Amazing staff, very kind and helpful, plus they will listen to you to figure out and uncover what item will be best for what youre looking for. Their products are priced well for the quality and selection. They have selections that Ive never seen at any other vape shop. I hope they expand their stores to more areas around Nashville so I dont have to drive 30 minutes to get there, but I will till they expand.

I am an unhappy customer. I had purchased this Tincture priced @$129 Very unhappy I called to ask if I can get an exchange for a different product because I don’t know what ingredients they use to make this but all it does is put a bad taste in my mouth & gave me stomach cramps.. it do not do what it supposed to do AT ALL.. I’m very upset because this product is expensive.. I called an spoke to an employee and he said he will talk to the owner and I said I will call back.. I called back now I’m blocked. Very disappointed

Sold me a fake kang vape. Decided to open it up to see whats inside and there is metal debris on the top and bottom portions of the juice tank. That is just wrong.

This shop is full of unique pieces from water pipes, bowls, trays & all the accessories you could possibly need. They even have dope pieces from local glass blowers. The staff is down to earth, tranquil & very helpful. If you’re anxious about shopping for glass then this is a great place to go because it is very relaxed, they do not pressure you & you will walk out with an awesome piece without any worry that you over paid or that it will be lacking in quality.

I found the man working was rude and was not concerned with helping me. Instead he wanted to tell me how I should smoke and seemed very judgmental that I didn’t smoke dry herb. I don’t mind suggestions on new things but don’t tell me “ no you can’t smoke it that way’” well I do .I would not recommend to anyone. The store was all over the place and definitely not organized at all.

Roger was fantastic! Soon as we walked in we were greeted and helped. They have the best selections and best deals. Roger took the time to show us everything we needed. He took us around the entire store and explained everything to us that we needed for our Hookah. Great place! Best in Nashville

They have a nice selection, but prices are a little high.Bought water pipe and on first use it had a leak on the bottom. Dude working there said nothing he could do.He suggested using water proof glue to reseal it (its silicone), did not work. All I wanted was exchange, but it was used (2 pulls of Delta 8) was cleaned VERY well. I said you cant just put it back on floor and he said he would just seal it and put back on floor. Huh? So the next person will just get screwed??? All you have to do is return it to your supplier, not pass on the problems to customers. Pretty shady! Wont be back!

Products are always great and the employees are knowledgable about any question you may have. Shout out to Alan he really does a great job with customers and is very sociable. Went to country clouds and had a great experience. The people were very nice and willing to go through the trouble to get the things I wanted to see, no matter how many things I had to look through. Also got some of the “XO Health Solutions” CBD, out of all the CBD I’ve tried this one had the best taste and did a great job relieving both my headache and stiff neck

Roger was awesome. Answered every question we had. He went above and beyond. This is the only store we go to.Edit: My piece was defective so I called the store and spoke with Roger. He immediately called his boss and a coworker to help with situation then asked me to come up to the shop. Once we brought the piece to the shop and Roger saw it was defective he called his boss again and they replaced the piece. I will absolutely be coming to this place for life and will recommend to anyone who will listen.

I called last week and ask about getting a cool for my ijoy avenger and the new manager said he didnt have any, but wrote down all the information and told me he was going to order some in and will contact me when they arrive. Sounds like good management has been made. Very respectful and sounded like he cares about his customers. Will be leaving smoke token to give this place a try.

Do not bring your business here. They sold me a vape and it started leaking all over the place that day. When I brought it back a few hours later, all they did was take my spare coil and replaced the original one.This did not fix the problem. Started leaking the next day.When I went back they told me they could not doing anything about it.So to review, this store sold me a faulty item and I am just out $100 now.What part of this is okay??????

Being a cannabis connoisseur/entrepreneur, I dont like to go long without smoke lol. So this place was my first stop after my flight landed, Before we even checked into our hotel lol. The hospitality of the gentleman and lady working were phenomenal. They were knowledgeable about their products, and they even let me try new merchandise they couldnt give me an honest review on(they just got it in). Experience was okay. Dude talked me into getting different coils than I normally do. Told me I was wasting money. Should have went with my instincts and got coils I usually go with. The coils he sold me burnt up literally in one day. He was on the phone a good amount of the time and got off when more people walked in. Didnt have the glass piece i needed for my tank( or rather did and he didnt wanna search for it). Usually get the piece here everytime i need it. Dont think hes as knowledgeable about vapes and the products as he thinks he is. Kinda seemed semi douchey but the good thing is. He gave me a 10% discount for not having the piece. Other than that. Will prob shop around at my other places I usually go to. Wanted to try a new place where my experiences werent too bad the other times. Made a mistake. Told me he only gave me discount so id leave him a good review.

Wish I could give this place 10 out of 5 stars. I just cant say enough good things about it. The employees are like family at this point and I wouldnt go anywhere else for my smoking needs. Dope spot! This cool dude with a rad shirt named Zac hooked it up and even wrapped my water pipe so expertly in bubble wrap that when the dog jumped on me when I got home and dropped the bag it was in three feet to the floor, it didn’t even break. Top notch!
