First time but definitely not my last. Amazing first time facial with Veronica. She was very professional and truly left me feeling so much better about my skin. My face is so soft and So clean? Looking forward to keeping up with more frequent facials. This space is beautiful, service is fast and all staff is professional. Love supporting this local small business which is woman owned.

I had the honor of visiting this spa on my birthday for a TRE sculpting massage and RF therapy treatment.. It did not disappoint & Mil took SUCH good care of me!! I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone; you’ll be in great hands 🤗.Thank you, Mil!!

Recently went to Vanessa Marc Spa for a hydrafacial with Sade. She was excellent and truly went the extra mile. I will definitely be returning.

Let me start off by saying that the vibe in here is so calming. The staff is extremely professional and so hospitable, they make you feel really comfortable no matter what you’re here for. I was here for a compimentary facial offered to first responders due to COVID and I was treated just as well as a paying customer. The environment is spotless, super clean and it smells amazing! The furniture all compliment the aura and vibe of the spa. My facial was done by Elena ( I got the Justine Skye Glow Facial) and she was so nice! I felt so comfortable and you really get so much more than what you pay for here. I have some services scheduled in a couple weeks and I can’t wait to come back!

I had a great experience at Vanessa Marc spa! I had my first lymphatic drainage massage. The specialist was very kind and professional. I left feeling rejuvenated. I am excited to go back and try other services.

They booked me in for 10am and no one was there when I showed up. Then I was informed my esthetician wasn’t going to show up until 1pm. Waste of my time.

MY FAVORITE NEW SPA PLACE! This is my second visit to VanessaMarc Spa. I really loved the oxygen hydrated facial and Swedish massage. I felt so renewed and refresh! Very peaceful environment. Gabriela did an amazing job. She also explained the benefits of my services and maintenance tips, it was a pleasure getting to know her. Thank you VM, I will be back:)

Truly love Vanessa Marc Spa! I literally have no bad words. I go every 5-6 weeks for my laser treatments and every time I’m there it is such an experience. Vanessa and the staff is very professional, knowledgeable, and super sweet. First time I started my laser journey I had slight discoloration and few in-grown hairs. Now my skin is smooth , color is back to normal and I haven’t seen one in-grown. I leave there comfortable and happy with my results. I am very thankful for Vanessa and can’t wait till my next session. If you haven’t checked her out yet, you need to it is truly worth it.

This past Wednesday I visited the spa for a micro-needling facial. When I arrived my temperature was taken and I was sent straight to the bathroom to wash my hands. The place was extremely clean with a very calming aesthetic. Seeing the precautions taken made me feel a lot more comfortable about getting a facial during a pandemic. Before we started, I was nervous about the pain of micro-needling but Vanessa was extremely knowledgeable and helped calm my nerves. She explained every step and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. It’s only been 5 days and I’m already starting to see results, I can’t wait to see how my skin looks in a month! I would definitely recommend this spa to a friend!

As someone who is very picky and a perfectionist I can say that Vanessa and her staff get it right for me everytime. I’ve been going to Vanessa since 2018 where I’ve gotten The Brightening facial, Justine Skye facial, and I’m currently on my microneedling journey. Utilizing her services has helped my skin progress so much! After all facials my skin feels soft, healthy, and I always have a glow. For my microneedling journey, after my first session my skin was soft, my pores grew smaller, and craters that I had disappeared. My skin was definitely smoother, soft, and my texture became more balanced. Vanessa and her staff are always nice, friendly, and welcoming. During treatments I love how they walk you through the steps so you know whats going on. During treatments I ask questions on how I can continue the progress of my skin in my daily routine and not only does Vanessa and her staff answer every question but utilizing their suggestions has helped me to shape a healthy daily routine that has assisted my skin to be the best it’s been in years. I love coming to this spa and I always look forward to going back.

Ive been to many luxury spas in NYC and Vanessa Marc Spa exceeds expectations. The service is amazing and my skin felt soft and noticeably brighter the same day. I still felt the results days after my appointment. The atmosphere is very calming and the staff was attentive and friendly. It is worth every penny spent and I will now be a long time customer! Highly highly recommend!

The lymphatic massages, vacuum butt lift and laser hair removal have all been great. I cant recommend this spa enough!! And I cant wait to try more services.

Love this spa! The staff is super friendly, atmosphere is comfortable and chic and the services are amazing. I had the brightening facial and it left my skin feeling amazing. My skin is naturally very sensitive so I was a little worried that the double exfoliating would cause some irritation. However, that was not the case at all. I left with my skin feeling very soft, clean and refreshed. Paola was my esthetician. She explained every step and adjusted the products to accommodate my skins needs. I would absolutely go back.

I purchased a gift card for my mother as a gift. My experience with Vanessa Marc was very unprofessional.To start, once you purchase the gift card, you dont receive a digital or physical version to provide to your recipient. Instead, I received a confusing call from Vanessa asking me to book services. I was notified each time my mother used the gift card and booked services. Rather than obtaining the gift card recipient’s name and contact, Vanessa sent confirmations and inquiries to me each time. Vanessa, by the way, pretends to be her employee in all her interactions rather than identifying herself as the named owner, Vanessa Marc.When my mother booked her final service to use the gift cards remaining balance, I received a call from Vanessa late the night before the appointment asking if I wanted to pay the difference between the gift card balance and the services. Not only is it highly inappropriate (I purchased the gift card for the amount of the gift I wanted to provide), but she also lied about her intentions in making this call. While she told me this was to “ensure a seamless experience “ for my mother the next day, in reality, Vanessa was not present at the appointment to collect payment. She called both me and my mother to collect the balance the following day. While my mother enjoyed the services, Vanessa’s customer service and business practices lack the professionalism and class she tries to portray through her online presence. The experience is not worth all the hassle and unprofessionalism my mother and I experienced. I regret purchasing a gift card from this spa.

For years I’ve searched for skin care that focused on darker skin tones. Since my first treatment, my skin has gotten so much better. The staff is professional, the space is clean and sleek and I always feel refreshed after every treatment. Sucks that I’m not in NYC anymore, but I’ll definitely continue to get treatments when I’m in town!

I’ve heard such good reviews about this place and absolutely love how inclusive it is! I decided to try the mix and match laser hair removal, which includes six sessions. So happy I was paired with Sade, she was so helpful, informative, and great to talk to during the session. I look forward to the other 5 session I’ll have with her! 10/10 recommend!!

As I arrived for my laser appointment, I was greeted by my aesthetician and was amazed by the beautiful decor.Alena was my aesthetician and explained my procedure to me as well as answering any questions I had!I’m on my third session now and the results are so impressive! I was a skeptic about the laser hair removal as I felt it would scar my skin. I had my first session last week...my results are amazing! The process stings but I did not workout or sweat for three days after the process and the hairs are falling out and thinning out.

I had high expectations for this place and it definitely delivered! I bought a mix and match package, which consists of 6 treatments in total. So far I have only done one and you’re told that it’s once per month. So on the outside it is pretty hard to spot, but once you get in the elevator and those doors open... CLASSY was the first thought that came to my mind. It is COVID friendly, you keep your mask on, they take your temperature, and have you wash your hands. There is no overlapping of appointments, so it’s just you and your esthetician there the entire time. The ambiance was very soothing and my esthetician was beyond nice. She could tell that I was pretty nervous about the whole thing, but kept me entertained throughout the process. The laser was better than expected, you could compare it to being snapped with a rubber band. As soon as she finished one area and began the next, the pinging sensation wasn’t there anymore. I highly recommend this place, but that’s only if you’re willing to spend this kind of money. I haven’t seen any results yet, but I can say that there are no side effects on my body so far (because I have only done it once). I’m definitely looking forward to my next appointment.

Loveeee it here! I had my laser done with the amazing Sade! Everything was amazing she was amazing. She had me laughing the whole time lol she’s sooooo pleasant to be around makes you feel so comfortable! Everything was pain freeeee and i can’t wait to see you in six weeks !! Defiantly recommend!

As of 2019 Ive been a patron of Vanessa Marc Spa to help treat in-grown hairs on my face. Since then Ive been experiencing fewer in-groans and continue to see significant improvement in my skins complexion and texture!In the past I have spent THOUSANDS of dollars on facial treatments and products to help prevent and/or reduce my skin issues. Up until three years I was seeing a dermatologist who basically told me there was nothing he, or any product or person could do to correct my skin. Dramatic pause.As a black man with sensitive skin it is incredibly challenging to find products and services that cater to melanin skin. Prior to scheduling my first appointment, I stalked Vanessas Instagram page for a few months! Apart from the advance tools and custom products offered by Vanessa, I noticed a diverse portfolio of clientele with similar or worse skin issues.If you are in the market for a new esthetician, skin treatment, or interested in being featured next to Cardi B on Vanessas insta story then I HIGHLY recommend you book an appointment, today!

Elena and Fernanda were awesome! I received the oxygen hydra-facial and the lymphatic massage. Both were amazing. My skin is so soft and my body feels sooo good. Will return.

Excellent service. Super pretty and safe for all skin types including Black skin. Very good long term results that are noticeable (NO ingrowns, very smooth and progress on discoloration). Very happy with my results after 6 sessions and planning to do at least 12

Vanessa is rude, unprofessional, and only nice to celebrities. Doesnt respond to text in a Professional manner, response is days later. During the pandemic she didnt even give me a professional call to reschedule my appointments and when I tried reaching out she didnt respond for days. I was spending too much money to be treated unfairly! I bet if I was a celebrity she wouldve did everything Professionally smh.

I always leave here with a smile on my face. They give the best service and attention to my needs and make sure that I’m okay. I got the laser hair mix and match package and I am very satisfied with the results.

I’ve been seeing Vanessa for nearly 2 years now and her spa is the only place in nyc I trust to get my facials and laser done. Her spa is extremely clean and all of her services are amazing I highly recommend!!

First time, I got a chemical peel, then 2 weeks later I got the Justine Skye treatment and my third time being here, I got the acne reduction treatment. I did all of these in the span on 1 month and my skin has never looked better.

I called and asked questions about services. I was charged $1,687.68 for services I NEVER EVER received. Vanessa Marc has not answered my calls questioning why I was charged for such a large amount of money and I never step foot into her office. HORRIBLE!!!
