I came into Artisan to buy a new vape setup and juice. Julia helped me choose a Drag Mini Kit and Pachamama juice. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. My Artisan experience was pleasant and I’ll be returning for my vapor accessories.

Great selection, always have the latest and greatest Vapes coils and mods. Staff seems really knowledgeable and helpful, usually not busy so can get in and out quickly.Ask for kestin hes very helpful and manages the store

My first time going here and Im so happy I went. I forgot to ask her name but the woman working was absolutely amazing, she knew what she was talking about and if she didnt she found the answer. She was really friendly and went above and beyond to help me. They have a huge selection of mods and tanks and the prices are really really good. The pricing for the coils are almost half of way I pay elsewhere. I would highly recommend Artisan Vapor.

I would like to say a month ago I would have given the store 2 stars but I was in bind so I went. I had the most amazing experience at this shop. All thanks to who I believe to be a new employee. I am not 100% sure but I believe her name was Heather. I have been in the area for a few years and have been on and off with which shop to use until about a month ago I was helped by this employee and she truly went above and beyond. I will definitely be returning and referring my friends because of the great collection but most because of the great service Heather provided me. Service in these types of industries and stores are usually well below par but not anymore!

This shop has very limited flavors of juice. I hate the house juice I purchased. Its terrible. I typically purchase juice online but had an emergency and picked up a bottle alone with a new mod. Online I spend $10-$12 a bottle of premium and stock up.The mod I got is defective but that isnt their fault unless it is a clone (I will be checking into that) the button sticks and continues to fire and it was pretty cheap. I dont plan to bring it back because at the end of the day .. I just dont feel comfortable in this place. I have been to several vape shops in CT and I feel completely out of place here. I will continue to shop at uvape in Milford. They are the best and worth traveling for.Customer service wasnt bad but the guy working here gave me what I asked for, but was so concerned at what was on his friends phone it made the interactions awkward. No music. Overall, uncomfortable environment.

Came to pick up some coils and a new mod, and the mod I was interested in just happened to be on sale for mod of the day! Julia helped me out with everything and was very friendly and courteous. Will come back here again for sure.

For a while I refused to go there due to a disgruntled employee. As of now he has been replaced with someone I know personally. So.. I will be going there again. Top shelf liquids and products. Ill be returning the device that was sold to me. I will not buy anything more from there unfortunately. I told the female that was there exactly what I wanted and needed. She went off into space somewhere avoiding my exact questions, kept me longer without answering definitively. I just wanted a vape device that would make it helpful for me to quit smoking. I had an eleaf basal which was awesome and I told her that. I wanted something comparable. What I got was a device that shoots straight juice in my mouth with no charge... it sucks! Maybe Im being too hard on the her but I want quality when I invest. On another note, I had gone there previously and there was a young man that helped me with the right juice and helped me understand my new device. My review is mixed.

I was visiting my sister at yale and needed some juice for my mod, and was adviced to go to Whte buffalo, i went in there and was greeted by their employee Alex i think it was his name. Wasnt greeted properly and was told if i leave artisan vapor (the new store around the block) a bad review, ill get 15% off. I thought it was a cheap and disgusting scheme to fight thr competitions. I left the store immediately and went to artisan to see what this store is about, and i was completely blown away with my experience, the guy behind the counter actually made an effort to educate me on the products and made some nice suggestions and made sure i had an amazing experience. The cheap tactixs of the other store completely turned me off and id never give white buffalo my business.

These guys are amazing, Julia and Tristan have been helpful in getting me to switch over from smoking cigarettes and helping me find the right flavors and device for my very particular tastes I’d recommend you come see them ask for them very knowledgeable!

This shop is centrally located downtown new haven. Nice and easy to get to as long as you are either on foot or can actually get a parking spot, which is not their fault. They have a nice wide variety of different vape juices and mods, as well as a bunch of CBD products. They seem to be pretty knowledgeable about everything they sell. They let you try various vape juices before you buy to make sure you are going to enjoy it. Also, their pricing is reasonable, and on par with most other vape shops.

Worst buying expirence ever.Matt didnt know what he was talking about, making a mess shaking an spilling the juice I just purchased, then asking to put his mouth on my gf vape like hes never heard of germ theory. This was the worst service i have ever experienced. The man who was working at the counter had no people skills and was the meanest person i have ever come in contact with. I asked for assistance and he wanted no part in it, and continued to give me an attitude. I felt unwanted in that store and will never be going back again.

Came in Looking for a coil for my Exceed Edge and there was a bit of a mixup with coils and they didnt actually have what i needed, but the employee i delt with (im terrible with names) was able to go above and beyond to make sure i left happy. he opened up a brand new Exceed and sold me the extra coil out of it, i also grabbed some great salt juice and even got a sick discount. will 100% be returning in the future.
