Worst customer service ever I bought something the employee didnt give me back my change called back and all I was told sorry we cant give your change back and the person who sold it to you has to be here like really how you want customers and not give back they change never again.

The store is very elegant and the aroma is relaxing because of the incense they have displayed. Very clean and amazing service. I came in today to buy a disposable vape and I am 100% satisfied. Definitely going again in a not so far future.

Beware of anything you buy there ! I’m so disgusted right at this point . Mold on all over what I got.

Terrible service from the women who work there. I sent my boyfriend to buy a Delta-8 cart & they gave us carts that were leaking oil already. They did not want to actually look at the products they’re selling before they sell them to people to make sure they’re not broken or leaking. the rubber bands on both carts were coming off and the oil was escaping from both ends. waste of money & time.

Decent variety but they have some used goods looked like they were returned and selling as new, including broken glass and residue on packaging, called the store and they refused to return it or look at it (I would have gladly accepted an exchange for an actual brand new product that was expected) . Better take your business elsewhere for quality pieces and not put yourself in unnecessary danger. Reflects very poorly on owner and manager. What a shame.

I am beyond words. I went into the shop today hoping for a normal transaction but instead I left extremely frustrated and disrespected. The worker named Diego treated me very rudely. I just wanted help and he belittled me and made me feel stupid. Never coming here again all because of Diego. You lost my business.

Am pleased to say the staff were super friendly in helping me find what I needed! The quality of their products are really good for the prices. Will definitely be coming back and recommending it to my friends.

Overpriced and unfriendly. I heard many friends that came here and bragged about “how great of a deal” they got, but whenever I went in here, they’d tell me a price and it would be “non-negotiable”. My guess is because I don’t “look” like I wouldn’t use those type of items, and they figured I would have no idea standard pricing. I went in to get a gift for a friend of mine that wanted a small, 1 chamber water-pipe, and they had 3 — one was $25 and the other were $30. I asked if they can do 2 for $45 and the girl said she was unable to alter the prices (funny cause I know others have done it). I then proceeded to buy a very similar item (both design and quality) on eBay for literally $11 and free shipping! Don’t waste your time and money here. I have had the same experiences at both this location, and the new one in north Brunswick. Hope they close.

Definitely will go back again! I feel completely cured from a host of medical issues ( especially pain) speak to Kia, shes a Doll, and knowledgeable about all products

Went recently to purchase a rig. The first girl had no idea what I needed. The second one misunderstood what I wanted and got visibly frustrated and argumentative. Thats understandable that not everyone takes dabs but they work at a smoke shop and they sell dab stuff. They dont have enough selection for bangers or even the rigs themselves. Pricey, limited selection, rude staff. Only good thing about this place is theyre open way later than most places. Way better options are good guy vapes in East Brunswick and Urban Chaos in Sommerville. The staff are WAY friendlier and more knowledgeable, the prices are better and theres more selection.

DONT BOTHER GOING HERE. I wish there was a negative star ! I went to this shop and spent way too much money on my very first hookah and supplies. The next day I returned to buy additional items for the hookah and was excited to use it. That same night I tried it out and while adding the water to the tank the paint rubbed right off. I called the shop that night and the girl suggested I call the next day while the owner was in to exchange it. I called the shop the next afternoon and the staff was very rude and asked me to call back at a later time to speak with the owner. I called back at the suggested time and the same girl I had spoken to earlier was nasty, said there was nothing she could do, and hung up on me. I would never recommend this place. I wish I read the other reviews prior to this because it would have saved me the headache and frustration. You would think an establishment would want to keep customers happy so that they would continue to come back as well as refer other potential customers. VERY BAD BUSINESS

Amsterdam smoke shop is unbelievable. They hooked up us on a sweet discount for our hookah and everything else we ordered. The girls here are mad nice not to mention hella sexy. Best experience I had in New Brunswick. Love these guys!

I went there this evening for a suorin air pod, it was $9.00 and change with tax. This blew me away due to the fact that at other smoke & vape shops theyre priced around 5 bucks. On the pro side, their customer service is great, theyre open late and have a very large inventory for such a small store.

Only smoke shop within 30 minutes of me open late. I would not usually come here but desperate times. Everything is super overpriced, the quality of their items are not great, and they have a ridiculous amount of staff working there. I don’t see a need to have 5 people behind the counter in a store that’s like 20x20 feet. Many of the staff were kinda just standing there and it truly didn’t seem they all needed to be there. There are better smoke shops within 5-10 minutes of this place.

Honestly one of my favourite smoke shops. In New Brunswick they have a more diverse selection compared to others like Rutgers Smoke shop. It’s a cool environment and a fun shopping experience. Got of my favourite pieces from here.

Zero stars. After many purchases, I received a bad disposable. I was told by their manager that it was my problem and would not replace it (no refund was requested). I was told We dont care if our customers dont come back.

The store sells to Minors without checking IDs. To add insult to injury, they often jack-up the price on selling to minors.I encourage all responsible parents to report them!

So I’ve been coming here for years and today was very much different. I picked up my items and at time of payment I gave my card. My card had the PRIDE flag on it. The following was the convo I had after:Worker: I was scared someone would come in here today with a Pride flagMe: Why?Worker: Because my boss hates gay people, He’s from Jordan...I mean that’s not an excuse but...Me: Well he is your boss...if you don’t stand up for anything that’s on you...but you work for him.So you can probably believe I will never shop here again.

Anybody thinking of going to this shop. Stop, turn around and go somewhere else. They are disrespectful, thieves, rude and their products are cheep, fake and overpriced. There are a handful of better shops near buy. Dont go here if you want good customer service, because youre not gonna get it.

The staff in my experience didnt really convey a notion of confidence in their knowledge of the products. Also they charge a lot more for the same product you can easily find online.

Im pretty pissed. I called specifically asking for a 14mm male quartz banger. I thought I could trust them, I should have checked it before buying. It was not male, and absolutely was not quartz. It almost blew up in my friends face 😞 $27 down the drain..

This shop is one of the most unfriendly, pathetic and rude head shops. Save youre money and go somewhere youre actually appreciated. Prices are miserable and unruly for the products they offer. Never go here.

Came in for CBD gummies the employees had a lot of knowledge about the products, and we’re very friendly. Fair prices and their products worked very well.

Past Employee. If youve dealt with me then you know that I try my best to help you find what you need. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. More like Amsterscam, most of the products are either fake or cheap chinese glass that youll end up overpaying for. You can get better prices for cigarettes either next door at the convenience shop or across the street. Sheesha and hookahs can be found cheaper almost anywhere if your from the area. Dutches and papers are probably the only thing worth going here for if you want to save some cents. We are told to tell people whatever theyre looking at that it is the best product even when it clearly isnt. I was put on the chopping block for my integrity and now fired because one customer walked out as i was helping another customer. Come for papers and dutches, avoid the snake.

Dont buy the detox solution from this place! My friend took it, followed the instructions and failed his drug test. This dude probably sells the knock off crap. Never again! Just buy an official detox kit from Amazon.
