Kylee & Grace were awesome!Went in to do my weekly wild Bills run and I ended up spending about $20 less and what I planned!They knew their coupons and the deals and they didnt hesitate to help me save money!I did not catch the gentlemans name that was working but just a friendly store all together.They all knew the names of the regulars kept the store clean and tidy couldnt ask for a better shop and experience thank you all!

Impressive shop that will most likely have what you are looking for. I’ve stopped in a few time to check out their walk-in humidor but didn’t buy anything. They didn’t pressure me and seemed more than happy to help if needed. However, this last time really sealed the deal. Declined help but then went out to find the gent working and chatted for a bit. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and ended up suggesting a E.P. Carrillo Pledge. i will definitely be back and recommend this spot for locals and visitors to the area. Nice, well kept cigar humidor, great selection of vapes, some glassware, and everything in between.

Super Nice Staff!! They are Very knowledgeable. Also, I love their vape flavors. I just recently switched to disposable ones and I’m very happy with the selection.

They are very knowledgeable and friendly! I am a new and very basic vape user, stopped in to buy a new device and wanted opinions.. Walked out with the perfect one for me! They actually steered me away from ones they KNEW wouldnt fit for my wants/needs, even if they were more expensive! That shows integrity in my book!! I definitely recommend this store

STAY AWAY! As a matter of course, I rarely furnish merchant reviews, but this one is duly warranted. I went to this store to return a bag of tobacco which was purchased the day before. I was returning due to a ½” air leak at top of bag that was not sealed properly at the ‘plant’. I did not open the bag, just returned it as I had found it. I had the bag exchanged for a properly sealed (fresh) bag and left the store. 3 min. later, a store employee (I assume family member of franchise owner) followed me to my vehicle with a different bag of tobacco, not the one I returned, claiming there was 2 oz. of product missing because of the visual disparity with his other bags (laughable). He did not have a response to my question as to the weight of my returned bag. He was accusing me of stealing 2 oz. of product out of that (sealed) bag and returning for the bag I received in exchange. I was beyond belief when I realized he was serious and laughed in his face (with my mask on of course) and proceeded to my vehicle at which point told me not to come back. I politely re-iterated his request at which point he flipped me ‘the finger’. I kid you Not! I highly recommend visiting the ‘Wild Bill’s’ of Pinckney, those kids that run the store there are honest, very knowledgeable, polite and humidor is always properly balanced.

Drive 15 minutes to the store to get Vape pods to change for Vape cartridge that I just bought from them last week and they still don’t have the pods so I had to purchase a pack of pods for the older version because that’s all that they said that they had even double checked and asked the cashier if she was certain that these are the correct parts for this vape get halfway back to work and realize they’re the wrong pods had to go all the way back just to get a refund wasted a whole hour just because they didn’t have the correct pods and sold me the wrong ones

It’s clean, the staff is friendly, and it’s always very well stocked. There are smoke shops closer to me, but they NEVER have what I want, so I don’t even bother stopping anymore. I go straight to Wild Bill‘s in New Hudson & I’m never disappointed.

I called today and asked if they had a tank in stock was told yes so I asked what the price will be and was told that they cant discuss price over the phone! ok well that means they mark up prices when a unknowledgeable person walks in that in my book is called stealing / lying and is not acceptable in my country please if you have any morals and want to make a difference in the world please never shop here there are plenty of shops who wont rip you off or just shop online better prices and better customer service.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! I was over charged the first time I went here. Then I just called to get a price quote on a vapor, the guy rudely said I cant tell you prices over the phone what a joke this place is! like really! I wanted to know if it was worth it to drive 20 miles to your store? if they were cheaper then the store here by me I would have! Jerks! Well they just lost a sale and hopefully more if you read this and agree with me, there a joke! Ill just go to the place by me and pay what there asking :)

Nothing noteworthy at this wild bills, just kind of average. Would recommend over a local smoke shop. Workers are knowledgeable of the products but not exceptionally. Compared to other wild bills Id give it a 2 out of 5 star rating.

The staff is amazing. The young lady helping me was awesome she knew the products well. I was unsure what I needed and she put me in the right direction. I left with exactly what I needed thanks to her.

Clean & organized shop! Shelves were full of product. Stopped in for my usual vapes & walked out with new flavors & some wraps.

Reagan rocks! Everyone else too but Im terrible with names. Very helpful and knowledgable about the products they sell and will help you get what you want. If you vape go on wednesdays for juice deals. See you guys every wednesday!

They have a pretty nice selection of glass pieces, prices are also reasonable. Staffs friendly. They also have a decent selection of rolling trays and tobacco for roll your owns.

The friendliest people work here. And its a perfect size store, not overwhelming. Prices are great. They always have my business

I very much enjoy the fact these people will go out of their way to get you what you are looking for if they dont carry it. Also I have quite smoking and turned to vaping and they keep expanding its awesome.

Usually great place for Bali but last few weeks they have been out of all good brands,wasting alot of gas because they tell me they got it,then I get their and they assumed,please start carrying large quantities of red Bali and I will give u my money lol

Wild Bills is the only place Ill go for vape supplies. Last week they sold me the wrong could and without hesitation they swapped them out for the right ones.

Great customer service, but dont always have vaping supplies needed.

Website says they have a lounge they dont drove out to have a cigar picked one out was going to pay for it asked where lounge was clerk told me they dont have one showed him website he said they need to chsnge it

Went to return rpm2 coils saying I needed rpm coils. They gave me rpm2 coils. Employees do not listen.
