I had a horrible experience with the customer service. They offered me a discount while booking an appointment. However, after the service, they billed me the full amount without a discount. On top of that, without my permission, they billed me a 20% tip over the bill and when I refused they became rude. I dont recommend going there.

Will never return… the massage was very good, but the way they make you feel when it comes to paying for your services should be against the law. Absolutely atrocious customer service. I get monthly massages and never have I been somewhere and was told to pay a $5 service fee after already paying for the initial service itself. Then before I could fully dress I was waited for outside the restroom to be tipped, as if they just assumed I would walk out and tip nothing. Maybe the protocol and or desire to be tipped by everyone after services should be handled differently… I not sure what needs to happen here, but as a customer I felt extremely uncomfortable, and it’s a shame because like I said I did enjoy the massage 😔

Made a surprise for my relative, came in advance and paid the full price of the massage, the massage is excellent, but after it was done, they said to pay for the services, the relative gave $10, but they said he should give $20. when I heard this, I was very indignant because it was a surprise. and even if my relative were willing to leave a tip, the establishment has absolutely no right to say how much. and if he didnt have money with him, how was it a gift?! so Im very uncomfortable

Neighborhood gem! Best value and most professional service around. Open late too! Also, the facilities are brand new and immaculate. You can’t beat $36 for 60 minute foot massage (they have a side room in the front where they can do 4 at a time). I’ll definitely be a regular here.

This is one of the best massage parlors I’ve ever been to. The workers are respectful , it’s so clean inside and the atmosphere is very soothing . The pricing is good ! I mean $20 for a 20 min back massage or feet ? Cmon you can’t beat that . I want to do a special shout-out to Lucy 🫶🏾 she’s my favorite masseuse . So gently and caring . When I leave I feel like I’m floating on air . Amazing experience I go every month !

The first time I came here the service was fantastic. I just went with my gf and the ladies giving massages were talking the whole time. We work in healthcare the least we need is people talking while we getting a massage.. at the end they demanded a tip and got aggressive when we said No Tip. So unprofessional. This the last time I come to this location.

I’m feeling disgusted by the treat and attitude from this lady with her horrible attitude at the front desk on this location gives you !!!I’ve been going few times because I live around the neighborhood and it’s easy for me to go there when my body hurts . This lady is the most rude , unprofessional, arrogant and disrespectful person I have ever seen working in a spa in my entire life !!!!You would be shocked if I’d have recorded the way she treats you like you owe them money or so.., !!!!! my last time there I asked her if any female was available to work on my back because I realized any man there has no idea about giving a massage and they don’t speak English either so you can’t even explain there how you want it because they won’t understand you .., so once I asked this lady about some female for me , she started literally yelling at me and left me with no shame alone by the bed inside so I went back to the front desk by myself and I asked some random guy if he could give me a massage. This was crazy !!The guy of course didn’t have no idea about massaging because I think they don’t even get paid almost anything because you can’t tell they got zero experience. Sometimes they had cigarette smell on the hands … terrible !! Once I left , the disgusting attitude again from this lady in the front desk who seems the whole time unhappy and frustrated about her miserable life probably,, you can tell it on her face too , talking to me rude like I was about to make her a scene but I didn’t want to waste my energy because this monster attitude …I WONT recommend to anyone this horrible place especially when you go there as a good client trying to relax and giving a chance spending money on them many times !!!JUST DONT GO!!!!!!!!!

This was my casual go-to-massage place before Covid began. They used to have good masseurs with affordable prices. I came back today and the massage was ridiculous. I have 7 yr old daughter and she can massage harder than the woman who was massaging me. It was so bad I had to get up in the middle of the massage and leave. I’ve never done this before but the person who was massaging me was either rubbing my back with no pressure and keep pressing it with her elbows. I couldn’t stand it anymore. They still charged me $20 after I was pressed for 15minutes with powerless elbows. Horrible massage.

Tom gave me a 60-minute massage. Ive never had a better massage than that one. Im glad I gave this place a try, and Ill be back.

My son went for the second time. I left and met him after. It was terrible. He was harassed by 2 employees for a higher tip. The woman who gave him a massage, blew her nose and didnt wash. She barely put pressure on his feet. He was very upset as this was a birthday treat. And he was looking forward as his feet hurt due to arthritis. I went in and told them taste such. The woman. said next time, he can have a Male masseur . I canceled my upcoming appointment

Massage is GREAT; but they will shake you down for a higher tip

Called to make an appointment for a 75 minute massage for $55. I saw the special on their website. When I showed up, I was 15 minutes early. The man behind the desk asked me to confirm my phone number for the reservation and then said, $60 for 75 minutes. I typically would have no issue with paying the fee but it specifically said on their website, $55 for 75 minutes. I showed the receptionist their web page and said, this was the reason I made the appointment. He knew he/the company was at fault and said nothing further. I went to the room and waited for the masseuse to come in. Twice, while he was in the middle of my massage he left the room to cash other customers out. I was annoyed but decided the argument wouldnt be worth it. After the massage was over and I went to pay, they claimed they had to charge me $4 for using a credit card. There is no a signage that describes that this is the case. The massage was amazing but everything else is the reason why I will not be back.

First time coming here , Jerry was very polite and did a fantastic job on my first 60 minute massage . It was so relaxing that when the time was up I felt dizzy . Never felt so calm thank you for your great service :)! Oh and the lady from the front desk was very nice she gave me water and a candy bar since I was dizzy. Will be back soon !.

My friend gifted me a 1 hour massage which included a hot stone massage. This place did not disappoint. Everyone was so nice the receptionist was very nice in person and on the phone.I was so happy with my massage that I gifted my mother and father a 1 hour massage as well. They are no longer offering this 1 hour deal on groupon, but their prices are good and the massage is worth it.The rooms are relaxing but you may hear your neighbor changing. So if you are looking for a very quite spa, that serves tea, and has showers this may not be the spa for you.If you want a great inexpensive massage this is the place for you. I will always recommend this spa.

I just went for a deep tissue massage that was over due and highly needed!! I had so many knots and kinks I thought I would leave there feeling no different. Well......they worked my muscles and knots in such a way, I left with a renewed look on life!!! Lol I feel so much better, I have decided to become a regular. The place is clean, relaxing and very professional. Services range from 20- 75 min and prices are reasonable.. they offer a frequent customer card and you get a discount after 10 visits. I will be filling my card in no time!!!

Terrible service. I got a very weak foot massage. She blew her nose and then touched my feet without washing her hands when I was done I tipped five dollars but then they got mad forcing me to pay $10 tip, ridiculous don’t come here.

The place is nice and clean. The lady doing the massage didnt respect my privacy while removing my clothes. She opened the curtain and come in before I could invited her in. During the massage she kept on going outside of the room for towels and hot stones. Actually, I wanted the most of the massage to Target my back but she focus more on my feet. After the massage there she was waiting at the entrance for 20% tip. I believe a customer tips a server base on the level of service. But these people will argue with you if they dont get the 20% tip. In addition, Thats a bad habit for any person to display when doing business. I guess they forget that the customers is alway right and is a priority.

My masseuse’s name was David & he was amazing. I purchased a 90 minute massage with hot stones included. Def worth it! Highly recommend! The place was very clean & decor was beautiful. The staff was pleasantly polite & friendly. I will def be coming back.

I paid for a 90 minute massage and only got 75 minutes, but was charged for 90 minutes. I explained to the masseur which body parts I wanted him to focus on. He didn’t bother to massage 2 of the body parts I told him about and he never asked me to turn over, which they usually do. I let the lady at the front desk (possibly owner) know and she brushed me off. She was extremely rude. It was better before not sure if it’s under new management, but things are different now.

Rating a 4 because the massage was pretty good for a 90 min massage for $80. However, there were several things I didnt like, which is why I wouldnt return. First, there was no separation. There were curtains instead of doors and the walls didnt touch the ceiling. This meant I was able to hear everything happening outside my room and in neighboring rooms, which ruined the relaxation I was supposed to feel. Second, the bathroom had black garbage bags in it - I assume it was laundry to be done because there was a machine in there. Third, the massage therapist wasnt very communicative, never asking me if the pressure was ok, and massaging on my spine when she started. Finally, upon payment time, after the person paying indicated how much he wanted to leave, the employee suggested a higher amount - which felt inappropriate and a bit rude. If things like this dont bother you, youll have a great experience.

You walk into a small room covered by a curtain. You can hear your neighbor getting undressed and talking to their masseuse. The massage was great because she got rid of ALL my knots but it was a little painful at first. I had to complain a few times when I felt most sensitive. She went out of the room a few times perhaps for the hot stones and towels. I really didnt like that I could hear the people next to me but I tried to tune it out. Very simple walk in and get a massage type of place. Its not a fancy one where you can sit and relax with tea and take a shower but they got the job done. I still think I over tipped $25 but I def felt great after. Very clean and polite staff. She may have stood there just to see how much I tipped but I didnt mind. I might go back again.

I did not have a great experience here. The lady at the front desk is very nice. However customer service needs improvement. I came here for a massage and was in so much pain the next day. I called them back and they kept asking if I had an appointment and to just come in. I told them that’s not why I was calling and they hung up on me. It’s been a few days and I’m still in pain. Gave my masseuse a 25$ and for what? To still be in this much pain a few days later? That’s wrong. I went there to feel more relaxed and I came out feeling like I have more stress on my shoulder. If customer service improves then I would rate better. Only one lady was nice to me. To deal with bad service after. I wouldn’t recommend.

I was driving and did not have time to look over their website so I called them asking them where their locations are. They were very rude in answering any questions. It was a standard deep tissue massage nothing special. I expected the lady to get more into the knots but she did a more of a roller type of massage with her arm. The lady did not ask me any questions about anything before she began the massage, which I thought was odd. Every customer is different in their needs of a massage so I expected her to atleast ask me some questions. They put warm towels on your body and leave them on you so it feels a little chilly half of the massage. The rooms are seperated by curtains and you hear everything around you. The massage also ended very abruptly. Usually they give you a little sign that its ending. When leaving the place I wanted to leave a 15% tip. They demanded for 20% which I gave. All the workers were in the front lounge area relaxing and hanging out and sitting around which I thought looked very unprofessional. Overall my experience was ok. I liked the part when she used hot stones.

I had my first massage with a Groupon and it was an amazing experience. It is a small, local place, nothing out of the ordinary, but not a high end spa if that’s what your looking for. The massage itself was excellent, I left feeling so relaxed. Everyone is very nice and the prices are very reasonable even without a Groupon.. Will definitely be going back for more massages!

I go to this place every other week. The massages are usually good but the business hours shown are not accurate. The place actually closes at 9:30pm. They do not take people after this time so if you are in the area and in a need of massage don’t waste your time. Extremely rude receptionist too. I give 2 points because it is pity that it is a good massage place but you can’t really get a massage when you need it.

It was my second time there. First, I took the Swedish massage and didn’t like that much... but at the same day I had the tissue deep massage with Anna and it was AMAZING! I simply loved. The tissue deep massage is more similar to shiatsu. Anna is very kind and polite. I strongly recommend this place.

The old lady at the front desk has zero customer service skills and is extremely rude. Went twice because was given groupons. she was just terrible. After your massage the masseuses just hawk you practically with their hands open waiting for a tip.

Despite the negative reviews of the front desk woman I thought it’s give it a shot, but I didn’t even get passed her! One conversation with her and instantly I canceled my appointment, never looked back. Ridiculous, so condescending. Making fun of the customers! That kind of attitude would get you fired from any other job! Too many other high quality alternatives in this city…

Please do not allow them to just rub lotion on you. Do not hesitate to ask for someone else if you are not satisfied with your massage. I came in for a couples, and a lady walked on my back and used her elbows…my child can be paid for those services. Please stand up for yourself because they will give you a 60 minute lotion session…then use the language barrier as an excuse. Be very weary!

So the people at this place really pissed me off at my last visit. I did a couples massage utilizing the 90 minute massage with 10 minute hot stone (which was more like 4 minutes) groupon, the groupon was $49. During the massage the guy was a bit rough. I asked him on two separate occasions to be a little softer. He listened for that moment but then continued to be rough. Throughout the massage I would move in certain ways to let him know he was still rough. At the conclusion of the massage I thought about giving him very little as a tip and then tipping him with some advice for the future. I decided to tip him and the lady that massaged my boyfriend the same amount ($10). They literally complained to the guy at the front desk about the amount of the tip and held it up like it was nothing. The guy asked could I tip more. Ive never been to a place where the people were so ungrateful with the tip they recieved and the have the nerve to ask for MORE. They were absolutely out of line and out of their mind. I dont know if I will visit thos place again. Let me not forget the fact that they massage you for almost thirty minutes with the towel on your body. So its like theyre massaging the towel instead of you. Never have I have been to a place that massages like this. Please reconsider this place if you want a nice massage.

Mixed bag. My first massage was with a male masseuse. His massage skills were great, but he kept leaving the room to answer the phone and door. Everythings separated with curtains , so I could hear him talking to everyone as he did it. The second masseuse was a woman, and she used way too much pressure in some areas. She also started the massage with some sort of plastic gloves on that felt like sand paper on my skin. I had to tell her to take them off. Who gives massages with gloves?

I did not like my massage at all, I had to tell her where to massage next because she kept focusing in one area and using her elbow. Not coming back here.

I visited this place in August and was highly impressed. It truly was a good massage and good service. So on my trip to NYC a few months later (October), I decided to go get another relaxing massage.I got to the place at 8:55pm, they close at 11pm so I thought that timing was not an issue.A gentleman and lady came out of massage rooms and told me that it would be a 30 min wait as everyone is busy.I let him know that I didn’t want to wait that long and would return at a different date. He then called someone and told me to follow him to a massage room. He told me to disrobe and someone will start massaging me. I said ok.I disrobed, layed down on the table, waited about 15 mins. During this time, all I could hear was staff talking loudly which sounded like a disagreement. I felt very unwelcome as I had a feeling they were yelling to why he allowed me to come in when they were busy.A few mins later, the guy who let me in and asked me to get ready for a massage told me that they couldn’t do it as no one was available.I was disappointed and shocked at the terrible service I just received. Totally opposite of how I was treated a few months back.

Found this place on Groupon, decided to try with my fiancé. We had a appointment and was seen on time. Massages were pretty good I just was not a fan that they hassle you about how much you should tip them.

Not a bad spot. Massage was solid. Just wish the masseuse applied a bit more weight to my upper back. Everything else was screaming for a break.It was a little noisy when I went. Oddly it was the guy in the next room who was complaining about the noise that was the loudest thing in the place.

If you want a relaxing massage, don’t come here (unless you want the foot rub). This is akin to a deep tissue massage so if that’s what you want come here. The pricing is amazing and the massage was amazing, it was like a good pain. The only reason this isn’t 5 is because no one here speaks English and they really beg for tips. If you’re fine with that, come here.

My masseuse was much too rough. I repeatedly asked him to be more gentle. Either he didnt understand me or he ignored me. He was even reluctant to apologise when I complained to the hostess. I am happy that when I contacted her the next day, she was willing to help me for future visits. I am sorry I had to rate my experience so lowly, but it is the truth.

The lady that the did the foot rub was so wonderful, The only problem curious when the shop doesn’t have any person that speaks English it’s hard to explain what you want and for them to offer a good customer service. I think this business needs to ensure that there is English-speaking person at least one at all times. Otherwise it comes off aggressive, I tried to get a massage today and since I was not able to explain what I need I just left.

Lady massaging my wife kept coughing throughout the whole 60 min service which was extremely horrible due to everything going on with covid also, lady massaging me burnt me with hot stones. I told her multiple times it was way too hot but she did not understand what I was saying. This is horrible and I would like my money back.

This spa right here was just outstanding they were pretty nice attitude wise and the massages were really good they go from head to toe and just stretch out your whole body they even ask you were you in pain they also do hot rocks that was really good but they will Charge you a $5 dollar fee just for tip for the people who did your massages if you a women you take everything off except your underwear and idk abt men but you should probably keep yours in too
