Really enjoyed the treatments we received. I would highly recommend a facial or one hour massage. It was a little hot in the treatment rooms and the communication prior to our appointments was a little odd. Example: We received a text 25 minutes before our appointments asking us to arrive 30 minutes in advance lol. I would definitely book another service through this spa!

We had facials and massage and they were Top Notch, the massage beds feel like a warm cloud hugging you , cant wait to go back. Mary knows her faces ours look 1000xs better and feel so good. The champagne was a special touch we loved. Book your appointment today you will not be disappointed

I can not say enough good things about Mary and Sith! I dont normally do reviews but felt like this one was a must. I found Urban Oasis on a whim when I was in town for work this February and was able to get in with Sith for a deep tissue massage. Hands down one of the best massages I have ever gotten (and I have had a lot of massages). Fast forward 5 months and I now live in Nashville. I have seen Mary twice for a dermaplaning facial and she is absolutely amazing. Not only are her facials top notch but she is the nicest person I have met so far. I leave with my skin looking fabulous and relaxed and with suggestions from Mary on the town. She has truly made a difference on my transition to Nashville. Book with them ahead of time, they are popular!

I haven’t had me time in YEARS. I booked a deep tissue massage session with April and now I feel like I’m made out of gummy bears. I will definitely be back! It’s very pretty and clean. They also have very nice candles/products. Thanks guys!

The massage and cupping were fantastic. My only complaint is that due to the location of the reception area it was quite loud at times. The front hall could benefit from noise suppression or a white noise machine. Most of the issue was not due to the staff, but due to rude people speaking far too loudly in common areas of a spa.

It is so great to live right by Urban Oasis! A short walk through Centennial Park to a calm place with great massage therapists, facials, cute gifts, and a welcoming vibe. Sith, Ellen and the team are all seasoned professionals who can help with any ache or pain, or just help you heal and relax.

I booked an appointment here while traveling for work and it was absolutely perfect! I booked with Cristin Carnes for a neck and shoulder massage. She was very knowledgeable and helped a lot with the tension I had in those areas. Would highly recommend! Wish she was local to me at home☺️

My daughter celebrated her 16th birthday at Urban Oasis with facials for herself and her four friends. They all absolutely raved about them. The staff was wonderful!

My bestfriend and I traveled to Nashville for a girls weekend and we were so excited to have a spa day at urban oasis. We both scheduled the bombshell package which included an hour massage, a renewal facial, and a foot soak.Pros: The SERVICE STAFF was absolutely incredible. They all seemed to really be passionate about what they were providing and all of the services were mostly as expected. The massages were incredible, and the Massage beds were comfortable. There were also complimentary mimosas and coffee available.Cons: the waiting area and the service area is all in the same, which made transitioning in robes between services a little uncomfortable. Also the foot soak was a little less than expected- we loved the therapist providing the service but she unfortunately had to provide the service for myself and my friend so it didn’t really feel like a true spa pampering. The chairs were not comfortable and the ratio of foot soaking to foot scrubbing was underwhelming for the cost. The receptionist was not the most friendly when leaving the spa. Lastly the facial was initially very relaxing and felt great- however a couple of hours later my initially clear and healthy skin was rashed and felt almost sunburnt.Overall, would recommend for more of a massage experience and not a spa day.

Had such an amazing experience here this week. My sister and I walked over to the spa from our hotel and arrived super early for our appointments. The staff were really kind and made us comfortable by letting us wait in the spacious room upstairs and offered us water and champagne while we waited. I had booked a 1 hour massage and it was total relaxation. We were treated like gold and I will definitely come back if ever in the area again. Thank you Urban Oasis!

I wouldve given 5 stars but didnt because I felt a few things could change with the spa. I loved all of the services dont get me wrong and the place is very nice. I wish they did pedicures it would be better that a foot soak/scrub. During my facial in just wish I would have been told the steps before we started. All in all it was great experience!!

My husband and I came in for a spa day for my birthday and we had the best time. April and Natalie did our massages, they were great and we are really picky since we travel a lot and usually get massages while traveling and at home. Our facials were good too, so relaxing and really made my skin look fresh afterwards. I feel like Im still dewy looking a week later! I think we had Grace and Tiasia. We also did the foot soaks and were offered mimosas. The spa is decorated really cute too. Overall it was just a really great and relaxing birthday spa day.

I’ve been going to Urban Oasis since I moved here about two years ago. The customer service has always been fantastic. They have also been understanding when I had to cancel my subscription for a bit. Natalie is a fantastic masseuse, and I appreciate that she takes the time to work the areas that I describe.

I had the pleasure of taking my partner here in may of this last year for their birthday. What an amazing experience 🤩 it fundamentally changed how I view and experience spas. The atmosphere was so relaxing and the experience was fantastic. We’re from out of town, but you bet we’ll be back when we’re in Tennessee again.

Was in town to celebrate a bride and we booked the private party room so we could all be together for the majority of the time.I’ll start out by saying, the services I received- amazing. The professionalism of the space and the “private” room- awful. I think a better explanation when booking a party at Urban Oasis would have been a good start. Additionally, when one goes to a spa, there is a base level of understanding that you are paying for a service but also for a relaxing environment.From the booking, which Debbie, is amazing- however, other staff came in and out of our “private” party room the entire time as it appears it is also the staffs break room. It’s alarming when staff that are not working on you come in loudly and clean their dishes, get their drinks, hang out, and constantly closing and opening the door while you and your girls are trying to relax. Not quite a spa like experience.Also, their speaker wasn’t working and you could hear the receptionist and any outside conversations. The explanation of why the sound wasn’t working was that “it happens” . That doesn’t seem like a problem you would want to continue being a spa trying to promote relaxation. Also, It was mentioned in another post, the chairs in the private room are uncomfortable- especially when you are getting the foot soak. They are ones you would want people you don’t like to sit in.Overall- this isn’t a Spa I’d come to again or recommend, which is sad because the professionals conducting the services are excellent. Atmosphere wasn’t there and is JUST as important. Hope they change some things up for future private room party clientele in the future!

I had the worst Brazilian of my life here. It’s been about a month and I can finally process what happened and the severity of the situation. The whole thing took over an hour. I left with wax still stuck on me, I bruised a couple days after, and it ruined the first 3 days of my family vacation. She blamed the wax malfunctioning on it being a hot day outside. The lack of professionalism as things started to go downhill was quite loud and it’s taken me a whole month to really gather my thoughts of how traumatic this situation was for me. I trusted a service provider with a vulnerable part of my body and left in tears. Worst spa experience of my life

People of Color this is a post to inform that more than likely you will not be warmly welcomed in this space. From reading the reviews and also hearing the experiences of women of color that have been here the customer service LACKS. The energy and hospitality extended to US at the front desk is not relaxing. Services apparently are pleasant and massage therapists are warm and friendly but your start and finish when dealing with the FRONT DESK may be trash. So just a word of caution if you are considering this establishment. Would give less than 1 star if possible.

Had the best spa day here with my wife. The front desk staff were so nice helping me put this all together. We had couples massages & facials. My wife really loved her dermaplaning facial! We can’t wait to come back again.

My husband and I went for a couples massage and these girls were amazing. Julie and Abby were fantastic with doing exactly what we wanted and needed. The atmosphere and hospitality was great! We live an hour away and we will definitely take the time to visit them again. Highly recommended!

I booked my first appointment online last week. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff who greeted me with such friendly smiling faces. Immediately I felt at ease. I loved the foot scrub and soak. And the mimosas! The massage was AMAZING. My aches and pains went away and I was able to relax and enjoy my vacation. I am definitely going back on my next trip. Amazing service and wonderful atmosphere!!!

My Husband and I came in for massages yesterday 8/12/2022. The massages were amazing, but we were pretty disappointed because we were told to get there early and we would get mimosas so we were pretty excited to get that and relax as we are coming from out of town for a getaway. We get there 30 minutes early nothing was offered to us and sat in a room while all the employees were out gathered by front desk talking the whole time. Not to mention it was 10 minutes past our appt time and no one said anything. The ladies that did our massages were so nice and amazing but when we got done with our massage we weren’t even offered water. Anywhere I have ever gone you always get that after a massage as you should. I wish I could give 5 stars but the overall experience wasn’t what we hoped for.

I have to say, I’m quite disappointed- please note the photos posted are not of their current location (all except the one of the front of the building that is) - we arrived for our bombshell package at their front desk at 10:02. Our appointment started at 10. We were not told that there are 2 locations (one of which closed) and the Uber first started going to the wrong location, regardless we were there at 10:02. They had us fill 2 forms to fill out, which should have been emailed to us or even mentioned when we booked to arrive early- this is my first time having services anywhere other than a luxury spa (such as a four seasons) and never had to sit there to fill out 2 sheets of paper anywhere other than a medical office- that wasn’t the point- when I asked, where their locker room was to change into a robe, they mentioned that they did not have a locker room or anywhere to put my purse and I’d have to take it with me- fine (but how is this a day spa then? No relaxation room, no locker room, no steam room, etc). I was led upstairs for my first service in my package which was a 60 minute massage. The room was dark and crampt, with a loud noise of an a/c unit heard in the distance and overly loud spa music playing to try to cover it up- my massage started at 10:22 and ended at 11:08 (5 min on either end of that was adjusting things, etc)- this is the time I looked at the clock before/ after my head went into the pillow- what was supposed to be 60 min was 40 at best, and the massage therapist as nice was she was, I’m not sure was licensed or if so, was new to the industry- I receive massages by weekly and mentioned to her verbally that I had an injury in C3/4 with some compressed discs, and that I would love for her to work on that and underneath my scapula area- I asked for firm pressure and the areas that most massage therapists go after me telling them, was not where she went nor did she have the motion/ deep knowledge to know how to massage the area-about 10 minutes into the massage. A high-pitched screech occurred and she went on like nothing was happening. A few moments later I asked her if she heard that noise and she said yes, it’s the fan and she proceeded to turn it off.When the massage concluded I was led to an upstairs “relaxation” room that looked like a living room (with stained dirty carpet and a dirty mirror) I met my friend, she was offered beverage, and I was offered nothing. I had to walk throughout the house to find my Massage Therapist to ask her if I could have something to drink too- my next service was a facial and was led back downstairs -she was super kind and did a great job for what this was (after the massage I lowered my bar/expectations), but was left without some of the services mentioned in the description and the service lasting less than an hour as stated- lastly, I was led back up the stairs to that living room, where a large metal bowl was waiting for me to put my feet into for the feet soak/Massage- I soaked for about 20 min and because there was only one person to do the service for the both of us, my friend had to sit and wait for me which is probably why the actual services we got were cut short- the scrub portion of mine was about 4 min each leg and the foot/calf massage total was under 10.- active time we were worked on was about 15 min each- We were not offered a warm neck towel and not only were the chairs not comfortable or the area not relaxing, we had a bunch of women walking through the area to go to another room while we were trying to relax. If I didn’t have to prepay ahead I would have walked out, which is disappointing as the woman who booked me on the phone was SO nice and from the reviews (which I learned in this area are extremely inflated)- please save your money and time and go elsewhere. This was not the relaxation we were hoping for on vacation (maybe that’s why when everywhere else was booked This was the only place with availability.) later that night I was in so much back pain I actually had to get another massage to undo the doing :(

We went in for a couples massage. It was good. They dont have your traditional locker room set up and you dont change into a robe or anything. The massages were ok. I like to go for the full experience which this is more like a massage only type place. The staff was nice. The street was loud which the location was right next to.

This was a strange experience..So I came in my friend bought me a massage and facial. The lady hands me paperwork and tells me to sit in a roombehind her to fill it out. I was doing that about 3 minutes later someone comes downstairs and they tell me i have to move that this couple had to sit back there ( ill add this room was big enough for more than 3 people). She tells me to go stand at the front desk and fill out my paperwork. I did, she comes and gets me for a facial so that was fine ( i feel asleep).. then she tells me to put on a robe and shes taking me to a place to wait for my massage. So she takes me to a bench next to the front door- so now im in a robe where everyone can see me that walks in and out. So about 20 minutes goes by.. i ask someone whats up because my session was supposed to start 10 mins prior. She takes me back upstairs tells me to wait up there and if the therapist can only do 60 mns thats what ill get... abt 10 mins later she gets me for my massage.. the massage was fine. I literally got dressed walked downstairs and left no one said a word to me after my massage.. it was just weird. I think of spas as a place to relax and people are nice, the customer service was lacking all around.

Absolutely obsessed with Urban Oasis! Ti’Asia gives the best facials and is so sweet and calming the entire appointment! I’ve gotten three facials with her throughout this year and my skin has never been so smooth and glowy. Thank you Ti’Asia!!!

My first time to visit Urban Oasis. The building is gorgeous, lots of character. The staff, lovely. Mary chose a facial for me. It was nice and my face looks brilliant. I cannot recommend this place enough. It was gifted to me for a bday present. Great gift. They also sell gifts at the spa that are unique. Lots of very cool jewelry & candles!!! Gift certificates are a great gift for those hard to buy folks!!!

The CBD facial was such a wonderful, relaxing experience. Mary was so kind, the space was welcoming and I was provided the exact stress-relief I was looking for. Will happily come back!

My husband and I did a couples massage today. My LMT’s name was Ann. I was so pleased with our experience. It was my husbands first time getting a massage and I figured it would be helpful for him with tension and stress from work. He absolutely loved it. I’m very much a self-care kind of girl and am no stranger to bodywork but Ann’s precision even surprised me in some spots that she was able to reach. I didn’t even know I needed some TLC in some of the areas she treated today. It was such a great experience and I love seeing my husband so pleased. I caught myself smiling half way through it. We will be back.

This was an amazing experience for all in my party I booked about 3 weeks prior to our visit. Everyone was so polite and our massages and facials were so needed and left us feeling exhilarated! This was a special booking especially for my sister who is getting married later this year! They also have amazing jewelry and essential oil products!! If I lived here I definitely would be coming back!

I booked a spa package with Urban Oasis after my sister recommended them. I booked the bombshell package that included a one hour massage, one hour facial and a 30 min foot soak, scrub and massage. I added on the arm and hand polish and massage (15 mins). Mary, the owner, did my facial and she was amazing! Anna did the rest of my services and she too was amazing!!! Probably the best massage I’ve ever had! The location of the spa was very easy to find and the parking was located right in front of the building. The staff was super friendly as well!! The place was clean, warm and inviting. They have put a lot of thought into their services ...I was very impressed and will definitely be back!!! Highly recommend!!

My first impression four months ago was positive. I received a tour of the beautiful studio. I was offered a beverage and Mary, one of the owners, did a wonderful facial massage. The next month the manager barely greeted me but expressively greeted the white customer that followed me. I was not offered a beverage. After an amazing facial massage from Megan, the manager was excited to check me out and help me find a Christmas item for someone. This last time, I received no greeting from the manager. Again, the white female customer after me was greeted with energy. Mary spoke but the rest of the staff present did not. I was offered a beverage but declined until after my service. My appointment was at 10:00am but was called back at 10:10am and received a lack luster facial massage. I received no beverage until I requested it. I will not return to this studio. I wish it continued success. I hope my assumptions are wrong but I want to go where I feel comfortable and welcome.

I came in to get the 60 minute Oasis Massage, Colleen was my massage therapist and I could not be more happy with my visit! She is the sweetest soul and has the hands of a goddess! She consulted with me before our session about my problem areas and tackled the most problematic areas first. I felt very comfortable with her and she clearly knows what she’s doing. I felt like a new person walking out of there. Kudos to the entire staff for their kindness! I will definitely be going back.

This spa was amazing! My masseuse Ashley was phenomenal! I had the body polish+ the 60 min massage with hot stone (90 min service). This service was very reasonably priced. The staff is super friendly. I highly recommend Urban Oasis. My boyfriend and I will be back for a couples massage!

Expected a much better experience based on the pricing. All the employees were out gathered by front desk talking the whole time while I sat in a room behind them with the door shut waiting for my time. Very odd first impression. The facial was okay but I left with wet hair. Water just kept running down my face and back during the whole facial.

This is the best spa to get a massage. It’s clean, smells great and has the friendliest staff. My husband and I came for Valentines Weekend. Ms. Darlene and her staff were very welcoming. We had nice lavender spa robes and was offered water, champagne and snacks.We got in the infrared sauna which is absolutely wonderful. My husband was very impressed and it was so relaxing. We had the pleasure to have Brent and Amy to give us a couples massage. They were both great.My husband felt great with Amy’s massage. I have to say Brent was Amazing!! I got the deep tissue and Brent did a professional and wonderful job. I definitely will be back to see Brent at Urban Oasis. Thank you!!

Wow! I was very impressed with this spa. I received a gift card, and I redeemed it for a dermaplaning facial with chemical peel add-on.When I arrived, I was greeted with a smiling face and offered a drink- I chose a mimosa. Grace, my esthetician, brought me back to the room, which was very calming with low light and ambient sound machine. She took time to speak with me beforehand to walk me through the service and understand my skin concerns, which I really appreciated. She was gentle and thorough throughout the facial. She provided post-facial care to maintain and protect the awesome work she did. Grace is A++!!My skin is so so glowy and soft! I will definitely be back and recommending this spa to all of my friends and family.

My husband and I are from out of town and were looking for a couples massage for our honeymoon. Urban Oasis got us in the next day! It was a really great experience. I have a lot of knots in my back, and sometimes massages can be painful, but not this time! I was so relaxed and pain free! The staff are super friendly and the atmosphere is great! If Im ever back in the area, I would come back!

My husband lovingly set up a surprise appointment on a Saturday morning for a massage. I met Carol for the first time at Oasis. Walking into Oasis, the atmosphere was unique, cozy, and friendly with lots of fun gifts to shop. Carol asked about my specific needs/wants prior to the massage. The therapy room was beautiful with the perfect lighting, soothing music, and oil scents. I really enjoyed the layered blankets on the table. Carol had a unique touch - one of small and large movements with attention to detail. I will be back!! :)

This place makes me feel like a billion bucks & completely zen. I’ve been here 3x now, all for a dermaplane & facial & I just have the most amazing & relaxing experience ever. I’ve seen Atayshia twice & she’s phenomenal at her job - she’s so professional & particular about the way she does things, even in the smallest ways like putting the eye protectors on so lightly, not talking away your appointment, & massaging your upper back, neck, shoulders, & chest. Yeah, you heard me! I came in for a dermaplane & facial but she massages you too! It’s the most pampering experience ever. I seriously really appreciate too how she will talk, but she also totally gets if you want to enjoy your facial in silence. It’s just such an amazing experience all around & I’m so thankful I found Urban Oasis!

I have never had a bad massage at Urban Oasis. Colleen is my go-to but because I tend to book last minute she’s sometimes not available. I’ve had 3 other therapists and they have all given me amazing massages.

This place was beautiful and had great service. We came to Nashville to celebrate our bride to be and contacted Urban Oasis about 2 weeks prior to coming to town and they were able to get all 7 of us in at the same time. Service was fantastic, shop is adorable, the place is clean. Such a nice relaxing afternoon! Thank you Urban Oasis!

I didnt catch the name of the girl who worked on my husband, but he was extremely happy with his massage as well. Do not hesitate to schedule an appointment. You wont be disappointed!

Very nicely greeted by employees. Everyone was nice and helpful and not pressured to get more services done. The prices are reasonable for this small intimate place. The missus did great job, very relaxing atmosphere and very calming facial. They also sell in house made body butters that smell amazing. The only things that needs an upgrade is the foot soak to include a pumice scrub for a removal of dead skin and clipping of nails, cuticles, etc. Also afterwards have pairs of disposable foam shoes. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and will be back!

The best facial Ive ever had! I received a dermaplaning facial by Emily and she did an amazing job creating a relaxing environment and also was so friendly. She did a great job applying different products, massaging and doing the actual dermaplaning. Sadly I dont live in Nashville or else I would make this my go-to place for a facial. I highly recommend!

I just had my first massage at Urban Oasis new location off of Elliston. My 90 minute massage was fantastic (I saw Emily) and the building is beautiful and absolutely relaxing. They even have a little boutique in the lobby with all things self care. You should check them out.

My wife and I got a couples massage here on our honeymoon last summer and it was wonderful. Ive never been one for a massage, but they asked us where wed felt pain and really did a great job of customizing the experience for us. We were completely relaxed by the end of our time.

This was my first time getting a body, facial, and foot and let me tell you this place is wonderful! Definitely worth it if you are looking to get a massage. I feel completely at peace. Don’t skimp! definitely treat yourself to the body, foot, and facial. It’s definitely worth it!!!! And don’t forget to grab a glass of wine ;) beautiful place and super sweet people!

I went here for the first time earlier this week. I had a massage scheduled with Sith and let me tell you, it was worth every cent. Not only did he greet me with kindness and professionalism, he made me feel very comfortable. I had booked an appt for a lymphatic drainage massage with a deep tissue add on. Sith asked me a few questions about the issues I was having so he could better understand what I wanted out of my massage. I fully trusted him to do what he thought I would enjoy and I did! Everything about the massage was enjoyable. The lotions and the essential oils were incredible relaxing. His wife makes their body butters and candles and they are to die for. I can’t wait to go back! I would highly recommend!

I had a 60 minute scrub/polish massage with Christy today and it was amazing!!! So relaxing and enjoyed emencly 😁 I would definitely highly recommend it for others and look forward to my next visit ❤️ Thank you Christy youre the best!!

I could go on and on about how wonderful everyone is at this spa. To say that the services are fantastic is an understatement. And what I really loved is the fact that they truly truly care. When you’re there, you’re treated with such respect and care, it’s as if you are with family even if it’s your first time. I’ve been to different spas throughout my years, and this is by far my favorite!

Fantastic facility! Fantastic staff! Fantastic services!!! I had the dermaplaning and wow! My skills was so smooth and glowing after. I also had a fantastic cut and brow wax with Mary and she creates such a relaxed and open environment. I snagged some amazing bath bombs and skin care products from their retail shop that were perfection. I really enjoyed my experience and can’t wait to go back!

I decided to treat my best friend to a spa day here for her birthday. The reviews were great so I knew itd be perfect. We did the 1 hour massage & foot soak. I can honestly say this was one of the worst massages that Ive ever gotten. I did not receive a massage. I dont think my person was trained as a massage therapist. I was poked & squeezed the whole time. It was very uncomfortable & the lady talked all throughout the whole hour. She was all over the place & when I complained about her pinching my underarm she said it was supposed to be uncomfortable smh. It was terrible! My best friend however had an amazing time. Her massage was the best shes ever had!! Other than the talking from my massage therapist my BFF was relaxed & really enjoyed her massage. Our foot soaks were wonderful. Amy & Sith (I think thats his name) did a great job. I will not return but Im glad that my BFF had a great Birthday experience! Thank you Amy for making her day super special!!!

Traveling from Delaware on vacation. And wanted a good way to leave Nashville, found this spa on the internet based on the great reviews & it did not disappoint! Everything about the massage was amazing. April and Carol did my couples massage and if I could have packed them up in my suit case I would. I highly recommend visiting Urban Oasis!

My girlfriend and I got a CBD oil couples massage and it was amazing! Both of the people who worked on us were friendly and extremely professional, and they made us feel very comfortable and welcome. We will definitely be back.

My boyfriend and I were visiting Nashville for our birthday weekend. We wanted to do a couples massage but didnt have a clue where to go. We called Massage Envy. The receptionist was rude and she said that she couldnt get us in. When we called Oasis we spoke with a friendly receptionist that got us in in as little as an hour.The masseuse Genevieve was awesome!! She listened to want I needed and delivered! We were offered wine and other beverages and the atmosphere was spot on!! My boyfriend enjoyed his so much we are thinking of taking out a membership at our local spa!!! Thank you ladies so much!! We will be back to see you soon.

Urban Oasis is a wonderful blend of pampering and therapeutic self-care. The massage therapists are well-trained and do more than a just a Swedish rub down. The staff is professional and accommodating, and provide a clean and welcoming environment. Well worth a membership if you can afford it.

We were not treated with respect because we found out about the spa on Groupon. We called the morning of and were told to arrive earlier than our scheduled appointment the reason being as it turned out they were short staffed. We were asked to fill out paperwork WHILE our facials started and were then rushed through our facials, which did not make for a relaxing or enjoyable experience at all. Also, the person doing our facials took her mask off during covid. Based on all this, I would not go back or recommend.

4 friends and I had a pick 2 spa party where we all had a glass of wine in a private party room for a foot soak and individual massages after. Everyone there was extremely accommodating and nice, not to mention very talented! All 5 of us were very happy with the service, and we noted thats very hard to find with a group. We were offered water, drink refills, and we werent rushed out of the room. If we do nothing else during our trip to Nashville, Im glad we did this!

My wife and I booked a 2 hour couples massage. Carol and Emily did an excellent job. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. We are definitely coming back soon!

I have now been going to this spa for a few years and love the membership program making services affordable and convenient. I now get my hair done by Mary and have never received so many compliments. I love my facials and all the products and gifts. Massage and then a couple of days later reflexology has helped me maintain relaxation and good health. Cant say enough good about this spa.I cant wait to call to book my next appointment... My best days are my spa days at urban oasis. The environment makes me feel like im on a mini vacation. Their massage therapists and estheticians are very skilled and always personalize my services to fit my needs ... and i ALWAYS have to grab one of Marys handmade candles to take home.

My husband and I came in town to celebrate our anniversary. They were able to get us in and gave us an excellent experience and massage. We wished we lived closer to this business!! Highly recommend.

Lesson 1 -Dont go to a spa on a very cold day in Nashville. My daughter and I booked massages and foot scrubs at Oasis on one of the coldest days in the SE. Met with smiling and apologetic manager, Darlene wrapped in a long winter coat, who informed us that there was a problem with the heating, but upstairs was warmer. It was NOT.Lesson 2 - Finding comfort for a foot scrub in an upright (it was pretty, though) straight back chair. The chairs we sat in were perfect for the reception area but VERY uncomfortable for the foot scrub experience. Normally the chairs will recline, have a high back with head rest or SOMETHING?? I did fall asleep but awoke to a nagging neck “crick” from leaning over in a deep nod.Lesson 3 - Get up and go when your masseaurse (did I spell this right? - massage person) has long skinny COLD fingers and continuously uses a cold old on your body. Yes I told her it was cold but every time she touched me I jumped/reacted to her cold touch. That should have been another clue for her to atleast warm her hands and the oil. Her touch reminded me of when you swim in a cold pool and it stays with you all day.Lesson 4 - Don’t look in dismay when the manager tells you she will give you a discount on your return visit. RETURN visit??? Who’s doing that? HTTN - Hell to the NAW. Won’t be happening for us, sister!Even though Darlene and technicians were pleasant the end results were very lacking. Can I blame this on the freakishly cold weather? - No. Can I blame this on poor Management? - Yes. Go out and get more space heaters, oil warmers. Does this experience warrant a good rating - Not after this time, thus the 1 star.

Updated to 3 stars due to Urban Oasis calling to apologize.Ill start by saying I had an amazing experience (massage + dermaplaning facial) last April with the Groupon. I called today with intent to schedule and to verify that the services had not changed since last year according to the Groupon because due to a technical glitch on my app, neither the services nor the fine print were listed on my app view.When I asked what services were included, I was met with a very condescending woman who insisted I just have to click on it or I just have to scroll down to view when 1. I had told her it wasnt showing up on my device multiple times and 2. What if I just wanted to chat with someone over the phone rather than relying on a digital service? When I told her it wasnt showing up on my app, she was very argumentative, talking over me constantly and insisted well, its listed right here, Im looking right at it...Good customer service would have understood that I may be having technical issues with the Groupon app and continued to kindly list services applicable instead of blaming the customer for user error and fighting with me. Newsflash, Im not an idiot and know how to use Groupon.Long story short, I thoroughly enjoyed my first experience here, but due to the front desk lady (cant remember her name) treating me like I was an idiot over the phone when I simply called to inquire about services available to book what would have been a $400 visit for myself and a friend, I will not be returning nor will I ever recommend this place again.

Absolutely best place in town for a deep tissue massage. Get away from the stress and drama and go treat yourself! Staff is 100% focused on your needs and preferences. Easy parking. Oh and great local candles and jewelry too!!!
