I love this vape shop! They have delicious e-juice! One time I thought my vapes nicotine was a little high and they were so sweet and replaced it! They also have a cool head shop, lots of juice, and disposable vapes.

Visited this place in late July, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Compared to my local vape shop. Would highly recommend and revisit when in town.

Super nice and helpful. They went above and beyond by cleaning and drying part of it and throwing in a band to help keep it from breaking. I’m glad they was my first stop, and if I need anything else vape wise in Navarre they’ll be my only stop!

I am visiting here from Houston, TX. I come here annually since I have family here. I was at Navarre beach and dropped my e-cig in water. Needless to say I was desperate to find my replacement. I rushed to the Vape Supply that was the closest vape store. I asked if they had Caliburn which is the vape I have used for two years since I quit smoking. Without selling or suggesting anything, they said they understand being attached to a certain brand they suggested going to a close by store. While the gentleman was giving me directions, the lady said that she will just call and ask instead of me waste time. They didn’t have it but the lady said she could bet she had seen it in their “throw away” display pile. She started going through this big pile of ecigs and she pulled it out of all these various boxes a Caliburn e-cig!!! I offered to pay multiple times but they wouldn’t accept. I had heard about Houstonians and their southern hospitality / kindness / helpfulness, this couple took the cake and showed me it ain’t just in Texas. Leaving them this review is the least I could do. Please if you are in this area visit them, they are genuine helpful people making an honest living. I too shall be back!

My hands down favorite vape store ever!! Ive lived in so many places and have not found a store that upholds the highest customer service, value for the price, with a great atmosphere than this store. Seriously, I dont even try other stores anymore, this place is hands down THE BEST!

But thats not all- the staff members were amazing! They were nice and welcoming which made me feel like home. I will be coming back next time we are in town.

The best staff ever!! Hannah, Ethan, and Lex are the best group of workers ever. They will answer any and all questions you have. They will listen to you and direct you to what is best for you. They are not trying to push expensive products, they are trying to make sure you are completely happy and that all your needs have been met. The store itself has every single product you could wish for, IF they do not have what you are wanting, they will try their best to get it for you!! The vibe is amazing everytime I go there.... they literally treat you like family.... again I can not recommend this store and staff enough.... I promise you will not leave empty handed or unsatisfied!!

Stopped by this place on my search for good local juice and am very happy to report that their house juices are some top quality. They have the best selection desert flavors I have found so far specifically custard vanilla flavors which is oddly not so easy to find. Their ry4 is also perfect. They dont over power their juice with flavor so you can vape on for weeks. Thanks again.

My new favorite vape store. I tried the other down the road and was not impressed. The ladies here are friendly and very helpful. We came from overseas and these ladies were more than helpful with trying to replicate my juice. The have a large list of flavors and they can make their own. They also have specials and are fairly priced. They also carry new vaporizers and the parts for them. Go visit them!

A Great couple run it. Don’t waste your time going to other stores. People will get used to their favorite vape brand, only to have other stores sell out and make you wait weeks to get it again.Not this place, they keep plenty of your favorite product.And are friendly and will answer any questions you may have.

Feels like a head shop from the 70s. Most of the customers service staff seem to not really care if you are there are not...outwardly, but, if you engage them with real conversation, are very knowledgeable. Great flavors, all the equipment you may need at a fairly reasonable price

Best shop in Navarre. Most vape shops you enter, the customer service depends on what employee they have working that day. Not here. This store has gone out of the way for me now on a few separate occasions. Friendly, great selection, willing to help.Got some pretty heady gear too!

I love this vape shop. I think they over priced the mod that I bought, BUT, they have a great staff, lots of house juices, good prices on everything (except my mod), and are always happy to help. They offer military discounts and often have sales to accompany holidays, events, or just felt like having a sale.

The staff was quirky but very helpful. The e-liquid prices are the cheapest Ive found in the panhandle. Ive tried five or six different versions of Buttery Nipple flavor, and Id say this place has the best. Ill be coming back.-Herb

I go here all the time like every other day or 2 for juice and today I went in cause my e-cig was messed up and had broken (plus I needed juice lol) anyhow I showed them the problem and they fixed the problem with in seconds and took real good care of me so onto of writing a good review I also wanted to say thank you to your vape supply who has always had anything I needed and helped me out when I needed it. A friend of mine stopped by YVS to buy some coils while she was visiting Pensacola (were from the Tampa area), and brought back Honeydew and Guava flavored juices... I fell in love. Ive been ordering online from this company ever since (about 1 year now). A lot of other Guava juices Ive tried taste straight up nasty, and nothing like the fruit. Have you ever tried the popular Chinese Guava flavored hard candy? YVSs Guava juice tastes very similar. Anyways, these guys have great products, super fast shipping, and excellent customer service. If Im ever in the area, Ill definitely stop by.

Always very helpful, very informative, Im usually in and out within a few minutes. Juices are a little pricey compared to other places that Ive tried but other than that, no complaints.

This place is a scam. Their “vape juices” shatter pods, which in turn made my vape break and busted my lip. “No returns because we know we’re scamming you”. Hope you go out of business, or get sued.

I go to this vape shop almost every other day. Ive grown a pretty close relationship with all of the workers there and they absolutely have the most amazing staff. Their prices ae very reasonable and even give discounts to frequent, loyal customers, as well as offer military discounts! Also included is a vape card that keeps track of e-Liquids that you buy and adds up to a buy-9-get-1-free deal, ANY SIZE! Every time I have a poblem with my Tank and it needs a quick fixing theyll do it for free with no charge to the parts if its a business error. Ive seen it in some other reviews here as well, but their is another vape shop down the road that I have never set foot in because this one is hands down one of the best businesses Ive ever been to. They take pride in updating their shop because over the years its made a lot of changes and upgrades from being split in half with a Video Game trade-shop to becoming its own shop with a bar to lounge and vape. I highly recommend this vape shop to everyone! Even if youre vacationing and need a place to stop by, have been living in the area for forever and need a regular shop, or have been looking to start vaping and need proficient, honest, and dependable service, you need to come to this shop! I promise it will be the best decision youve ever made for your vaping needs!

Was not happy with my last experience and will not be returning. Got some could from here they burned out very quickly and no I wasnt doing anything weird to make them burn but finally after the fourth one I put in I noticed that the coils that I was sold were all broken upon inspection from another vape shop. Terrible

If I had reviewed the very day I went in to this shop I would have given them a 5 however it’s now January ( I went at the beginning of dec 2017) when I thought I needed a new atomizer thinking mine was fried I was soon told by my home town vape shop (I was out of town) that this device was shot I explained that I’d only had it a lil over a month and he informed me It was much older and used when I purchased it for $45.00 Gee I thought the staff was giving me a great deal because I was having a vape emergency & was from out of town NOT they never told me it was used at all gross! I should’ve known when there was no box etc but gave them the Beni fit of doubt & since I never changed the coil since I bought it I do believe my reg shop opinion whom has always proved to be trust worthy unlike this place I’ll give them cudos on the juice they offer has it was very tasty service sucked & so di the product & being I’m not from there I can’t take it back so all I can do is justify my self in this truthful review

Had an issue with my vape saying, “check Atomizer”. I’m not an expert on these and read that it could be a number of things. I was under the impression I was going to need a new vape. Stopped in and told the girl what my issue was and she ended up finding out it was a defective coil. She saved me well over $100. Thanks again!
