Wonderful receptionist, friendly staff, and the treatments were so relaxing — I fell asleep during both of them 😅 I came for my birthday and they gave me a cute cake + soaps and chocolate! I believe it’s affordable for self-care $250 for facial and body massage, plus gift photo in pic.Elevator to access floor.Highly must do for R&R if you can’t getaway.

I just left this place and Im still basking in the blissful glow of relaxation and pampering. From the moment I walked in, Kathy at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel like royalty. She was friendly, efficient, and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit.The upper body massage was absolute heaven! My therapist worked out all the knots and kinks, leaving my muscles feeling like silk. I was melting into the table, it was so good! The manicure and pedicure were top-notch too. My nails look and feel amazing, and the attention to detail was impressive. I loved the gentle exfoliating scrub and the soothing lotions used - my skin is still tingling with delight. At the end, the lovely team sang Happy Birthday to me (it was my special day!) and presented me with sweet treats and a gift.This message parlor has won me over with their exceptional service & warm hospitality. Husband surprised me for Mother’s Day with a couple’s massage. From the moment we walked in we transported into paradise. Everything is presented beautifully. From the glasses of champagne to the 50 min massages to then end it off with dessert . This place is incredible and peaceful. We will be coming back soon and often ! I’ve been coming to ZZ for Swedish massages and facials for a few years (since 2021) and I love it. The staff is always so nice, cater to your preferences, and I always leave happy and refreshed. I love the packages they sell, and I’m happy when I get to come back. No other spa feels as comfortable and kind as this one in the city. I’ll be coming back for a long time. I wish I had the names of my favorite masseuse/facial lady, but I typically book based on best available and each time I’ve been happy. Would highly recommend! Happy to have brought many friends and boyfriend here 🥰

I finally found a spa I can recommend to people because the experience was phenomenal from start to finish.We had a work outing with a couple of my team mates and each got a facial and massage. My massage was from Milika (spelling?) which was sooooo good and relaxing. I was trying not to fall asleep because it was so calming and soothing. My facial was from Hilda and it was the best one I have gotten yet. She was so sweet and did an awesome job.All of my team mates had nothing but positive things to say about their massages and facials.The place itself is so beautiful. They have lots of greenery and water sounds playing throughout. Truly feels like a complete change from being in the hustle and bustle of midtown.The host at the front was so accommodating as well. You get champagne after your experience. She also kindly gave us chocolates and some amazing hand soap PLUS gift cards for their other spot. Seriously we were blown away with customer service and experience.I cannot say enough positive things about this place! I am so happy I found it and cannot wait to come back.

Unlike any spa experience I’ve had to date. First off, Ava was so welcoming and truly set the stage for a great experience the moment I walked in the door. I had the honor of Yvonna being my massage therapist, and it was incredible. Hands down one of the best massages I’ve ever received. My experience was comfortable. Yvonna knew the right questions to ask so that I got the style of massage desired. I’m from out of state but that didn’t stop me from buying one of the checkout specials. Can’t wait to use it the next time I’m in the city.

After reading so many positive reviews, I booked a ‘deluxe’ pedicure for my husband and myself on a Friday evening. There was nothing ‘deluxe’ about the pedicure or the service. Felt so rushed! Very very basic service and disappointing. When booking online, it mentioned a 60 min service but was surprised that it was all completed in 30-35 minutes and we were made to sit and dry our feet for the remaining time. The ladies left the spa and were gone! Recommend going to other places in Manhattan to feel pampered and better value for money spent. Giving two stars for the neat job of nail paint application.

As soon as you walk in you feel calm from the hectic streets of NYC. I brought my mom here for her birthday and we had a wonderful experience. From beginning to end everyone was so nice, warm and welcoming. The massage was amazing, put me right to sleep! 🤣 After the massage we had champagne and they had a chocolate birthday cake ,tiara and a birthday slash for my mom. This is such a fantastic place! First off, I originally scheduled my birthday experience in December, but due to a family emergency I had to cancel. They were so thoughtful about the cancellation process, and I confirmed that my payment wouldn’t expire. I called in April and they fit me in with less than a week notice. No problem, no hassle, no jumping through hoops. Lovely!Olivia, my masseuse, was so thoughtful making sure I was comfortable, pressure was correct, and the that my muscles got the treatment they sorely needed.Anne Marie did my facial, and even though I know my skin is a nightmare, she explained at the beginning all she’d do so nothing was a surprise and it was so calming.The ambiance is fantastic and relaxing. And, since I’d rescheduled from my actual birthday, I didn’t expect the fanfare, but the thoughtful folks here didn’t disappoint! Such a lovely experience and I now know what I’ll be getting all of my friends for their birthdays!

Incredible experience at Zz Day Spa! I did the facial and massage package - they did not disappoint. The facial left my skin glowing, and the massage straightened out knots I didn’t know I had. I wish I knew the names of the ladies who did both my facial and massage, but regardless they were all amazing. I decided to treat myself to a spa day last week Saturday at ZZ day spa...It was one of the most amazing self care experiences Ive had in a while. The location was perfect, easy access to public transportation. When I got to the 7th floor I was in awe, the decor was to perfection. I felt like I was in an oasis, it was so calm and peaceful; so beautiful! Iwona, who was my masseuse was great, she was pleasant, friendly and informative. I like that she let me know what she was doing while she was giving me my massage, thats a ➕. I felt rejuvenated after. Moriah, who was at the front desk, she was amazing, we had such good connection. She was a vibez, wonderful energy(virgo) Overall, I highly recommend ZZ day spa. I have to say, i never write reviews on google but this experience was SO incredible that i feel i have to. i got a birthday package as a gift a while ago and i finally managed to go. and WOW. it started with my first massage ever, and ivona made me feel so comfortable — we had such a pleasant conversation, she explained everything she was doing as she was doing it so that i would understand, and she made my constant shoulder pain disappear. genuinely one of the loveliest, most interesting people i’ve ever met. then, shova did my mani pedi. not only did she do an incredible job, but she was so warm and kind as well. if you’re hesitating on where to book a spa treatment, i could not recommend this place more!!!!!

I booked two massages via groupon for my birthday for me and my boyfriend. Unfortunately, my boyfriend wasnt able to get his massage. The manager gave us a free couples massage for the inconvenience. Very nice Swedish massages and great hospitality from all. This is a special spot, especially, for a date, Valentine’s Day, special occasion etc. for a couples massage. The area where you go for champagne & chocolates after your massage is magical and makes you feel like your on vacation on an island. The hospitality of all the staff was also very appreciated. Everyone couldn’t have been nicer from the second we walked in the door!After our treatments we were told we could relax in another room. The staff brought us out champagne, cheese, crackers, chocolates and an entire birthday cake. They gave me gifts of soaps and lotion. It was so unexpected and so thoughtful!!The spa was extremely clean and inviting. We can’t wait to go back!

Though spontaneous, we got an appointment quickly, everyone was so friendly, and the couples Swedish massage and European facial was everything we wanted and more. Today I had my second life changing experience at ZZ Day Spa. Everyone is more wonderful than the next person. Amina and Ava are kind and helpful receptionists. Moriah gave me my first facial ever and gave me info about my skin type and suggestions for at home skin care. Antonella was a sweet and kind masseuse who made my back feel brand new. Iwona is a master masseuse who brought new life to every cell in my body. She goes above and beyond. It was cleansing spiritually and emotionally as well as the lymphatic drainage. From when the elevator opened I knew I was gonna have an amazing time. They ambiance here is top notch! The ladies at the front were there to pleasantly greet me and ask me if I needed to use the restroom before beginning my services. First before getting to restrooms I saw beautiful photo ops with a red velvet chair, mug shot wall and a graffiti wall with a payphone yall! I even peeped the props for photos... onto the restroom, clean, neat and the ambiance continued.. water flowing and music playing and lots of towels to dry your hands. I booked both a massage and a facial. Dominica and Olivia were amazing! Perfect pressure with the massage and the huge tvs added to the experience with crashing waves and water sounds. With the facial I was able to ask questions and get knowledgeable answers and she even explained the steps while she was doing it and told me its benefits. To end the experience I was wished to a tropical oasis fitted with the tvs for an exotic beach experience. Wonderful service from the time we entered the place. Our couple massage was supposed to start at 1:00 but they were running late. So that meant our massages were cut short which they told us that we would get our full 50 minutes but we didnt. I do have to say we did get the full 50 minutes in our facial which was awesome! So today I went here for my birthday, and I wanted a spa treatment and was stuck between bathhouse and another one but my friend who has a. High following on social media recommended I come here ,because they will give more of a birthday vibe ,i must first put this out the way that the staff was kind and friendly also very accommodating, I had a great massage also . This is my first time here and I am highly disappointed, I went beyond and above to take public transit for more than an hour , got lost , could have gave up but I called n let them know I was going to be running late and for that they kindly ask me to reschedule at a different location, and that they did , however no information was was provided and I got a sense of false advertisement because being that , I booked the birthday package which was advertised that it would be a massage plus bubble bath etc . When I went in I was confused as to my itinerary however I roll with the flow, I first did my massage, afterwards I was told to go back to the waiting area , being very confused at this point , I asked the girl at the front desk , when I’ll get to use the bubble bath and she smiled and told me that it’s not available at this location , I was so furious but I showed no emotion because the girl was really nice n I didn’t want to come off rude , but come on ,how was I supposed to know , I came here specifically for water n massage , the cake n borrowed sash n tiara could have stayed , she kept asking me to buy other packages and showing me check out discount packages when clearly I was already disappointed in the fact that , yall provided no info on the amenities availability, not even before my service and expect me to be happy , I’m so sad I chose here ; I really should have went to bathhouse where I would get real spa experience with actual water to relax my tired body , being nice is just 1 part of customer service but it’s not as important as giving clear information to people traveling for all over for the experience, i could’ve got in a regular massage parlour .i feel like i received an incomplete service on my birthday ,a rip off ! Sent a message and they say they will forward it to the location and the manager would call ,sadly she didn’t , I probably didn’t looked as important as their fairer skinned client .my loss I guess ! But be aware

One of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The staff is super friendly and the massage therapists are excellent. They will trigger a voyage within that will heal you. And then you end up chilling in the relaxing lounge.It was my partner’s birthday and she was spoiled to birthday presents and a birthday cake and a rose.To top it off, the champagne is very class.

The massage was so good and the masseuse hit all the right spots. I even fell asleep a few times which never happens to me. After the massage, the employees surprised me with gift after gift to help celebrate my bday - delicious chocolate cake, fruit, champagne, soaps to take home, a bday sash and crown and more. I came to ZZ DAY SPA TWICE. had an amazing experience both visits at 56th Location .Unfortunately, My third visit which was Sunday 1/14 wasn’t so great at this location (36th street) . My partner and I arrive at 4:50 5 mins before our massages . We waited at the waiting area , the massage lady didn’t introduce herself. She just came by and said “nayaly “? I said yes hi ! She just said “follow me “ didn’t even introduce herself to my partner. Once they started with our massage it felt rush ! I also didn’t get the name of the lady who did my massage because again everything felt rush as if we was late ?- my Partner also mention the lady who massage him was very rough , his back was red . (This didn’t happen when we went to the 56th location) .This is unfortunate, I was planning on taking my sisters here but I’m second guessing myself now . Maybe at the 56th location but never again this location!When we were done with our massage the receptionist asked if we wanted mimosas, we said yes so we waited at the waiting area and she almost forgot that we were waiting for her ti bring the mimosas, she apologized for the delay .Overall , I rate my experience a 3/5 wish it could have been a 5/5 .

Okay soo i called last min for same day apt for a couples massage...called at 4pm and got an apt at 7pm. I told phone operator i might be 15 mins late, nothing was mentioned about lateness policy. It my bff bday, she lost her mom n, and wanted something relaxing for us both to enjoy.. My card was charged over phone..close to 300$ for 50 mins massage. We got there at 7 15, called beforehand n told Receptionist i was running late, she said is okay come..Upon arrival..receptionist encouraged us to us bathroom n get confortable. Our massuese escorted us to our massage room briskly, it was a plain room, nothing special. Min we walk in, masseuse tells us they are getting ready to go home...n we arrived late soo we will only get 30 min massage..They were pretty rude n brash about it...its suppose to be a relaxing spa for a massage...we are instantly stressed. No negotiations i.e we will charge only for 30 mins massage, sorry nada. Massage was rushed, nothing relaxing...we can sense the i gotta goness in massage, left more stiff than arrive. There were clackin metal noises n you can hear receptionist chatting on phone..very noisy n 25 mins to be exact...n yet we are charged for full 50 mins n then bullied by front desk to tip? Never returning back.

I’ve been to this location half a dozen times over the past 2 years. They have good spa day deals so I like to go with my sister or with my husband. The decor is nice and relaxing and they start you off with champagne. The more we go, the worst it becomes though.The 3 of us are always happy with the facials. The facials are so relaxing that I fall asleep. The massages are subpar each time - they focus on the wrong place or put wrong pressure even when you give directions. Never had a good massage here and there are massage spas in every corner of NYC, so there’s no reason to settle for this.Most recently, I went for a gel manicure for my wedding nails and their tech displayed extremely odd behavior. She didn’t know how to do nails and her supervisor kept having to jump in. I don’t know why the supervisor didn’t solely do my nails. The tech didn’t know how to even use the cuticle cutter so I had to do it myself. I couldn’t direct her because she didn’t speak English. The whole thing sucked and they showed no remorse (considering their prices). They successfully ruined my wedding nails.Overall, there’s been too many poor and subpar experiences so I’m done with this location. Not worth it.

My massage therapist’s name was Coco she was amazing , she really gave me thorough massage. Even though we didn’t purchase the birthday package, they gave us birthday package treatment. I came here for a romantic couples massage for the first time and my experience was amazing! The atmosphere was a calm setting dim lights and relaxing sounds. Everyone was polite. The massages felt great and relaxing I had Iwana and my partner had Jasmine. After our massage we received mimosas(which comes with our package) and some dessert. Which both were satisfying. Then lastly we had fun taking pictures at the selfie wall and Vanessa was very great at taking our photos. I would definitely come back here.

We did the Valentine’s Day couples massage and it was amazing!! Me and my husband felt so good after. The Massage, the champagne, the dessert and the cute gift they gave us at the end. Ana was so sweet . And they also let us stay and relax after and still catered more champagne . 10/10 recommend

I would not reccomend for anyone who has previously had a proper massage. The women that did my massage had gloves on & used oil that was freezing cold . Every time she applied it i jumped. She sped through my massage i had to ask her to slow down. Ive gotten many many massages & this was the worst. I felt so uncomfortable. I got charged the weekend price instead of weekday & had to get that fixed. The only positive experience was my facial, very soothing. Would not recommend for a massageUpdate: The manager reached out to me & apologized for my experience & handled the situation appropriately, there is also a new policy that was sent out to ensure no one wears gloves again. I received another massage at the other location & it was GREAT! The oil is still not warmed up but the massage therapist used her hands to warm it up a bit so it wasnt freezing cold(would suggest keeping the oil warmed up) That therapist knew what she was doing! I left feeling refreshed, renewed & relaxed . I would recommend based on my second experience. The customer service was great & i appreciate the manger calling me personally

Iwona is the best massage therapist I have ever had. I cannot recommend her enough. I genuinely appreciate her as a person and after years of treatments, Iwona is the one person that managed to take my back pain away. She is my literal body savior. ZZ Day Spa is so incredibly lucky to have her. So am I!

My mother and I had THE best time here!! Our massage therapists were absolutely amazing and Moriah was an absolute blessing!! We met up here for my birthday weekend traveling from two different states and this experience was the icing on cake!!! I want to thank them for making me feel special and for the PHENOMENAL service my mother and I experienced!! I will be back and tell everyone about it!!

So my wife and I splurged and spent the weekend in Manhattan. We booked a 80 min couples massage here. We have had these in many locations around the US. This one is the most welcoming and the owner/manager is incredible, very attentive and loves people. The masseuse was absolutely amazing. I wanted more Swedish and my wife deep tissue. We both are walking away refreshed and grateful!

This spa is phenomenal!Ms anna is amazing! We were running late so we called to make sure our appointment wouldn’t be canceled and she said it was no problem. The massage was to DIE FOR!
