I went into the shop looking for a certain nic. It wasnt for me so I felt like a fish out of water. The guy working behind the counter was super cool. Told me not to worry and take my time, that he would answer any questions for me. And he did just that. I was able to find what I needed, got all my questions answered, and was on my way. I was in and out quickly. I gave this shop a 5-star due to the respect I was given, I wasnt ignored, I wasnt given any weird looks, and like I said the guy working was super cool, which made my experience good. Ive been to some shops where I didnt get the best experience and I cant lie, made me not want to ever return.

Dont shop here. I got some flower and immediately felt sick and dizzy! They refused to do anything about it and Im just out of money. Terrible store

Not too versed in the product sold at this shop, so had to ask quite a few questions. Brad was so helpful the first time I came in, and was both patient and informative with me helping me make a decision I was comfortable with. I’ve now been back again and he did just as great giving me more information and time. Really appreciate the one on one genuine help I’ve experienced here. Thank you!

Brad was helpful & knowledgeable. I don’t know much about the & I was looking for something to help with arthritis & back. Brad answered all of questions and explained the products to me. Very helpful & the products helped.

Twice now this store has been closed during regular hours because someone didn’t show up for work. I will look for a more reliable Vape store.

Absolutely the best Vape Shop in town!!! One of seven shops left that uses natural tobacco in house juice. When it comes to the sheer knowledgability of the staff and their patience and kindness, no one else comes even close. The big guys knowledge of the Delta/Kratom products is on a professor level. When it comes to harder to find vape pieces, obscure coils, and unique juice flavors this is def the place to go.

Sold me wrong pod for my vape. I want to exchange it for the right one. Wanted to charge double the price. The guy that was waiting on me fell asleep standing at the register. Then said I was arguing with him, and walked away. Will never go back in that store.

My boyfriend and I came in to get new batteries and Brad sold us on this really good bubbler piece. We are looking forward to the sale in a week so I can get one of my own.

The service is phenomenal. I was greeted by Kai, who showed me their current selection, and was very knowledgeable about the products. They also keep quite the variety in-stock. Niccis also very knowledgeable on their products. This place is my new go-to because of the chill staff and great selection. 👌

As a long time vaping Customer I have tried many Dave shops in the past. Nikki at Vapor) planet always takes care of me and the needs I have with my Vapor) supplies juices and questions. She has made it a very convenient trip in and out is always smiling happy and greets everyone with a high how are you doing today. Without Nikki I truly believe I would take a longer trip somewhere else to get supplies and juice. I wish there was a way that I could read her more than five stars. I don’t know what anyone else could possibly see wrong but she has my business and my friends business as long as she stays at Vapor plant.

Absolutely love this place and Nichole is the best! She is always friendly and knows exactly what I like and recommended some of my now new favorite juices. They have the best and big selection of vape mods and juices in the Navarre area. My favorite place to go.

Incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff! I was having trouble with my tank leaking. She cleaned and reassembled my tank and taught me how to use it properly to avoid future problems. 100% recommend Vapor Planet of Navarre!!

Bought a disposable vape pen here, and after two days with the tank still over half way full the battery gave out on a $20 pen. I asked for a replacement since I was sold a faulty and was told there was nothing he could do for me. If you want disposable vape pens I cannot recommend purchasing here

Just left Vapor Planet in Navarre. The associate Nichy went above and beyond to educate and to make a great sale for me. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares and wanted to help me rid my nicotine addiction. She shared her personal testimonies for many of the products. Definitely a repeat customer because of my experience with her. You rock Nichy!

These guys are awesome. Very Knowledgeable and the experience is second to none. Ryan and David are great and will help you with everything that you will need. Come see them if you are thinking about joining the Vaping community. It is well worth it.

Edit: the situation has been taken care of. It was just a simple miscommunication. Thank you vapor planet. I knew you guys are the best!!!!I was given the wrong coil for my device by the worker in the store. When I went to go exchange it UNOPENED for the right one THE NEXT DAY I was told that the manager would not do an even exchange, but that I could get 25% off of the right coil for my device. I now have a coil that I cant use, and a discount on the one I wanted. What kind of ridiculous business practice is this? Make a customer pay for the employees mistake?

Best vape experience ever! Nikki was so helpful and a delight to chat with. I told her my vape profile and she was able to find me a great house juice immediately. Great variety to choose from.

Very friendly and helpful staff, plus they have really great prices. As a tourist, I figured theyd be overpriced like a lot of other places, but their prices were very reasonable. I recommend this shop to anyone looking for vape supplies or neurotropics.

Ive been going to Vapor Planet for years. I was a regular customer over at the Fort Walton store but now that Ive moved, the Navarre store is my go to location. With the new management my juice is ALWAYS in stock. I was worried at first but the new owner has really improved the business.

Nikki is awesome. Every question I had she had an answer for. Tried a different shop right up the road. And they couldn’t care less to help me. 10/10 recommend this shop. New to vape and I will be back just for Nikki!

Bit of a bro vibe here, and Im not a bro. But they are helpful and have plenty of options for all. Im not a new vaper, so I just needed supplies and liquid and they have plenty of both. I was happy happy happy to see them serve two new vapers - they asked enough questions to sell them appropriate beginner setups and the right strength liquid for their needs, and they demonstrated how to set up and work with everything.

BRAD was awesome. He was extremely helpful and able to answer all my question and give great recommendations.

Friendly staff and wide variety of juice flavors. Didnt have a good variety of replacement tanks though. Prices are a little high. Will stick with the vape shop a couple blocks down the street.

AWESOME Customer service!! They have gone above and beyond every time, regardless of how simple or complex my issue has been. The vast majority of my issues have been operator error, not the equipment being faulty. They are always patient and have not once been condescending towards me. I can not say the same for other vape shops. I am far from my teenage years so my learning curve was not small. Juice is the absolute highest quality I have found in Navarre, Milton, FortWalton, Destin, and Miramar Beach areas.

Hand Sanitizer? Gloves? No thanks.Visited several times before and had no issues , BUT TODAY, I was asked to use hand sanitizer (no big deal), I politely declined, then was asked to wear gloves, I politely declined (I see where this is going). Then the associate (ironically mask-less) verbally sighed and rolled her eyes.She may have been willing to sell me something after that but I was not about to stick around and find out. I told her I would never return and left immediately. Good luck with this approach in Navarre.

When i walked in i felt totally unwelcomed and rushed even though all i wanted was some coils and to see what juices they had. Never even said hello to me instead stared at the two tvs in the store. Any question i asked about the juices, i was looked at like i was stupid and wasting their precious tv time...never returning

Dont go there . They sell homemade juice for $30 for 100ml bottle when you can get premium juice for $15-$20 for 100ml. They are a scam
