5 STARS !!!!!!!!Ashley was an amazing provider! I have chronic back/neck issues and have had MANY massages of the years. She is by far the best Ive had. She really listened to my needs, and gave me exactly what I was asking for. She was attentive and had great suggestions for future sessions. I left with a permanent smile on my face, and had lots of increased motion and lung capacity. She is a true gem and I cant speak highly enough of her strength, skill, and confidence in her treatment.I never fill out surveys unless someone knocks my socks off, and lets just say Im barefoot.

I had my second massage with Alexander this past Saturday night and it was wonderful. It was my first 90 minute session and he exceeded all my expectations. Alexander always explains what he will be doing and always ask about pressure and areas i specifically want to focus on. The special attention he gives is a what each of us want to receive. You can tell he loves his work and gives clients 100%+! I do not remember the young gentleman that greeted me and checked me out was a very caring pleasant employee. So i give a shout out to him as well. This is by far my favorite Massage Envy!!

I recently visited Massage Envy for both a massage and a facial, and I couldnt be more pleased with the experience. The staff was welcoming and professional, making me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. The massage was incredibly relaxing and tailored to my specific needs, easing all my tension and stress. The facial left my skin feeling rejuvenated and glowing. The ambiance was serene and the facilities were spotless. I highly recommend Massage Envy for anyone looking to unwind and pamper themselves. Its truly a top-notch service!

I have been a member of Masaage Envy for a few years now. It has been one of the best investments for my mental and physical health. I have been blessed to find two great massage therapist at the Belle Meade and Green Hills location. Currently, my therapist is Ibrahim at the Green Hills location. His hands are magic. He starts every session inquiring about your problem areas and makes quick work of addressing those areas during your session. I always leave feeling amazing. I truly understand why he is in such demand.

Marianne was very professional and friendly which allowed me to relax easily. Her experience led her to locate problem areas and work on them without my even having to mention them first! She also made accommodations for my comfort that no one had made previously. That was very appreciated!

After service, I gave a tip of 10 dollars. The next day I noticed a 25 dollar charge on my card. I called to see why I was charged 15 extra dollars, without my consent. I was told it is an area fee. You would think that I would be informed of an extra fee before processing my card for extra money, but I was not. The service was shorter than 60 minutes. My appointment took 30 minutes. I paid for 60 minutes and received less for more. Because of this experience, I have canceled my membership! Massage Envy used to be amazing and now I feel like its not worth the money. Every service I have had in the last 6 months has been below expectations.

I’ve been working with Michael for the last three sessions and he is a perfect match! He is intuitive and very professional! I always feel comfortable and super relaxed when I leave. My pain and discomfort decreases significantly when I leave a session. I grateful for people like Michael who have a calling and take it seriously!

I’ve been going to massage envy for nine years in Greenhills and for the past four years, Ibrahim has been taken care of me! He is such a professional and he’s really great at what he does. I have a degenerative disc between C5 and C6 in my neck and he always takes care and make sure that he doesn’t irritate it! I only go to him and now I’m booking a 90 minute massage with him every time if his timeframe allows. I’m very happy That he is there to support my needs.

Ping is one of the BEST massage therapists I have had, and I have been getting deep tissue massages for years. Her skill and concern for her client is exceptional!! That’s why I will continue going to Massage Envy when visiting Nashville.Thank you, Ping, for the gift of your massage technique.

Had a massage with Frances and she was incredible! She was so communicative on pressure and did an amazing job. I will be back to see Frances very soon!!

Marianne is, hands down, the best massage therapist I have ever seen. She is incredibly caring and knowledgeable and has helped me with both chronic and acute pain. I highly recommend!

WOW...what a difference dealing with the Green Hills versus the Bellevue location. I spoke to RON (who was so AWESOME) and he assisted me with all of my questions, changed an incorrect email, provided such outstanding customer service. It has been such a hassle dealing with the location I signed up with that is it worth the extra 10 mile drive to visit this location. He also informed me that there is NO EXTRA charge PROVIDED that they are in an area where the prices are the SAME. Thank you RON-It was a pleasure.

A zero stars experience with Massage Envy once again. Ever since Todd Schrader has joined the leadership team, the attention to detail and customer experience have dwindled. The latest experience was a same-day appointment, went to check-in, and asked who my MT would be since the person on the phone didnt review my profile preferences. Decided to cancel my appointment and was told that I had to still pay 50% for a service not rendered because my profile preferences were created at another store and they cant access that information. Also, the awkward sales pitch at the end of your appointment for a membership package should be eliminated.

Jason was very pleasant and friendly. I could hear it in his voice, which was relaxing. He explained what he would be doing through the process and made sure I was comfortable. The atmosphere and music I really enjoyed.

We went Sunday, September 24, 2023. This was my first professional massage. I believe Alex did my massage, and he was awesome (and strong). I was apprehensive, being a larger person, but it was an amazing experience. When I asked him about his experience with larger bodies, he explained he use to work for a football team in NY, and it was evident. He really got in there, as I asked for deep tissue. The staff is pretty young, and there was one guy there who didnt seem to enjoy his job, but that was my friends problem HAHA; I didnt have him. Apparently, he complained that he was supposed to be off work during my friends massage. The young lady who checked us in was personable.

I had a 2pm appointment today with Michael,he arrived late,no big deal but i thought at least the minutes (6) he was late he would add onto the end,no he didn’t,also there was a wet towel on the floor,and to make matters worse at the end of my session i didn’t even get the courtesy of the warm towel,i am a member and this was a horrible experience,whatever you do dont book Michael. The receptionist was very nice and gave me free enhancement for my next visit.

Ibraham is absolutely top notch!!! He is very strong and takes his time and gives a quality professional massage! Ron at the front was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful!Thank you!!

Frances is an excellent therapist. She’s a great listener and I loved the pressure she applied. I made another appointment with her before I left.

Marianne is probably the best therapist I have come across. She is conscientious about problem areas in my back and brings great relief to those areas. I appreciate her and her talent.

Ibrahim never disappoints. He is wonderful as s kind soul and a masseuse. So glad i can enjoy his great work and feel better at tge same time. Thanking my lucky stars.

Aleksandar does amazing work. I feel very refreshed and renewed after each session. He listens to what areas are troubling me and puts extra attention to help alleviate pain. Massage Envy is lucky to have him.

Excellent service here. I was visiting from TX. Nice relaxation room, great massage, very attentive to my needs.

I came in and hurt my back really bad. I could not move it was crazy. I saw Frances and she worked magic I was moving a lot better after her service.

My massage therapist was terrific. He was very communicative, asking questions about my concerns, and ensuring I had a relaxing massage.

I rate Ibraham a 500 (5 is not enough) he is everything!!! I thank God my wife bragged on how great Anna how strong he is. Members forever or as long as you have Ibraham. He needs a raise!!!

I made an appointment online for this location yesterday, was running a few minutes late so I called to let them know I was running late and the woman sounded confused and said I didnt have an appointment scheduled for that day. I told her I had scheduled it online the day before. She responded sometimes when you make it online it doesnt actually reserve it, you need to call to schedule. I asked the woman, Okay so why in the world is it even an option to book online? She responded I really dont even know. Not apologetic at all. Ill never book another massage with massage envy again.

My massage from Kyle was great. The pressure was right on and the thoroughness was what I needed. I would request him again.

Jason explained the procedures prior to performing them which allowed me to be better prepared. He was courteous and provided details on the benefits of the service.

Brent & Schaefer deserves a giant RAISE❣️❣️❣️❣️Brent gives excellent massages, I feel sooooo much better after our sessions both physically, mentally and Spiritually. He is such a wonderful person, he knows his stuff.Schaefer gives wonderful facials, I enjoy her honesty and I feel great. I schedule Brent & Schaefer back to back (in that order); when I leave Massage Envy, I know as long as they are there, I will be back, LORD Willing. I scheduled a massage for my birthday. Two hours before the massage I received a text message stating that my service provider will be unexpectedly absent and to call to reschedule. I called three times to reschedule and no one answered or has returned my voicemail and it has been three days. This is very poor customer service and I am greatly disappointed.

Brent is fantastic! Lots of experience and knowledge of massage therapy.

Ibrahim is a very professional therapist. He provides great care during his massages. Brent is also a great therapist and I use him often as well. Massages are part of my therapy regimen, so they are important to me. The front staff is also very professional at this location. They have a fair amount of openings each day as well to get you in last minute.

Terrible terrible experience. The front desk girl Taylor reeked of cigar smoke and was completely unprofessional. She was talking loudly on the phone and swearing. I told her that I was uncomfortable with a male massage therapist and the massage therapist Brent stated that I was bipolar because I requested a new therapist on the day of my appointment. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in an establishment in my life. I would recommend any other massage envy but the one in Green Hills. -5/5 stars if I could.

I had the most amazing massage with Aleksendar this week! I had been suffering from chronic migraines from neck and shoulder tension from my job. He is very detailed in his skills and I felt so much relief for the first time in a long time! Highly recommended and I am glad to finally find such a skilled therapist! =)

Massage and facial were good!Customer service from front was not!I was in the area this past weekend and called to book a facial and massage. The lady on the phone Friday said she had a facial available at 5:30 and then a massage at 6:30. I get there to update forms as it’s been a while. Facial and massage was great! No complaints there. As I was getting a massage I felt like the time was longer then 60 mins, once it was done and I looked at my time it was 90 mins, I never get 90 min massage My compliant is Never once was I told it was a 90 min massage or even asked if I wanted that vs 60 mins. I mentioned it and all I got was an Oh and then she continued to tell me my total and charge me.If you call to book your appointment confirm the time frame your booking.

I have been to this facility 3 times. My first two massages were with Sherri and she is an extremely nice and personable person and I love that however, she talks the whole time and when I book a massage I want to decompress and relax. I want to not think or engage. I also prefer firm massages which she doesn’t do. I decided to try someone else. My third massage was with Ash. He was great! The pressure was just right and he did exactly what I asked. It was relieving and relaxing. I felt I found my regular person except when I went to book my next appointment with him before I left they advised me that was his last week. Back to the drawing board.

Jason was excellent! Deep tissue massage focused on my neck and back to relieve pain from poor posture. Jason was very professional and my neck and back feel much better after.

Charged for services not provided. Was running less than 10 minutes late due to multiple unannounced lane closures on I-65, called to provide advanced notice, rescheduling was offered and accepted but no mention of any fee was made by the customer service representative. Deceptive business practices and incredibly poor customer service. A triple digit sum is not an ordinary or reasonable fee for running 5 minutes late. My wife will *never* be utilizing their services in the future, and I will advise everyone else to avoid this place like the plague. 0/5 stars.

I LOVED my facial with Leia! Very relaxing and my skin was so hydrated and glowing afterward! She also help me with adjusting my at home routine and the results are amazing so far.

I have a very squirrelly schedule and they often fit me in at a cancellation. I never worry about who I get. I’ve found all practitioners to be talented and professional.

Sherri was a beyond excellent masseuse! This was probably the Best massage I’ve had in years! She targeted all my areas of strain with just the right pressure and I felt so relaxed and not stiff like I was when I walked in . Melanie was compassionate and asked the right questions. I had some very tight spots I needed work on and she gave me insight to why those spots were so tight and how to release them while thoroughly helping me loosen up. I can tell she’s passionate about massage therapy and I personally like being educated, but she had also offered to remain quiet and just let me have a silent massage if I needed it. She’s a pro. I’ve already booked another appointment with Melanie.

I’ve been with massage envy for years. The subscription model is a forcing function I use to practice self care. What I love about the Greenhills location is they always seem to have availability which indicates they have great staffing levels compared to the location near my home. I’ve never had to go more than 2 weeks out to book a weekend appointment. This past Saturday I saw Sherri, she also had great etiquette, talked enough to break the ice but allowed me to relax and enjoy a silent massage once we got into it.The one opportunity is due to the model the great therapist tend to turn over after a couple of years.

Sherri was my therapist and she was very nice. However, I booked on the app and said her pressure was medium. She told me at the beginning of the appointment that she doesnt do harder pressures anymore for various reasons. That would all be fine, as medium is what I wanted - except that was not medium. If her pressure had been any lighter she would no longer have been making physical contact with my skin. So I didnt get a massage, I sat there for 60 minutes while someone gently rubbed lotion on me.... not what I wanted or needed

I was disappointed in the cleanliness and lack of spa-like vibes in my massage room. There was one office chair in the corner to put my things on which was stained. Also, my massage therapist didn’t tie back his long hair and as a result I felt it on my back at times. Unfortunately I wouldn’t go back.

I have been to about 50 therapists in my lifetime and Grace was the absolute best! I loved her approach, energy, explanations, suggestions, gratefulness, and positivity. She made me feel comfortable and refreshed.

Massage Envy Green Hills has the most welcoming, friendly and accommodating staff. I have been going there for relief for years and I am truly grateful for them. Ron is wonderful and Jennifer, my therapist, is excellent at providing a great massage with effects that last for days afterwards. I have had quite a few therapists there at different times and they are all very good. Grateful for this place. 10 stars for Ron and Jennifer! 🙂

Ron is so helpful and knowledgeable. He didn’t pressure me into up-sales. He only suggested things that would save me money. He also is so personable and polite. Jacob is an incredible masseuse. He is so respectful and caters the massage to preferences. He was able to target pain points that I didn’t even know were there which released so much muscle tension. I’ll continue to request him.

I purchased a massage for my wife and to say the least it was a bad experience. From the staff dropping F bombs in the lobby over the weather to the massage therapist indoctrinating my wife on eastern religion and how to open her Third Eye it was a joke. Do not go here! Very unprofessional.

I had my first ever massage and facial with Sherri and Bailey, and they both gave me a wonderful experience! Not only was I super impressed by the quality of service from the estheticians/massage therapists, but by the friendliness and professionalism of the front desk staff. I will definitely be coming back on a routine basis, and highly recommend the Green Hills location for anyone looking to become a member of Massage Envy!

Jason is absolutely the best!! He is the reason I got a membership in 2012 (wow, 10 years!) I have moved 3 times and drive past 2 other massage envys from the other side of town just to see him. I am now pregnant and see him every other week. I cannot say enough good things about Jason and how he has seriously changed my life.

I have seen Farnoush twice now for facials and she is wonderful!! She creates such a peaceful environment and I feel more relaxed after going. She also gives great suggestions for other products to try but has never made me feel pressured to buy. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Grace for about 2 years now and she has done wonders for my body. I haven’t had any other services at Massage Envy in Greenhills but I’m sure they’d be wonderful. The people who work at this store are always amazing and friendly and truly try to get to know you. I love my sessions with Grace and I make my appointments weeks in advance. Space is very clean and they provide all the necessities for a Covid free experience.

I have been a member of Massage Envy for the past two years. Since the Green Hills location has been under new management, the massage therapy there has been exceptional. Recently got a massage due to lower back pain and a catch in my neck. I went to the massage therapist Ibrahim and it was best massage I have ever had. I left out with no pain. Job Well Done!!! Go see him. You will not be disappointed.

I had a stretch session with Sherri, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She was very thorough and was teaching me things throughout the session. I’d had this knot in my left shoulder for weeks. Chiro and massage helped some but it took stretching to really break it up. Very pleased with my visit.

Rex is the most knowledgeable and experienced massage therapist I’ve ever had! (And I’ve been through A LOT!) I used to go to the ME closer to home but when I had an emergency due to my sciatic nerve, I had to find another one and I’m so so glad I did! Now I drive 45 mins one way just to see Rex! He’s made me a forever customer!!

Not sure why you call your location a clinic while this is classified as massage spa. Just open Google maps and search for pedicure (screenshot attached)

The level of professionalism from the Assistant Manager to massage and facial therapist were A rated. They each made me welcomed and happy to see me. They each took time to make sure I understood my schedule, who my therapists were and both therapist explained what they were doing every step of the way.

Ash is fantastic and highly recommended! He is extremely professional and is great with communication in ensuring your comfort and maintaining your massage preferences. He has a great attitude and high energy. I always have a great experience!

I’ve been going to Melanie at the Green Hills location for a few months and she always does a great job and listens and reacts well if I ever ask for more or less pressure. Easy to schedule (and reschedule) online, but you do sometimes have to do it a ways in advance.

I had a great experience at massage envy! I came in completely knotted up and walked out relaxed. My massage therapist adjusts her normal treatment to specifically relieve tension in specific areas. I would highly recommend this place and Coleen for any issues you may be experiencing.

Jacob was hands down the best massage therapist Ive ever had in my entire life. Ive been having a ton of issues with my hip and he really helped with the tension. Walking doesnt hurt as bad anymore!

I’ve called several times in an attempt to fix an issue with my mom’s account not being linked to her online account. This problem caused her to get charged for a massage even though she had a membership and didn’t tip her massage therapist as per instructions in her account. After each call I was promised my problem would be looked into and I would get a call back. Not a single time did I get a call back, and my problem most certainly was not resolved. I was basically just lied to after every single phone conversation not just by front desk employees, but, more importantly, by management. Management didn’t care that one of their therapists wasn’t tipped a single dollar after a 90-minute deep tissue massage. Very disappointing.

Malcom was the absolute best! Came in from out of town and luckily got booked last minute with Malcom. He listened to my concerns and was very knowledgeable and professional. If you truly want to get to the root of your pain and feel completely relaxed definitely book with Malcom.

5- Roylessha demonstrates professionalism at the highest level. Her knowledge of skin care and how best to meet you specific skin care needs are phenomenal. She provides a calm assurance so I can relax and leave my skin care in great hands. I am grateful to have her for my skin care.

Ibrahim is my go-to for firm to deep massages, I have tried other therapists and will only use him from here on out! He listens and adjusts based on your needs. Excellent massage and makes you feel comfortable as well.

Felicia was Fantastic!!!! My husband came home so relaxed that I have made up my mind to get him regular massages every month. The staff was so wonderful and attentive.

I needed a gentle massage due to leg edema and pain. He did whats called a lymphatic massage ti get rid of the swelling in my legs. He protected my privacy throughout the entire massage. My back was hurting a lot bc i have chronic back pain. Back pain gone after thw massage...what more can you ask for. When i received my facial she moisturized as I asked her to. She also helped me discover that i have TMJ and i am going to get help for that bc if her. Thank you Massage Envy

I love masssge envy green hills! They are incredibly well run from leadership to front desk staff to the actual therapist. I see Roylesha for facials, and I’ve learned more about the health of my skin and how to better take care of my skin from her than anyone else. She also provides awesome sessions that I look forward to and leaves my skin glowing, healthy and supple for weeks.

I love coming to this Massage Envy. Ibrahim is one of the best therapists Ive had. He and the rest of the staff always make me feel welcomed and tend to remember random quirks about my preferences that make it seamless for me to get onto the table and trust that he needs no direction.

IBRAHIM is the absolute best massage therapist I have ever had. EVER. I have been in the spa industry for over 20 years and he is absolutely fantastic. Worth every penny and then some!

Typically go to another location but switched to green hills because no other time slots were available to me. I was sent multiple text updates about Covid protocols and safety of all.Massage was great however at the end I felt the masseurs breath on my face very close. They clearly were not wearing a mask, and possibly hasn’t been the whole time. (Not sure eyes were closed and face in the cradle). This was gross to me and clearly violating their Covid protocols. Will not be returning to this location again.

DO NOT GIVE MASSAGE ENVY YOUR CREDIT CARD! I purchased massages for my fiance last summer for his birthday. I planned to purchase a package of three massages but the sales person told me I needed to purchase a 3 month membership. After the initial 3 months, my credit card was charged a fourth month, but they agreed to remove the charge when I submitted a cancellation form. The charge took about a week to be credited to my account. I woke up last Thursday to find my account has been charged a fifth time several months after my cancellation. They said it was a mistake, but it has been almost a week and the charge to my card has not been removed. The massages were okay, but they pressure you for a credit card and then dont use it responsibly.

My masseuse came into the room with a bad attitude. I had emailed exactly what I wanted. I wrote it on the form l filled out while I waited. She began to rub oil on my leg with light up and down strokes. I told her I needed deep massage- l had already said twice what I needed. She became exasperated and said “l don’t know what you want”! I told her again. She apologized for her shortness with me because she had a fight with her boyfriend. Wait, what? She ended up rubbing me so hard that I have a bruise of her thumbprint on my thigh. I take responsibly for not telling her it was too hard after telling her it wasn’t hard enough. Won’t ever be back.

Wow wow wow Sherri is the best!!! I had some shoulder and nerve pain from being a side sleeper and it’s completely gone. 😊 She was professional, kind, and incredible, highly recommend!

My massage could not have gone better. I came in with an old injury with a “flare up”. I could barely move my head to the left. She massages the area, used heat therapy and Biofreeze I was able to have more range of motion and a lot less pain. She gave me instructions on continuing my care. She definitely went above and beyond.

Malcolm is a compassionate professional therapist. I have had a difficult time finding a therapist that could address my sciatic/periformis issues. Malcolm was able to relieve some the pain I’ve been feeling for several weeks.

Felicia provides such a great experience throughout my monthly massages with her. She listens to my needs and applies her intuition to help my body relax and recover from stress, injury and fatigue.

This business is run extremely poorly. They constantly cancel, they dont call you back, and worst of all, Ive had to complain about male employees being inappropriate. Pick any of the other amazing local spots around Nashville...but dont go here.

My therapist was Melanie. She was attentive to my painful spots and very thorough. I was in a lot of pain when I came in and she helped me loosen up and regain function.

This location always makes an effort to accommodate and knows what their clients typically want. They are courteous and professional, while also being personable. I never have any concerns when getting massages or facials here. Best place I have found.

Jacob listened to issues I had, explained what he could do to assist and give me some relief! He did just that. He also gave me things to do at home. I really enjoyed my experience with Jacob!!

The therapist worked on some problem areas in my upper back and the results have been good so far. Post race (half-marathon), I had no problems recovering, and was able to run a few days later with my running club (4.5 miles).

Roylessha is the best esthetician! She takes care of all my skin care needs! Roylessha has really took the initiative to put me on a right path to clear healthy skin!

Prenatal massages with Jason are the one time I really relax during my pregnancy, he’s great!
