Vape Shop Smoke Stax

Probably one of the worst smoke shops I’ve been to they don’t have a clue about anything and they don’t care ab the customer just want you to hurry up and buy and they sell fakes definitely not coming back ever!

Very likely that any good review you see is of friends of the store. My experience like the other 1-2 stars is terrible. They start asking for your id the minute you walk in and act very sketchy. Refuses to let you pay apple pay or with card if your checkout is low. They obviously have sketchy stuff going on in the store and it’s a shame the next one is a good walk away.

DO NOT BUY VAPES FROM HERE! They are selling fake vapes that lasts like 20 puffs when it’s suppose to last for 5000 puffs. I started coming here about 2 years ago when they had good vapes but now all of their vapes are fake!

The experience and racial profiling was disgusting. As soon as we walked in he ran to us almost trampolining his glass. On top of that he accused us of taking the rolling when I went to go get my ID from the car and said he was keeping our debit card. The rolling papers were RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM. But he was too focused on nonsense. DISGUSTING. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Find another shop if youre smart. They sell fake papers, if youre a regular smoker like me, when you see fake papers what other tobacco products is fake in there? Customer service was subpar and acting uninterested is being a helper, isnt for me.

Great selection of products, but terrible customer service. People behind the counter had no knowledge of the products. When my mod broke, it stopped reading the batteries, within 3 weeks of buying it, I took it back to the store. The guy behind the counter just tried different batteries inside. After seeing that didnt work, he gave me a receipt and told me to contact the company. The first thing the company said to me in the email was the vendor, not the customer, should reach out to them.If youre going to sell the products, you need to support your customers better. Its safe to say Im NEVER going back here.

I come here every week to buy e juice , 2 weeks ago i purchased a box mod and today it just stopped working. so i brought it back to the vape shop and they first say that i dropped it or abused it .. which i didnt , i had it for 2 weeks its still new. they said they only warranty their stuff for one week.. the did not replace it nor did i not get a refund. amazing how they treat their customers that come in and support their business every single week. save your money and shop somewhere else.

I bought one of the ooze twist batteries to replace a discontinued one I had that broke. They guy told me they were the best. Then I decided to buy a second one because every vaper knows you need more then one ... I bought the exact same one about 4 weeks ago it worked fine till it stopped charging today. My other older one was still able to charge using the same official ooze one I got so I know it wasn’t the charger. I decided to see if they’d replace it. Unfortunately, the only response I got was “ there’s nothing I can do for you” he then tested the battery with a different charger and said “ your battery is shot “ again I say I just bought this and the older one still works fine . He said “ I can’t do anything for you that’s why we only charge $24 for those”So you over charge for a battery ($12 online ) you sold me and said it was the best one in comparison to my broken one. But when it fails you don’t stand by your products, no replacement and won’t even offer me a new one at a discount? That’s the fastest way to loose a customer and force me to write a negative review ( which I hate doing but will do when I get screwed over )Not saying that the entire business is run like this but your way of dealing with shoddy products is ridiculous

My son came here to purchase vape juice and they ran out of his brand so they decided to sell him THC infused vape juice and now he lost his job due to a random drug test. I sent the vape juice into labcorp for testing and it came back positive for THC. I will contact my attorney and they will be hearing from him.

I feel ripped off. i was sold fake products that were claimed real. and when i asked for my money back, they then said no refunds especially since its cash. When i made my complaint (civilized) they started making excuses and trying to find reasons to why it is the way it is, making things up as they went along. I took my product(s) to 10 other vape shops and they all claimed the same exact thing. that i was ripped off. I was recommended to this place by my friends and family and they wont be coming here any longer because of my incident that was handled very unprofessional.

This store is not only open all night and is located in a very convenient location but if you wanted to play Quick Draw you can at this location till midnight when their lottery machines shut down.This shop not only has a wide assortment of items for smokers many different types of tobacco and utensils.One thing that I always liked about this place was the exceptionally friendly staff no matter what time day or night that you decided to shop here.One can go to any smoke shop for the items they sell here but wouldnt you rather go to a friendly place with a nice atmosphere.

These guys are absolutely great. I came to their store with no knowledge of vaping and cigarette alternatives. They were patient, showed me all the different types of products, and helped me decide what would work for me best. There is a huge selection of flavors to choose from for vapes and after quickly becoming a regular customer they made sure to always have my favorite flavors in stock. Usually im adamant about ordering everything online but these guys are happy to let you try out their products and flavors so you can make sure you get exactly what you want. Mike and Sam seemed very knowledgeable about their products and helped me a ton. If youre a local and havent checked this place out I highly recommend that you do

Not a bad store got a little bit of everything in there Lotto included staff is pretty nice parking can be a little rough sometimes otherwise all good!!

Pretty decent prices on glass with a moderate selection. The people who run the place can be a little standoffish for sure though, seems they would turn on you in an instant no matter how often you frequent this place.

Owner is very knowledgeable about all things involved with vaping. Great selection of juices and accessories with samples of almost all their flavors. It was a small grocery store until recently it was converted to a full fledged vape shop.

Ive visited this store on two occasions. Had to walk out empty handed both times. Prices are consistently higher than elsewhere. Unfortunate, since I live in the neighborhood. There are plenty of other stores nearby though. Ill give those shops my business.

This is a place to go to get vape juice, mods, tanks and supplies if you live in eastern Queens or western Nassau county. The one bearded guy knows his stuff the others only know prices. They will let you try all the flavors as they have setups ready for customers to try. The selection of tanks, vape juices and mods is immense. Its one of the best vape shops around. They also sell other smoking paraphernalia, but only the vaping interests me.

WARNING! !!!! Do not buy any vape products such as coils for smok machines, I went there today desperate for a coil cause mine got burn out all day while working and 30 mins drive back home and the machine kept on saying low omh then once or twice it said optimizer short!! Then finally after 45 mins of not working it started to work but my Co workers that always compliment me how good it smells told me it stinks! Dont waist your money there, its a rip off or fake coil!!

They have a nice selection of mods tanks and juices, but the prices are double what you would pay online. The staff isnt ignorant but I wouldnt exactly call them expert either.

I can honestly say that this place has a very wide selection of Juice and Mods. BUT, they change the prices regularly. I went to pick up a 30ml of juice one week and it was 13$ i go in 4 days later for the same juice and they wanted to charge me 25$.

I am new to the neighborhood And I have been smoking Newport cigarettes for 24 years I walked into this place and never felt so welcomed in An establishment in my life these guys were great they let me take my time they didnt rush me through anything definitely had a wealth of knowledge about the benefits of quitting ciggs and a tremendous amount of product knowledge and they hooked me up with a great deal to get this journey started I will definitely be back to see Reggie and the stax crew wish me luck I went with the strawberry quick 😤😤😤😤😤😤

The staff is a great, friendly, knowledgeable team. Every time you walk in they make you feel like family. They remember what you order, every visit is a very pleasant experience

Waste of time if you’re thinking about coming here. They say they have anything you need on the phone but never actually have it in store and they also sell counterfeit products. Wouldn’t buy here!

Has rare flavors but super expensive. When i got home and opened the box the bottle was leaking and the seal was broken! Not good

I was a regular until 2 vapes I purchased in a row both were defective and I got blamed. They have no respect in there and do not care how much money you spend in their store.

Great selection and decent prices. If you have a particular flavor , if it aint on the shelf.......its probably in the back overall great spot

This place is alright. Decent selection of mods, tanks and juice, but I dont think theyre that knowledgeable about vaping as they think. Only one guy kinda knew what he was talking about, the other two looked lost...
