Good massage but rude and greedy staff,turned me off to ever coming back. For a 45$ massage they expect a 20$ tip and are pushy about it that’s basically half the bill. No communication or warm welcome just straight to the massage which is fine I guess but overall Not worth it in my opinion. I’ve worked off of tips you get what you get and you don’t get upset, have better customer service pay your workers better and/or up your price including tip. Never coming back

I got a 60 minute massage with Lucy & she did the damn thing. I walked in with some awful neck & upper back pain & now it’s practically gone! Will definitely be coming back!

The massages here are good, depending on who you get, but they have a sign demanding over $20 tip for one hour massages. Thats fine, because I normally tip $20 regardless. Today, I went in for a 30min foot massage that costs $25. However, massage ended a few minutes short. I went to tip him $7 (which is 30% tip) and they got mad & said the minimum was $10. Like what?! Thats almost half the service cost!

I have been going there for 3 going to 4 years now.I have always tip no less the $30. When I come in I pay by card regular price for full body is $45 + 10 on my card at the moment of entry and after service is based on their service where I add an extra $20 or a $10.I find it very hard to say today the lady whom served did great but was VERY RUDE as she pulled her tip out of my hand.That is unexceptional on every level.

Been going for a while and I enjoy this place a lot. Today I learned about this minimum of $20 tip for hour massages.I feel like they should increase the massage prices and pay them better hourly. I will always tip , they work very hard.Take care of your employees better.

First time there. They assume you are experienced in massages. If you are not, once they close the curtain just strip and put your belongings in the box in the corner, hop on the table, and pull the sheet over you.Careful if you order Deep Tissue. The lady will walk your spine and hold ceiling bars for balance. Most painful experience Ive had in a long time. HOWEVER that is what a deep tissue is supposed to be. They do it right. Raise an arm if its unbearable, dont assume they will know how you feel.Extraordinary experience, great customer service. They have low prices at the counter because you are expected to tip well. My father and I have been coming to this spot for years now and have a very good relationship with the staff and receptionist. My dad goes more often than I do because he’s retired now, but when I have went, I have received nothing but the best treatment and left feeling relaxed and overall satisfied with a strong massage where the knots in my back and against my spine were thoroughly worked on. I like the attention the masseuse gives to each part of your back legs and feet, I will always recommend this spa to others & will continue to return in the future. Lastly, the atmosphere is very relaxing and the place is clean with calming music in the background.

The massage was amazing! Walked away feeling great. Price is great. The only reason I didnt give a 5 was being a new customer I was directed into a room and then the curtain was closed behind me. I wasnt directed where to put my stuff or anything so I just put them on the floor🤷🏿‍♀️ They do ask that for 1 hr massages that a minimum of $15-$20 is given for tip (its well deserved!)

Massages can range from good to just ok - depending on the person who gives you massage. The reason for my one star is: I went for a 90-min massage - they told me one price which was fine but then when it was time to pay - they told me minimum $30 tip. They should put this in the price and not confuse people.

Finally found the place to avoid. The reviews on tips still apply April of ‘23 I felt the time only deserved more than 25% but demanding half the price of the service or more? Just head down Jericho a little more (both to the left and right honestly) you’ll find a similar or better experience but the perk is leaving the massage and staying relaxed…not be pressured to more than deserves.

Went for one hour massage. My first time there and When I went in to the room and laid down I hear someone snoring loudly....for about 20 minutes. I had a hard time relaxing. The lady who worked on me was EXTREMELY rough. I know it is should hurt a little but digging her elbow into my shoulder was too much. I kept flinching letting her know it hurt but she kept going. I left in pain and that evening I noticed I had 2 bruises on my shoulder! The next day just getting a hug from my daughter is painful... I wonder if they know what they are doing. Then when I paid the receptionist the lady who worked on me was waiting for her tip - which I did respectfully - I guess it wasnt enough, she grabbed it from me turns away annoyed. Then the receptionist says See Ya!! Will not be returning.....

I am a regular here who generally tips well and is respectful, the front desk person clearly doesn’t know this or doesn’t care. This Sunday evening 10/23/22 I came in and found the front desk woman was impolite, I thought at first it was because I was a walk-in until she was rude to the next person that came in as well, who had an appointment. I find her attitude off putting and today I had a poor masseuse. The man was too rough, even after I interrupted the massage to tell him to be gentler, he continued to painfully dig his fingers into my flesh and pressure points, while ignoring pretty obvious knots and tight muscle groups. Upon leaving the front desk woman asked me how it went and I mentioned that it was too hard so she said facetiously “Ok bye bye” …as if I don’t understand what ‘shut up and leave’ sounds like, I just left after that because I was already in a bad mood after that massage. I still tipped the man but it would have been well within my rights to ask for my money back because I left more stressed than when I first walked in. Honestly the front desk is doing a huge disservice to the majority of hard working and talented masseuses in the back. Its not the first time the front desk person has been rude or copped an attitude for no reason. It is also not the first time a male masseuse has been too rough to the point where the massage was unenjoyable. Its sad because the ladies always do a nice job despite the front desk being a hassle. It would be beneficial if they told us the name of the masseuse or introduced them in the beginning, that way you can ask for them or report an issue. As it is the front desk and unprofessional male masseuses are dragging everyone else down in an otherwise quality establishment.

I have been coming to new garden spa for some time now but today it was horrible. Multiple times I have seen them be aggressive and pushy with wanting a tip it is so pathetic and unprofessional. Today I had received the worst massage after the same lady had chased a guy outside for a tip right before me. Her massage was so horrible. She was stuck on one same spot forever and instead of spending time equally on everything , she did the massages that were most convenient to her which was digging her elbow in your back even after you tell it hurts. Never will come back now. And had the audacity to ask for more tip and I told them I did not like the massage so therefore I will not tip the way I usually do. I honestly wanted to walk out mid massage. Keep it up guys , keep losing your customers to chase tip. We all come for a massage to relax from our hardworking jobs as well.

I had a great experience. $50 for a one hour pregnancy massage. The masseuse hit all the right spots, pressure was great and the hot towel to wipe down were great too. I wasnt pressured to leave a specific tip but the masseuse was waiting eagerly at the door. I did tip 40% b/c I think its only fair. $70 for a one hour massage that was great is a good deal in NY. The other reviews before mine about the curtains and being in small spaces is true but everyone is pretty quiet and as long as the massage is great I really dont sweat the small stuff. I was a bit worried when I read the reviews but glad I went anyway. They charge $35 for a regular massage. Although I wasnt pressured to leave a 40% tip, I did. People who are annoyed at having to leave a 40% tip ($14 for $35 massage) should be embarrassed considering how crazy low the prices are. You really want to give someone a measly $7 after they spent an hour working on your body? Thats not even minimum wage...these people work for tips. Have a heart.

My bestie and I booked a last minute back massage. Overall good experience. Loved loved loved the 1 minute scalp massage, wish it were longer. But the back massage was on the aggressive side. I asked the masseuse to be softer, she probably felt the tense back and decided to go in for the realignment.

I’ve come to this facility often because the massage is good and it’s extremely cost efficient. My review is based on the customer service. The lady at the front desk had the nerve to ask us to tip more (when we tipped more than 20%). That is extremely insulting and unprofessional. Pay your staff decently instead of harassing customers to pay more to make up for what you’re not paying them. I will never return or recommend this place to anyone. Teach your front desk better etiquette since this seems to be an ongoing issue based on the previous reviews I have read. Also, when I addressed my frustration to her, she stated, “you don’t have to return if you don’t want to.”

The lady at front desk has terrible customer service. My wife and I have been long time customers since the previous owner, and many of our friends in the neighborhood. However, the lady at the front desk is rude. She acts like if she is doing customers a favor. Terrible attitude. We prefer to find another place. The customers vote in or out. Bad customer service is a recipe for failure sooner or later.

Today was my first time going here. I had a 60 min foot massage. It was so much more than that. My back and neck were rubbed while my feet soaked, I was given a clip to put my hair up, had a great message then sat in the comfy recycling chair with a soft blanket to get my feet, legs messaged then my socks and shoes were put back on me and my knees and thighs where messages. So worth the money! I’m definitely going back. I with a friend and she enjoyed the same treatment. Thank you!

Having visited this establishment many times before and even referred friends to this spa, I must say I was extremely disappointed at the lack of quality customer service. When we first arrived we were greeted by a young lady who was kind and professional who even agreed to allow my elderly mother to use their restroom once my friend and I were done with the massages. This took a quick turn.At the end of our session unfortunately the kind receptionist who greeted us left the premises in a hurry, leaving behind an extremely rude woman who shouted at my mother and I telling us that they were closed , refusing to allow her to use the restroom . Extremely surprised at her reaction, total lack of compassion and disrespect towards an elder has placed New Garden Spa in a totally different light. This will be the last time they will receive any of our business and will definitely not be referring anyone else there. Its evident they are more concerned with making money rather than ensuring all their employees provide high quality customer service .

Very nice atmosphere as soon as you walk in, very relaxing. The recliners in the waiting area are also incredibly comfortable. They spend a good amount of time in your back during the 60 minute massage but you cant complain too much for 35$. Will definitely be back for a 2 hour massage

My friend and i was at New Garden Spa for a body massage . Both techs were very hard with their hands . I kept telling the guy on me to be softer and that only lasted for five seconds.. My friend also told the tech to be softer . After it was over my friend and I could barely walk. She was in allot of pain because the man that worked on her was extremely hard with his hands. A massage should be relaxing and enjoyable and instead it was a nightmare . When we finally dress and went out front , we noticed all the techs were waiting at the door for their tip. I spoke with the lady behind the desk about our massages and she demanded we pay and tip each tech $10.00 . You tip according to the service you received . You should not be forced to tip on bad services and they telling you how much to leave. Worst massages and bad customer service. I have reported new Garden Spa to the Better Business Bureau. Please be aware of this place ...

Went here on a recommendation from my brother and I was not disappointed at all. The massage technician really worked out all of the knots in my back. I came out fully refreshed and relaxed. The facility has that hole in the wall look- but, as with most places that have that label, the service is exceptional. Prices cannot be beat as well. Will be a frequent visitor to this spot. If youve ever overpaid for a lack-luster massage, go to the New Garden Spa and see what a reasonably priced massage can do for your body.

I’ve never walked out of a massage mid-massage before until today. I’ve been coming to New Garden Spa for a number of years and have really enjoyed deep tissue massages for those knots you get from being hunched over a desk. Today I basically received a back rub and when asked for more pressure the masseuse dug into my shoulders with his elbow. Historically, other masseuses have been able to work out knots in my shoulders with their hands. The spa may have been overwhelmed due to the volume of the holiday weekend, but I’ve been there during Thanksgiving and the week of Christmas and have never had a massage like this. The woman at the front desk gave me half off but I came out from NYC for this massage so overall very disappointed after so many years.

After doing some research on their website I scheduled a foot massage for an hour. This is the first foot massage since before the pandemic and it was pretty good. The price was fair and I would go back again.

Simply the best bodywork spa in town! I made lots of researches and came up with this place at the end. Every month I go there from a 1 hour distance and it is definitely worth doing it.Got some full body massages. Somehow private (only a curtain blocks the privacy), completely quiet with some relaxing music around, friendly, professional and courteous staff. The magical and soft hands of the masseuses make me feel like I am flying during the session. The pillow hole I lean my face on the bed is kind of hard and hurts my forehead. Other than that everything is simply amazing.

Usually I dont write reviews, but with this service I had to. First off my fiancé made this appointment as a Mothers Day gift, and when I got there I called to check in. The person who answered the phone picked up the phone and was talking to someone else while I was waiting. Common courtesy was the acknowledge me and tell me to hold on, but she did nothing but kept on talking. Once I was inside, I was seen by a male. This is the worst massage Ive ever gotten. I promise Im not making this up, the man was so rough he kept pushing me off the table I had to tell him to stop 2 times. He was so rough and aggressive. I wasnt in any pain before but upon leaving I was in so much pain, my back literally couldnt touch the back of the car seat. I cant stretch, I cant lift my hands, my neck is killing me. I was trying to take a nap, and I cant lay on my back. Ive never been in so much pan from a massage. I would never come back and I will not recommend this place.GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, YOU WILL REGRET IT HERE!!

I’ve been here a few times & after reading the previous reviews I agree - there are 2 receptionists , a YOUNGER one and an OLDER one, the older one is rude and just uncomforting as you’d expect in a massage place. The massages I receive when the nicer receptionist have been great I leave relaxed and ready to take on the day, when the older receptionist is there I have to worry about her grabbing the receipt and checking the tip and making a facial reaction before I can walk off (just unneeded take the signed receipt and smile)I can say this is the only thing that holds me back when considering where to get a massage although this place usually has spots within the day I call which is a big + around here.What I notice from the reviews is this has been a ongoing issue and obviously the owners attempts to enhance there customer service just isn’t working - she needs actual training or to be let go

This was my first time here Its a big place with a waiting room. First of all I can take a lot of pain but this massage was too much pain for me. I couldnt enjoy the massage at all but I tried too. I told the girl twice to do less pressure. The most painful massage Ive ever had in a massage salon. Did not matter what she massaged fingers, legs, arms, back or head everything with too much pressure. Also she didnt massaged my feet and that should included in the full body massage like I get in other places. They require minimum 10$ tip and min. 15$ for a 90 min. Massage. Which is ridiculous. People should decide for themselves how much they want to give. First I gave 10$ than the girl said no its 15$ for 90 min. and showed a hidden sign. Every masseuse massages different this was just my experience and maybe the other once will be better. I dont think I would come back i like other places better where I get for the same price full body +hot stone and feet included. They should be more careful with womens body.

The owner is the secret to the success of this spa. She only hires the best therapists and they are loyal to her because of their steady client- base and volume. The spa is kept spotless by the owner and she is constantly observing, correcting and making sure each client receives a top-level experience. I have been to most of the local places and this is the best. Tell them big John recommended you:)

The quality and style of service is consistently good--the level of strength is great. Every appointment Ive gone to has been on time, and the place is very clean. The only downside is that occasionally the interior can be a bit too warm, and sometimes smoke blows in from smokers outside, but otherwise I highly recommend.

Went here to work out the kinks and to try and get all of my stress out. My masseuses name was Sherry. And over-the-top fantastic massage. Highly professional, no BS. Clean, quiet, calming. I left there feeling a lot better and much more relaxed. Great job on my high stress areas. Will definitely be going back.

I came to New Garden Spa today for 2 reasons first Ive been here before and had a 30 min foot masage on my lunch break to try it out, and for $18 for 1/2 hour that was great. It made me want to return for more. So I came today with my husband for our Anniversary, I was in a good mood and happy to do this for my husband. We came in for a body massage for and hour each and foot massage for an hour each. I was very unhappy when I layed down for my face was in a hole of Musty smell. So for an hour I had to smell that. But I didnt say anything because my husband was next to me and didnt want to ruin his experience but come to find out he smelled it too. Both techs were very hard in their hands I kept telling the guy on me softer and that would last 5 seconds. After it was over my husband could not get up he was in so much pain because the girl that worked on him was extremely hard in her hands, hes not one to complain, a massage should be enjoyable he was clenching his bed and his teeth, it was the worst experience ever! Then the foot massage was the same way, the recliners smelled absolutely FUNKY! To add insult to injury we leave to pay and although we were in pain we understood how hard the staff work and would tip accordingly. The techs are waiting at the door all lined up, and you are not told there is a fee for credit cards and we had a debate as to tipping. Now! A previous review stated being embarrassed about having to tip 40% well thats you! I work just as hard for my money and no one dictates to me how I should tip. This is America and you are not guaranteed a tip unless its gratuity included, if I have poor service and Im not happy I tip accordingly. The only thing that is guaranteed to pay is my Bill. Most Asian orientated establishments play that game and I will not accept it! point blank. Its very disrespectful! The set up is a little odd; little rooms are created by hanging fabric so you can easily hear everything and privacy is a breeze from being lost. The tables are a bit smaller than most places and the sheets, blankets, and towels are scratchy. But the masseurs give some of the best massages Ive ever had. Theyre very inexpensive and very very good at what they do. If I have real pain I bypass my massage parlor where I pay a monthly membership and come straight here. Firm pressure fans will especially appreciate this place.

Coco (younger lady) is always very rude. She cancelled our appointment and didn’t even call us to let us know. We came 10mins late. The new wait time is 5min apparently.Tbh Coco is actually always rude, and unfortunately my favorite person Tiger doesn’t work here. I do not recommend this place anymore.

I called and made an appointment for a couples massage at 6pm, they took down my phone number (not even a name) and said okay. The day of the massage we got there and they had my reservation but for 3pm? I told the lady at the front desk I said 6pm. She kept saying the couple massage room was booked for the rest of the night and that the best they can do is a foot massage. We left and ended up getting a couples massage at another Spa business. I was very disappointed because it was a mistake on their end and the lady at the front desk didnt seem to care that much.

The service was o.k. What I didnt like was after the service the staff that did the service walked you to the front and waited for you to give a tip..seems a lil Thirsty to me.. I also said thank you to the receptionist and she did not reply after she took my money.. wont be coming back

Avoid! The masseuse at this place are incompetent. They dont understand any English, so there is no way to communicate. When I asked for a deep massage they simply apply more pressure grinding over spinal bones and muscles. I had to stop the massage in fear of hurting myself. The lady at the front desk didnt even care to listen to any complaint. Plus you are required to tip even if you dont like the experience.

One of the most painful massages i have yet to get. I usually get a little sore the next day, but as i walked out of that place i was super shot and didn’t feel relaxed. I stopped the lady twice to tell her i was in pain but she just continued to hurt me more. Will not be returning to this place again.

So disappointed In this place today! I thought I found a great massage spot, I was wrong! I had been to this place just a week ago. It was a really good massage. So much so that I decided to return today. When I googled their hours it was about 8:15pm, google shows they close at 10. Being I came from queens I decided to call and make sure if they could fit in 2 massages, for me and my fiancé. (Who I wanted to introduce to this “great” spot lol) The person who answered the phone said “sure we can take you at 9” I responded ok great! I am on my way. She then stated if I can to come in earlier which I agreed to try. At 8:44 I receive the MOST rude call ever! A woman from New Garden Spa telling me I was late for an appointment I made for 8:30pm (mind you I was 2 mins away). I told her oh no actually I just spoke to someone who made my appt for 9pm but asked me to try to be earlier. She proceeded to scream at me disrespect me and tell me “no it says here 830” I kept saying that’s impossible is there someone else who answers the phone. Which she responded with telling me well your cancelled and hung up on me. I walked in within 30 seconds and the person at the front had different tone but was still telling me I had a 8:30 appt. I even showed her I called initially at 8:20 I wouldn’t make it for 8:30 when I even said I’m coming from queens.. to end this frustrating story, I came all the way from queens for no reason. And wasn’t even offered a apology. Smh. After reading other reviews I have to definitely say REPLACE OR RETRAIN YOUR FRONT DESK PERSON PLEASE.. people like the massage service and WANT to come in, this person is deterring customers and income to your establishment.

Service is great. Amy and Lucy are great!!! Front desk women needs to shut up bcz even if you are tipping 40% of service amount, she will ask for more. Managememt should raise salaries instead of bothering customers who are tipping their generously.

My mom has tough knots in her shoulder after working as a teacher. After spending 2 hours with Amy with the full body deep tissue massage my mom was feeling soooooo much better. We will be coming back. They listened to my mom when she told them what area to focus on. As well provided her a masseuse she was comfortable with.

Lucy is my favorite, although you cant go wrong with anyone @ New Garden. The atmosphere is serene and clean, which are the two prerequisites for an enjoyable massage. Its worthwhile to make an appoitment if you intend to visit on a weekend, as they can get fairly busy.Overall, I highly recommend checking them out if youre in the neighborhood and would like to decompress.

The massage was great. I paid for me and my bestfriend. Wasnt expecting to pay a MANDATORY 10 min tip. I tipped the lady in cash and the guy for me and my best but the lady decided to go to the woman in the front desk to tell her my tip was not enough. She called me back in as i was already outside so i walked back in. She told me 10 min tip so i gave her my card. 6 hrs later i look at my account and she charged me 21 when she said it was going to be 10. So she charged for me and my best friend and on top of that the guy kept the cash tip and did not say a word. Definitely going to be my last time there. I have bills and kids. I dont just give out money.

The massage was ok except for the tremendous pressure the masseuse was putting on my spine. I had to tell him to stop a few times. He barely spoke English and it was very difficult to convey the fact that he was hurting me. I have a scar under my chin and towards the end of the massage he pulled on my face so hard that it damaged the scar tissue underneath my chin. It has been more than a week and I’m still in pain. I hate giving bad reviews but I am in tremendous pain and would like to warn others.

This is my new favorite place. Deep tissue body massage was worth bragging to my boo about. At some points euphoric and orgasmic, some points surely were just to measure my pain threshold, but if you want someone to caress you softly... stay home or get a Swedish massage, man up, this is the real deal HolyField. Oh and the prices are great. 60 min deep tissue and 30 min foot massage, $53 🙌🏽

My wife called in advance and let the lady at the front desk know she suffers from sciatica pain and they reassured her their staff know how to care for people with this condition. The masseuse didnt speak a word of English and didnt understand what my wife was complaining about during the message. She waled out of that place with such severe pain I had to take her to the doctors.

Start paying your workers more instead of assisting them in being pushy about receiving your choice of tip, let alone a tip of the customers choice. So unprofessional. Will not come back and will not recommend to friends and family to go there now.

Very clean and serene. Everyone is always attentive to your areas of pain, when communicated or discovered during massage. Easy to relax and fall asleep.

So my fiancé and I went to the spa it would be his first time going as well as mine and I was taking him since hes been complaining about lower back problem cause from work . So intially the app was for him only but I wanted to be on the room but they said Id have to wait so I just said Ill do a couple massage with him so we did the 30 min deep tissue massage and when I say that was better than expected .. there service was really good he had a female and I had a male and they both was excellent I would most recommend any one to go plus its inexpensive .. only thing I would recommend is aromatherapy I personally love to smell soothing fragrances aside that it was good

A friend gave me a gift certificate and I cant be more thankful! I didnt even have to tell them where my problematic areas were. It was painful, but we all know it only hurts where the problems are. Emily really got out my knots, I believe that she felt and focused on my problem areas. Ill be coming back soon!

While the massages are inexpensive the pressure was extreme. I have never had such an intense pressure massage and it was quite painful and resulted in some bruising. I’m not sure if I would be able to withstand that again.

We went here a month ago and one of the best massages.. SO we went back yesterday the worst massage We have ever had. I had to keep telling the guy easy/light/hurts/stop aftercouple hours afterwards my body hurt waking up this morning Iam so sore and taking aleeve... will not go back!

I am giving it a two star because of my facial experience here. I came in with one of their own promo cards for a $50 for a deep cleaning and i was charged $60. When i asked what the tech did on my face I was told she did an aroma therapy which is not even true because all i smell was farts. When i got to my car i realized i had mascara all over my face looking like a clown, which means my face was not even cleaned properly. I called back & spoke with management & she gave me the run around & kept saying thats the price.In addition, THE PERSON WHO DOES FACIALS ALSO RUBS FEET which I find extremely disgusting. And to ended, the girl at the front desk has a nasty actitude & avoids all kinds of questions.

Its my favorite place to go for massages. They really do work hard for that tip so I always give enough for that 90 minutes i always take. If you like asian massages and dont mind the hard massages then go there.

Okay so its a nice place, clean, staff is friendly and the decor is decent but Im giving two stars because the massage therapist need to know where to and where not to rub on a persons back and body. Certain areas are taught to a licensed massage therapist not to rub like directly on the spine or on the scapula, putting pressure points on the spine is a big no no and it can seriously injure someone. I dont think they intentionally want to rub someone the wrong way, no pun intended, but perhaps they need to have a refresher course on muscle placement and proper technique. Im jus sayin!!!

They are extremely good with their service specially with the price. Me and my husband been going there for years . We highly recommend this place

Just did a pre natal massage with them. I loved it. My husband did the deep tissue massage. We got the couples room. We loved it. We’ll definitely be back!

The first time n the last time too Feel like a scam and definitely tricky place minimum tip is 10 only when you go inside you would see Neither said on their website nor tell you on the phone when you made appt. I go to spa always either in the city or in suburbs First time to comment a place a scam the owner face is rude at the end Hahahahaha maybe want even more than 10 I was planning to open a package If service was ok but at the end I smile at them then Sorry no definitely not here not because of the tip minimum it’s the owner attitude Note they have other services only cost 20 I wonder if it also needs 10 tip minimum it’s a joke isn’t it :)

The massage will hurt you Bc they don’t know what they are doing. Also they will secretly video record you in the waiting area with their phone as you leave if you have a problem with the massage. Management rude and so unprofessional!

Hourable I will never go back there ever again. They want you tip them as much as you pay for their services . I am so disappoint I tip them for my self and my daughter and they still told my daughter she had to tip them too.

$45 for an hour long, theyll wreck your back but so worth it when your muscles need it after an intense workout.

It is an ok place for massage... not great... not trained workers... recently they have posted a message on the front desk to pay over $15 tips for $28 massage.

Made a reservation at 4pm for 3 people and they didn’t serve us until 4:30pm. On top of it, they had no private rooms for 2 of us because they assumed we were a couple. We decided not to go through with it.

They made my family member pay a 40% tip . The woman at the front desk told my family member she had to pay a 40% tip after this family member got her massage. I am so disgusted with this place
