Cloud City Vaporium (Navarre FL)

Very friendly man waited on us, answering all of our questions, and helping us with our needs/wants. Lots of great choices to choose from in the store. We will be visiting them again before heading home.

The gentleman working there was absolutely the best. He was able to answer any questions I had and also recommended the best Mellow Fellow Ive bought. I would recommend this shop just because of him. But seriously, if you live nearby, go try out this shop!!

Super friendly staff! I always spend more than a few minutes to figure out what I want and they are ultra patient with me; I appreciate how casual everyone is and I enjoy talking to them while I’m in there ☺️

I went in after an issue with a prior employee, Melissa made the situation right. She also made it to where I didnt have to purchase something unnecessary and made me an appreciative customer. 10/10 recommend. This place will take care of your habit and the wallet that supports it.

Awesome environment and has everything you need. All the staff are very knowledgeable about the products they have. If you are you indecisive, they will help you find what you want. The manager Melissa is always welcoming and goes above and beyond! I promise you will be a returning customer.

I’m not usually one to write reviews but I definitely appreciate the refreshing customer service this place has. Every time I’ve been in there they’ve always been kind and helpful. A couple of the other shops in the area treated me as an inconvenience so this will be my new go-to place. Great job guys!

Stopped by Cloud City in Navarre today, I love going there when Im in a rush because they actually have a pull up drive through where you can get what you want and go. Everyone there is super helpful, Ive never gone in and not have someone greet me and suggest new things, theyre always fully stocked. Theyve got a great selection of pretty much every thing you need.

This place is the Best, Hip, pleasant, informative place for all of your VAPE /HOOKAH needs!

Im new to vaping to not smoke cigarettes anymore and I gotta say if you know someone who has a good tasting flavor go with what they know...dont go with what the store recommends cause they will just try to sell anything...if you think something is going to taste good because of the name and it turns out it doesnt theyre not going to do anything about it....so your out of luck when it comes to spending youre money and finding out its not good flavor even when it sounds good....its obvious that the owner doesnt care either when they have a million vapes in the store...Will not be coming back to this location
