I recently visited Massage Envy for a facial, and I was thoroughly impressed with the outstanding service provided. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional, ensuring a calm and soothing atmosphere.The facial itself was a delightful experience. The esthetician was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my skin type and concerns. They explained each step of the process, which included a variety of high-quality products tailored specifically for my skin needs. The gentle touch and expert techniques used during the facial made it not only effective but also incredibly relaxing.What stood out the most was the attention to detail and the personalized care I received. The esthetician provided helpful skincare tips and recommended products without being pushy, which I greatly appreciated.Overall, my experience at Massage Envy was fantastic. Had the worst facial Ive ever had.. it wasnt 60 minutes although thats what I paid for. I was told to make an appointment since I have redness and didnt know which skincare products would be best for me, so I did and I had Diana who seemed annoyed I couldnt use some of the products, and wasnt helpful in suggesting anything I asked about. She pushed on my nose so hard I was in pain, and at the end couldnt recommend anything for my skin. she also said she would pick out a serum at the front for me to look at and when I got up there they said no she didnt pick anything. Rude and unprofessional, wish I never went.

I had the best experience with my aesthetician, Jessica! The facial she gave me was better than any facial I’ve ever received. My skin was glowing right after and has never felt more clean in my life. I will definitely be returning! The setting was so beautiful and ambient too. Lovely location.

When I walked into the spa, I was greeted by nice and friendly receptionist, on one occasion I had a Swedish massage by Debra it was very pleasant and relaxing and professional. I would recommend her, and made another appointment for next month. I truly felt like a new person when she was done.

Had a facial with Diana yesterday 3/16 and it was the most awkward experience. She was kind of rude for the interview at the beginning. I have no idea what products she put on my face during. As uncomfortable as I was I did ask twice what she was applying and she was very brief, didn’t tell me anything more than, yes it’s a mask or it’s an enzyme. She was also massaging my face at one point without anything on it so she was just pulling my skin in all different directions. And the hot towel she used at the end smelled like it was from the dirty laundry. This was my first experience at massage envy and I was planning on signing up for the monthly just from my coworkers speaking so highly of it but I honestly never want to step foot into another ME. Sorry to say but it was a waste of 130$ and now my skin is all broken out.

I had an awesome and professional experience with esthetician Jessica. I’m prone to acne and she explained what product were appropriate for my skin type. This was the first time I finally felt someone understood my condition. After the facial treatment my skin felt invigorating and I would definitely recommend her.

Incredible experience! From the moment you walk in you are greeted with warm smiles and knowledgable staff . The services are thorough and worth it and you feel like you’re in the best hands the entire time. I have found my forever spa and couldn’t be happier! 10/10 highly recommend!

BEWARE OF A MASSAGE WITH ROBERTA. I scheduled my sister in law a massage for her birthday and the massage therapist ROBERTA stole her watch out of her pocket. She watched her put the watch in her jacket pocket and told her she can hang it up behind the door. Once the massage ended, Roberta left the room super fast and she was never seen again. Her car keys was still in her pocket BUT THE WATCH WAS GONE. 300$ WATCH WENT POOF.There were times when she was using only one hand instead of both hands; this is likely when she steals your belongings. BEWARE!!!Update: They tried to tell me how I couldn’t cancel my membership because my 12 month term was not up then when they saw this review, they said my membership was cancelled and they don’t want me nor my sister in law to come back. LOL. Good to know all it took was to call them out on their robbery to finally have my membership cancelled. Worst massage establishment ever.

I was referred by a colleague from work to go get a message with Roberta. I can’t thank Roberta enough for the wonderful deep tissue message. I was taken in on time and she was very professional. She made sure I was comfortable and relieved the knots I had on my shoulder. I will definitely recommend her.

I went to Massage Envy for the first time, which I thought had a very good reputation. I was surprised that this was wrong and ultimately had a very disappointing experience here. The front staff greeted me and started to ask about my specific needs, I told her my primary focus areas and what I expected from my experience. Afterward, the masseuse brought me to the back room. Upon entering I was struck by a VERY unpleasant body odor stench. It was extremely hard for me to relax while getting this massage when all I was thinking about was this smell and when I was going to get out. I scheduled a 60 minute massage and the massage was only 50 minutes, although this wasn’t so bad, since I already wanted to leave. Lastly, the target points that I addressed earlier were not tended to and my shoulder knots, were still very present afterward. This was the worst massage experience I’ve ever gotten. After telling the front staff, they were going to accommodate me by scheduling another $120 massage with another masseuse after having to pay that price for this awful experience (thankfully I had a gift card). I would never go back there. There are much better places to go for a massage such as Hand and Stone and 9 Spa, which will provide much better experiences along with well-qualified masseuses.

Had a facial with Jessica and it was wonderful! My skin felt so fresh and clean after. 10/10 experience—will definitely be returning.

Message was decent but not great the message was good but it like she missed some body parts of my legs she got the side of one side of my thigh but not the other side for one leg but she got both side done for my other leg she also missed a few other spot and just didn’t felt like a full body to me I told her I still feel sore but told me to relax when I get home I told the front that I still feel sore and felt like she missed some area the lady was nice and friendly I also told the front desk this they said it’s cuz I added the exfoliated for feet and that I won’t be healed right away and that just felt like excuses the massage was 6/10 massage lady was nice and respectful 8/10 but it’s felt like the massage was incomplete and the front desk was the worst part told me to come 30min early to fill out stuff I came didn’t have stuff to fill out and at the end told them my issue made excuses like you won’t feel better right away and it’s cuz of an add on front desk is why I can’t give a high star overall just felt over charged for an incomplete massage I did enjoy the feet exfoliated that she did for me last min when I requested it feet feel better the leg that she skipped feels sore and the shoulder she skipped feels sore so over I give my experience a 3/5

I had a facial with Jessica about a month ago it was the first time ever and she was very gentle and she talked through it so I could no what she was doing and it was fantastic and thank you jessica.

Excellent location. Great massage therapists. They have a monthly package which is great but it comes with a 12 month commitment. I found that to be a nice option but there’s no flexibility. I asked for some consideration as I am looking at a layoff from my employer and I didn’t get an option that was reasonable for me financially. Be careful. It might be best to a la carte your services to manage.

Massage Envy located at Lake success is my go to place. The ambiance is relaxing and high energy. The staff are all super welcoming and always willing to advise on the service they offer to the best of their knowledge, their products are medical grade tested. I always leave feeling rejuvenated.

Great staff! Anna is incredible and accommodating very personable and extremely professional. I get a massage every month and its 100% worth the price. I never leave without getting all the knots out and my body feels 100% better after every time. I always look forward to the next appointment. Will always recommend this location and this staff.

I came in for some relaxation and stress relief and my aesthetician/ massage therapist delivered just that, definitely would recommend!

I have special needs. I called ahead of my appointment, I spoke to a male whose name I didnt get, sorry!, and all of my requests for accommodations to the bed set up (leg elevation cushions beyond the usually provided bolster or pillow) were met and ready for me before I arrived so that time wasnt taken away from my appointment. I worked with Theron who was fantastic and very knowledgeable about my issues. I was treated very well by the front staff, shout out to Anna and Kayla. I am a member from another location but tried this site for the first time, and it was my first massage since before the pandemic, I will definitely be back. Thanks to everyone for a wonderful experience.

I have been a member of the Massage Envy in Lake Success, New York for several years and have never been disappointed. Anna and John, the owners, have created a safe and relaxing environment for their clientele. The decor in the lobby/reception area as well as the private rooms and common areas inspire calm and warmth. Your stress and tension immediately flows away upon entry of their establishment.Further, the professionalism, friendly demeanor, and knowledge the front office stays has is quite impressive. After only a couple of visits, they know who you are when you walk in and who your preferred therapist(s) is/are. The staff is also quite informative about the products sold at The Envy and make excellent recommendations for whatever your need(s).Last, but certainly not least, the therapusts I have had the pleasure of being massaged by...including Anna herself...were phenomenal. The numerous styles offered at The Envy by the various therapists are astounding and can meet your every need regardless of your mood.Bottom line...GO TO MASSAGE ENVY IN LAKE SUCCESS AND BEGIN YOUR MENTAL, SPIRITUAL, AND PHYSICAL HEALING!!!

Massage envy in new Hyde Park is incredible lovely atmosphere immaculately kept friendly staff and Louis is an incredible masseuse. Recommend him highly.

I have been coming to Massage Evny for the last 5 years. My service has been superb. Annmarie and Gilberto provides excellent customer service. I would recommend this facility to a friend.

I would highly recommend going to Massage Envy Garden City and NOT Lake Success. Just look at the Google reviews, I wish I would have! Lake Success seems to just want to fully book clients without taking into consideration the client preference. When discussing with the manager (Angela), she offered no resolution or accommodation to a poor “massage” received, other than to try a new person. Very poor communication and customer service. Garden City has over 300 reviews with a 4.6 rating, and Lake Success has less than 100 ratings at 4.0. When skimming through the reviews, I’ve noticed the same complaints.

My masseuse was amazing. He did a wonderful job, gave some holistic tips for my migraines (with the disclaimer he is not a doctor) and generally made sure I was extremely comfortable. Again, really wonderful experience. I give it a 4 because although I payed top dollar for this 60 minute massage, we did not start until 11 after the hour, yet it ended promptly at 3:59, giving me a 50ish minute massage. At the rate they are charging they either owe me 20% of my money back for those 12 minutes I sat in the waiting room rather than on the table, or another 12 minutes of massage time. For the price, it didn’t seem to hit the mark. I personally would have considered the package being sold at the end if not for the 48 out of 60 minutes of service. Again, the quality of the masseuse- ALMOST worth grossly overpaying... but not.I’d also add that they were able to accommodate me same day- which I appreciated greatly!!! That is fairly hard to find at smaller businesses.

The one hour massage is not one hour, it’s “50 mins hands on time” and I received even less than that. I have been getting massages for years and have never been in pain after a massage. Since this massage I’ve had shoulder pain for 5 days. Having had to book this appointment weeks in advance because there was no availability sooner, you can imagine my disappointment

If your mom gave you change to buy Penny Candy when you were a kid, this is the place for you! They have everything imaginable -- even toys! The candies are no longer a penny, but the joy you will experience when you pop a candy into your mouth makes the trip to Lakeville Road well worth it.

I never ever do reviews but I HAD to do a review for here. First off it was my first time EVER doing a facial and massage, I was SUPER nervous. Kerryann did my massage and she has a soft and calming tone and manner about her. She made me feel incredibly comfortable and did a amazing and relaxing experience. She was incredible I really don’t have words to describe how professional and calming she was. Diana who did my facial was also incredible. She took her time and help address my issues I have with my face. She even had to me touch my face to confirm I was happy with the hydration in my face, incredible. She went through what skin care products and what AND when to do certain skin care products. She was nice, sweet and calming as well. I was REALLY nervous about my visit but combined with front desk, which were also incredibly nice, helpful, understanding and sweet and Kerryann and Diana I was simply blown away by the professional and informative information I received. I would 300% recommend to EVERYONE.

Quite frankly, I find 1 star to be too kind. I made my husband an appt for a 60 min. massage at 12:30pm today for 2:15pm. I gave my cc number over the phone to secure the appt though no one mentioned that we would be charged for the whole service if we cancelled even though the appt was less than 2 hrs away. My husband is a first responder and got a call from a coworker about 30 mins before his appt saying he tested positive for covid. Since he works very closely with this person we decided it would be safer for us to cancel. When I called, Anna (Supposedly the manager) was very rude and said we would be charged for the whole service even after I explained the situation. I asked her if she would rather he just come in even though hes most likely positive. She said yes. Not only was this woman INCREDIBLY rude and insensitive, but she clearly has no regard for the safety of her staff either. Will not ever be returning. I will write a follow up review once I hear back from the corporate office to let everyone know how they rectified the situation if they did so at all.

I came here on my birthday and left hysterically crying. I had an appointment for a 60 minute massage and a 60 minute facial that I had scheduled about 3-4 weeks in advance.I was told to arrive at 245pm for my 3pm appointment and called on my way to alert them I would be late by about 10 minutes. The woman on the phone said that however much I am late will cut away from my massage time (stressing me out more in rush hour traffic getting there honestly) but whatever, that was understandable.I arrived at 2:56pm precisely, filled out the questionnaire, and was seated in the waiting room for my massage therapist. Shortly after, a woman walks in and tells me my massage therapist, Robin?Roberta?, is running 45 minutes late, but she can fit me in for a 5pm massage after my facial!!! (It is 3pm at this time, on my birthday, and I had plans afterwards, so a no go) On our way out of that waiting room, another massage therapist kindly offered to take me, and the woman who initially notified me of my therapist being late said that she has to take someone else (that hadnt even arrived yet) and can not take me. We go to the lobby, I cancel both of my appointments, because who wants to wait around for an HOUR on their birthday far away from home? Not me.So whilst scheduling my next appointment, the other 3pm person walks in LATE and gets to see his massage therapist right away. As a bandage they gave me a coupon for a free lip exfoliating that expires before my next visit (due to their availability and mine, I had to schedule 3 weeks from this date)I left here absolutely hurt and angry. Sure they were all very nice and somewhat apologetic, but where are priorities and customer care??? I arrived first for my 3pm appointment, it was my birthday, why did I not get the therapist that was available??? I am absolutely turned off by Massage Envy, and I wish I did not have a $150 gift card to this place. I never want to step foot in here again and bring back these awful memories.

My neurologist recommended this massage envy and its by far the best one! The staff was excellent and welcoming. I signed up for a membership after my first massage. Cant wait to come back next month!

The facial was poor ! I have had a woman there in the past who was outstanding. She took time with the actual facial. This one was more like a facial rub and shoulder massage !! To make matters worse she was trying to sell me products during the facial ! Very unprofessional. To make this experience bad enough I go to pay my bill and it was $100 !!? In May it was $60.00 and the facial was 100% better. My friend was with me so she also paid the same. I had no special treatments nor did I ask for them today !! Are you sure you charge your clients correctly ??

Do not get a membership at this location. I am a baby member, this June 2018 will be 1 year and I am not renewing my membership! I missed an appointment due to an unplanned business meeting and was assured that it would be replaced, yet I was still charged $70 for the missed appointment. When I called to kindly request a courtesy return of my massage, the manager Kristin was so nonchalant and adamant about not giving a courtesy massage, as if she didnt care AT ALL. Other locations are kinder and care more for their clients. I will never return to this Lake Succes location, ever again....PS Travel for your massage if Lake Success is your home location.

This place is pretty good for a chain. The staff is always friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Its relatively easy to get an appointment, even during nights and weekends. The technicians are all decent, and the monthly fee is much cheaper than what you would pay it most day spas in New York City. Its not high-end by any means. But, for what you pay you get a lot.

Years ago, I had a bad incident and left a bad review. However, I continued to use their services. It turns out, my initial impression was wrong and i never corrected my review.My wife and I went to this location for years before moving. They were great to us over the long run. To this day, my messages there (from Debra) set the gold standard for what a massage should be.

Massage envy lake success is the best spot to get a massage and facial 100% coming back

Not only are the women rude but there is a clear lack of communication when it comes to memberships. I have had a membership for 12 months and wanted to cancel. However, I was told I cannot cancel because they had to close during the pandemic. During this time they waived my payments (which there is no correspondence about nor did I ask them to do) and now I am being told I have to make up the waived payments which is ridiculous! If the membership is a 12 month agreement as ANGEL stated on the phone, my 12 months are up and I should not be excepted to pay you all when you decided to waive payments for me. Completely unprofessional and clearly lack a way to discover the needs of the customer and show any sort of empathy.

Today 01/04/15, I went for massage, after I had lay down undressed on the massage table, I realized it was cold. I asked the masseuse if she could turn the heat on for the table and she said this table had no heat so she asked me if Id like to go to another room with a heated table if available. I agreed and put my cloths back on, held my jacket and shoes in my hand and walked to other room. This was a very inconvenient and uncomfortable experience.I requested to speak with the manager, John. John came to my room, aware of the situation. I informed him how it was awkward and uncomfortable for me to walk from room to room. I told him it was unprofessional on their part. Instead of being diplomatic and polite, he was rude, arrogant and tried to be very intimidating. He rudely said I apologize but then went on and claimed it was not unprofessional. He said he gave me another room so big deal, you will get your full 90 minute massage. I said that is not my point, perhaps you didnt listen......before I could further explain that the right way of approaching the problem wouldve been to inform me about the table before I had undressed, he cut me off and replied Dont talk me down like this, who do you think you are talking to?! I shut up after that and asked him to leave so I could complete my massage. Before leaving the location, I cancelled all future appointments.To me, John is running this place like a gangster, not a polite professional manager, I also heard that he is a co-owner of the franchise. If this is true, it is a shame. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO LAKE SUCCESS LOCATION.I absolutely recommend Massage Envy as a whole because their technicians are the best in the industry, very polite, and very professional.

This place is Capital A Awesome. One name: Gilberto! Everyone who enjoys and strong massage must try him. The front desk always has a combination of welcoming and gracious ladies that smooth the entire experience.

Beware!!! Missed appointments are not rescheduled and the full $70.00 session is charged. No accommodations, unforeseen last minute serious medical emergencies happen!!! It’s unfortunate that this is the business practice, will not be scheduling massages here again.

I went in for a deep tissue massage. The women who gave me the massage was an older women. She did not have the strength to give me a proper massage. It was a huge waste of money. I would not recommend this place.

I wanted to cancel my appointment and i was giving them a fair amount of time notice of around 9 hours and they still charge me for the full cancellation fee and i do the same thing at other location and they charge me nothing and are happy to reschedule me .....
