed questions being asked. There are many massage establishments nearby and many are just as talented. My advice to the owner would be to implement secret shoppers to address this issue. I am sure the location does well enough to not need mine or anyone in my circles business. Glad to have nothing to do with the place.

I have been to many massage therapists over the years, come good and some bad. But, Dana is the absolute BEST!!! She knows what a sports massage really means and since my husband and I have been in martial arts over 30 years each, we have issues. She has never let us down.

My husband received a relaxation massage and throughly enjoyed it. They were able to relieve the majority of his muscle tension in his neck and shoulders. He was very pleased with his service.I, on the other hand, received a prenantal massage. While Lydia was wonderful, the massage was not what I expected, as the facility does not have prenatal tables that allow the mother to lay on her stomach. I received my massage lying sideline while holding onto a large body pillow. I was never able to fully relax, as I was worried about dropping the pillow. She was also not able to use as much pressure as I would have desired due to the sideline position. We did finish the massage with me laying on my back with a large wedge, which was comfortable for the legs and feet portion of the massage. Lastly, I was disappointed as well because we took so much of my massage time finding comfortable positions vs. actually getting a massage.

I highly recommend Elements! Not only are the therapists the best, but the owner goes above and beyond to make sure her clients receive the best service possible. At Elements you always feel at home and not just like you are another client. I always walk out of Elements so relaxed and looking forward to my next visit. My husband and I are Wellness Members and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to enjoy massages frequently!

I absolutely loved my experience at Elements! The therapist was attentive to my needs and made sure that I understood everything, even showing me stretches and things to do at home to help ease my pain and stressed muscles. I will be going back! I encourage everyone to check them out!

Ive been coming here monthly for massages for over 2 years. I even moved to Nashville and drive all the way out here still for their excellent massages and service. The front desk is always courteous and friendly. They added extra precautions due to covid that make me feel protected. Ive had massages from a few different therapists, but Heather is my favorite. I lift weights and do crossfit for exercise, but I have a desk job, which can leave some muscles tight. If you enjoy deep tissue massages, Heather and Dana are your girls! Try the CBD oil add-on for extra relaxation.

I wish this was going to be a good review, but unfortunately it’s not! I had a massage schedule for today, I called to reschedule due to a death in the family! Brittney proceeds to tell me there’s a cancellation fee to reschedule, at this time I’m explaining it’s not a cancellation just wanted to move the date. She tells me it looks like her manager left a voicemail explaining the cancellation fee. Etc.. I’m not sure if she did not understand when I told her I DID NOT receive a voicemail from anyone! She becomes argumentative like this was a lie! Then Brittney tells me “oh maybe there was a problem with there phone system”! This would’ve been my first visit here and I’m actually glad I did not get to make it with this type of phone experience, I would hate to see the in person experience. I offered to bring my phone to show there was not a voicemail she did not respond to that! Unprofessional experience!! If I could pick no stars I would!

I went in desperate for neck and shoulder pain relief. I not only left feeling incredible relief but Luna was amazing at making sure I was in complete peace while she worked. I am returning on Monday for 90 minutes and signed up for the wellness program. For knots, I was recommended to Luna, Lydia, Ani, or David. Hope this helps!

She was wonderful and did a great job.Because this was my first time at the location, I received a first time discount which was great and I was so excited for the massage for my birthday!I arrived three minutes late at 4:03, as I booked the appt only 20 mins before the appt time was to begin (last minute cancellation). The massage began at 4:16, and ended at 5:22. It was supposed to be a 90 minute massage, but still I was ok with this.Throughout the last 2/3 of the massage there was consistent banging on the wall from the vendor next door. It was so unpleasant. Shaina did a nice job, but the entire experience was just not relaxing at all due to the banging.Because of this the front desk took 10 dollars off the price. I still feel like I paid way too much for a 1:08 minute massage with loud banging noises for most of the massage.Again- Shaina did a nice job though. 🙁🙁 I will not be returning as I feel ripped off with a poor experience overall.

Great massage, but beware of sales tactics where they wont let you out of the contract. I cancelled my membership six months ago, but they only suspended the account. So, unknowingly to me, theyve been charging me for the past three months. The manager was completely unapologetic and told me I needed to terminate the policy which I THOUGHT I had already done! They refuse to reimburse me. IM so done! Dont lock in to their monthly contract!!!!!!

One of the best massages I’ve ever received. I went in for back and extreme neck pain and LUNA was able to relieve all of that. I have not gone to the chiropractor or had a massage since 2015 so I needed a lot of maintenance and she took care of that!

Ibraham is the best therapist I have had to date. Got a Himalayan hot stone add-in and felt great! This is my new guy! I body build, so needed some strong hands and detail to my body!

The massage did not feel rushed. My massage therapist listened to my areas of concern and focused on them. They were able to get a same day appointment too within two hours of my call time on a Friday!

Not having an experience is my issue, Id been to Elements many times in past and had good experiences, however now apparently co. policy is that if youve not been vaccinated you must wear a mask! No thank you, you just lost a life long customer Elements!

Policies are more important than you.-I purchased a 1-hour massage session online the evening of Tuesday April 2nd. I then followed the instructions on the confirmation form and called the store to schedule my appointment for that evening. The woman answering the phone ( I believe her name is Brittany, unless multiple people answer the phone) told me there were no available appointments that night, but could be scheduled for the next morning. I needed an appointment that night, so I called the Brentwood location and was able to book an appointment for that night.I then called the Murfreesboro location back and said I needed to cancel my appointment for the next day since I was able to book at the Brentwood location. I asked if I could use the same online payment and she said no, so I asked for a refund of the $69 I paid online, and she said that I was all set.Thursday, April 18th, I called to ask why my refund never processed and Brittany said she would call me back after consulting co-workers and the owner. She then called me back and told me that no one would have told me I could get a refund for a gift card, and furthermore the original gift card could have been redeemed at the Brentwood location since they are connected in a network.Unfortunately, I never intended on purchasing a gift card for a future massage, only for the appointment that day when I was in need of one.-The owner called this morning, but if I have any advice, get everything in writing. Who knows if what they say over the phone will hold up later.-The company mission statement:The Elements Way® is the only way to truly experience customized, personalized massage therapy.In direct contradiction, it would seem your company has provided me with a very mass-produced, conventional and disappointing excuse for massage therapy.Enjoy your steadfast policy. Your behavior is revolting.

I cannot remember the girls name that give me a massage but when she came in to do the massage, the whole room smelled like cigarette butts, because she had just come in from a smoking break. So I had to smell that the entire time! She rubbed on my back with her arms at one point and Im guessing that she shaves her arms, because the stubble was scratching the skin on my back. Not very really relaxing. Overall, the massage felt as though she has only been doing it for a couple weeks..if that! Smh. I gave a star, because the place was clean and had a relaxing environment but I think I just got the wrong therapist. Therapists should not be allowed smoking breaks, right before a massage.

My massage therapist Abi was great! She gave extra attention to my neck and shoulders (where I needed it most). She listened to my requests and asked questions when necessary.

Today is my 69th birthday and Abi made me feel like a teenager again. She was absolutely fantastic and did exactly what I wanted in my 90 minutes massage. She is super skilled and her love of, and pride in her profession comes through in her superb abilities from the very first touch. I highly recommend Elements. It was like a day in heaven for me!

Had an appointment this morning at 10am but I got a call at 9:10am to let me know the person called out sick. I have seen this location go down hill in the last year, I been going here over 6 years. I think I might have to look into going to another location, at least until they get people in there that take pride in what they do again.

The environment is very soothing. The therapists are excellent. Facility staff is friendly and helpful. Place is always very clean. I feel relaxed and comfortable each time.

Had a very weak massage here after requesting deep tissue work. Granted I am picky about massages, but I just don’t see how anyone benefits from a gentle rub down. Massages should hurt at least a little. No pain no gain is oh so true when it comes to massages...

This is a locally owned and operated business. The owner is on site and accessible and the staff is professional and well trained. I would give it a five but Im waiting for some more comfortable music in the massage room. I know its a small request and I know it will be addressed. A great place I highly recommend it

Scheduling is an absolute nightmare. I think three out of my last six appointments have been cancelled due to scheduling conflicts. There is never another spot available that day or with another therapist.

They help me with my arm! I was in a lot of pain because my neck and arm muscles become very tired with heavy exercise so I found this girl call Heather I think that save me from this pain. I recommed this place a lot!
