Balance and Awareness is a wonderful practice. The office is inviting, relaxing and professional. The serene view of East Bay from the large windows instantly puts you at ease.Anabel is amazing, I highly recommend her. I have seen her for energy work and massage. She has been incredibly important to me in my healing journey as I have chronic neck and lower back pain. Recently, I ran in the NYC marathon, her healing touch soothed my aching muscles during training and expediated my recovery post-race. As soon as I pulled in I was at a 5 star retreat. The lush landscape and sneak peak of the bay in the back set the tone for what was to come! Annabelle greated me with a warm, inviting, gentle smile and I knew I was in the best care. The ambiance was very soothing, soft music was playing, was very modern but so comfortable and instantly took away my anxieties. I personally have a great amount of trauma and pain. Annabelle suggested the Bio Magnetic Session and walked me through step by step how the session would go and helped prepare me for the best experience possible. I couldnt wait to get started! I left with the most profound feeling of peace! I will be back many more times. This retreat is such a treat! Thank you Annabelle for such a uniquely beautiful experience!

I have seen Annabelle twice so far and she is amazing they are very knowledgeable and professional got me in right away so far she has helped me with my pain more then dr’s have helped in 25 years I can’t say enough good about this place I will definitely be going back to see her and I would definitely recommend her.
