Every time I come in, its always a great experience. I really appreciate the guys up here being so nice and welcoming. I was just helped today by a gentleman named Denver and he took the time to talk with me about some issues Ive experienced with some disposable vapes. He genuinely cared and was just awesome helping me out. Great vibes from everyone, and I just really enjoy this place!

Staff is nice but management and their return policies are trash. Been using them for years and I always check the juice before leaving. Forgot this one time and the juice was very yellow compared to another bottle, see pictures. For this particular brand it really effects the flavor. They refused to exchange an unopened and stilled sealed bottle. So much for customer loyalty.

Asked for 3 mg. Girl sold me 0 mg. Was told nothing can be done. She almost gave me the wrong coil but I caught that.I was scammed out of 20 dollars. Will never shop here again. Dont waste your time or hard earned money. The girl was also extremely rude and had to basically beg her to give me the right coil.Go to Bronco Vapes.

Forget about calling them for anything. They wont answer any questions over the phone, not even their hours. The last call I made to them was today, I asked how much a bottle of their house juice was. The guy kept making the same excuse why he wouldnt/couldnt tell me. He said, we cant give prices over the phone because we cant guarantee youre over 21 and cant tell if youre going to purchase for someone else. What does that have to do with calling in? If I can walk in and get prices, then purchase something, I can walk out of the store and give it to someone else just as easy. I wouldnt do it, NO WAY, but it doesnt matter whether you walk in or call, If someone is going to buy for someone else, answering phone questions or not answering isnt going to deter it. I had a similar call a few months ago and I asked to speak with the manager and I was told the manager wasnt there, couldnt tell me when they would be there, and wouldnt take any calls because someone had threatened them. ?????? I feel bad for the manager, but again, I dont understand why the manager cant take calls. Why do they have a phone if they wont tell you anything, not even hours? Do they even have a manager? What do prices have to do with underage buying? Highly lacking customer service here. I wonder if all Vapor 100 stores are like this.

They will not return or even exchange defected items. My husband went and bought juice the other day and after paying for it, he (my husband) pointed out that it was expired and the salesman literally said its okay, its not bad & its sill good for a few months after the expiration date. It expired in June. And if it did end up being bad, they wouldnt do anything about it anyway. They are neither friendly nor knowledgeable. Go to Prodigy.

It takes a great deal of bad service for me to give a local business 1 star. Aside from one very rude female cashier who told me “unfortunately people still come in” when I told her the stores open sign was turned off, the rest are at least well mannered and polite. The foundation for my review isn’t related to staff, it’s related to the buying process implemented by the owner. Zero common sense was taken into account. You can be 80 years old and an every day customer, not bring your ID, and they will deny you service. ID expired by one day? They will deny you service. It almost seems like they’re going to great lengths to NOT get business.So, if you’re looking for a shop that will treat you like a stranger or an underage kid regardless of your obvious age and frequency shopping there…. This is your place

Ok just stopped in for the first time today. Great prices. Amazing prices. In fact bronco down the street charges $26.99 for a 100 ml juice head bottle. Just paid $17.99 here at vapor 100. “ no sale the normal price” If only for the prices SHOP HERE. both girls working today were super friendly and efficient. This is now the best vapor shop in mustang Oklahoma.

Had everything I needed and James was extremely helpful.

Never given a 1 star before, the last three times I’ve stopped here (because it’s by my house) they have had a “we’ll be back soon” sign. Just ridiculous

Bought an item, didnt work, the replacement stopped working after one day. The employees were very rude to my husband today. Anyone who knows us knows we love folks and are always good to anyone helping us. Well never go back.

Every employee I have dealt with has been absolutely professional. They also have knowledge of most of the products which is difficult given the amount of products they offer. Very fair prices and they always have sales and everyday of the week they offer discounts on a different type of products. Love this place!

I got a item today that didnt work came back in 20min telling them that the product didnt work they didnt care to give me my money back or a replacement. So be aware they sale broken products to people. Just getting money out of people. 😑

You wont get Refunded for their Faulty Products, they also do t check their Inventory for Faulty product thus leaving me to believe this company will lead to health problems for you and money for them (cough cough a democratic owner)

Best prices Ive found in Mustang. All the employees are very friendly and knowledgeable especially Alexis, she was so great! So patient, answered all my questions, and set everything up for me. Love this place!

I really like the prices on their vape juice but every time I go there. The open sign is on but the door is locked so its really hard to buy more product there if theyre never open.

About 80 percent of the time I go they have a sign up that says “sorry for the inconvenience..will be back in 5 minutes” and it’s never 5 minutes.
