Awesome vape shop. So many different varieties of juice, pods, devices, disposables . Good prices too. They always surprise me. Twice now I thought I could only get my pods at one certain shop (with two different vapes - original caliburn and the new Koko) this shop comes thru in the clutch and has them and it’s way closer to my house and cheaper than the other shop I go to! Now for certain my go-to shop! Keep stocking them please! Also I’m sure if they didn’t have them I could ask them to stock them and they would. A+++

Edit** Assistant Manager doesn’t work there anymore. The rest of the staff is super nice and are very knowledgeable. I’ve been there about 4-5 times after the incident and each experience had been pleasant. Thanks so much to the manager who is a great friendly person and always makes us feel welcomed. Contrary to the bad experience I previously had, not I look for a reason to visit. I fully recommend it.The assistant manager was super rude. I have a Puerto Rico driver’s license and she wouldn’t accept it. We showed her the federal law that declares Puerto Rican licenses are valid in the US, she said it was a company policy and didn’t apply. When we asked her to call her manager she said we were being rude and asked us to leave. She ended up calling the manager who told her she was wrong. Keep in mind I was already a member and had bought juices here 2 weeks prior to this incident.

We were in and out super fast, they have a great selection and the gentleman behind the counter absolutely nailed it with the juice he suggested. It was his first suggestion based on what I told him I typically like and its one of the best juices Ive ever had.

This is probably the best store I’ve dealt with on the east coast… definitely will go here from now on for all my needs. The guy behind the counter was friendly and helped with my issue no questions asked!!! He knows how to keep his customers HAPPY

The man we met working the counter was very friendly and courteous, he gave our toddler a juice & when he noticed I was having a hard time seeing the vape juice from a distance he let me to step behind theglass display case to look at them up close, he made several recommendations based on what we were looking at & let us to try a few new ones one of which is now my favorite, we ended up buying 5 100ml bottles plus a few other items for $210... Well definitely be stopping in again on our next vacation

I just possibly experienced the most best customer service of all time. The staff was very friendly and prompt to all my questions about any device or the e-liquid I wanted to purchase. The manager of the store Chris was very friendly and nice and could answer any question I had about any thing in the store. He is very knowledgeable. I always feel like I get the lowest price on the market compared to other stores around Myrtle Beach. The products are very high-quality and affordable. I give this store a five stars because the staff really backs up their merchandise 110% . I always get a good feeling when I buy something from avail vape. I never have to worry about somethings that’s going to fail or taste bad.

AVAIL Vapor is the best business of its kind on the Grand Strand. The juices are high quality, the flavors are unique, and the price cant be beat. The service is excellent (Sandra is knowledgeable and eager to help). And the store is beautiful. The juice bars enable the customer to sample every flavor without having to switch batteries each time. They each have their own ready to taste. The atmosphere is peaceful and no pressure to buy. Chris is so awesome. Came in and told him what kind of flavors I liked and he took me straight to the kind of flavors I was looking for. He really cares about his customers. He took the time and showed me all the new mods out and told me how he liked each one from persona experience. I have definitely found my new favorite place to go and will be a regular customer!

One of the best vape shops I’ve ever visited! The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I felt very welcomed here and was treated as a valued customer. I believe the associate who helped me was named Casey. She went above and beyond for me. She showed me how to clean my tank and replaced my coil for me. She even gave me new O rings because mine were in very bad shape. She took her time with me and was very attentive to all my questions. It was just an amazing experience all the way around. Even though it’s about a 45 minute drive for me to get to this shop, this will now be my go to vape shop just because of the exceptional service. Not only does he have great customer service skills but he actually knows everything in his store between the mods, the juice, and everything else Avail Valor has to offer. I love Avail Vapor!! Not only do you feel like you’re at some type of fancy vape spa when you’re in there, but the service is unparalleled. I get one on one service with honest reviews of products. They don’t get annoyed with my many stupid questions as I am new to vaping and are very patient with making sure that I know everything I need to know. In town from Ohio this week and my mother in law is a smoker. I finally talked her into trying out vaping. We do have a store up near use but I have never been to an Avail. The guy chris that works there is THE BEST, I came in told him what I was working with money wise. Showed me the best quality for my money situation and on my way I went. But the most terrific part was the knowledge he had of the juice, not only was I shown a poster of what exactly was in the juice but was told it was made only for them in there professional labs! NOT A BACK ROOM LAB!

Great customer service!! They always know what I am looking for when I go in for either a new mod or new juice. They know what I like before I even know I enjoy it. Ive been going here for almost 2 years now and i wouldnt go to any other vape shop for anything anymore.

Went into this store while on vacation and I was running low on juice. When I went in I was kindly greated and was told about specials going on for juice. The employee kindly pointed out some of their top selling juices and let me wander around the store testing flavors while assisting me. I have to add that this store is on the next level with testing. All you do is get your disposable drip tip from the cashier and you can test as many samples on your own. Ive never seen anything like it and is sooooo cool! Prices seemed pretty fair for the quality of juice your buying. All in all if your in the area looking for vape juice or equipment, go to this store! You will be not regret it!

I’ve been to many different smoke shops. By far, Avail is definitely the Best! They’ve gone above and beyond with their customer service. I’m always greeted with a smile. Everyone has been super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products and devices they sell in the shop. And the flavors...so many yummy flavors to choose from.

Went to this Myrtle Beach location while on vacation. Chris Knight was fantastic. He stayed with me and picked out flavors he thought I would like. He answered my many questions and gave some good suggestions. Spent so much time in there, my husband came in to check on me, 😂. Spent to much money, but walked out with a new tank and accessories, battery charger, new and old juices. I absolutely will go back to this store when in Myrtle Beach. My fiancé and I went to a couple different places around Myrtle beach looking for a new vape, with no luck. Either didnt have what he was looking for, or the people working were generally unhelpful. We walked into Avail Vapors and were warmly greeted and helped from the beginning and of course found just what we needed. Casey was so sweet and knowledgeable about not only all devices but all the juices and flavors too. They are running an amazing store, after this wonderful experience, going anywhere else would be a waste of time!!

First time visiting Avail Vapor & was immediately greeted with a professional and warm smiles. The ASM and associate were both knowledge and helpful with every question and concerns I had when it came to vaping. The ASM took the time to show me the lower end MODS and the higher end MODS and were honest about his prices at his store and the competitors. They did not pressure me into buying anything and let me browse as I pleased. I will be returning in the near future.

Chris, the store manager, is AMAZING! I called ahead to ask some questions and he mentioned me coming in. When I arrived he got right to explaining that my mod was good but it was my RDA that had been causing me trouble. After going around and testing a few juices, I found one that I liked called Kraken, afterwards he helped me pick out a tank that worked well with the amount of flavor and cloud I wanted. This place is better than VaVaVape and any other store around. If I could give it 10 stars I would. This place is out of this world!!! I will definitely be a returning customer!!

Amazing, all-around best vape and e-liquid retailer. The staff is awesome and will spend 1:1 time with their customers. Im a beginner to vaping and wanted to quit smoking. Came to myrtle beach for vacation and avail was the first place i went to after checking into my hotel and having to wait for my room to be ready. The employees are such nice people and are super friendly. They have a huge variety of flavors and i would definitely say the best looking vape shop ive ever been to. I was in there for four hours talking to the store manager, Chris, about anything and everything, from juice, mods, tanks, rda’s, and even talking to me about the company. He even said if i lived in myrtle beach he would have hired me to work for him. But overall this was one of my best experiences at a vape shop.

Wow! Impressive lay out and they have so many premium flavors! The quality of these eliquids are truly amazing and the staff is very passionate and helpful! They have qr codes on the bottles so you can pull up a certificate of analysis Ive never seen that before.

Juices where way over priced, customer service was great. There testers obviously where not checked every day. Burnt coils in the testers, none working testers. Most testers didnt work or wasnt pulling any flavor. I mean come on 30 dollars for a 60 mil. The mark up on juices are insane.

This is by far one of the best vapes shops not just in the state, but around the country. I’d like to give two staff shoutouts. One for the manager Chris, and another to on of my favorite employees Casey. They are always smiling and helpful. They will answer any question you have about any device, piece of vaping equipment, or even juices. The vibe of the shop is very layed back and a pleasure to be in. It makes me feel very comfortable that they check ID as you walk in the door. The avail life membership is a one time payment of ONLY a dollar, and gets you serious discounts not only on devices, and juices, but let’s you taste all of their juices anytime you please. If there were ten stars, I’d give em all!

The hardware selection was pretty good, better prices than some, staff was fairly knowledgeable, only problem was the juice. Wasnt into any of their branded juice. I went to Zulu for the juice. With a few 3rd party juice I would have gave 5 stars instead of 4, but still a OK place

Women that work in this store are so dits and clueless.. they have no knowledge of vaping. Not helpful in any way. And dont let them recommend a better coil when you try to purchase the ones you want. Because they will not fit and you will be making another trip. Has happened 3 times to my hubby and I. Only thing they good at is standing behind the counter vaping looking clueless... I would rate this a 0 if possible.

When my band Slightly Faded toured Myrtle Beach for the first time, I went into a different shop (I forget the name, sorry my memories fading). I had dropped my cheapo vape pen in the rain and it shattered. I couldnt even get a flash of light out of it. I was new to vaping, so I thought maybe it could be made whole again. That other shop just kept me waiting, then just discarded my questions (I was a noob, I cant deny). I left that store feeling empty, and running slowly out of ideas. Then my singer and good friend Pepper Cumberland suggested we try AVAIL. Sweet georgia brown, what a difference! Even though we came in from the rain, they were extremely kind and knowledgeable, and could tell me exactly what I needed. They made me feel like I was family, which is nice after being stuck in a tour bus for months (trust me, its like being trapped in a crystal ball). Also, the inside of AVAIL is straight up beautiful. Tonight I ride close to Myrtle Beach, so I think Ill drop in. You owe you to yourself to check this shop out.

Terrible experience. I am well over 18 but had not brought my licenss in so I was going to let my husband just get what we needed because I was told I would have to go wait outside which was fine. But when my husband turned and told me he would just get it the lady saud, Well now that youve spoke to her about it in front of me I wont be able to sell you anything. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Bought a mod here and straight out of the box it was junk. Leaked and would charge and always would randomly just shut off. Then was refused a refund! This was after spending 150 dollars in the place. Would suggest going somewhere else

Chris and Cameron are great staff very helpful, they help you find just what you are looking for without being pushy at all, they are very friendly and even remembered the other times I and my firends went in the shop days apart, and for the shop itself it is very clean and has a sort of fancier feel to it in comparison to all of the other shops I have been in, they have an amazing selection of juice that is all premium at great prices, the flavors are strong and taste amazing, you can try all of them as well, the prices for all of their vape products are very low, I cant say enough great things about it myself and all of my friends walked out with something, they got full mods and tanks and I got the suorin are and 75 mls of juice

I went to this on Friday 3/10/17 at 1030am store was closed, the sign on the says it opens a 10am and the employee I spoke to the day before also said the this store would open a 10am but it was not open. This is false advertising and very disappointing customer service.

Avail has great staff that will help you quit smoking cigarettes with their huge variety of juices & has good deals that help as well!!
