I recently had the pleasure of getting a facial with Reagan, and I couldnt be more thrilled with the experience! From the moment I walked in, Reagan made me feel incredibly comfortable and welcomed. She took the time to assess my skin and tailored the treatment to address my specific needs. Her expertise and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire session. The facial was not only relaxing but also left my skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing. Reagans professionalism, combined with her warm and friendly demeanor, made this one of the best facials Ive ever had. I highly recommend Reagan to anyone looking for top-notch skincare. Ill definitely be returning!

I may come to regret this review because her schedule will be packed - but I want to thank her publicly and you folks need to see her. BRANDY works massage therapy magic! This was my first massage since moving to Tennessee. I had no prior knowledge of Jason or his skill level- but I was pleasantly surprised. He is friendly, personable, professional- and really worked out the knots I had in my upper back. Im a little sore today, but thats exactly how I like it. I will definitely be scheduling more massages with Jason in the future.

Shamira is wonderful. Really everyone I’ve tried is great, lots of options for different pressure and very accommodating. I love Amber’s work. The front desk ladies are very sweet and helpful.

Booked a massage for a friend with my membership on June 8. She needed this as she is going through hard times caretaking for close family struggling with health issues. Brittany was so friendly and accommodating when I called from California to make this appointment. There were no openings initially but she took my name and number down. She called me later in the week immediately when a therapist was available. On the day of the massage the front desk staff was welcoming, friendly and engaging. My friend had an incredible massage by Abbie that helped relieve a lot of built up tension.Thank you to the staff who truly helped make this experience happen.

Reagan was amazing! I had a one hour facial with her and she was kind, professional, made sure I was comfortable, and was invested in me. It was such a pleasure getting to talk and work with her. Absolutely recommend!

I’ve had massages in many places, and States. High end establishments included. On a regular schedule and over many years.NO ONE has been as detailed and skillful, with consideration to treatment and RELAXATION,… as Amber. No one has been as well rounded in excellence, every way. She’s got that extra:-). Training can take you far, but innate qualities are what set you above the rest. She has that. I will always be a loyal client to her.

Great experience! Brandy was excellent. She said she was a relatively new therapist, but that was hard to believe. She did a great job of relieving tension & pain from my neck and shoulders.

Amber (Amberly) was absolutely amazing! She had the most attentive and kindest process of completing my whole body massage focusing upon the areas I requested and helping to find and work out any areas that were needed. I will request Amber every time that I can! She is amazing!!

I am completely disappointed. I booked an appointment two months ago, and upon confirmation today, I was informed that the specific gender requested therapist would not be assigned. I would not have made the reservation had I known this information beforehand as this is what the reservation associate assured me prior to me booking. I am on the verge of throwing the gift card in the garbage can and canceling the appointment. These franchise owners should do a better job at training their office staff to avoid providing incorrect information if they are not able to accommodate such requests. I’ve waited two months to be disappointed.*Update*Our request for specific gender requested therapist was honored and I was able to utilize my gift card. The massage was completed as a couple’s massage and we received good service. The fact that we had to encounter this situation is what resulted in the 3 star rating. However, our massage therapists were good and the environment was well kept and relaxing. Overall, I would recommend but just be aware of this if you are requesting a specific gender preference for your therapist.

The whole experience was great from the time I stepped into the door. The receptionist was very helpful, the ambience was perfect and the massage was amazing! Brandy was absolutely wonderful, already looking forward to my next visit!

Amber Leigh is the best! She works the knots out your back. When you leave, you know you’ve had a deep tissue massage and the results last.

My 1 hour massage only lasted 40-45 minutes. It was shortened and when I went to check out, the front desk lady even said something about me being surprised that I was done already. I was still charged full price which I don’t believe was right. She did offer $20 off my next visit but I told her that I didn’t have plans to come back. I did pay the full amount plus 18% tip. I was disappointed on how this was handled.

Very nice setup with lobby, separate tranquility waiting room and plenty of massage rooms. My massage was good, but the therapist spent no time working my sacral area to address my sciatica and neuropathy despite being discussed prior to my session. I would recommend a 90 minute session to all who want a full body massage.My only other complaint is that I had a promotion card for an extra $50 that expired on April 1, but when I went to set the appointment, they were unable to get me in prior to that date and would not honor the card. So be aware there are no extensions offered on these promotions no matter what circumstance.

Kayleigh is awesome!! Very friendly, does great work and prides herself on attention to detail!! She is great with everyone! Myself and my teenagers both visit her for facials!

My massage with extern William was excellent. Manager Jessie D. made sure everything was set up, and I was comfortable. She’s the best!

Latoya was amazing! I have had hip pain for 2 months and she worked out a knot I didn’t even know was there! Hip pain is gone! She is AMAZING!

Not happy at all. I told them about the knots I have in my shoulders and they asked how much pressure I’m ok with. I said as much as you need to get the knots out. I left there and couldn’t even tell I had received a massage. It was just a rub down with oil. Also the oil wasn’t even warm. It was cold. I paid for an hour massage and only got maybe 45 mins. My appoint was at 5pm. It was 5:10 before they actually started and I was back in my car before 6pm. Paid them 125.00 plus tipped ahead of time 35.00. By far the worst massage I have ever received. Asked for full body and they didn’t even massage my hands. I will never go back!

Last I was there they required to have a card on file to book an appointment. I have found 3 other places that are clean, friendly, easy to book no hassle I can pay cash or debit without leaving a card on file. no appt needed. and for the price the other places give excellent service and fixes the pain. I also noticed this place is desperate and pay a lot for advertising while the other massage places stay consistently busy. this place is also overpriced for what it’s worth

Booked a last minute massage less than 24hrs before the day with no issues.I Had my massage with Latoya yesterday and it was fabulous.I was experiencing some neck,shoulder and upper back pain. Within the first few strokes I could tell she was going to get me fixed. Not only could I move my shoulders and back mid way through but she used the right amount of pressure to get the job done without causing further pain.Normally I cant do anything more than light pressure however, Latoya took her time on each knot using various methods to loosen even some of the most stubborn knots Ive ever had.I will def be booking myself and my husband with her going forward. What a wonderful first time experience.

This was my 1st visit to Massage Envy and also my 1st facial. Kayleigh was wonderful! She was professional but also very personable. My skin felt and looked incredibly afterwards. The experience was very refreshing and worth the time.

Awesome therapists and estheticians, front desk personnel...no frills, focusing on the tasks at hand, massage and facials. My skin looks like Im at least 10 years younger (Im 67) after a light peel. Check it out! No makeup! It’s too bad the corporate side of these franchises only care about the bottom line.

Latoya did an excellent job translating my stated trouble areas into a targeted massage treatment that really benefited me. She also provided suggestions to support those areas with daily movement and heating pads.

I booked a 90 minute customized facial, and could not have had a better experience! Kiana was so kind and gentle with my skin. She provided great recommendations for home remedies that could treat skin conditions I was worried about, and made my skin absolutely glow once my appointment was complete. 10000/10!

I highly recommend it as part of your overall health care routine.I most recently saw Jason for a 90 minute massage after tent camping and sleeping on a cot for 9 days. I was a wreck! Jason worked out all the knots!! I feel like a new woman! I will definitely see him again!

LaToya was PERFECT! She is an intuitive, gifted therapist who listens closely and delivered exactly what I needed in terms of pressure, areas of focus, etc. I asked to be put on her priority list, and already booked another session with her!

Sometimes hard to get an appointment, but always a good experience. Abbie was great. Such a calming energy.

Jessica is great at helping me relax and feel like I’m getting the most out of my experience. I love that she focuses on shoulder and neck work too, not just strictly the face. She also listened to my needs and customized the treatment so it was more gentle in my sensitive skin. I came out feeling awesome!

I will be seeing Ashley again! The front desk staff is very kind as well!

The people who work here are beyond sweet and helpful. The problem is, I have paid 720 dollars for 3 massages. I am owed 9 hours. Which I have 60 days to redeem after canceling my membership. I am then told they are pretty booked up so she recommends to me that I dont cancel and pay 10 dollars a month to basically keep my membership in hold status. So Id be spending no telling how much more trying to get the 9 hours I am owed.

As always Abbie did a great job. See you all again in 2 weeks.

Jason was great. I was so lucky to get an appointment with him yesterday. He really worked on my very tense shoulders and helped loosen residual stiffness I have from a frozen shoulder. Much more range of motion now. I hope to get on his schedule again soon.

I just had the BEST facial from Jessica Judkins at Massage Envy Murfreesboro. I’ve owned a salon and day spa in the past, and I’ve had many facials and this was one of the best I’ve ever had. my skin feels wonderful, and she really gets in there and works out the knots in your neck too. Ashley was amazing. Ive had 3 massages in my life. This was my first one that actually made a difference. I will be getting a membership and requesting Ashley so long as she works there.

I was suppose to get a deep tissue massage…there are still knots everywhere in my back. The movements were not slow and not actual work to get rid of the knots took place.Also I was supposed to get an hour massage. I didn’t get into the room until 7:06 and it was over at 7:53…so not an hour either.

Always a good experience when I can get an appointment. Wish there was more availability or a 2nd location

Had my very first EVER massage with Shamira yesterday. She was incredibly professional and my massage was so relaxing! She focused on the areas I requested and did a great job! Because of her, I signed up for the monthly membership! 10/10 recommend!

Amber has over 12 years of experience as a professional masseuse and has relieved me of a lot of pain due to my lower back being injured. I have had several exceptional massages at ME but, today I would say Amber is a definite favorite. I went in after a sleepless night and a lot of burdens and immediately I felt them lessening. She was exactly what I needed.

AmberLeigh had a cancellation, which is rare and I was notified of her availability. It was only an hour this time but she took the time with my back to ease my back pains.

She did a wonderful but it was for a 90 minute facial, and she only did 75 minutes. It was the same last time every time I get a facial from her she shorts my 15 to 20 minutes but she does do a fantastic job

Teyauna is always very kind and professional. If you’re looking for deep tissue, you definitely need to book with her. I never leave sore or feel bruised after my sessions with Teyauna. That’s a great thing. I highly recommend her. The staff is very accommodating and communicates well through scheduling.

The massage I received from Teyauna yesterday was the best massage Ive ever received at Massage Envy. She massaged out kinks I didnt know I had. Yesterday I left there feeling better than Ive ever felt after getting a massage from your facility. Im looking forward to getting another massage from her. I wish I could go back today. 😁

I tweaked my neck yesterday and was afraid I wouldn’t be able to find any help before the holidays. A Christmas miracle by the name of Sheryl massaged the pain out and even stayed later than needed just to help me out… I’m so grateful for her!!! Thank you!

Nice place. Employees handle themselves in a professional manner. Should you desire particular areas to be addressed, be sure to get what you pay for. Also be sure to ask fir a therapist that can provide the pressure you need. While mine was a good therapist, in hind sight, I would have either rescheduled or requested a different therapist that could apply more pressure. It was one of the lightest massages Ive ever had, and unfortunately, didnt feel like I had even gotten a massage an hour after I left.Again, I dont put this on the therapist, I should have been more assertive in making sure I was getting what I was paying for. Overall its a nice place and very relaxing.

I’ve had two facials with Jessica and she is wonderful. My skin looks amazing, and I was so relaxed during the entire experience. Facials were something I didn’t know I needed but now, I don’t know if I can live without!

Shamira was amazing at my massage yesterday. We started a little late but she was still understanding and accomodating to my needs. This experience is why I love Massage Envy. I love this peaceful time to myself being a mom to a 3 mth old and 5 yr old.

Massage envy would not even get 1 star if I could leave a review without it. We have been members for at least 10 years, probably longer. I can count how many massages I have had on one hand due to how difficult it is to book an appointment. You have to book out at LEAST 3 months ahead of time, and then most of the time the cancel or call to reschedule you. That would be bad enough, but they also cant seem to get the requested information correct. For example which therapist you want or which gender you are more comfortable with having touch you. Finally, they will freeze your account so you can use any massages you have built up (which is probably 80 something for us at this point), but fees start up again in 6 months. They also charge you 10 dollars a month during that fee freeze. You CANNOT get a refund, and cancelling payments permanently causes you to lose your massages. So essentially they are getting paid by you to do NOTHING. Also wanted to add that we have tried scheduling at other Massage Envys around and they are just as bad. I do NOT recommend

Dont fall into the trap of signing up! You get ripped off for your time. Sign up for a 60 minute massage and you only get 50 minutes. Its extremely hard to even get an appointment. I tried tonight and there are no openings for this month or next month. I have tried 3 times to cancel and they dont do it. I keep getting charged every month. This place is a rip off!

I felt like a new woman when I got off the table. The massage was most needed! He released every pain point, stiff joint and stressed muscle I walked in the door with; left out feeling brand new!!!! Thank you Brandon!!!!!!

This was my first time to experience a professional message. When I left there, I felt like I was floating. I was so relaxed!Bruce did a fabulous and the staff was so nice.

I’ve had numerous therapists at this location and almost every single one was amazing. Jon, Dawn, and Jason were by far my favorites. They all knew exactly where my problem areas we’re are helped alleviate a lot of my pain. Dawn helped me through a panic attack while I was on her table dealing with hormonal issues and I made sure I was comfortable before continuing our session. Jon and Jason both are incredible with neck and back work. They are both very knowledgeable about how the muscles work and what needs to be done to fix the issues. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with these three therapists. Thank you!

Ive been trying for over a year to use a gift card I was given for them. They have cancelled every appointment Ive made. Ive tried to reschedule, been put on a call back list for first available, showed up to be told at the counter that my appointment isnt on the books, and I just dont understand what I need to do to get an appointment that they will keep. Im always respectful, but Im frustrated at this point. I cant even get the money back from the gift card.

This place is awesome! The front girls are awesome especially their assistant manager Katelyn, she is always taking great care of me along with Dani. They always make me feel so welcomed when coming in. I also recommend seeing Laurel, she always helps me feel so much better after seeing her for a session. I truly recommend this place.

Receptionists Katelyn and Dani are always pleasant and helpful. They make sure that my appointments are booked, check me in at arrival and process my departure so that I can leave directly after massage. My therapist is Julie. She is excellent, taking her time to understand what my focus areas are and working to help me relax and rejuvenate. She has a wonderful energy and has become an integral part of my health maintenance. Thank you ladies for all you do for me and my family.

I became a member while traveling to TX back in early 2011. I did so out of desperation, and honestly had a pretty negative perception of Massage Envy. During the next few years I was traveling a ton and had massages at dozens of locations in multiple states. Some experiences good, some not so good. Once my travel slowed down, I transferred my membership back to TN and mostly used the Murfreesboro location. In 2014/2015, I had decided to cancel my membership. Not because anything was wrong, but because I just didnt feel like any of the therapists I tried were providing a truly therapeutic massage. For my last appointment, my therapist was Lacey. She was absolutely fabulous. She listened to what I had to say about what MY body needed, and she worked wonders. Not surprisingly, she is highly requested. Although, I always try to book with her, I occasionally have to have a different therapist. The great news is that the last 1 or 2 (Jenny is one) have been great! Now, I almost exclusively have massages at the Murfreesboro location and cant imagine cancelling my membership.

Kayleigh gave me a 90 minute facial which was thorough and relaxing. Always a positive experience with Kayleigh.

Have gone to Ashley for six Months and always get a great massage. My only complaint is the music, which was novel at first, gets old after a few visits—how about cool jazz, beach music, mix it up a little😊

The staff are kind and efficient. Ive received great massages and stretch sessions but my facials with Kayleigh are the BEST. She is so knowledgeable and personable. Each session feels like a retreat and Ive learned more about my skin in two months with her than Ive ever known before. Do yourself the favor and book with Kayleigh.

Dumbfounded by the lack of communication, professionalism, and overall understanding of their clients needs, especially an industry that demands a high level customer experience to stay in business. Ownership has obviously allowed the $65 monthly tides they charge Rutherford county customers for the chance to book massage sessions as if they are Destin Airbnb rentals 5 months out. I realize we are in a time that doesn’t demand a high level of accountability from a customer relationship perspective, however, continuing to sign up patrons to pay a monthly fee that you don’t have the resources to service is ridiculous. I have an idea!!! Open another location, or allow members to cancel without a doctors note or proof of new zip code. I’ve been a member since August of 2021… Received one 60 minute massage at the time and regrettably signed up for the monthly membership. I’ve been unable to book a massage since. I’ve called numerous times to cancel, sent emails, spoke with management on multiple occasions only to hear that I need to write a letter to corporate. This is the only negative review I’ve ever written and I’m sorry if your team is going through unforeseen circumstances that have kept leadership from understanding the stain this puts on the Massage Envy brand. I hope you rethink your cancellation policy or at least find a way to make a $65 monthly fee worthwhile to your members if you can’t provide the services the fee was intended for. I will jump through no more hoops… Please cancel my policy!! I won’t wait until July for a massage and still pay $65 every month for nothing 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️ It’s bizarre to think you believe this is fair business practice?? Is anyone else experiencing this?

I came to Massage Envy after having surgery to repair my labrum with a bicep detachment. Dawn has worked with me and fast tracked my healing journey. She is knowledgeable about the workings of the body and communicates well with me to better understand what I need out of a session. I have found comfort in our sessions which has allowed me to discontinue medication use so my body can heal naturally. Her knowledge and customer communication skills give her healing hands.

This place is the best. I know that my therapist genuinely cares about me in my life and also my health. Lacey is better than anybody around and I have had eight other therapist before. She is the lead therapist and cares about her job and her employees. She challenges other teammates to be better and even gives me great advice in my life. I come to massage envy because of her. The front desk is very easy to work with and it’s always peaceful and a nice play to get away for a little. Thanks Lacey for being you.

Shamira was amazing! I asked to have the entire hour just on my neck and shoulders, which can be very tedious. Not only did she fulfill that request but did it so meticulously!

Been a member here almost 2 years now. The front staff is great. Katelyn and Hailey are always a joy to work with and try hard to accommodate my schedule with a right therapist!The therapist have all been great (but I miss Kali)!Only complaint is that they need more therapists. It is extremely difficult to get an appointment if you work 8-5. The stores hours is one thing that drew me here. But, it is so frustrating when there are never any available appointments!

Excellent massage experience. Ive been to many luxury spas and received massages that were great but Ive never felt so much relief on my back that I felt after my massage with Jason. Highly recommend.

I’ve been a member for four years but after today, I’ll be cancelling my membership. I went to the Green Hills location for a long time but recently switched to the Murfreesboro location. I’ve seen two different therapists and both have been great. Today though, I dealt with the manager and she will be the sole reason I quit going. I woke up this morning incredibly sick (barely even have a voice) so I called to cancel my appointment. The receptionist put me on hold and the manager got on the phone. She informed me that they would be charging me for missing this visit because according to her there were notes in the system about me missing several times. I knew that couldn’t be correct, so when I asked her what appointments and which location made the notes she could only give evidence of one missed appointment from two years ago. She said since they waived the fee then, she could not for the appointment today. I was too sick to argue so I hung up. She called me back a moment later and said she had been able to fill the appointment with someone else and so she would waive the fee after all since she “felt sorry” for me. I let her know that I felt after being a member for so long and only missing one appointment years ago, it should have been waived. She apparently wanted me to thank her for doing what she should have done in the first place and started getting irate. She said she didn’t have to fill that appointment but she was being nice. I told her I didn’t have to keep my membership, to which her response was “that doesn’t affect my life personally”. This person should definitely not work in customer service and this location will continue to lose customers if this is how she treats people.

Amber is such a great therapist. Her attention to my specific area of need, knee replacement, feet, back, always provides healing in my body.

My first time here, I was given a giftcard, and I was initially hesitant bc making an appointment was somewhat difficult but it was wonderful once I got there today. LASHONDA was my massage therapist and she was THE BEST. Ive never had a better massage in my life. I intended to make another appointment with her but instead decided to go with the monthly package and book with her every month.

Absolutely amazing. I had previously gotten one of the WORST massages of my life as leaving that place I called Massage Envy. The girl was really nice and informative, was able to get an appointment immediately. Micheal was fantastic. I feel 100X better than before I walked into my first massage. They have the best costumer and if youre needing deep tissue MICHEAL is your guy!!

It massage envy, had a few issues after first signing up, & it drives me crazy that they say an hr but its really only 50 minutes. I had found the best message therapist in years, & was the only reason I was still going. Unfortunately, he has since left, as I will also be doing when my contract is up .

There are some amazing therapist here, but you will never get an appointment with them. You will pay for months worth of massages without ever receiving one. Today I was told it would be 2 months before I could reschedule, but would still be charged for the month there were no appointments available. This membership is a trap.

*Buyer beware!* The overall experience was was NOT relaxing!!!! The entire process leading up to my massage was horrible and just BAD business!!!I received a ME gift card from my boyfriend. I tried countless times to book a massage online with very little success, I tried selecting literally every single option possible (months out) and NOTHING was available with anyone!!! I though their website must of been having issues so I called at least twice during business hours and left a message (I couldnt reach anyone) My call was NEVER returned. I finally gave up and went into the location and made an appointment with a person and the earliest she could get me in was nearly 3 month out!! So I booked the appointment - got a reminder 1 day prior via email, arrived and they had canceled my session because they didnt have my credit card info on file even though I made it clear I was paying with a gift card. The didnt bother to call me and tell me this but their email system sent me a remind the day before reminding me to be there at the appointed time.The massage was great but it was not worth the stress. I will NEVER be returning. Buyer beware!

Not too happy with today’s interaction. I called to cancel an appointment at 12:48 for a 7p appointment. My therapist is GREAT, don’t get me wrong. The girl at the front desk kept looking at someone else’s books after I told her my name twice and who I was booked with. Got a call at 7:05p asking if I was still coming for my appointment. She never cancelled it, plus I had asked about being put on a waitlist for my therapist, and she failed to do that as well. Now my therapist isn’t going to be compensated from a tip because they didn’t do what they were suppose to do on their end. Now I feel real bad. However, my therapist would have had someone on their cancellation list to take my spot since that’s just how amazing and great they are.

***The absolute worst **** I scheduled 2 separate appointments trying to use credits after cancelling my membership. These appointments were booked in the store by the general manager after we chatted awhile about our kiddos. I show up for my appointment today and they have NOTHING in their system. No appointment today, no appointment in 3 weeks. Less than 1 hour after leaving, I receive a confirmation text for an appointment tomorrow. Very confused so I call the location. Apparently earlier employee has left. New employee is able to see both appointments except the scheduled times are completely different than what I was originally given. Nor can she explain why she can see it and the other employee couldn’t one hour ago. The incompetence at this place is truly astounding. Thankfully I’ve cancelled my membership. An expensive mistake and lesson learned.

I went here back in March 2019 and paid for my fiance a massage and facial for her birthday gift, they called her a couple hours before and cancelled saying the person she was booked with quit and they couldnt get her in, so after that we were very disappointed but to top it off we made another appointment and cleared our schedule and took time off work and about and hour before the massage and facial they called and cancelled again saying the person called out and to make matters worst we were not able to get a refund since I bought a gift card and was forced to use it on there very expensive products we didnt wont. They did offer to reschedule but why when this is the type of service we got and couldnt depend on them not cancelling on us again so we went to Escape and received the best and professional service. If I could give them zero STARS I would.

Never have I had such great service from a massage envy. The whole staff is professional and delightful. Lacey is my therapist and I would reccomend her to anyone. She is awesome... LOVE my experiences here.
