Heavenly Hands Day Spa

We booked a couples massage for Valentines Day in 2023. I called in January asking for their availability, and the kind lady helped me find an evening the week of the holiday. We have never had professional massages before, so we had to google a bit on what to expect.Parking was spacious, just make sure you park on the side with the front entrance, I think thats preferred by the other businesses.The entrance is their shop full of goodies. The owner was manning the front desk and checked us in. There was one page of information to fill out for our masseuses about the firmness and if we were having any pain in certain areas.We waited just barely any time in their cushy waiting room when we were introduced to Cinnamon and Tracy. They let us take a bathroom break before we started.The bathrooms were harsh lighting but clean. The sinks were regular bathroom sinks with spa rocks in them for ambiance. They also had a whole changing area with a shower.The massage room was darkly lit, quiet, and calming. We were instructed to undress to our comfort level and they then came back into the room. The massage was nice and relaxing. The best parts were my neck, feet, and upper back.At the end, you are covered (lightly) in the massage oil-lotion combo and they gave us a hot towel to relax with. Maybe it was for rubbing off the mixture. We dressed and were greeted with water. We thanked them and tipped them at the check-in counter. The owner was kind and helpful and nice.We didnt know what to expect next. We didnt feel much different the next day and chalked it up to us being young, and maybe when were older itll feel much better, haha.Id like to think well be back! I had a nice experience and might try their other services.

My wife and I had scheduled appointments today (05/07/24) at Heavenly Hands for a Couples Massage and Reflexology. Granted, this was our first professional, therapeutic massage...from the moment we walked in until we walked out, we were treated like royalty. It was great to be spoiled so thoroughly. We experienced complete comfort and relaxation. Melissa and Trinidad are absolutely wonderful. The entire staff made this an experience well want to repeat. Thank you, Heavenly Hands.

We came in for a couple’s massage. A beautiful and enjoyable experience from start to finish! Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Definitely put us at ease. We both received amazing massages that tackled exactly what we needed. The masseurs were sweet, friendly, and welcoming. They’re super good at what they do! We felt so much better when we left. Awesome experience! Can’t say enough good things about it all from start to finish. We will be back!

My husband and I did a couples 90 min massage! I got Holly and he got Allison. They did amazing! We got there a little early to fill out short paperwork— it asked questions about areas you’d like to have targeted, concerns, intensity level, etc. We both did medium to firm, I told them I was allergic to citrus oils/aromatherapy, and my husband told them about his herniated disk. Holly and Allison were both very kind, professional, knowledgeable, and reassured us of our concerns. Definitely the best massage I’ve ever gotten and it was my husbands first! The place was very clean, dim, peaceful, and also Stephanie who helped get us booked was very friendly and professional. She helped us a lot when we had a little difficulty booking online. She welcomed us warmly when they opened and when we checked out. I hope to come back soon!! Highly highly recommend!!!

Ive been going here since high school. There is a wide variety of massage therapists - some for every needs and different pressures. I have already booked out the remainder of the year. They book up fast so if you want to go regularly you should book out several months. I also recommend doing the membership if you get regular massages. I would say if you get a therapist you dont like (which I have definitely experienced) try a different one next time. Dont hate the whole place over someone who is just not a good fit for you.Everyone is always so friendly and professional.

It had been a while since I have visited this hidden gem. Today I had a really wonderful experience and am glad to be returning. Shannon did great! Warmly welcomed, well taken care of, easy check out. Thank you for a great escape.

Today was my first time. Jade and Holly did not disappoint!! The staff was kind and attentive. I booked one of their signature packages then added sauna session and hot stones. I’m plus size and they had robes that fit my 3x body and provided slippers. The beds were also plus size friendly. The facility was clean and atmosphere was given chic, classy, comfortable. They offered snacks and water as you relax between services. They can also host a party of 4. This place was a whole vibe. I’ve already booked for next month. If your in N OKC/Edmond it is totally worth the drive.

The spa is super cute and relaxing other than this bad experience that I had during my last visit. Emily was great at first. It had been a few weeks since my last appointment for my eyebrows. I have been super busy with work. At the beginning of my wax Emily asked if I was seeing a different eyebrow waxer in an irritatingly tone. I said no, my work life had been super busy. She continued to wax and tint my eyebrows. The eyebrows looked okay at a quick glance and tipped her. However, when I went to my car I noticed that I had a chunk of my eyebrow missing on the left side. She tried to brush over this chunk of missing hair by brushing my eyebrow hair up. There was also lots of wax that wasnt cleaned up which created a sticky mess and pulled some of my eyelashes out. Unfortunately, I will not be back.

My mom and I went and had the Holiday Retreat special. My husband purchased the retreats as our Christmas gifts. I had never had a massage or a facial before today. I AM HOOKED! I’ve worked in a salon and spa for years, but have always been too busy, and I stay on the salon side. Heavenly hands was quiet, serene, calming, and so hospitable. The staff was so helpful, friendly and polite. My facial was done by Emily, she was so so sweet and very knowledgeable on any questions I had for her. We then got a full body massage with hot stones. It was phenomenal! Then we got a foot ritual, and it was so relaxing and nice. They truly made us feel welcomed and important, and we felt so pampered, and refreshed afterwards. We will most definitely be back, and I look forward to it so much! Highly recommend!!

I love this place and everyone there! Very clean, quiet and Such wonderful people and great services as well as products. Prices are reasonable. Ive been to other spas, and some in Houston and this one is hands down better than others Ive been too. Ive bought gift certificates for others and they now also love this place have started scheduling appts. I dont see how you would be disappointed with this spa. They truly take care of each client and you are treated truly special every time.

This was by far the best massage and facial Ive had. Its very relaxing and inviting inside. Ive been to other places that rush you out and I never left feeling relaxed. I actually woke myself up snoring a few times during my spa day. I highly recommend them.

This place is LUXURIOUS! You feel like you are in a 5 star Hotel spa & the prices match the experience. It is a little expensive but so worth it! Everything is perfectly decorated to make you feel relaxed. The staff are very professional and also personable. They listen to your preferences and can modify your massage or other service as you need.

Miss Terri did a great job on the knots in my back. I wish I had more time but I will definitely go back.

Went for the first time today and I must say I was extremely impressed EVERYTHING!!! Customer service was A+ the message I had was very relaxing, I felt so much better afterwards. Will definitely be going again!

I scheduled an appointment with Heavenly Hands 3 weeks in advance for an appointment on February 10th to get one of the February specials massages. The day before the massage, I received a call from Heavenly Hands letting me know that the massage therapist I booked would not be in that day, and they asked if they could reschedule me for an appointment in March. I asked if I would still be able to get the same massage I booked for February since it was a special. They told me that I would not, but they would have specials in March. I told them I wanted the special for February, and they told me the only way to make that happen was to put me on a waitlist. I said that was okay to put me on the waitlist, but to go ahead also and schedule me for March.On February 21st, I receive a call telling me that an appointment has opened up on February 22nd, and that I would be able to get the massage special. I go ahead and book the massage, but I tell them I would like a discount since I had already gotten a massage that month from another massage business because I was inconvenienced last time, and I am on a budget. They tell me they can knock 10 dollars off, and I tell them to go ahead and book me. On the day of the second appointment, I receive a call from them telling me that the massage therapist is out again, so I would have to be rebooked. I told them I am taking my business elsewhere.

Heavenly hands has the best customer service. Always great me with a smile and make sure my visit is amazing. This is my “me” time/ self care time. The facials make me feel pretty, massages make me feel good, lashes make me feel like a model and Sauna is a must!!

Best ever. Will for sure be coming back!! Friendly staff, clean rooms, a 5 star atmosphere.

Received a facial here from Hannah. She was amazing. A perfect touch as she explained what she was doing and what the product did, all while allowing me to relax in gentle quiet. Will go back!

This was my first time getting a massage or a facial and I highly recommend it! I used to think getting a massage was just for rich people, but it was so relaxing and amazing. Emily S. did my massage and Rhonda A. did my facial. They were both wonderful!

This is my home spa, I have used them for almost 6 years now and will go no where else. ive used about every service and never once a complaint. Pricing is great. Great CLEAN facility. extremely professional. Ive had the same esthetician for 5 years now there.

Amanda gave me my massage & she worked hard on all the kinks i had along my neck & lower back. I did not tell her I had scoliosis but when she finished she told me my hips were tilted & rotated to the left.. awesome...
